Abstract

一种铁氧体专用胶带,包含基材和涂布在该基材的至少一面上的粘胶层,其中粘胶层包含聚二有机硅氧烷聚脲共聚物和占60~70%的增粘硅树脂。通过调节胶粘层的配方以及选择合适的基材,提高了胶带的粘性和湿润性,从而增加胶带了整体的柔韧性,使其能粘得更牢且不易产生气泡。

铁氧体专用胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及电子元器件制造领域,尤其涉及一种专用于铁氧体胶粘的胶带。
背景技术
铁氧体和其他的金属氧化物类似,具有高硬度和脆性。依照磁矫顽力的低高,可将铁氧体区分为“软磁体”或“硬磁体”。
其中,硬铁氧体为永久磁铁,有较高的矫顽力和磁化后的剩磁。因为其高矫顽力,硬铁氧体不易被退磁,这也是永久磁铁的一个重要特性。硬铁氧体可以产生磁通,也有较高的磁导率。如钡铁氧体、钢铁氧体等。它主要用于制造电子器材中的磁性存储设备,更可用作票据磁性卡片。
以磁性卡片(如交通卡、门禁卡)为例,铁氧体薄片是其中的重要组成部分,另外在铁氧体表面还需要粘合如防止电磁外泄的屏蔽层、为了美观的装饰层等。这时候就需要用到双面胶带。也可直接在铁氧体表面贴上单面胶带,以起到保护作用。
然而刚才已经说过,铁氧体具有较高的脆性,并且其表面通常比较粗糙,因此胶带贴上去后容易产生气泡,较难贴稳。如何提高胶带的粘结牢固性并消除气泡,是制造铁氧体专用胶带的主要研究课题之一。
常见的技术手段包括调节胶带所采用的胶粘层的配方、选择合适的基材,以提高其粘性和湿润性,进而增加胶带整体的柔韧性,从而使其能粘得更牢且不易产生气泡。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种粘贴牢固、不易产生气泡的铁氧体专用胶带。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种铁氧体专用胶带,包含基材和涂布在该基材的至少一面上的粘胶层。其中粘胶层是包含以下组分的组合物:聚二有机硅氧烷聚脲共聚物;占所述组合物质量比60~70%的增粘硅树脂。
进一步地,所述基材选自纸张、塑料薄膜、织物、无纺布或玻璃纤维,且所述基材的熔点或玻璃化转变温度不低于120℃。
更进一步地,所述基材为聚酯薄膜或聚酰亚胺薄膜。
更进一步地,所述基材为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜。
更进一步地,所述组合物还包含占所述组合物质量比为10~30%的有机硅流体。
更进一步地,所述组合物包含占所述组合物质量比为10%的聚二有机硅氧烷聚脲共聚物;占所述组合物质量比为65%的增粘硅树脂;占所述组合物质量比为25%的有机硅流体。
更进一步地,所述粘胶层厚度为10~50μm,优选10~30μm。
根据本发明实施的铁氧体专用胶带,其粘合力强劲,柔韧度高,与铁氧体粘合的表面不易产生气泡。因此无论是作为背胶还是双面胶都能获得极好的粘合效果和视觉效果。
具体实施方式
为了便于理解,下面结合实施例对本发明进行说明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
粘胶层的组合物配方:
构成粘胶层的组合物的配方见下表:

铁氧体专用胶带:
胶带的基材可选择熔点或玻璃化转变温度较高的各种材料,如纸张、塑料薄膜、织物、无纺布或玻璃纤维等。这是因为粘胶层的固化温度约为120~160°C,因此基材的熔点不能低于此温度。
其中聚酯薄膜和聚酰亚胺薄膜,尤其是PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)较为优选,因为其熔点较高,且具有较好的各向同性。
另外,可在基材的两面各涂布一层粘胶层,然后在其中一面上覆盖离型膜,从而制成双面胶;亦可只涂布一层粘胶层,制成单面胶。注意在制备单面胶时,对基材的选择还需考虑其当作产品表面使用时的外观需求,亦可在其未覆盖粘胶层的那一面层叠上具有其他功能的薄膜层。
本发明中,实施例1、2、3和5的基材均为PET薄膜;实施例4的基材为聚丙烯(PP)薄膜。
铁氧体专用胶带的性能测试:
柔软度:通过人手触摸、弯折简单测试不同实施例产品的柔软度,结论是实施例1>2>3>4>5。
柔软性好的胶带在贴合时更容易保持与被粘物之间的密实接触,较少产生气泡。
采用常规方法测试5种实施例产品与铁氧体之间的剥离粘度,结果均大于100g/cm,其中实施例1的产品的剥离粘度高达250g/cm,粘贴的牢固程度最佳。
采用超声波探测粘结平面的气泡等缺陷的数量和大小,结果显示,4种实施例产品的粘贴缺陷数量均少于1处/平方厘米,符合使用需求。
上述实施例表明,根据本发明实施的铁氧体专用胶带具备较高的粘度和平整度,粘贴牢固且少气泡。

Claims (8)

1.一种铁氧体专用胶带,包含基材和涂布在该基材的至少一面上的粘胶层,其特征在于:所述粘胶层是包含以下组分的组合物:
聚二有机硅氧烷聚脲共聚物;
占所述组合物质量比60~70%的增粘硅树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁氧体专用胶带,其特征在于:所述基材选自纸张、塑料薄膜、织物、无纺布和玻璃纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铁氧体专用胶带,其特征在于:所述基材为聚酯薄膜或聚酰亚胺薄膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铁氧体专用胶带,其特征在于:所述基材为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的铁氧体专用胶带,其特征在于:所述组合物还包含占所述组合物质量比为10~30%的有机硅流体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的铁氧体专用胶带,其特征在于:所述组合物包含以重量比记的:
所述聚二有机硅氧烷聚脲共聚物10%;
所述增粘硅树脂65%;
所述有机硅流体25%。
7.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的铁氧体专用胶带,其特征在于:所述粘胶层厚度为10~50μm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的铁氧体专用胶带,其特征在于:所述粘胶层厚度为10~30μm。
