本发明公开了一种有助于提高睡眠质量的减肥代餐,其技术方案要点是包括以下成分,小米粉30~35份;燕麦片10~12份;冻干香蕉片3~5份;冻干牛奶粉末3~4份;维生素包0.1~0.2份;矿物质包0.1~0.2份;褪黑素0.004~0.007份;助眠中药材1~1.5份,本发明的优点在于小米和燕麦是具有大量膳食纤维且低热量的食物,是很好地减肥食品,同时小米和燕麦也是很好地助眠食物,因此不会使用者晚间睡眠不佳,香蕉所含的热量很低,且润肠通便,有助于养护肠道,香蕉含有微量的褪黑素,有良好的助眠作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减肥代餐,更具体地说,它涉及一种有助于提高睡眠质量的减肥代餐。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,生活节奏的加快,午餐不再那么丰盛,而晚餐桌上往往是高脂肪、高蛋白和高热量的食物,由于晚餐后运动量减少,或者由于应酬,饮食变得不规律,因此,肥胖人群不断增多。肥胖给人们的生活和工作带来很大的不便,不但如此,因肥胖而引起的很多并发症(肥胖并发高血压、肥胖并发冠心病和各种心脑血管疾病、肥胖并发糖尿病和高脂血症、肥胖并发肺功能不全、肥胖并发脂肪肝、肥胖并发生殖功能不全等)正在吞噬着人们的健康。高血糖、高血脂、糖尿病等很大程度上是由肥胖引起。正因人们开始逐渐意识到了此类问题,减肥开始被关注和重视。
肥胖是因为摄入的能量大于消耗而引起脂肪的堆积。目前可以用于减肥的几种方法为通过运动,促进脂肪的消耗;借助脂肪燃烧因子促进脂肪燃烧;食物抑制等等。因现代都市的人群生活节奏快,忙碌紧张,运动减肥一般很难坚持。而脂肪燃烧因子,如左旋肉碱类要配合运动才能够加速脂肪的消耗,否则会被身体代谢排出。所以这样的方式往往让人觉得没有效果而失去了信心。而通过抑制食欲的大多因为配方不科学,造成营养不良,各种功能因子摄入不足而使得抵抗力低下,对身体健康带来很大的威胁。而机体的代谢涉及多步骤、多种代谢途径,并且相互交叉形成网络,同时存在着复杂的反馈调节机制,仅仅补充某种维生素或矿物质,不能纠正所有的代谢环节,只有全面补充矿物质和维生素,才能使肥胖者的物质代谢和能量代谢在一个较高水平维持平衡。因此补充多种维生素和矿物质具有重要的意义。
虽然目前市场上也有维生素或矿物质组成的营养补剂,如CN201010209109.8、“肠内营养乳剂及其制备方法”,公开了该肠内营养乳剂包含以下成分:蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、膳食纤维、钠、钾、氯、钙、镁等矿物质、微量元素以及维生素。但这些营养补剂功能单一,是饮食之外的补充剂,均不能代替饮食。针对这一问题,本领域技术人员研发出了一种代餐粉,以魔芋粉为主要基料,再辅以多种营养成分作为辅料,这种代餐粉虽然能够为使用者提供足够的饱腹感,但魔芋粉纤度较高很难消化,容易影响使用者的睡眠。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种有助于提高睡眠质量的减肥代餐。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种有助于提高睡眠质量的减肥代餐,包括以下成分,小米粉30~35份;燕麦片10~12份;冻干香蕉片3~5份;冻干牛奶粉末3~4份;维生素包0.1~0.2份;矿物质包0.1~0.2份;褪黑素0.004~0.007份;助眠中药材1~1.5份。
作为优选的,所述助眠中药材包括决明子2~3份、灵芝0.4~0.5份、柏子仁1~1.3份、酸枣仁5~6份、当归4~4.2份。
作为优选的,所述维生素包包括维生素A 0.5~1.5份、维生素D0.0008~0.0012份、维生素E1.0~13份、维生素C 50~80份、维生素B1 10~15份、维生素B2 0.8~13份、维生素B6 0.5~1.0份、维生素B12 0.001~0.005份、烟酸10~20份、叶酸0.0015~0.3份。
作为优选的,所述矿物质包包括铁0.1~0.5份、锌0.08~0.18份、钙8~40份镁1.0~2.0份,所述铁来源于葡萄糖酸铁、焦磷酸铁、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸铁、富马酸亚铁或柠檬酸铁铵;所述锌来源于氧化锌、葡萄糖酸锌或硫酸锌;所述钙来源于选自葡萄糖酸钙、碳酸钙、乳酸钙、磷酸三钙、磷酸氢钙或柠檬酸钙;所述镁来源于葡萄糖酸镁或硫酸镁。
本发明相对现有技术相比具有:小米和燕麦是具有大量膳食纤维且低热量的食物,是很好地减肥食品,同时小米和燕麦也是很好地助眠食物,因此不会使用者晚间睡眠不佳,香蕉所含的热量很低,且润肠通便,有助于养护肠道,香蕉含有微量的褪黑素,有良好的助眠作用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明有助于提高睡眠质量的减肥代餐实施例做进一步说明。
一种有助于提高睡眠质量的减肥代餐,包括以下成分,小米粉30~35份;燕麦片10~12份;冻干香蕉片3~5份;冻干牛奶粉末3~4份;维生素包0.1~0.2份;矿物质包0.1~0.2份;褪黑素0.004~0.007份;助眠中药材1~1.5份。助眠中药材包括决明子2~3份、灵芝0.4~0.5份、柏子仁1~1.3份、酸枣仁5~6份、当归4~4.2份。维生素包包括维生素A 0.5~1.5份、维生素D0.0008~0.0012份、维生素E1.0~13份、维生素C 50~80份、维生素B1 10~15份、维生素B2 0.8~13份、维生素B6 0.5~1.0份、维生素B12 0.001~0.005份、烟酸10~20份、叶酸0.0015~0.3份。矿物质包包括铁0.1~0.5份、锌0.08~0.18份、钙8~40份镁1.0~2.0份,铁来源于葡萄糖酸铁、焦磷酸铁、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸铁、富马酸亚铁或柠檬酸铁铵;锌来源于氧化锌、葡萄糖酸锌或硫酸锌;钙来源于选自葡萄糖酸钙、碳酸钙、乳酸钙、磷酸三钙、磷酸氢钙或柠檬酸钙;所述镁来源于葡萄糖酸镁或硫酸镁。
小米含有的色氨酸,能够抑制中枢神经兴奋度,产生一定的困倦感。同时,5-羟色胺在人体内进一步可转化生成褪黑素,褪黑素被证实有确切的镇静和诱发睡眠作用。燕麦是很有价值的睡前佳品,含有富足的N-乙酰-5-甲氧基色胺。煮一小碗谷类,加少许蜂蜜混合其中是再合适不过了。试试大口大口的用力咀嚼,足以填补你的牙洞了,还有减肥功效。同时燕麦片能诱使产生褪黑素,一小碗就能起到促进睡眠的效果,如果大量咀嚼燕麦片,效果会更佳。香蕉含有镁元素,能够让肌肉松弛有助于睡眠。还含有褪黑素,能够镇静和诱发睡眠作用。睡前吃香蕉不会引起发胖,因为它卡路里低,且食物纤维含量丰富,可以促进排便。加入牛奶可以为该减肥代餐添加入蛋白质,有助于食用者的营养均衡,同时牛奶也具有良好的助眠效果。为了使该代餐含有人体日常所需的营养元素,在该减肥代餐中还添加了所需的复合维生素和矿物质。

1.一种有助于提高睡眠质量的减肥代餐,其特征在于:包括以下成分,小米粉30~35份;燕麦片10~12份;冻干香蕉片3~5份;冻干牛奶粉末3~4份;维生素包0.1~0.2份;矿物质包0.1~0.2份;褪黑素0.004~0.007份;助眠中药材1~1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有助于提高睡眠质量的减肥代餐,其特征在于:所述助眠中药材包括决明子2~3份、灵芝0.4~0.5份、柏子仁1~1.3份、酸枣仁5~6份、当归4~4.2份。
