技术领域
本发明涉及室内环保涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于室内墙面的水性无机防涂鸦陶瓷涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上家庭室内装修用墙面涂料为乳胶漆,其成膜物质以苯丙乳液为主,并有少量的醋丙、纯丙乳液,这类涂料只能起到简单装饰作用。由于乳胶漆的成膜物质为有机物,从原材料的合成到涂料的生产、涂装过程都会或多或少的添加有机溶剂,这就会对环境和人体造成一些危害。随着经济的发展,人们对家庭装修的要求也越来越高,对于墙面的粉刷,不仅限于墙面的平整光滑,还要考虑健康、安全和环保的问题。儿童的天性会对墙面乱写乱画,这给家长造成了很大的困扰。如果污渍粘在墙面上则不易清理,现急需一款健康安全环保且具有防涂鸦功能的室内墙面用涂料。
经检索发现,现有技术201510960983.8公开了一种防涂鸦健康室内涂装水性乳胶漆及其制备方法,该技术通过添加含氟聚合物达到防涂鸦的作用,但是含氟物质属于有毒物质,对人体会产生极大伤害,不利于人体的健康;而且,含氟聚合物在废弃时降解十分困难,对环境造成极大的破坏,许多国家都在限制使用含氟化合物。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于室内墙面的水性无机防涂鸦陶瓷涂料及其制备方法。

(2)克服了陶瓷涂料多组分,使用前需要熟化的缺点,该发明底涂和面涂都为单组份,可直接使用,施工方便快捷;
(3)具有防涂鸦效果,水性笔在墙面上写字画画,可以轻松擦除;
(4)涂层具有较低的表面张力,可以隔绝室外潮气,防止墙面受潮长霉斑。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
在本发明实施例中,硅烷改性硅溶胶为主要成膜物质,之所以将其重量含量限定在35-45%,是因为量多硬度太高,在水泥上会开裂;量少,颜基比太高会掉粉;硅烷改性硅溶胶例如阿克苏的Bindzil CC151,Bindzil CC301等。
在本发明实施例中,之所以将分散剂的重量含量限定在0.5-0.6%,原因在于其量过少,颜料分散不好,粘度大;其量过多,涂料耐刮性不好,易脱落。
在本发明实施例中,水性环氧树脂是有机辅助成膜物质,之所以将水性环氧树脂的重量含量限定在8-15%,原因在于其量过多则无防火性能,其量过少则防水性差。
在本发明实施例中,溶剂水采用去离子水。
在本发明实施例中,水性环氧树脂包括EP-51、HyPer WE1044、GF-208。
实施例1-3
实施例1-3分别提供一种用于室内墙面的水性无机防涂鸦陶瓷涂料,具体组分见表1。

本发明的上述实施例1、实施例2、实施例3提供的涂料的制备方法相同,包括底涂涂料的制备和面涂涂料的制备;
(1)所述底涂涂料制备包括:
按上述表1所示底涂涂料的组分及其重量百分比备料;
将硅烷改性硅溶胶、溶剂、分散剂、颜料、填料混合,研磨,得色浆;该步骤中,色浆的细度≤20μm,细度的控制具体是通过研磨控制的,研磨的时间可控制在1-2h;
将水性环氧树脂、流平剂的混合物加入所述色浆中,继续研磨后过滤出料,即得所述底涂涂料;该步骤中,继续研磨的时间可控制在5-15min,过滤具体采用200目滤布过滤。
在上述步骤中,研磨的设备具体采用砂磨机;
(2)所述面涂涂料制备包括:
按上述表1所示的底面涂涂料的组分及其重量百分比备料;
将硅烷、去离子水、催化剂、流平剂混合,对所得混合物熟化处理后得混合物A;该步骤中,熟化处理具体是将硅烷、去离子水、催化剂混合所得混合物置于25℃、100rmp下20h;
将颜料、分散剂和去离子水混合,对所得混合物研磨处理后得混合物B;该步骤中,混合物B的细度≤20μm,具体是通过研磨处理1-2h实现的;
将所述混合物A与所述混合物B按质量比为10:1进行混合,过滤,即得所述面涂涂料;该步骤中,过滤具体采用200目滤。
需要说明的是,上述制备方法在如下条件下均可实现底涂涂料和面涂涂料的制备:过滤采用200-400目的滤布,熟化条件为20-30℃、100-200rmp下12-20h,混合物A与所述混合物B按质量比为(3-20):1进行混合。
发明人对实施例1、2、3所得涂料的性能进行了测试,结果显示,三个配方的涂料产品在涂层抗开裂性、不燃无烟性、防涂鸦性能、耐水性等方面均存在较好的效果,同时,实施例1与其他两个实施例相比,在抗开裂性和成本控制方面效果更佳,这说明在本发明限定的范围内存在相对较优的实施例。经发明人验证发现,在下述涂料配方下,性能更佳:
所述底涂涂料包括组分及其重量百分比为:硅烷改性硅溶胶36%,溶剂18%,分散剂0.5%,填料9%,颜料26.5%,水性环氧树脂9%,流平剂1%;
所述面涂涂料包括组分及重量百分比为:硅烷18%,溶剂68.6%,流平剂1%,催化剂0.2%,颜料12%,分散剂0.2%。
为了体现本发明限定产品的显著优势,在本发明实施例过程中,发明人还对实施例1设置了对比例,具体如下:
对比例1:与实施例1的区别仅在于,底涂涂料中,硅烷改性硅溶胶的含量为28%,水性环氧树脂的含量为17%;
对比例2:与实施例1的区别仅在于,面涂涂料中,硅烷的含量为15%,流平剂的含量为4%;
对比例3:与实施例1的区别仅在于,面涂涂料中,18%甲基三甲氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷的重量比为1:1:1;
对比例4:与实施例1的区别仅在于,底涂涂料中,硅烷改性硅溶胶的含量为28%,水性环氧树脂的含量为17%;面涂涂料中,硅烷的含量为15%,流平剂的含量为4%;
对比例5:与实施例1的区别仅在于,面涂涂料中,硅烷的含量为15%,流平剂的含量为4%;18%甲基三甲氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷的重量比为1:1:1;
对比例6:与实施例1的区别仅在于,面涂涂料制备中,混合物A与所述混合物B按质量比为2:1进行混合,熟化的条件为250rmp、10h。
对比例7:与实施例1的区别仅在于,面涂涂料制备中,混合物A与所述混合物B按质量比为2:1进行混合,熟化的条件为250rmp、10h;硅烷的含量为15%,流平剂的含量为4%。
发明人对实施例1和对比例1-7的性能进行了测试,测试方法包括:不燃无烟性能采用喷火枪烧,防涂鸦性采用水性笔书写后纸巾擦除;测试结果见表3:

综上所述,本发明解决了如下技术问题:
(1)传统无机陶瓷涂料为双组份或三组分涂料,使用前需将几个组分混合在一起熟化一段时间后使用,熟化后陶瓷涂料需在48-72小时内使用完,使用方法较为复杂;本发明的陶瓷涂料为单组份,可直接施工;
(2)现有乳胶漆成膜物质为有机物,对环境和人体造成危害,不利于健康。本发明室内墙面涂料为陶瓷涂料,其成膜物质为无机物硅溶胶(即二氧化硅的水溶液),具有健康安全环保的特性;
(3)本发明不是通过添加不利于健康的含氟聚合物达到防涂鸦效果,而是通过多种硅烷水解聚合后形成的-CH3来达到防涂鸦的效果。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于室内墙面的水性无机防涂鸦陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,所述陶瓷涂料为双涂层涂料,包括底涂涂料、面涂涂料;其中,
所述底涂涂料包括组分及其重量百分比为:
所述面涂涂料包括组分及重量百分比为:
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于室内墙面的水性无机防涂鸦陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,所述底涂涂料、面涂涂料中:
溶剂选自去离子水、异丙醇、乙醇、正丁醇中的一种或几种;
颜料为无机颜料;
分散剂为BYK 180、BYK 190、BYK 2010中的一种或几种;
流平剂为甲基硅油、羟基硅油中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于室内墙面的水性无机防涂鸦陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,所述底涂涂料中:
填料选自云母粉、高岭土、气相二氧化硅、硫酸钡、晶须硅、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、膨润土中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于室内墙面的水性无机防涂鸦陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,所述面涂涂料中:
硅烷为甲基三甲氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯、环氧基硅烷的混合物;
催化剂选自甲酸、乙酸、盐酸中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于室内墙面的水性无机防涂鸦陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,所述硅烷为甲基三甲氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯、环氧基硅烷按(4-4):(4-4):(1-3)的重量比的混合物。
6.一种权利要求1-5所述的涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括底涂涂料的制备和面涂涂料的制备;
所述底涂涂料的制备包括:
按上述底涂涂料的组分及其重量百分比备料;
将硅烷改性硅溶胶、溶剂、分散剂、颜料、填料混合,研磨,得色浆;
将水性环氧树脂、流平剂的混合物加入所述色浆中,继续研磨后过滤出料,即得所述底涂涂料;
所述面涂涂料的制备包括:
按上述底面涂涂料的组分及其重量百分比备料;
将硅烷、部分溶剂、催化剂、流平剂混合,对所得混合物熟化处理后得混合物A;
将颜料、分散剂和另一部分溶剂混合,对所得混合物研磨处理后得混合物B;
将所述混合物A与所述混合物B混合,过滤,即得所述面涂涂料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,底涂涂料的制备步骤中:所述色浆的细度≤20μm;所述过滤具体采用200-400目滤布过滤。
8.根据权利要求6所述的涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,面涂涂料的制备中:所述熟化处理具体是将硅烷、部分溶剂、催化剂混合所得混合物置于20-30℃、100-200rmp下12-20h。
9.根据权利要求6所述的涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,面涂涂料的制备中:所述混合物B的细度≤20μm;所述过滤具体采用200-400目滤布过滤。
10.根据权利要求6所述的涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,面涂涂料的制备中,所述混合物A与所述混合物B是按质量比为(3-20):1进行混合。
