本发明公开一种快速的管材切割设备,包括有底座,在所述的底座上设有固定轴,在所述的固定轴上套有固定杆,在所述的固定杆上方设有插接在固定轴上的刀杆,在所述的第二固定杆上插接有多个能固定管材的固定装置,其特征在于:在所述的刀杆下方固定有固定座,在所述的固定座上设有固定块,在所述的固定块上设有固定轴,在所述的固定轴上插接有长齿轮,在所述的长齿轮上端面设有切割轮,在所述的固定座上设有能带长齿轮转动的驱动机构,本发明结构简单,使用方便,通过在固定杆上插接有多个固定管材的固定装置,然后在刀杆上设有多个齿轮,齿轮上有切割轮,通过驱动机构带动,快速切割,一次性切割多条管材,加快切割效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及管材切割领域,特别涉及一种快速的管材切割设备。
背景技术
目前水电安装中经常用到各种管材,所需管材长度不一,这时需要利用切割机对较长管材进行切割,但现有的管材切割机多为大型的通用管材切割机,而在水电用管材安装过程中随机性比较强,大型管材切割机使用起来比较麻烦,所以需要用水电管材安装专用的小型管材切割机来提高工作效率和工作舒适度。
现有的管材切割设备在切割管材过程中管材固定不牢靠,从而影响切割的效率,不能满足人们的使用需求。
现有的管材切割设备使用困难,切割效率低,不能满足人们的使用需求。
故此,现有的管材切割设备需要进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种快速的管材切割设备。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种快速的管材切割设备,包括有底座,在所述的底座上设有固定轴,在所述的固定轴上套有固定杆,在所述的固定杆上方设有插接在固定轴上的刀杆,在固定杆上插接有多个能固定管材的固定装置,其特征在于:在所述的刀杆下方固定有固定座,在所述的固定座上设有固定块,在所述的固定块上设有齿轮轴,在所述的齿轮轴上插接有长齿轮,在所述的长齿轮上端面设有切割轮,在所述的固定座上设有能带长齿轮转动的驱动机构。
如上所述的一种快速的管材切割设备,其特征在于所述的驱动机构包括设置在固定座两端上的电机,在所述的两个电机之间连接有齿轮皮带,所述的齿轮皮带与长齿轮互相齿合。
如上所述的一种快速的管材切割设备,其特征在于所述的固定装置包括设置在固定杆一侧上的两个圆弧固定板,所述的圆弧固定板之间设有弹簧连接,在所述的固定杆上设有插接通槽,在所述的圆弧固定板上设有插接柱,所述的插接柱设置在插接通槽内。
如上所述的一种快速的管材切割设备,其特征在于在所述的固定杆上设有横向的齿条,在所述的刀杆上设有横向的第二齿条,在所述的齿条和第二齿条之间设有第二长齿轮,所述的第二长齿轮和齿条、第二齿条互相齿合,在所述的底座上设有转轴,所述的第二长齿轮安装在转轴上。
如上所述的一种快速的管材切割设备,其特征在于在所述的固定轴外套设有能相对固定轴上下移动的伸缩杆,所述的刀杆和固定杆套设在伸缩杆上,在所述的转轴上套设有伸缩转轴,在所述的底座上设有能驱动伸缩杆上下移动的第一驱动机构,在所述的固定轴与伸缩杆之间设有限位机构。
如上所述的一种快速的管材切割设备,其特征在于在所述的第一驱动机构包括设置在伸缩杆外侧的第三齿条,在所述的底座上设有第二固定座,在所述的第二固定座上插接有转动把手,在所述的转动把手上插接有转动齿轮,所述的转动齿轮与第三齿条互相齿合。
如上所述的一种快速的管材切割设备,其特征在于在所述的圆弧固定板表面上设有方便拉动圆弧固定板从而固定不同尺寸的管材的拉绳。
如上所述的一种快速的管材切割设备,其特征在于在所述的刀杆上设有方便拉动刀杆的转动杆。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,使用方便,通过在固定杆上插接有多个固定管材的固定装置,然后在刀杆上设有多个齿轮,齿轮上有切割轮,通过驱动机构带动,快速切割,一次性切割多条管材,结构简单,实用性强,加快切割效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至4所示的一种快速的管材切割设备,包括有底座1,在所述的底座1上设有固定轴2,在所述的固定轴2上套有固定杆3,在所述的固定杆3上方设有插接在固定轴2上的刀杆4,在固定杆3上插接有多个能固定管材的固定装置8,在所述的刀杆4下方固定有固定座5,在所述的固定座5上设有固定块52,在所述的固定块52上设有齿轮轴521,在所述的齿轮轴521上插接有长齿轮53,在所述的长齿轮53上端面设有切割轮54,在所述的固定座5上设有能带长齿轮53转动的驱动机构200,通过在固定杆上插接有多个固定管材的固定装置,然后在刀杆上设有多个齿轮,齿轮上有切割轮,通过驱动机构带动,快速切割,一次性切割多条管材,结构简单,实用性强,加快切割效率。
本发明中所述的驱动机构200包括设置在固定座5两端上的电机51,在所述的两个电机51之间连接有齿轮皮带55,所述的齿轮皮带55与长齿轮53互相齿合,通过电机转动带动齿轮皮带,从而带动长齿轮使得切割轮转动,对管材进行切割,机构简单,实用性强。
本发明中所述的固定装置8包括设置在固定杆3一侧上的两个圆弧固定板81,所述的圆弧固定板81之间设有弹簧83连接,在所述的固定杆3上设有插接通槽84,在所述的圆弧固定板81上设有插接柱300,所述的插接柱300设置在插接通槽84内,通过拉动圆弧固定板使得圆弧固定板张开从而放入管材,然后通过弹簧的拉力固定,结构简单,实用性强。
本发明中在所述的固定杆3上设有横向的齿条101,在所述的刀杆4上设有横向的第二齿条102,在所述的齿条101和第二齿条102之间设有第二长齿轮103,所述的第二长齿轮103和齿条101、第二齿条102互相齿合,在所述的底座1上设有转轴104,所述的第二长齿轮103安装在转轴104上,通过拉动固定杆,从而使得齿条横移带动第二长齿轮转动,从而带动第二齿条横向移动,结构简单,省力。
本发明中在所述的固定轴2外套设有能相对固定轴2上下移动的伸缩杆21,所述的刀杆4和固定杆3套设在伸缩杆21上,在所述的转轴104上套设有伸缩转轴105,在所述的底座1上设有能驱动伸缩杆21上下移动的第一驱动机构22,在所述的固定轴2与伸缩杆21之间设有限位机构25,通过第一驱动机构带动伸缩杆在固定轴上上下移动,从而调节高度,方便不同高度的人使用,同时通过限位机构防止伸缩杆自由滑动。
本发明中在所述的第一驱动机构22包括设置在伸缩杆21外侧的第三齿条221,在所述的底座1上设有第二固定座223,在所述的第二固定座223上插接有转动把手224,在所述的转动把手224上插接有转动齿轮222,所述的转动齿轮222与第三齿条221互相齿合,通过转动转动把手带动转动齿轮,转动齿轮带动第三齿条上下移动,从而带动伸缩杆在固定轴上上、下移动,从而调节高度,方便不同高度的人使用。
本发明中在所述的圆弧固定板81表面上设有方便拉动圆弧固定板81从而固定不同尺寸的管材的拉绳82,结构简单,实用性强。
本发明中在所述的刀杆4上设有方便拉动刀杆4的转动杆500,结构简单,实用性强。

1.一种快速的管材切割设备,包括有底座(1),在所述的底座(1)上设有固定轴(2),在所述的固定轴(2)上套有固定杆(3),在所述的固定杆(3)上方设有插接在固定轴(2)上的刀杆(4),在固定杆(3)上插接有多个能固定管材的固定装置(8),其特征在于:在所述的刀杆(4)下方固定有固定座(5),在所述的固定座(5)上设有固定块(52),在所述的固定块(52)上设有齿轮轴(521),在所述的齿轮轴(521)上插接有长齿轮(53),在所述的长齿轮(53)上端面设有切割轮(54),在所述的固定座(5)上设有能带长齿轮(53)转动的驱动机构(200),所述的固定装置(8)包括设置在固定杆(3)一侧上的两个圆弧固定板(81),所述的圆弧固定板(81)之间设有弹簧(83)连接,在所述的固定杆(3)上设有插接通槽(84),在所述的圆弧固定板(81)上设有插接柱(300),所述的插接柱(300)设置在插接通槽(84)内,在所述的固定杆(3)上设有横向的齿条(101),在所述的刀杆(4)上设有横向的第二齿条(102),在所述的齿条(101)和第二齿条(102)之间设有第二长齿轮(103),所述的第二长齿轮(103)和齿条(101)、第二齿条(102)互相齿合,在所述的底座(1)上设有转轴(104),所述的第二长齿轮(103)安装在转轴(104)上,在所述的固定轴(2)外套设有能相对固定轴(2)上下移动的伸缩杆(21),所述的刀杆(4)和固定杆(3)套设在伸缩杆(21)上,在所述的转轴(104)上套设有伸缩转轴(105),在所述的底座(1)上设有能驱动伸缩杆(21)上下移动的第一驱动机构(22),在所述的固定轴(2)与伸缩杆(21)之间设有限位机构(25),在所述的第一驱动机构(22)包括设置在伸缩杆(21)外侧的第三齿条(221),在所述的底座(1)上设有第二固定座(223),在所述的第二固定座(223)上插接有转动把手(224),在所述的转动把手(224)上插接有转动齿轮(222),所述的转动齿轮(222)与第三齿条(221)互相齿合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速的管材切割设备,其特征在于所述的驱动机构(200)包括设置在固定座(5)两端上的电机(51),在所述的两个电机(51)之间连接有齿轮皮带(55),所述的齿轮皮带(55)与长齿轮(53)互相齿合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速的管材切割设备,其特征在于在所述的圆弧固定板(81)表面上设有方便拉动圆弧固定板(81)从而固定不同尺寸的管材的拉绳(82)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速的管材切割设备,其特征在于在所述的刀杆(4)上设有方便拉动刀杆(4)的转动杆(500)。
