Abstract
The invention discloses a system and a method for detecting and processing abnormal orders, wherein the method comprises the following steps: generating an order, transferring the order and filing the order; aiming at an abnormal order generated in the order circulation process, the invention detects key characteristics in the abnormal order; matching whether configuration data of an abnormal order is stored or not based on the key characteristics; if the matching is successful, calling a processing mode corresponding to the configuration data, and after the order data is recovered or corrected, re-triggering order circulation. Aiming at batch abnormal orders generated by on-line, misoperation, a system host, a network and the like, the invention can complete automatic detection and processing of the abnormal orders through configuration, and has high processing efficiency and accuracy and lower processing risk.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of order processing in the telecommunication industry, in particular to a system and a method for detecting and processing abnormal orders.
Background
At present, the base number of users in the telecommunication industry is large, and the business volume is large. Asynchronous order mode is currently a common and relatively common technical approach.
According to the definition of the life cycle of an order, the method mainly comprises the steps of order generation, order circulation, order filing and the like; in the order circulation process, the order system needs to drive other systems or a center to complete the order production process according to the order circulation configuration; in the process, some abnormal orders are generated due to various reasons such as asynchronous interaction of the system, on-line operation on demand, human factors and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, for an abnormal order, the conventional method is to manually process the abnormal order, and after the order data is restored or corrected, the order circulation is triggered again; however, it has the following disadvantages:
1. a large number of abnormal orders can be generated in a short time under partial scenes, and when the abnormal orders are processed manually, the manual consumption is high, the processing efficiency is low, and the timely recovery of the system is influenced;
2. in the process of manually participating in abnormal order processing, aiming at abnormal order recovery processing, manual foreground processing or background production library data operation is needed; the workload is large, the processing efficiency is low, and the manual operation risk is large;
3. the reasons of some abnormal orders are similar or similar, and the abnormal orders need to be analyzed manually and cannot be processed uniformly according to rules.

Based on the configured automatic detection and processing module, when detecting:
1) detecting key features in the abnormal order; the abnormal order detection mode is flexible, and keywords in the abnormal order can be detected; or detecting key features meeting the condition constraint in the abnormal order based on a condition detection mode.
2) Matching whether the configuration data of the abnormal order is stored or not in the automatic detection and processing module based on the detected key characteristics;
3) and if the matching is successful, calling a processing mode corresponding to the configuration data, and after the order data is recovered or corrected, re-triggering order circulation.
