Abstract
本发明涉及栈板技术领域,尤其是一种钢塑栈板,包括安装框架,所述安装框架的内部设有骨架,所述骨架上设有与安装框架匹配的PP板,所述PP板的四个侧边、四个拐角处以及中心处均设有开口,沿着所述开口的侧边浇注有脚蹲。通过加入PP板、安装框架、骨架和脚蹲,由于PP板、安装框架和骨架之间方便进行焊接,使得PP板、安装框架和骨架之间连接的强度,从而提高栈板的抗压强度,而且脚蹲是通过注塑的方式分别与安装框架、PP板和骨架进行连接,便于提高脚蹲的连接强度,而且脚蹲只是在栈板上进行注塑,可以减小注塑的资金成本。本发明结构简单、使用方便,便于提高栈板的抗压强度,而且这样可以减小塑资金成本的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及栈板技术领域,尤其涉及一种钢塑栈板。
背景技术
栈板是为方便零散物品的摆放和出货要求而制成的底座,而现有技术中,栈板多为木质栈板和塑料栈板,木质栈板是由多个木板通过钢钉进行连接固定的,而木板自身的强度会随着长时间的使用而降低,塑料栈板通常由模具注塑而成,且是整体浇注而成,这样虽然提高了塑料栈板的使用寿命和强度,但是整体注塑所耗费的资金过大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的木质栈板本的强度会随着长时间的使用而降低和塑料栈板整体注塑所耗费的资金过大的缺点,而提出的一种钢塑栈板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种钢塑栈板,包括安装框架,所述安装框架的内部设有骨架,所述骨架上设有与安装框架匹配的PP板,所述PP板的四个侧边、四个拐角处以及中心处均设有开口,沿着所述开口的侧边浇注有脚蹲。
优选的,所述骨架为扁平、镂空结构,该镂空形状为菱形,且骨架为一体式结构。
优选的,所述PP板远离骨架的一面开设有条纹状凹槽。
优选的,所述脚蹲由HDPE材料制成,且脚蹲设有九个,其中八个脚蹲与安装框架为一体式结构。
优选的,所述安装框架有四个长度相同的方管并以首尾相互连接的方式组成,且方管的内部安装有第一钢板,所述第一钢板呈倾斜状排列。
优选的,所述脚蹲的内部设有钢条,所述钢条上设有多个第二钢板,且第二钢板远离钢条的一端与脚蹲的侧壁连接,所述第二钢板至少设有四个,并以钢条的圆心等角度排列。
本发明提出的一种钢塑栈板,有益效果在于:通过加入PP板、安装框架、骨架和脚蹲,由于PP板、安装框架和骨架之间方便进行焊接,使得PP板、安装框架和骨架之间连接的强度,从而提高栈板的抗压强度,而且脚蹲是通过注塑的方式分别与安装框架、PP板和骨架进行连接,便于提高脚蹲的连接强度,而且脚蹲只是在栈板上进行注塑,可以减小注塑的资金成本。本发明结构简单、使用方便,便于提高栈板的抗压强度,而且这样可以减小塑资金成本的浪费。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描,显然,描的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-5,一种钢塑栈板,包括安装框架5,安装框架5有四个长度相同的方管并以首尾相互连接的方式组成,且方管的内部安装有第一钢板8,第一钢板8呈倾斜状排列,用于提高安装框架5的抗压和负载强度,提高安装框架5在使用时稳定性。
安装框架5的内部设有骨架3,骨架3为扁平、镂空结构,该镂空形状为菱形,该镂空形状为菱形,且骨架3为一体式结构,用于提高骨架3自身的牢固性,骨架3上设有与安装框架5匹配的PP板1,PP板1远离骨架3的一面开设有条纹状凹槽,便于提高支撑货物时,提高货物与PP板1之间的摩擦力,从而提高货物运输时的稳定性。
PP板1的四个侧边、四个拐角处以及中心处均设有开口7,沿着开口7的侧边浇注有脚蹲2,脚蹲2由HDPE材料制成,且脚蹲2设有九个,其中八个脚蹲2与安装框架5为一体式结构,脚蹲2的内部设有钢条4,钢条4上设有多个第二钢板9,且第二钢板9远离钢条4的一端与脚蹲2的侧壁连接,第二钢板9至少设有四个,并以钢条4的圆心等角度排列,提高脚蹲2的抗压强度,从而延长脚蹲2的使用寿命,通过加入PP板1、安装框架5、骨架3和脚蹲2,由于PP板1、安装框架5和骨架3之间方便进行焊接,使得PP板1、安装框架5和骨架3之间连接的强度,从而提高栈板的抗压强度,而且脚蹲2是通过注塑的方式分别与安装框架5、PP板1和骨架3进行连接,便于提高脚蹲2的连接强度,而且脚蹲2只是在栈板上进行注塑,可以减小注塑的资金成本。

1.一种钢塑栈板,包括安装框架(5),其特征在于,所述安装框架(5)的内部设有骨架(3),所述骨架(3)上设有与安装框架(5)匹配的PP板(1),所述PP板(1)的四个侧边、四个拐角处以及中心处均设有开口(7),沿着所述开口(7)的侧边浇注有脚蹲(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢塑栈板,其特征在于,所述骨架(3)为扁平、镂空结构,该镂空形状为菱形,且骨架(3)为一体式结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢塑栈板,其特征在于,所述PP板(1)远离骨架(3)的一面开设有条纹状凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢塑栈板,其特征在于,所述脚蹲(2)由HDPE材料制成,且脚蹲(2)设有九个,其中八个脚蹲(2)与安装框架(5)为一体式结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢塑栈板,其特征在于,所述安装框架(5)有四个长度相同的方管并以首尾相互连接的方式组成,且方管的内部安装有第一钢板(8),所述第一钢板(8)呈倾斜状排列。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种钢塑栈板,其特征在于,所述脚蹲(2)的内部设有钢条(4),所述钢条(4)上设有多个第二钢板(6),且第二钢板(6)远离钢条(4)的一端与脚蹲(2)的侧壁连接,所述第二钢板(6)至少设有四个,并以钢条(4)的圆心等角度排列。
