Abstract
Dispositivo de colocación de un hilo conductor (2) sobre una superficie termo plástica incluyendo una pistola (1) y un hilo conductor (2), caracterizado por que incluye dos ruedas dentadas (11) que engranan el hilo conductor (2) de forma que den una ondulación al hilo conductor (2) y un sistema de calentamiento de dicho hilo conductor (2).

DESCRIPCIÓN
Dispositivo de colocación de un hilo conductor para soldadura
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo que permite realizar una soldadura entre dos piezas termoplásticas tales como un portón trasero, unos alerones, unas puertas laterales, etc.
Hasta ahora este tipo de soldadura era realizado mediante láser, pegado, o con un aporte de material líquido o sólido con la forma de un “parche”. Estos parches están constituidos por un material de las piezas a soldar en el que se ha insertado unas partículas conductoras. Las partículas conductoras son calentadas mediante inducción lo que hace fundir el material y por tanto suelda las piezas. Pero este tipo de soldadura no está adaptado a superficies evolutivas complejas, ni adaptado a pequeños radios de curvatura de las pistas de soldadura, por otra parte, el sistema de preparación con material líquido es costoso y complicado de gestionar según la longitud de la soldadura. Por otra parte, este aporte de material provoca un sobre-espesor entre las piezas después de la soldadura y esto de manera no constante.
El documento WO2009/076749 divulga un sistema y un método para colocar un implante resistivo para ensamblar mediante soldadura componentes plásticos. El implante resistivo con forma de rejilla de este documento puede plantear dificultades de adaptación a las superficies evolutivas complejas, principalmente a los pequeños radios de curvatura de las pistas de soldadura.
El documento EP0496669 divulga un dispositivo de colocación de un hilo conductor sobre una superficie termoplástica. Este dispositivo incluye dos ruedas dentadas que engranan un hilo conductor de forma que le den una ondulación al hilo conductor y un sistema de calentamiento de dicho hilo conductor. El objeto de la presente invención es el de proponer un dispositivo que permite soldar dos piezas entre sí, a la vez simple y económico, y que esté adaptado a superficies 3D, de pequeños radios de curvatura y sin producir un sobre-espesor.
El invento consiste en un dispositivo de colocación de un hilo conductor sobre una superficie termo plástica que incluye una pistola y un hilo conductor, caracterizado por que incluye dos ruedas dentadas que engranan el hilo conductor de forma que den una ondulación al hilo conductor y un sistema de calentamiento de dicho hilo conductor. El calentamiento del hilo conductor va a permitir colocarlo mediante incrustación sobre la superficie de una de las piezas a soldar, será calentado de nuevo para realizar la soldadura de las dos piezas.
Ventajosamente, el hilo es de acero desnudo. La utilización de un acero en lugar del cobre o el aluminio proporciona mejores características resistivas y permite realizar una soldadura a menor coste.
Según una característica particular, el sistema de calentamiento está constituido por dos polos eléctricos entre los cuales una parte del hilo conductor es puesto en contacto. La parte del hilo conductor va a calentarse ya que va a ser atravesado por una corriente eléctrica que va a unir los dos polos de carga opuesta.
Según otra característica, incluye un sistema de enfriamiento. El enfriamiento va a permitir enfriar a la vez, el hilo conductor después de los polos eléctricos, y el soporte de la pieza a soldar con el fin de que el hilo permanezca fijado a dicha pieza.
Ventajosamente, el sistema de enfriamiento está constituido por un chorro de aire comprimido. El sistema de enfriamiento envía un chorro de aire en continuo localmente sobre el hilo incrustado. El aire es tomado de una alimentación de entrada, por ejemplo, de 6 bar, y regulado a demanda por un grifo intermedio.
Según la invención, el dispositivo incluye dos ruedas dentadas que engranan el hilo conductor. El hilo conductor debe avanzar de forma regular y las ruedas dentadas permiten el avance del hilo.
Ventajosamente, las dos ruedas dentadas dan una ondulación al hilo conductor de una anchura predeterminada. Las ruedas dentadas permiten realizar una ondulación del hilo conductor y están dimensionadas y son intercambiables para unas ondulaciones de 1,5 mm, 2 mm o más, según necesidad. Los dientes de las dos ruedas son idénticos y son más o menos grandes según el tamaño de las ondulaciones deseadas. Esta ondulación del hilo es ventajosa para estructurar el hilo de manera que este mejor estabilizado durante su fase de dilatación durante el calentamiento en el material fusionado, y para asegurar una anchura de soldadura más importante, para una mejor sujeción mecánica y estanqueidad.
Según otra característica, el dispositivo incluye una rueda de colocación del hilo conductor. Esta rueda tendrá preferentemente una velocidad igual a la de las ruedas dentadas y estará dispuesta después de estas en el sentido del desenrollamiento del hilo. Va a servir para posicionar el hilo conductor sobre la superficie de una de las piezas a soldar.
Ventajosamente, la rueda incluye una ranura periférica de profundidad igual a la mitad del diámetro del hilo conductor. Así el hilo conductor dispuesto en la ranura sobrepasa esta y puede estar incrustado en un semi diámetro en una de las piezas a soldar.
Ventajosamente, la ranura periférica tiene una anchura igual a la anchura de la ondulación del hilo conductor. La rueda de colocación va a tomar el hilo, después de que haya sido ondulado por las ruedas dentadas, en toda su anchura para colocarlo sobre la superficie a soldar y el peso del conjunto del dispositivo proporciona un esfuerzo suficiente para incrustar el hilo. Ningún esfuerzo por parte del operario es necesario, únicamente un esfuerzo de sujeción de la pistola en la mano.
Ventajosamente, la rueda de colocación constituye uno de los polos eléctricos. Una parte del hilo conductor va a unir un primer polo a la rueda de colocación, constituyendo entonces el segundo polo, la corriente va por tanto a pasar en esta parte del hilo conductor para unir los dos polos y esta parte del hilo conductor se va a calentar hasta que deje la rueda de colocación para incrustarse en la pieza a soldar. Estará por tanto suficientemente caliente para permanecer en la pieza a soldar.
Ventajosamente, el dispositivo incluye un motor de arrastre del hilo conductor. El motor tiene como función compensar los esfuerzos acumulados necesarios para desenrollar y ondular el hilo, e igualmente, el conjunto de los razonamientos de las uniones mecánicas. No es necesario ningún esfuerzo por parte del operador, únicamente un esfuerzo de sujeción de la pistola en la mano.
Otras ventajas podrán también aparecer al experto con la lectura de los siguientes ejemplos, ilustrados mediante las figuras adjuntas, dados a título de ejemplo.

En la continuación de la descripción, se considerará que la parte de arriba corresponde a la parte de arriba de la figura 1 y la parte de abajo a la parte baja de la figura 1.
El dispositivo según la invención tal y como se ve en la figura 1 incluye una pistola 1 y un hilo 2 alimentado por una bobina (no representada) y que llega mediante un soporte 15. La pistola 1 incluye una empuñadura 10 mediante la cual el operario podrá accionar la pistola 1. Incluye también dos ruedas dentadas 11 y una rueda de colocación 12. La rueda de colocación 12 es arrastrada por una correa 121 unida a un motor eléctrico de arrastre 13 y las ruedas dentadas 11 son arrastradas por una correa 120 unida a la rueda de colocación 12. Así, las ruedas dentadas 11 y la rueda de colocación 12 son arrastradas de forma conjunta de forma coordinada. Las correas 120,121 están unidas a las ruedas mediante unas poleas dentadas 122,123 de forma conocida. La correa 121 de arrastre entre el eje motor 13 y el eje de la rueda de colocación 12 está dentada. Hay dos correas 121 dentadas de arrastre de la rueda de colocación 12 hacia el eje de cada una de las ruedas dentadas 11 de ondulación del hilo 2, por ambos lados del cuerpo de la pistola 1.
El motor 13 tiene como función compensar los esfuerzos acumulados necesarios para desenrollar y ondular el hilo 2, e igualmente, el conjunto de los rozamientos de las uniones mecánicas.
La pistola 1 incluye también una boquilla 14 para el aire de enfriamiento. Esta boquilla 14 está alimentada por aire comprimido.
La velocidad del motor eléctrico 13 es regulada mediante un potenciómetro 130, y controlada por un botón de control 131.
Se ve en la figura 2 que las dos ruedas dentadas 11 están enfrentadas a ambos lados de un eje XX para poder engranarse. La rueda de colocación 12 tiene un eje de rotación perpendicular al eje XX, y presenta una ranura periférica 124 que está situada en el eje XX. La ranura 124 tiene una profundidad h correspondiente a la mitad del diámetro del hilo 2. Su anchura lü corresponde a la anchura de la ondulación l del hilo 2, lü será preferentemente ligeramente superior a l.
Tal y como se puede ver en la figura 2 y el corte de la figura 4, un polo eléctrico 16 está dispuesto entre la rueda de colocación 12 y las ruedas dentadas 11. El segundo polo está constituido por la rueda de colocación 12. El polo eléctrico 16 es empujado por un muelle (no representado) hacia el hilo 2. La distancia entre el polo 16 y la rueda de colocación 12 podrá ser de alrededor de 30 mm. Las ruedas dentadas 11 para la ondulación del hilo están dimensionadas y son intercambiables según necesidad, las ondulaciones podrán ser de 1,5-2 mm y más allá. En este caso la rueda de colocación 12 deberá también ser cambiada para tener en cuenta la anchura de las ondulaciones del
hilo 2 deseadas. Las características del hilo 2 resistivas podrán, por ejemplo, ser las siguientes: un diámetro de 0,5 mm, una sección s= 0,2 mm2, una resistividad de 5,6 fim , para una corriente de 4,9 A una potencia eléctrica = 134,8Wm y una carga de 4,5 W/cm2.
La ondulación del hilo 2 es preferentemente de una anchura 1,5 a 2 mm o más, para estructurar el hilo con el fin de que esté estabilizado durante su fase de dilatación durante el calentamiento y en el material fusionado, esto permite asegurar una anchura constante de soldadura entre 3 y 4 mm. Es posible elegir otras características del hilo en función de la aplicación deseada.
Vamos ahora a describir el funcionamiento del dispositivo.
El hilo 2 llega por la guía 15 y es conducido hacia las ruedas dentadas 11 entre las cuales pasa para ser ondulado. La ondulación del hilo 2 tienen una anchura l. Posteriormente va a entrar en contacto con el polo 16 y la rueda de colocación 12. Siendo los dos polos de carga opuesta, se va a establecer una corriente en el hilo conductor 2 entre los dos polos 12 y 16, lo que va a provocar el calentamiento del hilo 2. El hilo 2 sobresale un semi-diámetro de la ranura 124 de la rueda de colocación 12, posteriormente se podrá colocar el hilo 2 caliente sobre la pieza a soldar con la rueda de colocación. Siendo la pieza a soldar termoplástica, el hilo 2 se va a incrustar en la pieza a medida del avance de la pistola 1. El hilo 2 y la pieza van posteriormente a ser enfriados por aire enviado por la boquilla 14. La boquilla 14 del sistema de enfriamiento envía un chorro de aire en continuo localmente sobre el hilo 2 incrustado justo detrás de la rueda de colocación 12, y sobre la rueda en sí misma. El aire es tomado de una alimentación de entrada de 6 bar y regulado a demanda mediante un grifo intermedio. Al final de la trayectoria de colocación del hilo, cuando la rueda de colocación 12 (o de incrustación) deja al contacto de la pieza al final de la colocación del hilo 2, el operador continúa accionando el motor con el fin de desenrollar una reserva de hilo 2 suficiente, la parte del hilo 2 que ya no está en contacto con la rueda de colocación 12, se para el calentamiento. El operador para de accionar el botón 131 del motor 13 y corta el hilo 2 con la ayuda de una pinza. Preferentemente, se dejará hilo de cada lado de la pieza a soldar de forma que se pueda calentar el hilo después de la colocación de la segunda pieza a soldar para hacer pasar una corriente eléctrica.
El avance de la pistola 1 por el operador se realiza a una velocidad aproximada de 2 mm/mn.
La acción de los controles eléctricos para calentar el hilo y arrancar el motor 13 es simultánea mediante pulsación del botón 131.
Se tendrá preferentemente, una alimentación general eléctrica de la pistola a 220 V, un circuito eléctrico para activar el calentamiento del hilo con una alimentación que permite imponer un valor de intensidad, un espacio entre los polos (polo sobre el muelle polo de la rueda de colocación) para calentamiento del hilo de 30 mm, un circuito eléctrico para activar el motor con una alimentación de 24 V, un motor de 24 V en continua, con una potencia P = 4 W, una velocidad de rotación max=230 revoluciones/min, un par de salida = 20Ncm, una intensidad max= 243mA y una resistencia interna = 43ohm.
Claims (11)
1. Dispositivo de colocación de un hilo conductor (2) sobre una superficie termo plástica incluyendo una pistola (1) y un hilo conductor (2), caracterizado por que incluye dos ruedas dentadas (11) que engranan el hilo conductor (2) de forma que den una ondulación al hilo conductor (2) y un sistema de calentamiento de dicho hilo conductor (2).
2. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado por que el hilo (2) es de acero desnudo.
3. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizado por que el sistema de calentamiento está constituido por dos polos (12,16) eléctricos entre los cuales una parte del hilo conductor (2) es puesto en contacto.
4. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizado por que incluye un sistema de enfriamiento (14).
5. Dispositivo según la reivindicación anterior caracterizado por que el sistema de enfriamiento (14) está constituido por un chorro de aire comprimido.
6. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizado por que la ondulación dada al hilo conductor (2) es de una anchura predeterminada l por el engranamiento de las ruedas dentadas.
7. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizado por que incluye una rueda de colocación (12) del hilo conductor (2).
8. Dispositivo según la reivindicación anterior caracterizado por que la rueda de colocación (12) incluye una ranura periférica (124) de profundidad igual a la mitad del diámetro del hilo conductor (2).
9. Dispositivo según las reivindicaciones 7 y 8 caracterizado por que la ranura periférica (124) tiene una anchura b igual a la anchura l de la ondulación del hilo conductor (2).
10. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones 8 a 9 caracterizado por que la rueda de colocación (12) constituye uno de los polos eléctricos.
11. Dispositivo según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizado por que incluye un motor de arrastre (13) del hilo conductor (2).
