本发明实施例公开了净化水质的活性炭复合材料及其制备方法,涉及环境安全技术领域。该净化水质的活性炭复合材料由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:活性炭70‑80份,稀硫酸5‑25份,树脂1‑8份,碳酸钠0‑3份,硅酸钠0.1‑5份,分散剂0.05‑1份。本发明能够广泛应用于化工、日化、医药卫生等行业的水质净化,生产成本低,适用范围广,使用效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及安全技术领域,尤其涉及一种净化水质的活性炭复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
活性炭又称活性炭黑,广泛应用于各行各业中。活性炭有很强的物理吸附和化学吸附功能,而且还具有解毒作用。解毒作用就是利用了其巨大的面积,将毒物吸附在活性炭的微孔中,从而阻止毒物的吸收。同时,活性炭能与多种化学物质结合,从而阻止这些物质的吸收。活性炭吸附是指利用活性炭的固体表面对水中的一种或多种物质的吸附作用,以达到净化水质量的目的。
常用水处理方法主要是使用化学药剂,膜分离,离子交换,生物处理,絮凝等。这些方法所需材料成本高,效果不理想,适用范围局限性大。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种净化水质的活性炭复合材料及其制备方法,能够广泛应用于化工、日化、医药卫生等行业的水质净化,生产成本低,适用范围广,使用效果好。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
一种净化水质的活性炭复合材料,由下列重量份数的原料组成:活性炭70-80份,稀硫酸5-25份,树脂1-8份,碳酸钠0-3份,硅酸钠0.1-5份,分散剂0.05-1份。
进一步的,所述稀硫酸由以下重量份数的组份组成:浓度为98%的浓硫酸1-25份和水75-99份。
进一步的,所述树脂是离子型交换树脂。
进一步的,所述离子型交换树脂是丙烯酸系树脂。
进一步的,所述分散剂是乙二胺四乙酸或羟丙基甲基纤维素。
本发明还提供了净化水质的活性炭复合材料的制备方法,包括:
S1、将活性炭与稀硫酸混合进行酸化处理,得到酸化的活性炭;
S2、用水冲洗所述酸化的活性炭,加入碳酸钠调节pH至中性;
S3、依次加入交换树脂,硅酸钠,分散剂,搅拌均匀,干燥,塑型即得净化水质的活性炭复合材料。
进一步的,所述塑型是可将活性炭复合材料制成颗粒状或棒状。

本发明能广泛应用于化工、日化、医药卫生等行业的水质净化,生产成本低,适用范围广,使用效果好。

实施例一
净化水质的活性炭复合材料,由下列重量份数的原料组成:活性炭70-75份,稀硫酸5-10份,聚丙烯酸树脂1-5份,碳酸钠0-2份,硅酸钠0.1-3份,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.05-0.08份。
实施例二
净化水质的活性炭复合材料,由下列重量份数的原料组成:活性炭75-80份,稀硫酸5-25份,聚丙烯酸树脂3-8份,碳酸钠1-3份,硅酸钠3-5份,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.05-0.08份。
实施例三
净化水质的活性炭复合材料,由下列重量份数的原料组成:活性炭75-80份,稀硫酸10-25份,聚丙烯酸树脂5-8份,碳酸钠1-3份,硅酸钠3-5份,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.08-1份。
净化水质的活性炭复合材料制备方法为:
S1、将活性炭与稀硫酸混合进行酸化处理;
S2、用水冲洗酸化的活性炭,加入碳酸钠,调节pH至中性;
S3、依次加入聚丙烯酸树脂,硅酸钠,羟丙基甲基纤维素,搅拌均匀,干燥,塑型成颗粒状。

1.净化水质的活性炭复合材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份数的原料组成:活性炭70-80份,稀硫酸5-25份,树脂1-8份,碳酸钠0-3份,硅酸钠0.1-5份,分散剂0.05-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的净化水质的活性炭复合材料,其特征在于,所述稀硫酸由以下重量份数的组份组成:浓度为98%的浓硫酸1-25份和水75-99份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的净化水质的活性炭复合材料,其特征在于,所述树脂是离子型交换树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的净化水质的活性炭复合材料,其特征在于,所述离子型交换树脂是丙烯酸系树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的净化水质的活性炭复合材料,其特征在于,所述分散剂是乙二胺四乙酸或羟丙基甲基纤维素。
6.净化水质的活性炭复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
S1、将活性炭与稀硫酸混合进行酸化处理,得到酸化的活性炭;
S2、用水冲洗所述酸化的活性炭,加入碳酸钠调节pH至中性;
S3、依次加入交换树脂,硅酸钠,分散剂,搅拌均匀,干燥,塑型即得净化水质的活性炭复合材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的净化水质的活性炭复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述塑型是将活性炭复合材料制成颗粒状或棒状。
