Description

Information display method, order marking method, abnormal order processing method and abnormal order processing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of internet, in particular to an information display method, an order marking method, an abnormal order processing method and an abnormal order processing device.
Background
The development of online To Offline (O2O for short) has promoted the development of takeaway field, and more people choose To purchase goods through network ordering.
The take-away industry O2O platform provides a mobile Application (APP) to logistics service providers (also known as knights). The logistics service provider can view the order distributed by the O2O platform through the APP. The logistics service provider sends the ordered commodity to the designated address, and the order is completed after the order is signed by the order user. However, the following situations may occur in some cases where the order cannot be normally delivered: after the logistics service provider arrives at the order address, the user is found to be not at the address and can not be connected through the telephone. For such abnormal orders which cannot be normally delivered, the prior art solves the problems as follows: the logistics service provider notes the order through the APP, and after the note is successfully made, the APP triggers a calling system in the O2O platform to contact the user. If the calling system still can not contact the user, the order is directly cancelled.
Disclosure of Invention
The logistics service provider inevitably encounters a situation that the user cannot be contacted in the process of delivering the order goods. A large number of orders thus cancelled are investigated to find: there are some users that have orders that are only temporarily unavailable and these users do not want the order to be cancelled. In the prior art, when the calling system is not in contact with the user, the processing mode of directly canceling the order is too simple, so that some orders which can be retrieved are cancelled, and the user experience is poor.
Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, an information display method is provided. The method comprises the following steps: displaying a message to be confirmed related to order abnormity; and responding to the confirmation operation aiming at the message to be confirmed, and displaying an abnormal mark in a display area of the abnormal order. And the abnormal order is the order pointed by the message to be confirmed. By displaying the abnormal mark in the display area of the abnormal order, an order viewer can be prompted that the order is the abnormal order, a buffering time for removing the abnormality is provided for the abnormal order, and prompt information whether to carry out secondary distribution or not fed back by the server is waited in the buffering time period, so that various problems existing in the prior art in which the abnormal order is directly cancelled are avoided, and the service quality of the platform is improved.
Optionally, the abnormal mark may be displayed as follows: in the display area, replacing and displaying the distribution state information of the abnormal order as the abnormal mark; or extending the display area and displaying the abnormal mark in the extended blank area.
Optionally, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include the following steps: adjusting the display position of the abnormal order in an order page; or the abnormal order and other orders in the order page are displayed in a distinguishing mode. Of course, besides adjusting the display mode of the abnormal order in the order page, the abnormal order can be displayed in a new page.
Optionally, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include the following steps: displaying a secondary dispatching control piece in the display area; responding to touch operation on the secondary dispatching control piece, and sending a secondary dispatching request to a server; and if a response that the secondary dispatching is allowed is received, the abnormal mark is hidden. The secondary dispatching control part is displayed for the client side, a mode of self-applying the secondary dispatching can be provided for the dispatching personnel, the flexibility of the secondary dispatching is improved, and the secondary dispatching is not required to be instructed by the server side.
Optionally, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include the following steps: receiving a message that the delay time limit of the secondary order dispatching sent by the server aiming at the abnormal order is reached; hiding the secondary dispatch control based on the message. The purpose of hiding the secondary dispatching control unit is to avoid triggering the secondary dispatching control unit when the delay time limit of the secondary dispatching of the abnormal order is reached by the dispatching personnel. Of course, in addition to the manner of hiding the secondary order dispatching control, the manner of displaying the secondary order dispatching control in gray scale, or the manner of neither hiding nor displaying the secondary order dispatching control in gray scale can be used, and when the dispatching personnel touch the secondary order dispatching control, a message about not allowing secondary order dispatching is displayed.
Optionally, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include the following steps: receiving a secondary order dispatching instruction sent by a server aiming at the abnormal order; hiding the abnormal mark according to the secondary order indication; and displaying first prompt information for indicating that the abnormal order is subjected to secondary order dispatching. And hiding the abnormal mark and displaying the first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information can be used for reminding a delivery person that the abnormality of the abnormal order is removed and carrying out secondary delivery.
Optionally, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include the following steps: receiving an order cancellation instruction sent by a server aiming at the abnormal order; displaying a cancellation mark in a display area of the abnormal order according to the order cancellation instruction; and displaying second prompt information that the abnormal order is cancelled. The reason why the abnormal order is deleted from the order page is to wait for a period of time is to display a cancellation mark in a display area of the abnormal order to be cancelled, but not to directly delete the abnormal order. The purpose of displaying the second prompt message is to remind the delivery staff that the abnormal order is waited for to be formally cancelled and the delivery staff cannot perform secondary delivery.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an order marking method is provided. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a push message which is sent by a server and is related to order abnormity; searching abnormal orders in an order page based on the push message; and marking the searched abnormal order. Purpose of marking exception orders: firstly, the order is reminded to the distribution personnel to be an abnormal order, and secondly, the server is triggered to provide buffer time for the abnormal order.
Optionally, the marking process of the abnormal order may specifically be: determining a marking position in a display area of the abnormal order; at the marker position, an exception marker is added. The determined marking position can be a position in the abnormal order for displaying delivery status information; or the mark position is a newly extended blank area, and the like.
Optionally, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include: sending a secondary order dispatching request aiming at the abnormal order to the server side; and if a response that the server side feeds back permission for secondary order dispatching is received, canceling the marking of the abnormal order. The secondary dispatching request can be generated by a dispatching person through triggering a secondary dispatching control piece.
Optionally, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include: recording the marking time; feeding back a processing response aiming at the abnormal order to the server, wherein the processing response comprises the marking time as a timing starting time; receiving a first message which is sent by the server end aiming at the abnormal order and has the timing time limit not reached and the abnormality is removed; canceling the marking of the abnormal order based on the first message.
Optionally, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include: receiving a second message which is sent by the server end aiming at the abnormal order and has the timed time limit and the abnormality is not released; adding a cancellation mark in a display area of the abnormal order or deleting the abnormal order from the order page based on the second message.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a method for processing an exception order is provided. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an abnormal order; setting a secondary order dispatching delay time limit for the abnormal order; and if the abnormity of the abnormal order is removed before the delay time limit of the secondary order dispatching is reached, carrying out secondary order dispatching on the abnormal order. The secondary order dispatching delay time limit is set for the abnormal order, so that the abnormal order is provided with a buffering time for removing the abnormality, if the abnormality is removed in the buffering time, the abnormal order can be recovered to be the normal order, secondary distribution is carried out, part of the abnormal order is saved, a plurality of problems existing in the prior art that the abnormal order is directly removed are avoided, and the service quality of the platform is improved.
Optionally, the secondary dispatching of the abnormal order may be implemented by the following method: acquiring a dispatching object of the abnormal order in one dispatching; sending a secondary order dispatching message aiming at the abnormal order to the order dispatching object; the secondary order dispatching message is used for prompting the order dispatching object to perform corresponding operation on the abnormal order so as to cancel the marking of the abnormal order. In the case of a take-out application, the dispatch object mentioned in this embodiment may be understood as a dispatcher. For example, the abnormal order is due to the fact that the delivery person cannot contact the user, and the goods corresponding to the order should be in the hands of the delivery person. For this case, the abnormal order can be continuously completed only by the delivery person when the secondary order is made. Therefore, when the order is dispatched twice, the server needs to obtain the order in a dispatch (it should be noted that a dispatch is a dispatch relative to a dispatch in two times, and it is understood that a dispatch in one time is a dispatch in the previous time).
Optionally, the setting of the secondary order dispatching delay time limit for the abnormal order may be implemented by the following method: sending a pushing message related to order abnormity to the order object; receiving a processing response fed back by the order object, wherein the processing response comprises a marking moment for marking the abnormal order based on the push message; obtaining the time length of the delayed order delivery; and determining the secondary dispatching delay time limit according to the delayed dispatching duration and the marking time. Wherein the order object is assigned to the abnormal order when the order is dispatched for one time. In an implementation, the delayed dispatch period may be set manually, for example, 2 hours, 3 hours, and so on. For example, the mark time is 10:00 AM; the time length of the delayed order dispatching is 5 hours; determining that the secondary order dispatching delay time limit is as follows: 15:00 PM.
Optionally, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include: and if the abnormity of the abnormal order is not released when the secondary order dispatching delay time limit is reached, canceling the abnormal order.
Optionally, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include: receiving a secondary order dispatching request sent by an order dispatching object aiming at the abnormal order; acquiring the receiving time of the secondary dispatching request; and if the receiving time is earlier than the secondary order dispatching delay time limit, carrying out secondary order dispatching on the abnormal order. Wherein the order object is assigned to the abnormal order at the time of one order sending. In addition to triggering the secondary dispatching by the server, the embodiment also provides a way for the client to request the secondary dispatching request. For example, in a take-out application scenario, when the delivery person does not contact an abnormal order user, the delivery person may spontaneously apply for secondary delivery through a corresponding control.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, an information display apparatus is provided. The device includes: the first display module is used for displaying the abnormal messages to be confirmed related to the orders; the second display module is used for responding to the confirmation operation aiming at the message to be confirmed and displaying an abnormal mark in the display area of the abnormal order; and the abnormal order is the order pointed by the message to be confirmed.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, an order marking apparatus is provided. The device includes: the receiving module is used for receiving a pushing message which is sent by the server and related to order abnormity; the searching module is used for searching abnormal orders in the order page based on the push message; and the marking module is used for marking the searched abnormal order.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an exception order handling apparatus is provided. The device includes: the acquisition module is used for acquiring abnormal orders; the setting module is used for setting a secondary order dispatching delay time limit for the abnormal order; and the order dispatching module is used for carrying out secondary order dispatching on the abnormal order if the abnormality of the abnormal order is removed before the secondary order dispatching delay time limit is reached.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the abnormal order is marked to distinguish other orders, so that a buffer time period for removing the abnormality is provided for the marked order, and if the abnormality is removed in the buffer time period, secondary order dispatching for the abnormal order is started; compared with the prior art, the technical scheme recovers part of abnormal orders, avoids a plurality of problems existing in the prior art of directly canceling the abnormal orders, further improves the service quality of the platform and has good user experience.

Additionally, the flows may include more or fewer operations, and the operations may be performed sequentially or in parallel. It should be noted that, the descriptions of "first", "second", etc. in this document are used for distinguishing different messages, devices, modules, etc., and do not represent a sequential order, nor limit the types of "first" and "second" to be different.
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an information display method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
101. and displaying the message to be confirmed about order abnormity.
102. And responding to the confirmation operation aiming at the message to be confirmed, and displaying an abnormal mark in a display area of the abnormal order.
And the abnormal order is the order pointed by the message to be confirmed. For example, the to-be-confirmed message carries an identifier of an order (i.e., an abnormal order) to which the to-be-confirmed message points; or the message to be confirmed is associated with the order to which it points. And when the user confirms the message to be confirmed, displaying the abnormal order and displaying an abnormal mark in the abnormal order.
The message to be confirmed may be a message sent by the server. The server may be a server of the O2O platform. For example, in a take-away application scenario, a to-be-confirmed message regarding an order anomaly is generated and sent after the server cannot call the order user. The process of calling the order user can be realized by an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at the server side. After the IVR system fails to call the user, the following states are fed back: "user refusal", "failure", "redial"; and generating the message to be confirmed based on the state information. The message to be confirmed displayed on the client may be "XX order contact user failed. You can suspend delivery of the order and wait for a secondary delivery instruction; if a second delivery is not indicated within x hours, the XX order will be automatically cancelled. "
After the to-be-confirmed message is displayed on the client, the client monitors the operation on the interface in real time, and if the operation performed on the to-be-confirmed message is a confirmation operation (for example, "i know" is clicked), the abnormal order is displayed, and an abnormal mark is displayed in the display area of the abnormal order. Wherein the anomaly flag may be: "suspend delivery", "exception", etc. The method for displaying the abnormal mark 102 may be implemented in the following ways:
in a first mode, the distribution state information of the abnormal order is displayed as the abnormal mark in a replacement mode in the display area.
The second mode is to extend the display area and display the abnormal mark in the extended blank area.
And thirdly, the abnormal mark is a transparent mark, and the transparent mark is displayed on the abnormal order in an overlaying manner.
Of course, the display manner of the abnormal mark in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the three manners, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Further, after the client performs the confirmation operation on the message to be confirmed, the client can also perform message reminding. That is, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include: and displaying the confirmation reminding message. The type of the acknowledgement alert message may have a "please alert no precipitation" type attribute. The confirmation reminding message can be specifically' XX order platform can help contact the user, if the user is contacted in X hours, the platform can dispatch the order for the second time; if the user is not available within X hours, the order is automatically cancelled within Y hours ".
In the foregoing embodiment and the following embodiments, in order not to affect the view of the order viewer on the normal order, the method provided in the embodiments of the present invention may further include: adjusting the display position of the abnormal order in an order page; or the abnormal order and other orders in the order page are displayed in a distinguishing mode.
In one implementation, the exception order may be adjusted to the end of the order page to place the normal order ahead so that the delivery personnel can see the normal order first without the need to make a page over. The way to distinctively display the abnormal order and other orders in the order page may be: displaying the abnormal order in a gray scale display mode, and displaying other orders in the order page in a normal display mode; or displaying the abnormal order in a highlight display mode, displaying other orders in the order page in a normal display mode, and the like. Of course, besides adjusting the display mode of the abnormal order in the order page, the abnormal order can be displayed in a new page.
As shown in fig. 2, a flow chart of an information display method according to another embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided in this embodiment includes:
201. and displaying the message to be confirmed about order abnormity.
202. And responding to the confirmation operation aiming at the message to be confirmed, and displaying an abnormal mark in a display area of the abnormal order.
203. And displaying the secondary dispatching control piece in the display area.
204. And responding to the touch operation on the secondary dispatching control piece, and sending a secondary dispatching request to a server.
205. And if a response that the secondary dispatching is allowed is received, the abnormal mark is hidden.
For the above 201 and 202, reference may be made to the description in the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
In 203, the secondary dispatching control element may be displayed after the client monitors the confirmation operation for the message to be confirmed; or the secondary dispatch control is always in a display state without waiting for any trigger instruction or operation. Through displaying the secondary dispatching control piece, a self-application secondary dispatching mode can be provided for distribution personnel, so that the flexibility of secondary dispatching is improved, and the secondary dispatching is not required to be instructed by a server. The secondary dispatch control can be directly displayed in the blank of the display area, or the secondary dispatch control is displayed on the display area in an overlaying mode.
The server side records the marking time of each abnormal order and the allowable secondary order dispatching delay time limit. Therefore, after receiving a secondary order dispatching request aiming at a certain abnormal order, the server side can obtain the secondary order dispatching delay time limit of the abnormal order corresponding to the order identification according to the order identification carried in the secondary order dispatching request; then, the server side judges whether the receiving time is earlier than the secondary dispatching delay time limit or not according to the receiving time of the secondary dispatching request, and if so, the server side feeds back a response of allowing the secondary dispatching; otherwise, the feedback does not allow the response of the quadratic dispatching.
And after receiving a response that the server side feeds back the permission of secondary dispatching, hiding the abnormal mark. After the abnormal mark is hidden, the abnormal order is equal to the order in delivery. If the display position of the abnormal order is adjusted, the abnormal order subjected to secondary order dispatching can be added into the queue to be sorted according to the sorting strategy of the order in the order page, and all orders in the queue to be sorted are sorted. If the abnormal order is displayed in a distinguishing manner, the abnormal order is displayed in the same display mode as other orders in the order page.
Further, if the secondary dispatch control is touched after the secondary dispatch delay time limit is exceeded, the server will feed back an indication message of "no secondary dispatch is allowed", and display the reason why the secondary dispatch is not allowed at the client. Or, when the secondary dispatching delay time limit of the order is reached, the server side sends an instruction for hiding the secondary dispatching control element to the client side, so that the client side hides the displayed secondary dispatching control element, and the client side cannot see the secondary dispatching control element. That is, the method provided in this embodiment may further include the following steps:
s1, receiving a message that the delay time limit of the secondary order dispatching sent by the server aiming at the abnormal order is reached;
s2, hiding the quadratic dispatching control piece based on the message.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an information display method according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method provided in this embodiment includes:
301. and displaying the message to be confirmed about order abnormity.
302. And responding to the confirmation operation aiming at the message to be confirmed, and displaying an abnormal mark in a display area of the abnormal order.
And the abnormal order is the order pointed by the message to be confirmed.
303. And receiving a secondary order dispatching indication sent by the server aiming at the abnormal order.
304. And hiding the abnormal mark according to the secondary dispatch indication.
305. And displaying first prompt information for indicating that the abnormal order is subjected to secondary order dispatching.
For the above 301 and 302, reference may be made to the description in the foregoing embodiments, and the description is not repeated here.
In 303, if the exception of the abnormal order before the second order dispatch delay time limit is resolved, the server sends a second order dispatch indication to the abnormal order. In a take-away application scenario, the exception resolution may be to contact the ordering user and enable delivery. For example, the IVR system feeds back status information of "user on", i.e., considers that the abnormality is resolved. After the abnormal order is removed, the server side can judge whether the abnormal order is removed within the secondary order-sending delay time limit, and if so, a secondary order-sending instruction is sent aiming at the abnormal order. What needs to be added here is: before the server sends the secondary order dispatching indication for the abnormal order, the server needs to obtain the order dispatching object of the abnormal order (in a takeaway application scenario, the server can be colloquially understood as a dispatching person or a knight). That is, the server assigns a dispatch object to each order in a dispatch. Since the goods corresponding to the abnormal order are already in the hands of the dispatching object, the secondary dispatching instruction can only be sent to the dispatching object so as to continuously complete the secondary distribution of the abnormal order. Here, it should be noted that: reference herein to a primary dispatch is to a secondary dispatch, with the understanding that a primary dispatch is the process of dispatching before a secondary dispatch.
Further, if the exception of the abnormal order is not resolved when the secondary order dispatching delay time limit is reached, the server will send an order cancellation instruction for the abnormal order. That is, the method provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include: receiving an order cancellation instruction sent by a server aiming at the abnormal order; displaying a cancellation mark in a display area of the abnormal order according to the order cancellation instruction; and displaying second prompt information that the abnormal order is cancelled. Of course, in practical applications, the abnormal order may also be directly deleted from the order page after receiving the order cancellation instruction sent by the server for the abnormal order.
Here, it should be noted that: the application scenario of the technical solution provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is that the client actively contacts the user, and after contacting the user, the secondary dispatch control is triggered to apply for the secondary dispatch to the server. The application scenario of the technical solution provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 3 is that the server contacts the user, and instructs the client to perform secondary dispatching after contacting the user within a specified time. The two technical solutions are respectively provided in two embodiments, and actually, the technical solution provided by the present invention can simultaneously include the two secondary dispatching manners. That is, the embodiment shown in fig. 2 may also include some steps in the embodiment shown in fig. 3; some of the steps in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 may also be included in the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an order marking method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
401. and receiving a push message which is sent by the server and is related to order abnormity.
402. And searching abnormal orders in an order page based on the push message.
403. And marking the searched abnormal order.
In 401, the push message is generated when the server acquires the abnormal order, and is sent to the order object allocated to the abnormal order. Specifically, the push message may be "XX order failed to contact the user. You can suspend delivery of the order and wait for a secondary delivery instruction; if a second delivery is not indicated within x hours, the XX order will be automatically cancelled. "
In 402, the push message carries an identifier of an abnormal order. In implementation, abnormal orders in the order page can be searched through the identification.
In 403, the marking the found abnormal order may specifically be: determining a marking position in a display area of the abnormal order; at the marker position, an exception marker is added. The exception flag may be "tentative dispatch", "exception", or the like. The process of determining the position of the mark can be implemented in several ways: taking the position of the abnormal order, which currently displays the delivery state, as the marking position; or extending the display area of the abnormal order, and taking the extended blank area as the mark position, and the like.
Here, it should be noted that: the function of marking the order is to inform the server that the order is in a suspended state and cannot be cancelled. The order is in a suspended state, the order state is equal to the completed order in the scheduling policy, and the system can dispatch the order normally. After the order is delivered for the second time, the order is equivalent to the order in delivery, and the scheduling strategy dispatches the order according to the order in delivery.
In the above embodiment and the following embodiments, the above embodiment of the order marking method may further include the following steps: sending a secondary order dispatching request aiming at the abnormal order to the server side; and if a response that the server side feeds back permission for secondary order dispatching is received, canceling the marking of the abnormal order.
What needs to be added here is: the secondary order dispatching request sent to the server side can carry the time of the secondary order dispatching request and the position of the current order dispatching object (in a take-out application scene, the current order dispatching object can be understood as a dispatching person or a knight). The purpose of carrying the secondary dispatching request time is to facilitate the server side to calculate whether the request time exceeds the secondary dispatching delay time limit. The purpose of uploading the position of the current dispatching object is to facilitate the server to plan a distribution path for the dispatching object again according to the current position of the dispatching object. For example, the order page contains two in-delivery orders 1 and 2, and 1 exception order. If the server side allows the abnormal order to carry out secondary distribution, a reasonable and time-saving path is planned for the distributor according to the addresses of the order 1, the order 2 and the abnormal order in the distribution and the address of the distributor. Assuming that the address of the distributor is closer to order 2, order 2 is closer to the abnormal order, and the abnormal order is closer to order 1, the planned path is: order 2, exception order, and order 1.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an order marking method according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the method provided by this embodiment includes:
501. and receiving a push message which is sent by the server and is related to order abnormity.
502. And searching abnormal orders in an order page based on the push message.
503. And marking the searched abnormal order.
504. The mark time instant is recorded.
505. And feeding back a processing response aiming at the abnormal order to the server, wherein the processing response comprises the marking time as a timing starting time.
506. And receiving a first message which is sent by the server end aiming at the abnormal order and has the timing time limit not reached and the abnormality is removed.
507. Canceling the marking of the abnormal order based on the first message.
Reference is made to the descriptions of the foregoing embodiments for the above 501-503, which are not repeated herein.
The purpose of recording the marked time is to send the time to the server, so that the server determines the secondary dispatch delay period according to the marked time 504. For example, the mark time is 10:00 AM; if the allowable delayed dispatch period is 3 hours, the secondary dispatch delay period can be determined as follows: 13:00 PM. The allowable delayed dispatch duration may be a default value or may be set manually, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In 505, the processing response fed back to the server may specifically be: the order confirmation method is generated after the confirmation operation for the to-be-confirmed information about the abnormal order is monitored. And after receiving the processing response, the server performs timing according to the marked time contained in the processing response. In essence, the purpose of timing is to provide a buffer period for exception orders to resolve exceptions. The timing process is the process of confirming the delay time limit of the secondary dispatching. For example, if the marking time is 10:00AM and the buffer period given to the abnormal order is 3 hours, the server side will: and AM starts timing, and confirms that the delay time limit of the secondary order dispatching corresponding to the abnormal order is 13: and PM. And the server side can monitor the abnormal condition of the abnormal order in real time before the delay time limit of the secondary order dispatching is reached.
In 506 and 507, when the server detects that the exception order is resolved before the delay time limit of the second order dispatch is reached, the server sends a first message. And after receiving the first message, the client can cancel the marking of the abnormal order. The flagged exception order is identical to the order in the delivery.
Further, the method provided by the above embodiment may further include: receiving a second message which is sent by the server end aiming at the abnormal order and has the timed time limit and the abnormality is not released; adding a cancel mark in a display area of the abnormal order or deleting the abnormal order from the order page based on the second message.
Here, it should be noted that: the purpose of adding the cancel mark in the display area of the abnormal order is that the abnormal order cannot be delivered for the second time, but needs to wait for a preset time (for example, 8 hours) to be deleted from the order page.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing an abnormal order according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the method provided by this embodiment includes:
601. and acquiring an abnormal order.
602. And setting a secondary order dispatching delay time limit for the abnormal order.
603. And if the abnormity of the abnormal order is removed before the delay time limit of the secondary order dispatching is reached, carrying out secondary order dispatching on the abnormal order.
In 601, the obtaining manner of the abnormal order may specifically be: receiving status information such as 'user refusing', 'failure', 'redialing' and the like fed back by the IVR system, wherein the status information comprises an order identification; determining the order with the identification as an abnormal order; or receiving order abnormal information sent by the client, and determining the order pointed by the order abnormal information as an abnormal order, and the like. The order exception information may be generated by the client after the order is marked.
In 602, the process of setting the secondary order dispatch delay time limit for the abnormal order may specifically be: sending a pushing message related to order abnormity to the order object of the abnormal order in one-time order sending; receiving a processing response fed back by the order object, wherein the processing response comprises a marking moment for marking the abnormal order based on the push message; obtaining the time length of the delayed order delivery; and determining the secondary dispatching delay time limit according to the delayed dispatching duration and the marking time. The time length of the delayed dispatch can be a default value or can be set manually.
In 603, the process of performing secondary order dispatching on the abnormal order may specifically be: acquiring a dispatching object of the abnormal order in one dispatching; sending a secondary order dispatching message aiming at the abnormal order to the order dispatching object; the secondary order dispatching message is used for prompting the order dispatching object to perform corresponding operation on the abnormal order so as to cancel the marking of the abnormal order.
Further, in the above embodiment and the following embodiment, the method may further include: and if the abnormity of the abnormal order is not released when the secondary order dispatching delay time limit is reached, canceling the abnormal order.
Further, in the above embodiment and the following embodiment, the method may further include: receiving a secondary order dispatching request sent by an order dispatching object aiming at the abnormal order when the abnormal order is dispatched for the first time; acquiring the receiving time of the secondary dispatching request; and if the receiving time is earlier than the secondary order dispatching delay time limit, carrying out secondary order dispatching on the abnormal order.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the abnormal orders are marked to distinguish other orders, so that a buffer time period for removing the abnormality is provided for the marked orders, and if the abnormality is removed in the buffer time period, secondary order dispatching for the abnormal orders is started; compared with the prior art, the technical scheme recovers part of abnormal orders, avoids a plurality of problems existing in the prior art of directly canceling the abnormal orders, further improves the service quality of the platform and has good user experience.
What needs to be added here is: the execution subject of the methods provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5 may be a client. The client may include any terminal device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a POS (Point of Sales), and a vehicle-mounted computer, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. The execution subject of the method provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 6 may be a server. The server may be an O2O platform. Of course, the execution subjects of the steps of the method provided by the above embodiments may be the same device, or different devices may be used as the execution subjects of the method. For example, the execution subjects of steps 101 to 103 may be device a; for another example, the execution subject of steps 101 and 102 may be device a, and the execution subject of step 103 may be device B; and so on.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described below by taking a takeaway application scenario as an example, so as to facilitate understanding.
The rider cannot contact the order user, the rider can remark the order corresponding to the user, and the IVR system is triggered to contact the user after the remark is successful. If the IVR system contacts the user, the server will inform the user and the knight, and the knight will normally deliver the product. If the IVR system is still not connected to the user, the server and/or the knight end marks the order. The client side corresponding to the marked order will show the new status of the marked order, for example, the information of "suspend delivery" or "abnormal" is displayed in the display area of the abnormal order. Or, the service end notifies the user by sending a short message. If the IVR system or the rider is still not available to contact the user when X hours arrive, the order is cancelled within Y hours (e.g., 8 hours). And if the user is contacted before X hours, the server side performs secondary order dispatching operation on the abnormal order. At the moment, the rider end receives a secondary order dispatching prompt sent by the server end, and meanwhile, first prompt information used for indicating secondary order dispatching of the abnormal order is displayed on an interface. If the user can not be contacted when X hours arrive, the server side cancels the abnormal order. At this time, the rider end receives an order cancellation instruction sent by the server end, and simultaneously displays a second prompt message that the abnormal order is cancelled on an interface. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention is described from the rider end, the user end and the service end respectively.
A rider ends:
when the rider selects "user is not available" in the order note, it triggers a request to the server for an IVR call to the user. When the remark is 'user is not in contact', judging whether the position is within a preset distance (for example 300 meters) of the user position, if so, successfully remarking, and if not, feeding back 'the current position is too far away from the user, please reach the user position and then remark, and please contact and dispatch in case of problems'.
If the user is contacted by the IVR call (when the IVR returns the state that the notification is successful, the user is contacted at the moment, the message pushing is carried out to the knight terminal: the system informs the user of success, and asks to contact the user again for distribution; and performing message reminding on the knight terminal, wherein the message type is a strong reminding non-sediment type, and the content is displayed as 'Baidu # xxx that the order system has dialed 400 calls and please get in contact with the user again to ensure that the order is normally completed'.
If the user is not contacted by the IVR call (when the IVR returns to the following states of 'user refusing', 'failure' and 'replay', the user is not contacted), the order is marked (for example, an abnormal mark is displayed in a display area where the order is located), and the marking time is recorded at the same time. At this time, the message push is performed to the rider: you can only get the income and performance of the order after the order is completed. If the user is contacted within X hours, the user needs to carry out secondary distribution. If the user is not contacted, the order is automatically cancelled within Y hours (e.g., 8 hours). If the rider clicks "i know" through the interface, the order status changes (e.g., the status of the order transitions from delivery status to delivery suspended status); and performing message reminding on the knight terminal, wherein the message type is a strong reminding non-precipitation type, the content is displayed as that the user is contacted in X hours of the hundred degree #123 order, secondary distribution is needed, and the order is automatically cancelled in 8 hours if the user is not contacted.
And a secondary order dispatching control piece can be displayed in the abnormal order display area of the rider end. The knight can apply for a secondary order dispatching request to the server by touching the secondary order dispatching control piece. And if the server side judges that the time of the secondary order dispatching request is applied within X hours, feeding back a response allowing the secondary order dispatching to the rider side. At the moment, the coordinate of the current knight is uploaded to the server by the knight terminal, so that the server plans a distribution route for the knight according to the coordinate of the current knight. And if the server side judges that the time of the secondary order dispatching request exceeds X hours, feeding back a response which does not allow the secondary order dispatching to the rider side. At the moment, the rider end can display prompt information for prompting that secondary order dispatching is not allowed.
A user side:
in the order sheet of the user side, the states of the orders marked by the knight side and the service side are changed, for example, from "delivery in progress" to "delivery suspended". In practical applications, the server may set a rule that the order user in "pause delivery" can never cancel. At the same time, the user side is notified, e.g. push messages: "because you are not reached, the rider cannot normally deliver, please contact the rider as soon as possible, if contact is made within X hours, the rider will deliver you a second time," deliverer phone XXX ". Or the service end notifies the user by a short message, and the content of the short message can be as follows: "Baidu knight is distributing for you, and now contact you can't distribute normally, please contact knight as soon as possible. If contact is made within X hours, the rider will make a second dispatch for you, the rider phone: XXXXX ".
Service terminal
After the order is marked, the scheduling strategy of the order is equal to that of the finished order, namely the order does not participate in scheduling of the order; canceling the marked order, namely the order entering the secondary distribution, is equivalent to the order in the distribution, and the calling strategy dispatches the order according to the order in the distribution.
The innovation points of the invention are as follows: and when the IVR can not contact the user, marking the order as a delivery suspension state, and when the order is marked as the delivery suspension state, the order is a delivery without influencing the new order. When the order is in the delivery suspension state, the user side APP also shows the order as the delivery suspension state. When the user is contacted within X hours, the knight applies for the distribution of the abnormal order again or the server informs the knight of the distribution of the abnormal order, so that the abnormal order is in a continuous state (in the process of distribution) for secondary distribution, and finally the order is finished. Briefly, the object of the invention is: when the user is not contacted, some orders are retrieved.
