根据本发明的用于制作饮料的盖子和方法相比于现有技术提供了相当大的优点。通过根据本发明的盖子制作饮料非常简单。通过根据本发明的盖子和方法制作饮料仅需要盖子、自来水和从商店可获得的普通饮料瓶。换句话说,用户不必将大量的现成的饮料带到家中。此外,不再强迫用户购买大量的二氧化碳或味道香料和染料来制作饮料。盖子的用户不受特定制造商的瓶子限制。此外,根据本发明的盖子价格便宜。用户可以一次仅购买和制作一瓶具有特定口味的饮料。

发明详述
图1示出了根据一个实施方案的外盖子2。外盖子2的内表面设置有与内盖子1的外螺纹5相匹配的内螺纹7。此外,突出部11和第二边缘构件12设置在外盖子2的内表面上,并且与内盖子1的第一边缘构件24一起形成螺纹锁定机构10的一部分。根据图1,在外盖子2中设置有三头螺纹(three-start thread),但也可以有某些其他数量的螺纹。根据图1,外盖子2中的突出部11和第二边缘构件12的数量是三个,但也可以有某些其他数量的突出部11和第二边缘构件12。
图2示出了根据一个实施方案的内盖子1。内盖子1的外表面设置有与外盖子2的内螺纹7相匹配的外螺纹5。根据图2,内盖子1的外表面还设置有第一边缘构件24,该第一边缘构件24在内盖子1中成对地分组,使得外盖子2的内表面上的突出部11和第二边缘构件12锁定在由内盖子1的第一边缘构件24形成的一对之间。在已经组装好的盖子中,外盖子2的突出部11和第二边缘构件12设置在内盖子1的第一对边缘构件之间,以便允许内盖子和外盖子相对于彼此仅在一个方向上旋拧而不能在相反的方向上旋拧。根据图2,内盖子1具有由两对第一边缘构件24形成的三组,即边缘构件的总数为十二个。然而,也可以具有某些其他数量的边缘构件。
图3和图4示出了根据一个实施方案的从基底21观看的内盖子1。与外盖子2的内螺纹7相匹配的外螺纹5设置在内盖子1的外表面上。内盖子1的外表面还设置有第一边缘构件24,其与外盖子2的突出部11和第二边缘构件12一起形成螺纹锁定机构10。与瓶子20的口部的螺纹相匹配的内螺纹6设置在内盖子1的内表面上。此外,开口23设置在内盖子1的基底21处,与刺穿构件13的开口14直接对准,以用于将二氧化碳从二氧化碳容器3释放到瓶子20中。刺穿构件13及其具体位置在图5、图6和图7中示出。
在图3中,内盖子1的基底21具有用于将香料从香料容器4释放到瓶子20中的香料开口22。在图4中,香料开口22被覆盖有第一释放器8,该第一释放器8密封香料开口22。第一释放器8的作用是通过在盖子被旋拧到瓶子20的口部上时打开香料容器4来释放香料。在根据图4的内盖子1中,第一释放器8是封闭基底21的所有三个香料开口22的密封环17。图4示出了在密封环17中的比密封环17的其余部位更薄的部分19,并且当盖子被旋拧到瓶子的口部上时,密封环17在该部分19处撕裂。将参照图6描述作为第一释放器8的密封环17的操作。
图5、图6和图7示出了根据一个实施方案的盖子。图5中示出了将盖子旋拧到瓶子的口部上之前的盖子。在图6中,盖子被示出旋拧到瓶子20的口部上,使得瓶子20的口部被内盖子1密封,并且香料容器4已经打开。在图7中,盖子被示出旋拧到瓶子20的口部上,使得外盖子2和内盖子1相对于彼此旋拧并且二氧化碳容器3已经打开。
图5、图6和图7的盖子包括内盖子1、外盖子2、二氧化碳容器3和香料容器4。内盖子1形成香料容器4的壁的一部分。当盖子被旋拧到瓶子的口部上时,香料通过内盖子的基底21的香料开口22从香料容器4释放到瓶子中。外螺纹5以及与瓶子的口部的螺纹相匹配的内螺纹6设置在内盖子中。与内盖子1的外螺纹5相匹配的内螺纹7设置在外盖子2中。盖子包括第一释放器8,在根据图5、图6和图7的实施方案中,第一释放器8是密封环17。
此外,盖子包括第二释放器9,在根据图5、图6和图7的实施方案中,第二释放器9是具有中心开口14的刺穿构件13。刺穿构件13的开口14延伸穿过内盖子1中的开口23进入瓶子20中。刺穿构件13的头部15尖锐地倾斜并成形为截头圆锥体。刺穿构件13嵌入在内盖子1中,并且其方向和长度被构造成使得当内盖子1和外盖子2相对于彼此旋拧时刺穿构件13刺穿二氧化碳容器3,以将二氧化碳释放到瓶子20中。
图5、图6和图7示出的螺纹锁定机构10防止在内盖子1旋拧到瓶子20的口部上期间外盖子2和内盖子1相对于彼此旋拧。螺纹锁定机构10还防止在旋拧盖子离开瓶子20的口部期间已经旋拧在彼此上的内盖子1和外盖子2松开,以这种方式允许整个盖子作为一个件被旋拧离开瓶子20的口部。螺纹锁定机构10被实施为与内盖子1的外表面上和外盖子2的内表面上的第一边缘构件24、突出部11和第二边缘构件12相匹配。内盖子1的外表面上和外盖子2的内表面上的第一边缘构件24、突出部11和第二边缘构件12在图1-4中被更好地示出。此外,外盖子2的内螺纹7与内盖子1的匹配外螺纹5之间的紧密度可以形成螺纹锁定机构10的一部分。
图5、图6和图7还示出了指示器16,其被布置成指示以密封方式将内盖子1旋拧到瓶子20的口部上。在根据图5、图6和图7的盖子中,锁定机构10的第一边缘构件24、突出部11和第二边缘构件12用作指示器16。内盖子1的外表面上和外盖子2的内表面上的第一边缘构件24、突出部11和第二边缘构件12在图1-4中被更好地示出。通过滑动经过彼此并同时发出咔嗒声,第一边缘构件24、突出部11和第二边缘构件12指示内盖子1以密封的方式旋拧到瓶子20的口部上。然而,指示器16也可以是除了根据图5、图6和图7的盖子中所示出的那种之外的另一种类型。指示器16可以是例如声学的、光学的或基于触觉感知。指示器16不一定是锁定系统10的一部分。
图5中示出的盖子尚未旋拧到瓶子的口部上,因此香料容器4以及二氧化碳容器3是关闭的。内盖子1的基底21的香料开口22由第一释放器8关闭。将此种构造的盖子提供给用户。
图6示出了盖子旋拧在瓶子20的口部上,使得瓶子20的口部被内盖子1所密封,并且香料容器4已经打开。当盖子旋拧到瓶子的口部上时,密封环17撕裂,并且内盖子1的基底21的香料开口22打开,同时打开香料容器4,使得包含在香料容器4中的香料释放到瓶子20中。密封环17的撕裂是由凸缘18引起的,凸缘18比密封环17的其余部分更厚,如图6所示,并且当盖子被旋拧到瓶子20的口部上时,凸缘18变得附接在瓶子20的口部开口上方。此外,密封环17的凸缘18确保内盖子1以密封方式旋拧到瓶子20的口部上,以允许瓶子20倒置以释放二氧化碳。由于指示器16发出的咔哒声,因而注意到瓶子20的口部被内盖子1密封。
图7示出了盖子旋拧到瓶子20的口部上,使得外盖子2和内盖子1已经相对于彼此旋拧并且二氧化碳容器3已经打开。在根据图7的盖子中,内盖子1已经以密封方式旋拧到瓶子20的口部上,并且此外,外盖子2和内盖子1已经相对于彼此旋拧到刺穿构件13已经刺穿二氧化碳容器3的程度。二氧化碳通过刺穿构件13的开口14和内盖子1的开口23从二氧化碳容器3释放到瓶子20中。
本发明不限于其实施方案的上述示例;而是,在由权利要求界定的发明构思的范围内,可能有许多修改。
Claims (18)
1.一种盖子,用于在有螺纹的瓶子中制作饮料,所述盖子包括内盖子(1)、外盖子(2)和香料容器(4),所述内盖子(1)具有外螺纹(5)和与瓶子的口部的螺纹相匹配的内螺纹(6),并且所述外盖子(2)具有与所述内盖子(1)的所述外螺纹(5)相匹配的内螺纹(7),所述盖子包括第一释放器(8),所述第一释放器(8)用于当将所述盖子旋拧到瓶子的口部上时将所述香料容器(4)向瓶子打开,其特征在于:
所述盖子包括二氧化碳容器(3)和第二释放器(9),所述第二释放器(9)用于当将所述外盖子(2)和所述内盖子(1)相对于彼此旋拧时将所述二氧化碳容器(3)向瓶子打开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述盖子包括螺纹锁定机构(10),所述螺纹锁定机构(10)用于当将所述内盖子(1)旋拧到瓶子的口部上时防止所述内盖子(1)和所述外盖子(2)相对于彼此旋拧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述螺纹锁定机构(10)被布置成当将所述内盖子和所述外盖子一起旋拧离开瓶子的口部时防止已经旋拧到彼此的所述内盖子(1)和所述外盖子(2)旋松。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述螺纹锁定机构(10)被实施为位于所述内盖子(1)的外表面上和所述外盖子(2)的内表面上的相匹配的第一边缘构件(24)、突出部(11)和第二边缘构件(12)。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的盖子,其特征在于,通过设计所述内盖子(1)的所述外螺纹(5)和所述外盖子(2)的所述内螺纹(7)的紧密度,所述螺纹锁定机构(10)被构造成使得所述内盖子(1)首先围绕瓶子的口部旋拧,并且仅在此之后所述外盖子(2)相对于所述内盖子(1)旋拧。
6.根据权利要求4所述的盖子,其特征在于,通过设计所述内盖子(1)的所述外螺纹(5)和所述外盖子(2)的所述内螺纹(7)的紧密度,所述螺纹锁定机构(10)被构造成使得所述内盖子(1)首先围绕瓶子的口部旋拧,并且仅在此之后所述外盖子(2)相对于所述内盖子(1)旋拧。
7.根据权利要求1-3和6中任一项所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述第二释放器(9)包括刺穿构件(13),所述刺穿构件(13)布置成当将所述外盖子(2)和所述内盖子(1)相对于彼此旋拧时戳入到所述二氧化碳容器(3)中以打开所述二氧化碳容器(3),所述刺穿构件(13)具有开口(14),所述开口(14)延伸穿过所述内盖子(1),以将二氧化碳输送到瓶子中。
8.根据权利要求4所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述第二释放器(9)包括刺穿构件(13),所述刺穿构件(13)布置成当将所述外盖子(2)和所述内盖子(1)相对于彼此旋拧时戳入到所述二氧化碳容器(3)中以打开所述二氧化碳容器(3),所述刺穿构件(13)具有开口(14),所述开口(14)延伸穿过所述内盖子(1),以将二氧化碳输送到瓶子中。
9.根据权利要求5所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述第二释放器(9)包括刺穿构件(13),所述刺穿构件(13)布置成当将所述外盖子(2)和所述内盖子(1)相对于彼此旋拧时戳入到所述二氧化碳容器(3)中以打开所述二氧化碳容器(3),所述刺穿构件(13)具有开口(14),所述开口(14)延伸穿过所述内盖子(1),以将二氧化碳输送到瓶子中。
10.根据权利要求7所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述刺穿构件(13)的头部(15)成形为截头圆锥体。
11.根据权利要求8或9所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述刺穿构件(13)的头部(15)成形为截头圆锥体。
12.根据权利要求1-3、6和8-10中任一项所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述盖子包括指示器(16),所述指示器布置成指示以密封方式将所述内盖子(1)旋拧到瓶子的口部上。
13.根据权利要求4所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述盖子包括指示器(16),所述指示器布置成指示以密封方式将所述内盖子(1)旋拧到瓶子的口部上。
14.根据权利要求5所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述盖子包括指示器(16),所述指示器布置成指示以密封方式将所述内盖子(1)旋拧到瓶子的口部上。
15.根据权利要求7所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述盖子包括指示器(16),所述指示器布置成指示以密封方式将所述内盖子(1)旋拧到瓶子的口部上。
16.根据权利要求11所述的盖子,其特征在于,所述盖子包括指示器(16),所述指示器布置成指示以密封方式将所述内盖子(1)旋拧到瓶子的口部上。
17.一种通过能旋拧到瓶子上的盖子制作饮料的方法,其中将液体加入到瓶子中,并且瓶子用包括内盖子(1)、外盖子(2)和香料容器(4)的所述盖子封闭,通过旋拧所述外盖子(2)而用内盖子(1)密封瓶子的口部,同时打开所述香料容器(4)并释放香料,其特征在于,所述盖子包括二氧化碳容器(3),并且在用所述内盖子(1)密封瓶子的口部之后,将瓶子倒置,并且通过在相同方向上进一步旋拧所述外盖子(2)而将二氧化碳释放到瓶子的液体空间。
18.根据权利要求17所述的制作饮料的方法,其特征在于,由于所述盖子产生的信号,因而注意到瓶子的口部与所述内盖子(1)的密封,并且在此之后将瓶子倒置。
