技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,尤其是涉及一种将多种酶复配后制备退浆水洗二合一酵素粉的方法及其用于牛仔水洗的应用。
背景技术
水洗厂牛仔服装整理的生化洗涤常规工艺是用工业转鼓水洗机对牛仔服装依次进行退浆和酵素返旧整理。使用现有的酵素进行水洗都必须进行先退浆处理,否则就达不到预定的水洗效果,现有的酵素进行水洗,其退浆处理工序要求高,流程长,耗水量大,每退浆一机衣料需要消耗1.6~3吨自来水,还需对1吨左右的退浆溶液进行蒸汽加热,升温至50℃~70℃,不仅蒸汽能耗高,而且生产效率低,每处理一机需要30分钟以上,退浆所排放的污水量大,环保监控严,后续污水处理费用高。
退浆水洗二合一酵素粉是一种多功能复合酶,它可以在一定pH值和温度下,对牛仔织物同时进行退浆和返旧整理,使织物表面的淀粉浆料被迅速催化水解成分子量较小、粘度较低、溶解度较高的低分子化合物,同时将织物表面纤维素大分子水解为水溶性的短链、低分子的寡糖和葡萄糖,使织物纤维表面绒毛掉落,从而改善织物表面光滑度和柔软性,使布面可以较温和地褪色、褪毛,并得到持久的柔软效果。使用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,每洗一机织物可节水1.5~3吨,节省时间至少30分钟,节省防染剂1~2公斤,同时节约单独退浆所需要的加热升温蒸汽,生产效率提高,蒸汽能耗降低,生产成本降低,排放的待处理污水量减少1.5~3吨,排放的待处理污水量大幅减少,是推行环保水洗工艺的理想水洗酵素粉。

本发明的技术方案如下:
一种牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,所述酵素粉所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:
所述复配酶为退浆酶与中性纤维素酶的混合物,两者的质量比1:1-1:6。
所述退浆酶为微生物发酵的高浓固体α-淀粉酶,其5%水溶液的pH值为5.0-6.5,在30-100℃的范围内催化水解棉织物表面的淀粉浆料;所述中性纤维素酶为微生物发酵且基因改性的高浓固体中性纤维素酶,在pH 5-8、温度为20-70℃的条件下催化水解棉织物上的纤维素纤维。
所述防染粉为C16-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,有效物含量大于99.9%,其5%水溶液的pH值为6.5-7.5,闪点大于100℃。
所述酶稳定剂为粉末状无水氯化钙,其有效物含量大于94%,粒度为80目。
所述pH缓冲盐为无水三聚磷酸钠、无水磷酸氢二钠中的一种或两种混合。
所述干燥剂为水溶性玉米淀粉,其可溶物大于99.8%,粒度为80目。
一所述牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
(1)在清洁的搅拌釜中加入pH缓冲盐10-26份,开搅拌;
(2)加入己二酸20-40份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(3)加入干燥剂30-48份,加入无水元明粉12-30份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(4)加入防染粉20-56份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(5)加入酶稳定剂2-6份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(6)确保搅拌釜中物料温度不超过30℃;
(7)在搅拌釜中物料温度低于30℃条件下,加入复配酶6-16份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30-40分钟至混合均匀;
(8)关停搅拌,检查确认搅拌釜中酵素粉无结块,则得到配制好的酵素粉;
(9)静置冷却至搅拌釜中酵素粉温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得所述牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉成品。

2、本发明在宽广的温度范围内表现出优异的水洗整理效果,可在较低温度下工作,显著节约能源,节省成本;水洗过程中不用调pH值,不耗用醋酸,可以节约生产成本,提高工效。
3、本发明可在宽广的pH和温度范围内工作,便于客户灵活用于各种工艺,同时可以帮助客户减少不同酵素粉产品的库存备货,可以简化水洗工艺,减少工艺用水,降低蒸汽能耗,缩短水洗时间,提高生产效率,起着显著的节能减排作用。
4、本发明具有优异的织物返旧整理性能,牛仔服装表面花度清晰,对比度高,立体感强,能使牛仔服装表面产生时尚的返旧外观,并且,牛仔服装背面和内口袋返沾色极低,可免去传统防返沾色需另加防返沾色助剂或蛋白酶等,用于一般牛仔服水洗时,本产品用量少,加入本产品量为0.8-2%(o.w.f),即可达到良好的水洗效果。

实施例1
一种牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,所述牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉的制备方法为:
(1)在清洁的搅拌釜中加入无水三聚磷酸钠26份,开搅拌;
(2)加入己二酸40份,800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(3)加入水溶性玉米淀粉(粒度为80目)48份,加入无水元明粉30份,800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(4)加入防染粉(C16-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,5%水溶液的pH值为6.5)56份,800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(5)加入粉末状无水氯化钙(粒度为80目)6份,800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(6)确保搅拌釜中物料温度不超过30℃;
(7)在搅拌釜中物料温度低于30℃条件下,加入复配酶(退浆酶与中性纤维素酶质量比为1:1)16份,800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌40分钟至混合均匀(不能均质剪切);
(8)关停搅拌,检查确认搅拌釜中酵素粉无结块,则得到配制好的酵素粉;
(9)静置冷却至搅拌釜中酵素粉温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得所述牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉成品。
实施例2
一种牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,所述牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉的制备方法为:
(1)在清洁的搅拌釜中加入无水磷酸氢二钠10份,开搅拌;
(2)加入己二酸20份,400转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20分钟至完全混合均匀;
(3)加入水溶性玉米淀粉(粒度为80目)30份,加入无水元明粉12份,400转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20分钟至完全混合均匀;
(4)加入防染粉(C16-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,5%水溶液的pH值为7.0)20份,400转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20分钟至完全混合均匀;
(5)加入粉末状无水氯化钙(粒度为80目)2份,400转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20分钟至完全混合均匀;
(6)确保搅拌釜中物料温度不超过30℃;
(7)在搅拌釜中物料温度低于30℃条件下,加入复配酶(退浆酶与中性纤维素酶质量比为1:3)6份,400转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30分钟至混合均匀(不能均质剪切);
(8)关停搅拌,检查确认搅拌釜中酵素粉无结块,则得到配制好的酵素粉;
(9)静置冷却至搅拌釜中酵素粉温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得所述牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉成品。
实施例3
一种牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,所述牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉的制备方法为:
(1)在清洁的搅拌釜中加入pH缓冲盐(无水三聚磷酸钠与无水磷酸氢二钠质量比为2:1)18份,开搅拌;
(2)加入己二酸30份,600转/分钟的转速下,搅拌25分钟至完全混合均匀;
(3)加入水溶性玉米淀粉(粒度为80目)39份,加入无水元明粉21份,600转/分钟的转速下,搅拌25分钟至完全混合均匀;
(4)加入防染粉(C16-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,5%水溶液的pH值为7.5)38份,600转/分钟的转速下,搅拌25分钟至完全混合均匀;
(5)加入粉末状无水氯化钙(粒度为80目)4份,600转/分钟的转速下,搅拌25分钟至完全混合均匀;
(6)确保搅拌釜中物料温度不超过30℃;
(7)在搅拌釜中物料温度低于30℃条件下,加入复配酶(退浆酶与中性纤维素酶质量比为1:6)11份,600转/分钟的转速下,搅拌35分钟至混合均匀(不能均质剪切);
(8)关停搅拌,检查确认搅拌釜中酵素粉无结块,则得到配制好的酵素粉;
(9)静置冷却至搅拌釜中酵素粉温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得所述牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉成品。
测试例:
本发明牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,可将退浆和水洗工艺两步合为一步,工艺如下:
在工业水洗机中,按照浴比1:10加入待洗牛仔服装和自来水,升温到60℃,加入2g/L实施例1制得的牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,进行退浆水洗,运行45分钟,然后排液,用清水清洗干净牛仔服装,将洗净后的牛仔服装脱水5分钟,然后在85℃蒸汽烘箱中烘干,待烘干后的牛仔服装冷却至室温后,评估牛仔服装加工效果。
传统的牛仔退浆和水洗工艺分为两步法,工艺如下:
(1)第一步:退浆,在工业水洗机中,按照浴比1:10加入待洗牛仔服装和自来水,升温到60℃,加入2g/L的淀粉酶,进行退浆处理20分钟,排掉工作液;然后,按照浴比1:15加入自来水清洗一遍牛仔服装,然后排掉清洗液;
(2)第二步:水洗,按照浴比1:10加入自来水,升温到55℃,加入2g/L传统的牛仔用水洗酵素粉JS-968,运行45分钟,然后排液,用清水清洗干净牛仔服装;将洗净后的牛仔服装脱水5分钟,然后在85℃蒸汽烘箱中烘干。待烘干后的牛仔服装冷却至室温后,评估牛仔服装加工效果。
用测色仪Minolta CR-410测量加工后的牛仔服装表面的摩擦效果和牛仔服装背面的沾色效果,测试结果如表1所示。由表1数据可以看出:无论是牛仔服装表面摩擦值还是牛仔背面沾色值,本发明牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉的加工效果均略优于市售牛仔用水洗酵素粉JS-968。

注:牛仔表面摩擦值越大,表示摩擦起花效果越好;
牛仔背面沾色值越大,表示背面沾色越浅,效果越好。
在D65标准光源条件下目测评估牛仔服装表面的摩擦效果和牛仔服装背面的沾色效果,测试结果如表2所示。由表2数据可以看出:无论是牛仔服装表面摩擦还是牛仔背面沾色,本发明牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉的加工效果均稍优于市售牛仔用水洗酵素粉JS-968。

注:+越多,表示牛仔表面摩擦越强,牛仔背面沾色越浅,效果越好。
同时比较用两种产品加工牛仔服装所需要的时间、用水量和蒸汽,如表3所示。由表3数据可以看出:与传统的牛仔用水洗酵素粉JS-968相比,本发明牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉加工一机牛仔服装可节约时间35分钟,节约用水1.5吨,减少污水排放量1.5吨,减少蒸汽消耗40公斤,生产效率提高,生产成本降低,节能环保。

Claims (8)
1.一种牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,其特征在于所述酵素粉所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:
2.根据权利要求1所述的牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,其特征在于所述复配酶为退浆酶与中性纤维素酶的混合物,两者的质量比1:1-1:6。
3.根据权利要求2所述的牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,其特征在于所述退浆酶为微生物发酵的高浓固体α-淀粉酶,其5%水溶液的pH值为5.0-6.5,在30-100℃的范围内催化水解棉织物表面的淀粉浆料;所述中性纤维素酶为微生物发酵且基因改性的高浓固体中性纤维素酶,在pH 5-8、温度为20-70℃的条件下催化水解棉织物上的纤维素纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,其特征在于所述防染粉为C16-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,有效物含量大于99.9%,其5%水溶液的pH值为6.5-7.5,闪点大于100℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,其特征在于所述酶稳定剂为粉末状无水氯化钙,其有效物含量大于94%,粒度为80目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,其特征在于所述pH缓冲盐为无水三聚磷酸钠、无水磷酸氢二钠中的一种或两种混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉,其特征在于所述干燥剂为水溶性玉米淀粉,其可溶物大于99.8%,粒度为80目。
8.一种权利要求1所述牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉的制备方法,其特征在于所述制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
(1)在清洁的搅拌釜中加入pH缓冲盐10-26份,开搅拌;
(2)加入己二酸20-40份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(3)加入干燥剂30-48份,加入无水元明粉12-30份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(4)加入防染粉20-56份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(5)加入酶稳定剂2-6份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(6)确保搅拌釜中物料温度不超过30℃;
(7)在搅拌釜中物料温度低于30℃条件下,加入复配酶6-16份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30-40分钟至混合均匀;
(8)关停搅拌,检查确认搅拌釜中酵素粉无结块,则得到配制好的酵素粉;
(9)静置冷却至搅拌釜中酵素粉温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得所述牛仔用退浆水洗二合一酵素粉成品。
