Abstract
本发明公开了一种纸张折痕模板,包括下模板和与设置在下模板上方的上模板,所述上模板与下模板能够相对上下移动,所述上模板设置有朝着下模板方向伸出的折痕钢线,在所述下模板上设置有与折痕钢线配合的折痕槽,所述折痕钢线能够选择性地插入到折痕槽中,所述纸张放置在折痕钢线和折痕槽之间。该纸张折痕模板的下模板采用钢模板,提高了使用寿命,降低了使用成本。

技术领域
本发明属于纸张折痕领域,尤其涉及一种纸张折痕模板。
背景技术
目前常规纸张折痕是采用树脂底模条和树脂底模板两种类型,树脂底模条安装困难,耗时大,使用寿命时间短,成本高。长期使用底模条宽度及深度会产生变化,影响折痕质量不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种纸张折痕模板,用以解决上述问题,采用钢模板,提高了使用寿命,降低了使用成本。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种纸张折痕模板,其特征在于,包括下模板和与设置在下模板上方的上模板,所述上模板与下模板能够相对上下移动,所述上模板设置有朝着下模板方向伸出的折痕钢线,在所述下模板上设置有与折痕钢线配合的折痕槽,所述折痕钢线能够选择性地插入到折痕槽中,所述纸张放置在折痕钢线和折痕槽之间。
优选地,所述下模板采用钢板制成。
优选地,所述折痕钢线的下端面为弧形,所述折痕钢线的宽度为0.71mm。
优选地,所述折痕槽的宽度为在纸张厚度的基础上加0.7-0.8mm。
优选地,所述折痕槽的宽度为1-2mm。
优选地,所述折痕槽的深度为纸张厚度加0.1-0.3mm。
优选地,所述折痕槽11的深度为0.4-1mm。
优选地,在上模板上还设置有从上模板上朝着下模板方向伸出的用于将纸张切断的切刀。
优选地,所述切刀的形状和数量能够调整。
与现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
下模板采用钢板制成,通过钢板能够增加模板的使用寿命,进而能够降低生产成本;并且采用钢底模可以避免折痕线变形导致的折弯困难和外观缺陷。

以下描述用于揭露本发明以使本领域技术人员能够实现本发明。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。
如图1所示,一种纸张折痕模板,包括下模板1和与下模板1配合的上模板2,所述下模板1采用不锈钢板或者高硬度钢板。
所述上模板2上设置有折痕钢线21,所述折痕钢线21的上端固定在上模板2内,所述折痕钢线21的下端从上模板2的下方伸出。在下模板1的上方与折痕钢线21对应的位置处设置有折痕槽11,通过上模板2与下模板1的上下相对移动能够使折痕钢线21能够选择性地插入到折痕槽11中进行压制处折痕。所述折痕槽11采用CNC雕刻成型。
所述折痕钢线21的宽度为0.71mm,下端面采用弧形,通过采用弧形端面能够使折痕在折叠时更加容易。
所述折痕槽11的宽度为在纸张厚度的基础上加0.7-0.8mm,这样能够保证在产生折痕的同时又不会将纸张受损。优选地,所述折痕槽11的宽度为1-2mm。
所述折痕槽11的深度为纸张厚度加0.1-0.3mm,深度过深容易使纸张受损,过浅达不到折痕效果。优选地,所述折痕槽11的深度为0.4-1mm。
在上模板2上还设置有从上模板2上朝着下模板1方向伸出的切刀22,所述切刀22用以将纸张切断。所述切刀22的形状和数量能够根据纸张切割的形状进行设置。所述切刀22从上模板2的伸出长度小于折痕钢线21从上模板2的伸出长度。
同时,为了防止折痕槽11的上边缘对纸张产生损害,在折痕槽11的上边缘设置有倒圆角。

1.一种纸张折痕模板,其特征在于,包括下模板和与设置在下模板上方的上模板,所述上模板与下模板能够相对上下移动,所述上模板设置有朝着下模板方向伸出的折痕钢线,在所述下模板上设置有与折痕钢线配合的折痕槽,所述折痕钢线能够选择性地插入到折痕槽中,所述纸张放置在折痕钢线和折痕槽之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸张折痕模板,其特征在于,所述下模板采用钢板制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸张折痕模板,其特征在于,所述折痕钢线的下端面为弧形,所述折痕钢线的宽度为0.71mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸张折痕模板,其特征在于,所述折痕槽的宽度为在纸张厚度的基础上加0.7-0.8mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种纸张折痕模板,其特征在于,所述折痕槽的宽度为1-2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸张折痕模板,其特征在于,所述折痕槽的深度为纸张厚度加0.1-0.3mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种纸张折痕模板,其特征在于,所述折痕槽11的深度为0.4-1mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸张折痕模板,其特征在于,在上模板上还设置有从上模板上朝着下模板方向伸出的用于将纸张切断的切刀。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种纸张折痕模板,其特征在于,所述切刀的形状和数量能够调整。
