Abstract
本发明涉及一种磁性复合板,以及该复合板的制作方法。所述磁性复合板包括依次设置的面材层、磁性层和基材层,所述磁性层含有粘结剂和可磁化材料,用于将所述面材层与基材层进行粘结。该复合板可同时适用于磁性物吸附,以及工字钉刺入等方式对薄片状物品进行固定,使用便利。本发明还涉及由该复合板制作的磁性告示板。与使用磁性或者铁性胶片的磁性告示板相比,本发明提供的方法制作成本更低,容易扎钉,可生产较大尺寸的告示板产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种磁性复合板,该复合板的制作方法,以及由该复合板制作的磁性告示板。
背景技术
现有技术中,可扎钉装饰性复合板可用于生产告示板,该复合板没有磁吸附性能,只能使用工字钉以固定图片、纸张或挂件,具有如下缺点:1、频繁扎钉,破坏复合板表面,减少复合板使用寿命;2、扎钉导致使用的薄片状物品,如相片、纸张上产生钉孔;3,儿童使用工字钉不安全。
然而,上述告示板结构无法配合磁铁的吸附而固定薄片状物品,因此人们开发了磁性告示板。现有的磁性告示板的板材结构为:在一基板的表面设置金属薄板,在金属薄板表面涂布一层白漆。使用时,金属薄板的白色表面上可使用白板笔书写,也可以将磁性物(磁钉)吸附于该金属薄板表面,以供夹持便条纸或其它纸张。但上述磁性复合板表面的金属薄板极为坚硬,无法刺入工字钉以固定其它对象。2,该复合板表面为白色,缺乏装饰性。3,该复合板表面为金属表面,缺乏吸音降噪的功能。
部分磁性复合板使用磁性或者铁性的胶片对磁钉进行吸附,但仍具有以下缺点:1、该胶片需要成型和压延,制造工艺复杂,成本较高;2、胶片和磁性复合板上下层粘接需要粘接两面,工艺繁杂。3、由于磁性胶片或者可磁化胶片受尺寸限制,所以该种告示板也受到尺寸限制,大尺寸需要拼板,工艺更复杂,产品质量也会因拼板下降,个别厂家可达到1.2m宽幅。4、对于含有该磁性胶片的复合板,工字钉可以穿透,但是扎钉困难,使用感受差。
鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种磁性复合板,该磁性复合板可同时适用于磁性物吸附,以及工字钉刺入等方式对薄片状物品进行固定,使用便利。
本发明的第二目的在于提供该磁性复合板的制作方法。
本发明的第三目的在于提供由该复合板制作的磁性告示板。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明涉及一种磁性复合板,所述磁性复合板包括依次设置的面材层、磁性层和基材层,所述磁性层含有粘结剂和可磁化材料,用于将所述面材层与基材层进行粘结。
优选地,所述面材层的材质选自软木、绒布、毛毡、无纺布、编织布、EVA中的至少一种。
优选地,所述基材层的材质选自低密度板、泡沫板、EVA、聚酯纤维、毛毡、纸板、中密度板中的至少一种。
优选地,所述粘结剂选自乙酸乙酯、丙烯酸、淀粉胶、环氧树脂、聚氨酯、聚乙烯醇、蛋白胶、EVA胶中的至少一种。
优选地,所述可磁化材料选自Fe、Co、Ni、Gd的单质或氧化物,以及包含上述元素的合金。
优选地,所述可磁化材料为铁氧体永磁材料或稀土永磁材料。
优选地,所述面材层的厚度为0.3~2mm,所述磁性复合板的厚度为6~15mm。
优选地,所述磁性层中,可磁化材料的质量百分含量为30%~80%。
本发明还涉及所述磁性复合板的制作方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)使可磁化材料与粘结剂充分混合,得到磁性粘胶;
(2)将所述磁性粘胶涂布在所述基材层表面,然后与所述面材层进行压合,或者将所述磁性粘胶涂布在面材层表面,然后与所述基材层进行压合。
本发明还涉及一种磁性告示板,所述磁性告示板包括边框和前述的磁性复合板,所述边框位于所述复合板四周。
优选地,所述边框的材质为木质、MDF、塑料或金属。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供了一种磁性复合板,通过在相同或不同材质的面材层和基材层之间加入含有可磁化材料的磁性层,可同时适用于磁性物吸附,以及工字钉刺入等方式对薄片状物品进行固定,使用便利。并且与使用磁性或者铁性胶片的磁性复合板相比,制作成本更低,可生产较大尺寸的告示板产品,容易扎钉。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
本发明实施例涉及一种磁性复合板。如图1所示,该磁性复合板包括依次设置的面材层1、磁性层2和基材层3,磁性层2含有粘结剂和可磁化材料,用于将面材层1与基材层3进行粘结。与现有技术相比,本发明无需事先制备得到磁性层2,而采用磁性粘胶将面材层1和基材层3进行粘结,固化后得到磁性层2的方式,可以减少制造工艺,并能够得到任意尺寸的磁性告示板。
在本发明的一个实施例中,为便于扎钉,面材层1为具有弹性且质地较软的板状体。其材质可选自软木、绒布、毛毡、无纺布、编织布、EVA中的至少一种。
由于使用工字钉时,钉体需依次穿过面材层1、磁性层2和基材层3。因此与面材层1类似,基材层3也应选择具有适当强度的板状体。为了避免被工字钉扎透,损伤墙面,可以在基材层背面复合上一层硬板,如镀锌板。基材层3的材质可选自低密度纤维板(如蔗渣板,软质纤维板等)、泡沫板、纸板、EVA、聚酯纤维、毛毡中的至少一种。由于软木的成本较高,且基材层3的厚度大于面材层1,因此基材层3中未使用软木。
当然,也可以选用工字钉无法透过的基材层3,例如选择中密度板作为基材层3的材料。此时该磁性复合板仅可以吸附磁钉,无法使用工字钉。
本发明中,粘结剂可使用板材领域常见的粘结剂,例如乙酸乙酯(白乳胶)、丙烯酸、淀粉胶、环氧树脂、聚氨酯、聚乙烯醇、蛋白胶、EVA胶中的至少一种,以实现面材层1与基材层3的粘结。
在磁性层2中加入可磁化材料的目的是与磁钉等磁性物质作用,对薄片状物品进行吸附和固定。在本发明的一个实施例中,可磁化材料选自Fe、Co、Ni、Gd的单质或氧化物,以及上述元素的合金。
在本发明的一个实施例中,可磁化材料还可以为铁氧体永磁材料或稀土永磁材料。这两种材料价格比较高,充磁后具有永磁性。价格为铁粉的十几倍甚至几十倍。其中,铁的氧化物和一种或几种其它金属氧化物组成的复合氧化物(如BaO·6Fe2O3、MnO·Fe2O3·ZnO·Fe2O3等)等称为铁氧体。稀土永磁材料最常见的为钕铁硼Nd2Fe14B。钕铁硼为四方晶系晶体,是最常用的永久磁铁。在本发明中出于成本的考虑,优选使用铁粉或四氧化三铁的粉末作为可磁化材料。
在本发明的一个实施例中,为了使磁性层2更好地发挥作用,将面材层1的厚度设置为0.3~2mm,基材层3的厚度为5~10mm,磁性复合板的厚度为6~15mm。如面材层1厚度过大,不容易实现磁钉在复合板表面的吸附。
在本发明的一个实施例中,磁性层2中,可磁化材料的质量百分含量为30%~80%。申请人研究发现,在使用通用粘结剂的条件下,为提高复合板的磁吸附性,应尽可能多地加入可磁化材料。但如果可磁化材料的质量百分含量高于90%,可磁化材料与粘结剂混合后得到的磁性粘胶的结合力下降,无法实现基材层1与面材层3的紧密结合。
本发明还涉及磁性复合板的制作方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)使可磁化材料与粘结剂充分混合,得到磁性粘胶。进一步地,该过程可通过常规的分散器械实现,该机械包括胶辊、分散机和搅拌机等。或者以人工搅拌的方式进行混合。
(2)将磁性粘胶涂布在基材层3表面,然后与面材层1进行压合,该磁性粘胶固化后形成磁性层2。进一步地,该涂布过程选自毛刷涂布、滚胶、涂胶、刮胶、喷胶等方式中的任何一种。也可以将磁性粘胶涂布在面材层1表面,然后与基材层3进行压合。
本发明还涉及一种磁性告示板,该磁性告示板包括边框和前述的磁性复合板,边框位于所述复合板四周。边框的材质可以为木质、MDF、塑料或金属。也可以采用软质的装饰材料为告示板包边。
其中,MDF的含义为中密度纤维板(medium density fiberboard),是以植物纤维为原料,施加脲醛树脂或其他合成树脂,在加热加压条件下压制而成的密度在0.50~0.88g/cm3范围的板材,也可以加入其他合适的添加剂以改善板材特性。
该磁性复合板还可以用于制作家具面板或者其他办公用品的面板,兼具实用和美观的性能。
实施例1~5
一种磁性复合板,包括依次设置的面材层1、磁性层2和基材层3。各层的材质和组成见表1:

使用钉长为8mm的工字钉,以及普通市售强磁钉(其磁性材料为钕铁硼),将重量为5g的明信片固定在实施例1~5制备得到的磁性复合板表面。工字钉扎入复合板的难易程度和磁钉的固定程度见表2。

从表2可以看出,对于实施例1~3的磁性复合板,均能够实现使用工字钉和磁钉对明信片的固定。如将面材层替换为硬度较高的中密度板,或者降低可磁化材料在磁性层中的含量或上胶量,磁性复合板的固定性能会有所下降。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种磁性复合板,其特征在于,所述磁性告示板包括依次设置的面材层、磁性层和基材层,所述磁性层含有粘结剂和可磁化材料,用于将所述面材层与基材层进行粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁性复合板,其特征在于,所述面材层的材质选自软木、绒布、毛毡、无纺布、编织布、EVA中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁性复合板,其特征在于,所述基材层的材质选自低密度板、泡沫板、EVA、聚酯纤维、毛毡、纸板、中密度板中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磁性复合板,其特征在于,所述粘结剂选自乙酸乙酯、丙烯酸、淀粉胶、环氧树脂、聚氨酯、聚乙烯醇、蛋白胶、EVA胶中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的磁性复合板,其特征在于,所述可磁化材料选自Fe、Co、Ni、Gd的单质或氧化物,以及包含上述元素的合金。
6.根据权利要求1所述的磁性复合板,其特征在于,所述可磁化材料为铁氧体永磁材料或稀土永磁材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的磁性复合板,其特征在于,所述面材层的厚度为0.3~2mm,所述磁性复合板的厚度为6~15mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的磁性复合板,其特征在于,所述磁性层中,可磁化材料的质量百分含量为30%~80%。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一项所述磁性复合板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)使可磁化材料与粘结剂充分混合,得到磁性粘胶;
(2)将所述磁性粘胶涂布在所述基材层表面,然后与所述面材层进行压合,或者将所述磁性粘胶涂布在面材层表面,然后与所述基材层进行压合。
10.一种磁性告示板,其特征在于,所述磁性告示板包括边框和权利要求1至8任一项所述的磁性复合板,所述边框位于所述复合板四周。
