本发明公开了一种牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉,所述酵素粉所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:中性纤维素酶2‑12份,防染粉15‑45份,磷酸盐10‑30份,己二酸16‑30份,酶稳定剂1‑3份,干燥剂32‑50份,填充剂15‑25份。本发明的防染水洗中性酵素粉在牛仔服装表面摩擦起花迅速,经其水洗整理的牛仔服装,表面花度清晰,对比度高,立体感强,背面沾色低,能使牛仔服装表面产生时尚的返旧外观。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,尤其是涉及一种牛仔服装水洗用的防染水洗中性酵素粉。
背景技术
水洗厂牛仔服装水洗的传统工艺是将牛仔服装与浮石等磨料一起用工业转鼓水洗机进行洗涤。传统水洗对织物损伤大,设备磨损大,生产效率低,污染环境,易造成断纱甚至破洞现象,对部分成衣缝线、边角、标记损坏多,织物手感粗糙,适用范围窄,对有些品种无法加工。
酵素粉是一种含有中性纤维素酶的多功能混合物,它可以在一定pH值和温度下,将织物表面纤维素大分子水解为水溶性的短链、低分子的寡糖和葡萄糖,使织物纤维表面绒毛掉落,从而改善织物表面光滑度和柔软性,使布面可以较温和地褪色、褪毛,并得到持久的柔软效果。使用酵素粉水洗工艺(生化洗涤)可不用浮石,可以增加水洗机的织物容量,减轻环境污染,缩短水洗时间,提高生产效率,减少织物强力损失,织物加工质量好,洗后织物手感明显柔软、自然,色泽亮丽,织物可以获得高档时尚的外观,能够提升产品的档次和附加值。牛仔服装经过生化洗涤处理后能获得清晰的花度、优异的立体感、强烈的蓝白对比度和陈旧感。酵素粉还可以用于对轻薄的牛仔服装进行加工,使用范围比较广。酵素粉在水洗行业发挥着至关重要乃至无可替代的作用。
在牛仔服装水洗过程中,脱落在水洗浴中的靛蓝染料,当pH在6以下时,有明显的返沾色现象,从而导致牛仔服装背面和内口袋变蓝,整理后的蓝白对比风格减少;当水洗浴中pH在6.5-8时,返沾色现象将明显减少。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明申请人提供了一种防染水洗中性酵素粉及其应用。本发明的防染水洗中性酵素粉在牛仔服装表面摩擦起花迅速,经其水洗整理的牛仔服装表面花度清晰,对比度高,立体感强,能使牛仔服装表面产生时尚的返旧外观。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉,所述酵素粉所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:
所述中性纤维素酶为微生物发酵且基因改性的高浓固体中性纤维素酶,其在pH5-8,温度为25-70℃的条件下催化水解棉织物上的纤维素纤维。
所述防染粉为环氧乙烷环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、C16-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种混合。环氧乙烷环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物的有效物含量大于99.9%,其5%水溶液的pH值为6.5-7.5,其在水中的浊点大于100℃;C16-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的摩尔质量为3780克/摩尔,有效物含量大于99.9%,其5%水溶液的pH值为6.5-7.5,闪点大于100℃。
所述酶稳定剂为无水氯化钙、无水氯化镁中的一种或两种混合。
所述磷酸盐为无水三聚磷酸钠、无水磷酸氢二钠中的一种或两种混合。
所述干燥剂为水溶性玉米淀粉,其可溶物大于99.8%,细度为80目。
所述填充剂为无水元明粉、氯化钠中的一种或两种混合。
一种所述防染水洗中性酵素粉的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
(1)在清洁的搅拌釜中加入磷酸盐10-30份,开搅拌;
(2)加入己二酸16-30份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(3)加入干燥剂32-50份,加入填充剂15-25份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(4)加入防染粉15-45份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(5)加入酶稳定剂3-8份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(6)确保搅拌釜中物料温度不超过30℃;
(7)在搅拌釜中物料温度低于30℃条件下,加入中性纤维素酶2-12份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30-40分钟至混合均匀(不能均质剪切);
(8)关停搅拌,检查确认搅拌釜中酵素粉无结块,则得到配制好的酵素粉;
(9)静置冷却至搅拌釜中酵素粉温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得所述牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉。
一种所述防染水洗中性酵素粉的应用,该中性酵素粉可应用于水洗厂的牛仔服装水洗加工,具体工艺为:
在工业水洗机中,在60℃条件下,将牛仔服装置于浓度为0.6-2g/L的淀粉酶溶液中进行退浆处理15-20分钟,然后,排出淀粉酶溶液,按照浴比为1:8-1:15进行酵洗,酵洗时加入1-2g/L的所述防染水洗中性酵素粉,在45-55℃酵洗30-45分钟,然后排液,用清水清洗牛仔服装一遍;将清洗后的牛仔服装脱水5分钟,然后在85℃蒸汽烘箱中烘干,制得酵洗加工后的牛仔服装。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
1、本发明可广泛用于牛仔服(布)、纱卡、休闲服等水洗整理,在宽广的温度范围内表现出优异的水洗整理效果,可在室温下工作,显著节约能源,节省成本。
2、本发明产品在水洗过程中不用调pH值,不耗用醋酸,可以节约生产成本,提高工效,pH控制在中性,大大减少织物强力损失,提高织物加工质量;另外,可在宽广的pH和温度范围内工作,便于客户灵活用于各种工艺,同时可以帮助客户减少不同酵素粉产品的库存备货。
3、本发明可以简化水洗工艺,缩短水洗时间,提高生产效率,起着显著的节能减排作用。
4、本发明具有优异的防返沾色性能,可防止脱落在水洗浴中的靛蓝染料再次沉积在牛仔布和内口袋白色部份,可免去传统印染过程中需另加防返沾色助剂或蛋白酶来防返沾色的步骤,一般牛仔服水洗时,本产品酵素粉用量少,加入本产品酵素粉量为0.5-1.5%(o.w.f),即可达到良好的水洗效果,本产品可以用于敏感的轻薄牛仔服装的水洗整理。
5、本发明采用的中性纤维素酶采用了高科技的产品稳定技术,确保酵素粉品质稳定可靠,本产品质优价廉,在市场销售,可低于或等价于现行工艺用水洗酵素粉售价,本发明的使用可收到良好的经济效益。
6、本发明的防染水洗中性酵素粉能将水洗浴中pH控制在6.5-8,使得牛仔服装背面和内口袋返沾色极低;本发明的防染水洗中性酵素粉既能使牛仔表面产生优异的水洗整理效果,又解决了传统浮石水洗整理中存在的问题,是牛仔服装水洗整理的理想选择。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
一种牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉,所述牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉的制备方法为:
(1)在清洁的搅拌釜中加入无水三聚磷酸钠10份,开搅拌;
(2)加入己二酸16份,400转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20分钟至完全混合均匀;
(3)加入水溶性玉米淀粉(细度为80目)32份,加入无水元明粉15份,400转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20分钟至完全混合均匀;
(4)加入环氧乙烷环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物(5%水溶液的pH值为7.0)15份,400转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20分钟至完全混合均匀;
(5)加入无水氯化钙1份,400转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20分钟至完全混合均匀;
(6)确保搅拌釜中物料温度为20℃;
(7)在搅拌釜中物料温度为30℃条件下,加入中性纤维素酶2份,400转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30分钟至混合均匀(不能均质剪切);
(8)关停搅拌,检查确认搅拌釜中酵素粉无结块,则得到配制好的酵素粉;
(9)静置冷却至搅拌釜中酵素粉温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得所述牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉。
实施例2
一种牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉,所述牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉的制备方法为:
(1)在清洁的搅拌釜中加入无水磷酸氢二钠30份,开搅拌;
(2)加入己二酸30份,800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(3)加入水溶性玉米淀粉(细度为80目)50份,加入氯化钠25份,800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(4)加入C16-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(5%水溶液的pH值为7.5)45份,800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(5)加入无水氯化镁3份,800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(6)确保搅拌釜中物料温度25℃;
(7)在搅拌釜中物料温度25℃条件下,加入中性纤维素酶3-12份,800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌40分钟至混合均匀(不能均质剪切);
(8)关停搅拌,检查确认搅拌釜中酵素粉无结块,则得到配制好的酵素粉;
(9)静置冷却至搅拌釜中酵素粉温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得所述牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉。
实施例3
一种牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉,所述牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉的制备方法为:
(1)在清洁的搅拌釜中加入磷酸盐混合物20份(无水三聚磷酸钠与无水磷酸氢二钠按质量比为1:2),开搅拌;
(2)加入己二酸23份,600转/分钟的转速下,搅拌25分钟至完全混合均匀;
(3)加入水溶性玉米淀粉(细度为80目)41份,加入无水元明粉20份,600转/分钟的转速下,搅拌25分钟至完全混合均匀;
(4)加入防染粉混合物30份(环氧乙烷环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物与C16-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚按质量比为1:3),600转/分钟的转速下,搅拌25分钟至完全混合均匀;
(5)加入无水氯化钙2份,600转/分钟的转速下,搅拌25分钟至完全混合均匀;
(6)确保搅拌釜中物料温度30℃;
(7)在搅拌釜中物料温度30℃条件下,加入中性纤维素酶7份,600转/分钟的转速下,搅拌35分钟至混合均匀(不能均质剪切);
(8)关停搅拌,检查确认搅拌釜中酵素粉无结块,则得到配制好的酵素粉;
(9)静置冷却至搅拌釜中酵素粉温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得所述牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉。
测试例:
在工业水洗机中,将退浆后的牛仔服装按照浴比为1:8进行酵洗,酵洗时加入2g/L实施例1制得的牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉,在55℃酵洗45分钟,然后排液,用清水清洗牛仔服装一遍,将清洗后的牛仔服装脱水5分钟,然后在85℃蒸汽烘箱中烘干,制得酵洗加工后的牛仔服装。
用测色仪Minolta CR-410测量酵洗加工后的牛仔服装表面的摩擦效果和牛仔服装背面的沾色效果,测试结果如表1所示。由表1数据可以看出:无论是牛仔服装表面摩擦值还是牛仔背面沾色值,本发明牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉的加工效果均优于市售牛仔用水洗酵素粉YS-93。

同时在D65标准光源条件下目测评估酵洗加工后的牛仔服装表面的摩擦效果和牛仔服装背面的沾色效果,测试结果如表2所示。由表2数据可以看出:无论是牛仔服装表面摩擦还是牛仔背面沾色,本发明牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉的加工效果均优于市售牛仔用水洗酵素粉YS-93。

8.一种权利要求1所述防染水洗中性酵素粉的制备方法,其特征在于所述制备方法包括如下具体步骤:
(1)在清洁的搅拌釜中加入磷酸盐10-30份,开搅拌;
(2)加入己二酸16-30份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(3)加入干燥剂32-50份,加入填充剂15-25份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(4)加入防染粉15-45份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(5)加入酶稳定剂3-8份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌20-30分钟至完全混合均匀;
(6)确保搅拌釜中物料温度不超过30℃;
(7)在搅拌釜中物料温度低于30℃条件下,加入中性纤维素酶2-12份,400-800转/分钟的转速下,搅拌30-40分钟至混合均匀;
(8)关停搅拌,检查确认搅拌釜中酵素粉无结块,则得到配制好的酵素粉;
(9)静置冷却至搅拌釜中酵素粉温度低于20℃,放料封装,制得所述牛仔用防染水洗中性酵素粉。
9.一种权利要求1所述防染水洗中性酵素粉的应用,其特征在于该中性酵素粉可应用于水洗厂的牛仔服装水洗加工,具体工艺为:
在工业水洗机中,在60℃条件下,将牛仔服装置于浓度为0.6-2g/L的淀粉酶溶液中进行退浆处理15-20分钟,然后,排出淀粉酶溶液,按照浴比为1:8-1:15进行酵洗,酵洗时加入1-2g/L的所述防染水洗中性酵素粉,在45-55℃酵洗30-45分钟,然后排液,用清水清洗牛仔服装一遍;将清洗后的牛仔服装脱水5分钟,然后在85℃蒸汽烘箱中烘干,制得酵洗加工后的牛仔服装。
