Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种允许在两个热塑性部件(诸如后挡板、扰流板、侧门等)之间进行焊接的装置。
背景技术
到目前为止,这种类型的结合是通过激光焊接、粘结或通过添加“补片”形式的液体或固体材料实现的。这些补片由有待焊接的部件的材料制成,材料导电粒子已经嵌入这些部件之中。这些导电粒子是感应加热的,从而致使材料熔化,因而将部件焊接在一起。然而,这种类型的焊接不能很好地适用于复杂的三维表面,或者不能很好地适用于焊接线的小的半径或曲率,此外,使用液体材料的制备系统昂贵并且难于根据焊缝的长度进行管理。更重要的是,这种材料添加在焊接之后会在部件之间产生额外厚度,并且以不恒定的方式产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种允许两个部件被简单且经济地焊接在一起的装置,并且该装置适用于3D表面、适用于小曲率半径,并且不产生额外厚度。
本发明在于一种用于将导电线布设在热塑性表面上的装置,该装置包括喷枪和导线,其特征在于,该装置包括用于加热所述导电线的系统。加热该导电线将允许导电线通过结壳而被定位在有待焊接的部件之一的表面上,在该表面上该导电线将再次被加热以便将这两个部件焊接在一起。
有利地,该导线是裸钢。使用钢而不是铜或铝提供了更好的电阻特性并且允许以更低成本实现焊接。
根据一个具体特征,加热系统由两个电极构成,在这些电极之间该导电线的一部分发生接触。导电线的一部分将变热,因为导电线的对具有相反电荷的两个电极进行连接的这个部分中有电流经过。
根据另一个特征,该装置包括冷却系统。冷却将使得可以对跟在电极之后的导电线和有待焊接的部件的工件支撑件进行冷却,使得导线在所述部件上保持固定在位。
有利地,冷却系统包括一股压缩空气。冷却系统将一股空气连续且局部地发送到被包以外壳的导线上。空气取自入口供应(例如6巴)并且根据需要由中间调节器进行调节。
根据一个特征,该装置包括两个带齿的轮,这两个带齿的轮接合导电线。导电线需要均匀地行进并且带齿的轮允许导线行进。
有利地,这两个带齿的轮以预定宽度使导电线成波状。带齿的轮允许导电线成波状并且根据需要来确定尺寸并且可更换以实现1.5mm、2mm或更大的波纹。两个轮的齿完全相同并且它们根据希望的波纹大小来改变大小。这种使导线成波状是有利的以便赋予导线结构使得导线在熔融物中被加热时的膨胀阶段中更加稳定、并给予更宽的焊缝以用于更好的机械结构完整性和密封性。
根据另一个特征,该装置包括用于布设导电线的布设轮。这个布设轮将优选地具有的速度等于带齿的轮的速度并且在导线的输出方向上将被安排在这些带齿的轮之后。该布设轮用于将导电线定位在有待焊接的这些部件之一的表面上。
有利地,该布设轮包括深度等于导电线二分之一直径的周边槽。因而,安排在该槽中的导电线从这个槽中突出并且能在有待焊接的部件之一中以二分之一直径被包以外壳。
有利地,周边槽具有的宽度等于导电线的波纹的宽度。布设轮将因此托起导线,在带齿的轮使导线成波状之后,在导线的整个宽度上使导线布设在有待焊接的表面上并且该装置的重量基本上提供了足以使导线包以外壳的负载。操作者在零件上不需要任何努力,只是致力将喷枪保持在其手中。
有利地,布设轮构成电极中的一个电极。导电线的一部分将使第一电极连接至后来构成第二电极的布设轮,从而电流将因此进入导电线的连接这两个电极的这个部分中,并且导电线的这个部分将升温直至其离开布设轮而在有待焊接的部件中被包以外壳。因此,导线将足够热以保持在有待焊接的部件上。
有利地,该装置包括用于驱动导电线的驱动电机。电机的目的是补偿松开导线和使导线成波状所需的累积努力并且也补偿机械连接中的所有摩擦。操作者在零件上不需要任何努力,只是致力将喷枪保持在其手中。

具体实施方式
在以下的说明部分中,考虑的是顶部对应于图1的顶部,底部对应于图1的底部。
如图1中可见的根据本发明的装置包括喷枪1和导线2,该导线由轮子(未描绘)提供并且经由支撑件15到达。喷枪1具有手柄10,操作者借助于该手柄可以操作喷枪1。该装置还包括两个带齿的轮11和布设轮12。布设轮12由连接至电驱动电机13的皮带121驱动,并且带齿的轮11由连接至布设轮12的皮带120驱动。因而,带齿的轮11和布设轮12以协调的方式被一起驱动。皮带120、121以已知的方式被带齿的滑轮122、123连接至轮子。电机转轴13与布设轮12的转轴之间的传动皮带121是带齿的皮带。存在两个带齿的传动皮带120(在喷枪1的本体的每侧上有一个带齿的传动皮带),这些带齿的传动皮带驱动布设轮12朝向带齿的轮11中的每个轮的轴线,这些带齿的轮使导线2成波状。
电机13的目的是补偿松开导线2以及使导线成波状所需的累积努力并且也补偿机械连接中的所有摩擦。
喷枪1还包括冷却空气的喷嘴14。这个喷嘴14被供以压缩空气。
电动机13的速度由电位计130调节并且由控制按钮131控制。
从图2中可以看到,两个带齿的轮11面向彼此、在轴线XX的每一侧上,从而它们可以互相啮合。布设轮12具有垂直于轴线XX的旋转轴线,并且具有位于轴线XX上的周边槽124。槽124具有的深度h对应于导线2的直径的二分之一。槽的宽度l0对应于导线2的波纹宽度l,l0优选地略大于l。
如在图2中和图4的横截面中可看到的,一个电极16被定位在布设轮12与带齿的轮11之间。第二电极由布设轮12构成。电极16由弹簧(未描绘出)朝向导线2推动。电极16与布设轮12之间的距离可以约为30mm。用于使导线成波状的带齿的轮11的尺寸被确定并且如果需要的话可更换,波纹可以是1.5-2mm以及超过该范围。在这种情况下,布设轮12也需要改变以便考虑导线2的希望的波纹宽度。例如,电阻丝2的特征可以如下:直径0.5mm,横截面s=0.2mm2,电阻率5.6Ωm,电流4.9A,电功率等于134.8Wm,并且电量为4.5W/cm2。导线2的波纹优选地具有的宽度为1.5mm至2mm或者更大,赋予导线结构使得在其加热的膨胀阶段和在熔融物中是稳定的,从而可以确保焊缝的恒定宽度在3mm与4mm之间。可以根据期望的应用选择其他导线特征。
现在将描述装置的工作方式。
导线2经由引导件15到达并且被朝向带齿的轮11输送,导线在带齿的轮之间穿过以便成为波状。导线2的波纹具有宽度l。导线然后将与电极16和布设轮12相接触。因为这两个电极具有相反电荷,电流将在两个电极12与16之间的导电线2中建立,这将致使导线2变热,导线从布设轮12的槽124中突出二分之一直径,然后导线2通过布设轮将能以热的方式布设在有待焊接的部件上。因为有待焊接的部件具有热塑性,在喷枪1行进时,导线2将在该部件中被包以外壳。导线2和该部件然后将被喷嘴14发送的空气冷却。冷却系统的喷嘴14将一股空气连续且局部地发送到紧随布设轮12的被包以外壳的导线2上并且发送到轮子本身上。空气取自入口供应(6巴)并且根据需要由中间调节器调节。在导线布设路径的终点,当布设轮12(或结壳轮)破坏了与导线2的布设终点处的部件的接触时,操作者继续致动电机以便松开充分保留的导线2,并且由于导线2的这部分不再与布设轮12相接触,因此加热停止。操作者停止致动电机13的按钮131并且使用侧刀切割导线2。出于优选,一些导线将被留在有待焊接的部件的每一侧上,从而在有待焊接的第二部件被布设使得电流可以穿过该导线之后,该导线可以被加热。
操作者使喷枪1行进的速度可以是大约2m/min的速度。
通过按下按钮131,用于加热导线并且启动电机13的电控制动作是同时的。
喷枪将优选地具有220V的通用电源、通过允许设置电流强度值的电源对导线的加热进行致动的电路、电极(装有弹簧的电极+布设轮上的电极)之间的用于加热30mm的导线的距离、通过24V的电源对电机进行致动的电路、功率P=4W的24V直流电机、最大转速=230rpm、输出转矩=20Ncm、最大电流强度=243mA、以及内电阻=43ohm。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于布设导电线(2)的装置,它将导电线布设在第一部件的热塑性表面上以允许将该第一部件与第二部件焊接在一起,该装置适用于3D表面,并且包括喷枪(1)和导电线(2),其特征在于,该喷枪包括两个带齿的轮(11)以及用于加热所述导电线(2)的系统,这些带齿的轮接合该导电线(2)以便使该导电线(2)成波状,所述用于加热导电线的系统用以允许导电线通过结壳而被定位在所述第一和第二部件之一的表面上,该装置还包括用于再次加热所述导电线以便将所述第一和第二部件焊接在一起的部件,其中,该装置还包括用于布设所述导电线(2)的布设轮(12),其中,用于加热导电线的系统由两个电极(12,16)构成,在这些电极之间该导电线(2)的一部分发生接触,所述两个电极中的第一电极(16)被定位在所述布设轮(12)与所述带齿的轮(11)之间,所述两个电极中的第二电极由所述布设轮(12)构成,所述第一电极(16)被弹簧朝向所述导电线(2)推动,第一电极(16)与布设轮(12)之间的距离为30mm。
