本说明书所公开的技术涉及组合端子部件。
背景技术
以前,已知有一种组合端子部件,通过将具有供螺栓插通的安装孔的多个端子零件重叠组装,一并由螺栓紧固,由此固定多个端子零件(参照专利文献1)。

发明所要解决的课题
但是,在上述构成的组合端子部件中,当发生忘记紧固螺栓、或者虽然没有发生这种情况但紧固力不足时,可能有因端子零件彼此的接触压力不充分,从而使电气连接信赖性降低。
用于解决课题的手段
本说明书所公开的技术为一种组合端子部件,具有多个端子零件,所述端子零件具备:平板状的主体部;连结部,其从所述主体部延伸;以及电线连接部,其从该连结部的延伸端连续,多个所述端子零件以所述主体部相互重叠的状态被相互组装,多个所述端子零件中的至少一个端子零件在所述连结部的面相相邻的其他端子零件侧的面具有与所述其他端子零件的所述连结部重叠的重叠区域,并且在所述重叠区域具备接触部,该接触部朝向所述其他端子零件的所述连结部突出,并与所述其他端子零件的所述连结部接触。
根据上述构成,因为通过接触部,相邻的端子零件彼此被保持为相互接触的状态,所以即使在螺栓的紧固方式发生问题的情况下,也能确保相邻的端子零件彼此的电气连接信赖性。
尤其,因为连结部具有重叠区域,并且在该重叠区域配置有接触部,所以接触部的周围被端子零件的主体部、电线连接部以及连结部中的重叠区域以外的区域包围。根据这样的构成,在输送组合端子部件时等,即使在发生多个组合端子部件相互碰撞等的情况下,周围被其他部分包围的接触部直接受到冲击的可能性降低。由此,能避免因接触部产生变形而导致端子零件彼此的电气连接信赖性降低。
作为本说明书所公开的技术的方式,优选为以下的构成。
所述组合端子部件也可以构成为,所述一个端子零件具备加强部,该加强部配置于所述连结部,并朝向所述其他端子零件突出,所述接触部从所述加强部连续。
根据上述构成,由于接触部从加强部连续,所以能将接触部和加强部在同一工序形成,实现制造工序的简化。

具体实施方式
参照图1-图6说明本发明的实施方式。本实施方式的组合端子部件1是用于将搭载于车辆的设备进行接地的部件,如图1所示,具备2个接地端子10A、10B(相当于端子零件)。2个接地端子10A、10B在分别与被从各设备引出的未予图示的接地电线的末端连接并被相互组装的状态下,借由螺栓安装到未予图示的车辆的车身。
将2个接地端子10A、10B中的在安装到车身时与车身抵接配置的一方作为接地端子10A,将比接地端子10A从车身分开配置的另一方作为接地端子10B。由于2个接地端子10A、10B具有相互相同的形状,所以以下针对接地端子10A的构成进行详细地说明,针对另一方的接地端子10B的构成标注相同的标记,省略详细的说明。
如图6所示,接地端子10A是对被冲裁为预定形状的金属板材实施了弯曲加工、冲裁加工以及敲出加工的部件。接地端子10A的表背两面中的一面是在组合端子部件1安装于车身时面向车身侧的接地面11,另一面是配置与该接地端子10A连接的电线的电线配置面12。接地端子10A具备主体部20和电线连接部40,电线连接部40从主体部20经由连结部30而连续。
主体部20是形成为大致圆形的平板状的部分,在中心具有从一个板面贯通到另一个板面的圆形的螺栓插通孔21。该螺栓插通孔21是用于插通未予图示的螺栓的轴部的孔。
连结部30是从主体部20的外周缘以放射状(沿主体部20的径向向外侧)延伸的平板状的部分,并与主体部20配置在同一平面上。连结部30具有:第1宽度变化部31,其从主体部20连续,宽度随着离开主体部20而逐渐变窄;恒定宽度的笔直部32,其从第1宽度变化部31连续;以及第2宽度变化部33,其从笔直部32连续,宽度随着离开笔直部32逐渐变窄,并连接到电线连接部40。
电线连接部40具备:细长的底壁41,其从连结部30连续,向主体部20的相反侧延伸;一对线筒部42,其分别从该底壁41的2个侧缘立起;一对绝缘筒部43,其分别从该底壁41的两侧缘立起。一对线筒部42以及一对绝缘筒部43均相对于底壁41在电线配置面12侧立起。一对线筒部42配置于比一对绝缘筒部43靠近连结部30的位置。一对线筒部42压接于在电线(未予图示)的末端上从绝缘包层露出的芯线的部位,一对绝缘筒部43压接于电线中芯线被绝缘包层覆盖的部分。
如图1所示,接地端子10A和接地端子10B通过如下的方式被组装:使主体部21以彼此的螺栓插通孔21的位置一致的方式重叠,将接地端子10B相对于接地端子10A以主体部20的中心、也就是说形成有螺栓插通孔21的位置为中心沿主体部20的圆周方向相对地转动,从而将接地端子10A和接地端子10B组装。
如图6所示,接地端子10A具备:从主体部20连续的一对夹持部50;一对被夹持片54;以及卡止板56。这些部件是用于将2个接地端子10A、10B保持为被相互组装的状态的部分。
一对夹持部50彼此隔着螺栓插通孔21(主体部20的中心)而配置于相反侧,并且一对夹持部50中的一方配置成接近连结部30,一对夹持部50中的另一方配置成远离连结部30。配置于接近连结部30的位置的夹持部50在从电线配置面12侧(从图2中的纸面跟前侧)看接地端子10A时,在主体部20的外周缘上相对于连结部30位于顺时针方向前方。
各夹持部50具备基部51、立起壁52以及按压片53。基部51是从主体部20的外周缘朝向外侧延伸的部分,与主体部20配置在同一平面上。立起壁52是沿基部51的延伸端配置,相对于基部51垂直立起的部分。立起壁52相对于基部51配置于电线配置面12侧。按压片53是从立起壁52的立起端与基部51平行地朝向内侧延伸的部分。
在组装了2个接地端子10A、10B时,被夹持片54是被对方侧的接地端子10B的夹持部50夹紧的部分。一对被夹持片54分别是从主体部20的外周缘朝向外侧延伸的板状的部分,相对于主体部20配置在同一平面上。各被夹持片54分别与一对夹持部50上的基部51相邻地配置,在从电线配置面12侧(在图2中从纸面跟前侧)看接地端子10A时,被夹持片54在主体部20的外周缘上相对于夹持部50位于顺时针方向前方。
各被夹持片54分别具有压入部55。压入部55是用于在被夹持片54被夹持部50夹紧时,与夹持部50接触而确保2个接地端子10A、10B之间的电气连接的部分。压入部55是被夹持片54的一部分朝电线配置面12侧突出的部分,在本实施方式中,通过敲打被夹持片54的一部分而形成。
卡止板56是从主体部20的外周缘朝向外侧延伸的板状的部分,相对于主体部20配置在同一平面上,并且相对于连结部30以及电线连接部40隔着螺栓插通孔21(主体部20的中心)位于相反侧。
卡止板56具有卡止孔57和卡止片58。这些卡止孔57和卡止片58是用于限制2个接地端子10A、10B从正规的组装位置向解除组装的方向转动的部分。卡止孔57是从卡止板56的一个板面贯通到另一个板面的矩形的贯穿孔。卡止片58是从卡止板56的板面突出的突部,在夹持部50上配置于电线配置面12侧。在从电线配置面12侧看接地端子10A时,卡止片58相对于卡止孔57位于顺时针方向后方。
连结部30具有突出部34。突出部34具有加强部35和接触部36,接触部36从加强部35连续。加强部35是用于对连结部30进行加强而使其很难折弯的部位,接触部36是用于在接地端子10A与接地端子10B组装时,与对方侧的接地端子10B的连结部30接触而确保2个接地端子10A、10B之间的电气连接的部分。突出部34是连结部30的一部分在电线配置面12侧突出的部分,在本实施方式中,通过敲打被夹持片54的一部分而形成。
加强部35形成为将分开为二股的一侧朝向主体部20的Y字状,并配置于连结部30的2个侧缘之间的中央位置。加强部35中的Y字的竖条部分配置于第2宽度变化部33以及笔直部32,二股部分配置于第1宽度变化部31。接触部36是从加强部35中的Y字的2个分支中的一个分支的顶端朝向主体部20延伸,而且从其顶端部在与连结部30的延伸方向垂直的方向上朝向外侧(朝向与对方侧的分支相反的方向)延伸的部分。更具体地讲,加强部35向在从电线配置面12侧看接地端子10A时的顺时针方向后方、即与接近连结部30地配置的夹持部50相反的方向延伸。突出部(加强部35以及接触部36)的外缘位于从连结部30的侧缘稍微向内侧离开的位置。
接地端子10A的连结部30在面向对方侧的接地端子10B的面(电线配置面12)具有重叠区域30A,在重叠区域30A中,当接地端子10A与接地端子10B组装时接地端子10A的连结部30与接地端子10B的连结部30重叠,加强部35配置于该重叠区域30A。
另外,突出部34被配置成在将组合端子部件1安装到车身时从在接地端子10A、10B上的配置螺栓的螺栓配置区域20A(在图5中用阴影示出的区域)错开。
接着,对组装2个接地端子10A、10B的顺序进行说明。
首先,在接地端子10A、10B分别束紧电线。接着,一边调整螺栓插通孔21的位置,一边将接地端子10B的主体部20重叠于接地端子10A的主体部20。此时,以接地端子10A的电线配置面12和接地端子10B的接地面11相对的方式配置两个接地端子10A、10B。另外,两个接地端子10A、10B以如下方式配置:接地端子10B的各被夹持片54相对于接地端子10A的各夹持部50在从电线配置面12侧看两个接地端子10A、10B时的顺时针方向后方相邻。
从该状态,使两个接地端子10A、10B转动。此时,使接地端子10B相对于接地端子10A相对地,沿从电线配置面12侧看时的顺时针方向(图2的箭头方向)转动。于是,接地端子10B的各被夹持片54进入到接地端子10A的各夹持部50中的基部51和按压片53之间。在此,基部51和按压片53的间隔形成为与被夹持片54的板厚大致相同的尺寸,并且被夹持片54具有压入部55,从而一边将按压片53推压与压入部55的高度尺寸对应的尺寸一边进入。由此,接地端子10A的被夹持片54和接地端子10B的夹持部50接触,从而实现接地端子10A和接地端子10B的电气连接。
两个接地端子10A、10B到达正规的组装位置时,接地端子10B的夹持部50与接地端子10A的夹持部50抵接,从而限制两个接地端子10A、10B从正规的组装位置进一步转动。与此同时,通过接地端子10A的卡止片58进入到接地端子10B的卡止孔57,卡止片58的突出端缘和卡止孔57的孔缘相互卡止,从而限制两个接地端子10A、10B从正规的组装位置向组装被解除的方向转动。
在两个接地端子10A、10B处于正规的组装位置的状态下,接地端子10A的连结部30上的重叠区域30A与接地端子10B的连结部30的一部分重叠。并且,接地端子10A的接触部36与接地端子10B的连结部30接触,从而实现接地端子10A和接地端子10B的电气连接。
如上所述,在本实施方式中,由于被组装的2个接地端子10A、10B通过压入部55和接触部36被保持为相互接触的状态,所以即使在组合端子部件1安装到车身时的螺栓的紧固方式发生问题的情况下,也能确保接地端子10A、10B之间的电气连接信赖性。
尤其,接地端子10A的连结部30在与对方侧的接地端子10B相对的面(电线配置面12)具有重叠区域30A,在重叠区域30A中,在接地端子10A与接地端子10B被组装时接地端子10A的连结部30与接地端子10B的连结部30重叠,接触部36配置于该重叠区域30A。根据这样的构成,接触部36的周围被接地端子10A、10B的主体部20、电线连接部40以及连结部30中的重叠区域30A以外的区域包围。因此,在输送组合端子部件1时等,即使在多个组合端子部件1彼此碰撞等的情况下,也能降低接触部36直接受到冲击的可能性,通过接触部36的变形能避免接地端子彼此的电气连接信赖性降低。
另外,接地端子10A具备加强部35,接触部36从加强部35连续。根据这样的构成,由于接触部36与加强部35连续,所以能在同一工序中形成接触部36和加强部35,由此实现制造工序的简化。
<其他实施方式>
本说明书所公开的技术并不限定为根据上述描述以及附图说明的实施方式,还包括例如以下各种方式。
(1)在上述实施方式中,组合端子部件1是组装了2个接地端子10A、10B的部件,但是组合端子部件也可以是组装了3个以上的端子零件而构成的部件。
(2)在上述实施方式中,构成组合端子部件1的2个接地端子10A、10B形成为彼此相同的形状,但是构成组合端子部件的所有的多个端子零件也可以不形成为相同的形状,例如也可以在与车身相邻的端子零件配置用于防止相对于车身转动的转动防止部。
(3)在上述实施方式中,构成组合端子部件1的2个接地端子10A、10B均具有接触部,但是也可以形成为构成组合端子部件的多个端子零件中的一部分具有接触部。
(4)在上述实施方式中,端子零件为接地端子,但是端子零件也可以不是接地端子。

Claims (2)

1.一种组合端子部件,具有多个端子零件,所述端子零件具备:平板状的主体部;连结部,其从所述主体部延伸;以及电线连接部,其从该连结部的延伸端连续,多个所述端子零件以所述主体部相互重叠的状态被相互组装,其中,
多个所述端子零件中的至少一个端子零件在所述连结部的面相相邻的其他端子零件侧的面具有与所述其他端子零件的所述连结部重叠的重叠区域,并且在所述重叠区域具备接触部,该接触部朝向所述其他端子零件的所述连结部突出,并与所述其他端子零件的所述连结部接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合端子部件,其中,
所述一个端子零件具备加强部,该加强部配置于所述连结部,并朝向所述其他端子零件突出,
所述接触部从所述加强部连续。
