技术领域
本发明属于玻璃生产技术领域,涉及一种高清中性色低辐射镀膜玻璃及制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的Low-E玻璃生产工艺是在优质浮法基片上镀制以Ag为功能层,包含介质层和其它金属层的多层膜系。若按照功能层银的层数来进行划分,Low-E玻璃可以分为单银Low-E玻璃、双银Low-E玻璃、三银Low-E玻璃。目前,单银、双银都是建筑玻璃领域比较成熟的节能方案,三银节能玻璃节能效果优于双银和单银,但三银玻璃膜层结构复杂,工艺控制难度大,因而成本较高。近年来市场上真正能够量产三银的厂家不多,且可供选择的三银品种也不如双银、单银丰富。
随着市场逐渐成熟,同质化竞争日趋明显,客户对幕墙的外观颜色的要求也越来越高,但是对于市场上大多数的Low-e双银而言,其普遍存在侧面小角度变色的情况,且膜面(色调重)、透过色(发黄/发绿)视觉效果较差,整体感官浑浊不够清透,另一方面客户对颜色的偏好朝中性色方向发展,市面上少量的中性色高清膜系产品受到客户的追捧,各企业均开展有对双银颜色的改良研发工作。
现有的技术存在如下缺点:
1)目前虽有双银中性色产品,但总体仍不够清透,存在透过色发黄/发绿的问题。
2)目前的双银产品多数存在小角度变色的现象,且膜面色调 重,影响装饰效果。
3)双银产品总体生产成本仍然较高,民用市场推广缺乏动力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在的上述问题,提供一种高清中性色低辐射镀膜玻璃及制备方法,本发明所要解决的技术问题是如何提高玻璃的清透性能。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种高清中性色低辐射镀膜玻璃,其特征在于,所述低辐射玻璃包括玻璃基片层和位于玻璃基片层一侧的镀膜层,所述镀膜层自所述玻璃基片层向外依次复合有十个膜层,其中第一层为ZnSnO/ZnO或两者的混合层,第二层为Ag层,第三层Cu层,第四层为NiCr层,第五层为Fe2O3层,第六层为ZnSnO/ZnO或两者的混合层,第七层为Ag层,第八层为NiCr层,第九层为Fe2O3层,第十层为SiNx层。
其中第一层为第一电介质组合层,第二层为低辐射功能层,第三层为第一阻挡保护层,第四层为透过色改善层,第六层为第二电介质组合层,第七层为低辐射功能层,第八层为第二阻挡保护层,第九层为透过色改善层,第十层为第三电介质层。通过添加、优化膜层材料,在第八层和第十层之间设置Fe2O3层,有效调节380-550nm波段透过率,改善low-e双银透过色及膜面颜色,使其更加清透。
一种高清中性色低辐射镀膜玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,本加工方法包括如下步骤:
1)、磁控溅射镀膜层;
A、磁控溅射第一层:
靶材数量:交流旋转靶4~6个;靶材配置为锌锡(ZnSn)/锌铝(ZnAl),或者是锌锡(ZnSn)和锌铝(ZnAl)的混合物;工艺 气体比例:氩气和氧气,氩气和氧气的比例为1:2,溅射气压为3~5×10-3mbar;镀膜厚度为:45~55nm;
B、磁控溅射第二层:
靶材数量:交流旋转靶或直流旋转靶1个;靶材料为Ag;工艺气体比例:纯氩气,溅射气压为2~3×10-3mbar;镀膜厚度为:2.0~3.5nm;
C、磁控溅射第三层:
靶材数量:交流旋转靶1个;靶材料为Cu;工艺气体比例:纯氩气,溅射气压为2~3×10-3mbar;镀膜厚度为:0.5~2nm;
D、磁控溅射第四层:
靶材数量:交流旋转靶1个;靶材料为NiCr;工艺气体比例:纯氩气,溅射气压为2~3×10-3mbar;镀膜厚度为:1.5~2.5nm;
E、磁控溅射第五层:
靶材数量:交流旋转靶1个;靶材料为Fe2O3;工艺气体比例:氩气和氧气,氩气和氧气的比例为1:2,溅射气压为3~5×10-3mbar;镀膜厚度为:1.0~2.0nm;不锈钢旋转靶溅射的Fe2O3层不仅能够改善透过性能,而且其价格低廉,能够大幅度的降低玻璃的制备成本。
F、磁控溅射第六层:
靶材数量:交流旋转靶6~8个;靶材料为锌锡(ZnSn)/锌铝(ZnAl),或者是锌锡(ZnSn)、锌铝(ZnAl)靶混合使用;工艺气体比例:氩气和氧气,氩气和氧气的比例为1:2,溅射气压为3~5×10-3mbar;镀膜厚度为:65~75nm;
G、磁控溅射第七层:
靶材数量:交流旋转靶或直流旋转靶1个;靶材料为Ag;工艺气体比例:纯氩气,溅射气压为2~3×10-3mbar;镀膜厚度为:15~20nm;
H、磁控溅射第八层:
靶材数量:交流旋转靶1个;靶材料为NiCr;工艺气体比例:纯氩气,溅射气压为2~3×10-3mbar;镀膜厚度为:1.4~3.1nm;
I、磁控溅射第九层:
靶材数量:交流旋转靶1个;靶材料为Fe2O3;工艺气体比例:氩气和氧气,氩气和氧气的比例为1:2,溅射气压为3~5×10-3mbar;镀膜厚度为:0.5~2.0nm;不锈钢旋转靶溅射的Fe2O3层不仅能够改善透过性能,而且其价格低廉,能够大幅度的降低玻璃的制备成本。
J、磁控溅射第十层:
靶材数量:交流旋转靶1个;靶材料为SiNx;工艺气体比例:氩气和氧气,氩气和氧气的比例为1:1.14;溅射气压为3~5×10-3mbar;镀膜厚度为:45~50nm;
2)、镀膜层厚度控制在180~205nm之间。
本发明获得的有益效果为:
1、制得的玻璃6mm单片透过率为40-55%,玻面外观颜色清新靓丽,色彩纯一;透过色a*∈[-1.5,0],b*∈[-1.0,0];膜面颜色a*∈[-5.0,0],b*∈[-2.0,2.0],玻面多角度(10°—75°)色差△a*<2.5。
2、引入成本较低的不锈钢靶材,降低生产成本。

如图1所示,高清中性色低辐射镀膜玻璃包括玻璃基片层a和位于玻璃基片层a一侧的镀膜层,所述镀膜层自玻璃基片层a向外依次复合有十个膜层,其中第一层1为ZnSnO/ZnO或两者的混合层,第二层2为Ag层,第三层3Cu层,第四层4为NiCr层,第五层5为Fe2O3层,第六层6为ZnSnO/ZnO或两者的混合层,第七层7为Ag层,第八层8为NiCr层,第九层9为Fe2O3层,第十层10为SiNx层。
