After the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed receives the inquiry information through the one or more information receiving channels, the page link is opened through the application receiving the inquiry information, so that the substitute receiving order service page of the order management system can be accessed, and the second client is triggered to run in the electronic equipment of the substitute receiving party.
When a substitute receiver of a target order to be distributed clicks a page link in a short message of a mobile phone, or clicks the page link in an instant messaging application (such as WeChat), or clicks the page link in a message in the application, a second client is triggered to operate, and the second client analyzes the page link to acquire order identification information carried in the page link, or acquires order identification information and a message carried in the page link. In some embodiments of the present application, the message may be displayed in a service page (i.e., the second client) pointed by the page link, and a button that agrees to receive the target to-be-delivered order in generation may be displayed in the service page (i.e., the second client) pointed by the page link, and when the button is detected by the service page (i.e., the second client), it may be considered that the generation-receiving party agrees to receive the target to-be-delivered order in generation.
Next, the service page (i.e. the second client) further starts the procedure of short message verification by the substitute receiver.
In some embodiments of the present application, if the substitute receiver opens the page link through the instant messaging application and triggers the second client to run, the substitute receiver may manually input a phone number for receiving order information of the target to-be-delivered order in the service page (i.e., the second client), or authorize the service page (i.e., the second client) to obtain the phone number of the substitute receiver through an instant messaging application account, and then the service page (i.e., the second client) performs login verification on the phone number. And if the verification is successful, the second client sends the order identification information of the target order to be delivered and the order information receiving channel information (such as a telephone number for completing login verification) of the substitute receiver to the server for correlation storage.
In some embodiments of the application, if the substitute receiver opens the page link through the mobile phone short message and triggers the second client to operate, the substitute receiver may obtain the local phone number through the service page (i.e., the second client), and then the service page (i.e., the second client) performs login verification on the phone number. And if the verification is successful, the second client sends the order identification information of the target order to be delivered and the order information receiving channel information (such as a telephone number for completing login verification) of the substitute receiver to the server for correlation storage.
In some embodiments of the present application, if the substitute receiver opens the page link through an in-application short message to trigger the second client to operate, the substitute receiver may read a phone number of the substitute receiver stored in the order management system through the service page (i.e., the second client), and then the service page (i.e., the second client) performs login verification on the phone number. And if the verification is successful, the second client sends the order identification information of the target order to be delivered and the order information receiving channel information (such as a telephone number for completing login verification) of the substitute receiver to the server for correlation storage.
And performing associated storage on the order identification information of the target order to be distributed and the order information receiving channel information (such as a telephone number for completing login verification) of the substitute receiving party, namely establishing a mapping relation between the substitute receiving party and the target order to be distributed. In some embodiments of the present application, the server of the order management system further associates and stores the verification result of the order information receiving channel information of the substitute receiver with the mapping relationship. The order management system receives channel information through the order information of the substitute receiving party and traverses the mapping relation, so that all orders to be distributed which the substitute receiving party agrees to receive by the substitute receiving party can be obtained. Meanwhile, the order management system can determine whether the order to be distributed is designated to the substitute receiving party or not and the verification result of the order information receiving channel information of the substitute receiving party by traversing the mapping relation.
And then, the server side of the order management system synchronizes the information of the substitute receiver of the target order to be distributed to the order distribution system.
Meanwhile, the server of the order management system authorizes the agent to view the order information (such as order content, delivery time, delivery address, delivery status, and the like) of the order to be delivered that the agent agrees to receive. And the order management system displays the order information of the target order to be delivered to the substitute receiving party passing the order information receiving channel information verification through the service page (namely, the second client).
In some embodiments of the application, when a user selects and recommends an alternative receiver or a commonly-used alternative receiver as an alternative receiver of a target order to be distributed, and sends inquiry information to the selected alternative receiver through short messages in an application, the alternative receiver accesses the inquiry information through a third client to trigger a second client to operate, and the second client determines that the alternative receiver agrees to receive the target order to be distributed, and then sends order identification information of the target order to be distributed and order information receiving channel information of the alternative receiver to the server for associated storage. Wherein the third client is the same client as the first client but running on a different device. Since the recommended agent or the frequently used agent is a registered user in the order management system, the order management system stores in advance order information receiving channel information (such as a telephone number) of the recommended agent or the frequently used agent, and therefore, the order information receiving channel information of the recommended agent or the frequently used agent does not need to be verified.
At this point, the operation of selecting the substitute receiver for the order to be delivered is completed.
In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, after the sending the inquiry information to the receiving agent of the target order to be delivered, the method further includes: step 140 to step 180.
In step 140, the first client receives feedback information for the solicitation information.
After sending the inquiry information to the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed, the first client starts to receive feedback information aiming at the inquiry information and starts overtime timing for the feedback of the inquiry information. In some embodiments of the present application, the server may execute timeout timing, and send feedback information to the first client after the timing is ended or after receiving indication information that an agent receiving party agrees to receive the target to-be-delivered order on behalf of. For example, after the first client sends the solicitation information to the selected substitute receiver, the server may perform feedback timing on the solicitation information, and periodically determine whether feedback for the solicitation information is time out.
The feedback information for the solicitation information in some implementations of the application includes: the inquiry information feeds back one or more of indication information of timeout, information of the substitute receiver and distribution state information of the target to-be-distributed order.
Step 150, determining whether receiving the indication information of the feedback timeout of the polling information, if yes, executing step 160, otherwise, skipping to step 180.
And if the first client receives the indication information that the feedback information sent by the server is the feedback overtime of the inquiry information, the first client further executes overtime processing. If the feedback information received by the first client and sent by the server is indication information indicating that the substitute receiving party agrees to receive the target order to be delivered, or information of the substitute receiving party, or delivery state information of the target order to be delivered, the first client can display the received feedback information.
Step 160, in response to receiving the indication information that the feedback of the inquiry information is overtime, the first client displays a prompt message whether to promote or not to the user.
If the feedback aiming at the inquiry information is overtime, the server side sends indication information indicating that the inquiry information feedback is overtime to the first client side, and then the first client side reminds a user to select to execute an operation of hastening office or reselect a substitute receiver or deselect the substitute receiver through a display prompt interface.
Step 170, determining whether the user confirms the promotion, if yes, executing step 130, otherwise, skipping to the step of executing the substitute receiver selection page of the first client for displaying the target order to be delivered.
If the user confirms to execute the handling operation, the first client resends the inquiry information to the selected substitute receiving party; if the user confirms that the order is not to be promoted, the first client side can jump to a step of executing a receiver-side selection page of the first client side for displaying the target order to be delivered according to a preset flow, or cancel the selection operation of the receiver-side of the current order.
And in response to detecting the confirmation handling operation executed aiming at the prompt information, skipping to the step of sending inquiry information to the substitute receiving party of the target order to be delivered.
And step 180, the first client displays the received feedback information.
By feeding back the inquiry information and carrying out overtime, timely processing, the selection efficiency of the substitute receiving party of the target order to be delivered can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, after the establishing the mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target to-be-delivered order, the method further includes: and displaying the order information of the target order to be distributed to the substitute receiving party, and/or synchronizing the information of the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed to the first client.
In some embodiments of the present application, after the server establishes a mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target to-be-delivered order, that is, associates and stores the order identification information of the target to-be-delivered order and the order information receiving channel information of the receiving agent, the server may further perform one or two of the following information synchronization operations: displaying order information of the target order to be delivered to the substitute receiver in the service page (namely, a second client); and synchronizing the information of the substitute receiver of the target order to be delivered to the first client by sending the in-application message.
In other embodiments of the present application, after the inquiry information is sent to the secondary receiving party of the target order to be delivered, so that the server establishes a mapping relationship between the secondary receiving party and the target order to be delivered after the secondary receiving party agrees to receive the target order to be delivered, the method further includes: responding to a delivery status viewing operation of the user for the target order to be delivered, and displaying the delivery status of the target order to be delivered by the first client, wherein the delivery status comprises a receiving-by-agent status and/or receiving-by-agent information.
After the server establishes a mapping relationship between the substitute receiver and the target order to be delivered, that is, after the order identification information of the target order to be delivered and the order information receiving channel information of the substitute receiver are stored in an associated manner, when a user views the order information of the order to be delivered through a first client, the server can determine whether the order to be delivered has verified substitute receiver information (such as order information receiving channel information) or not by traversing the pre-stored mapping relationship, and under the condition that the order to be delivered has the verified substitute receiver information, the verified substitute receiver information is used as partial delivery state information of the order to be delivered, and is sent to the first client for display.
As mentioned above, the solicitation information is a page link generated at least according to the order identification information of the target to-be-delivered order, in other embodiments of the application, after the receiving agent agrees to receive the target to-be-delivered order, and the server establishes the mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target to-be-delivered order, the method further includes: the second client presents order information associated with the designated recipient.
Wherein the designated alternate receiver is an alternate receiver of the order identified by the generated order identification information of the page link pointing to the second client; the order information associated with the designated recipient includes: order information for at least one order to be delivered to the designated recipient.
In some embodiments of the present application, the substitute receiver may access a service page corresponding to the target order to be delivered by clicking a page link in the inquiry information, trigger the second client to operate, and view, through the service page (i.e., the second client), order information (such as delivery status, order extraction code, and other information) of the order identified by the order identification information of the page link. After the second client is triggered to run, for example, after a page access operation executed by calling a browser through a short message of a mobile phone or a page access operation executed by an instant messaging application, the service page (i.e., the second client) further acquires order identification information for generating the page link, and then further acquires order information matched with the order identification information stored in an order management system and displays the order information on the service page (i.e., the second client). The order information includes order delivery status information (e.g., estimated delivery time, order extraction code, etc.).
In other embodiments of the present application, after the second client is triggered to run, for example, after a page access operation executed by invoking a browser through a short message of a mobile phone or a page access operation executed by an instant messaging application, the service page (i.e., the second client) further obtains order identification information for generating a link of the page, and then further obtains order information receiving channel information (for example, a phone number of a recipient of an order to be delivered identified by the order identification information) stored in association with the order identification information in the order management system. Next, the service page (i.e., the second client) triggers the service end to traverse the mapping relationship stored in the order management system, determine all the order identification information stored in association with the order information receiving channel information, and merge the order information of the orders to be delivered, which is respectively identified by all the determined order identification information, into the service page (i.e., the second client) for display, so that the substitute receiver can query the relevant information of all the orders to be delivered, which is received instead of the substitute receiver, in one page.
For the convenience of the reader to understand the delivery order processing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, an interaction process of an application example of the delivery order processing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application is further described below with reference to fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3, the delivery order processing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application includes steps 301 to 311.
Step 301, in response to the receiving-agent function entry of the target to-be-delivered order being triggered, the first client displays a receiving-agent selection page of the target to-be-delivered order.
Firstly, the consignor triggers a substitute receiving party selection process of the target order to be delivered through a substitute receiving function inlet of the target order to be delivered, which is arranged in a first client page.
For a specific embodiment of the first client displaying the substitute receiver selection page of the target to-be-delivered order in response to the substitute receiver function entry of the target to-be-delivered order being triggered, reference is made to the foregoing, and details are not described here again.
Step 302, determining the substitute receiver of the target order to be delivered according to the substitute receiver selection operation executed by the user in the substitute receiver selection page.

Step 303, sending inquiry information to the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed.

And 304, after the substitute receiver clicks the inquiry information, the second client starts to operate and displays a service page corresponding to the target order to be distributed.
And the inquiry information is represented as a page link, and after the substitute receiver clicks the page link, the second client starts to operate and displays a service page corresponding to the target order to be distributed.
In step 305, the second client determines whether the recipient agrees to receive the target to-be-delivered order.
In step 306, the second client executes step 307 in response to the substitute receiver agreeing to receive the target to-be-delivered order.
If the second client does not detect that the substitute receiver agrees to receive the target to-be-delivered order, the second client may not perform any processing with respect to the inquiry information.
And 307, the second client verifies the acquired order information receiving channel information.
Wherein the order information receiving channel information comprises: and receiving channel information by the order information carried in the page link, or receiving channel information by the order information input by the substitute receiver in the second client.
Step 308, in response to that the order information receiving channel information passes verification, the second client sends the order identification information of the target order to be distributed and the order information receiving channel information to a preset server.
Step 309, the preset server stores the order identification information of the target order to be distributed and the order information receiving channel information in an associated manner, so as to establish a mapping relationship between the substitute receiver and the target order to be distributed.
In step 310, the preset server synchronizes information of the substitute receiver of the target order to be delivered to the order delivery system.
The mapping relation is used for indicating that the target order to be delivered is delivered to the substitute receiving party.
Step 311, the order distribution system takes the substitute receiver as the receiver of the target to-be-distributed order to execute order delivery.
And the entrusting party successfully entrusts the target to-be-allocated subscription unit to the substitute receiving party for receiving.
According to the delivery order processing method disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the first client displays the substitute receiver selection page of the target order to be delivered by responding to the triggering of the substitute receiving function entrance of the target order to be delivered; determining a receiving agent of the target order to be delivered according to receiving agent selection operation executed in the receiving agent selection page by the user; sending inquiry information to the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed, so that the server side establishes a mapping relation between the substitute receiving party and the target order to be distributed after the substitute receiving party agrees to substitute for receiving the target order to be distributed, and synchronizes the information of the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed to an order distribution system; the inquiry information is used for indicating a request to receive the target order to be delivered, and the mapping relation is used for indicating the target order to be delivered to the receiving agent, so that timely delivery of the delivery order is facilitated.
According to the delivery order processing method disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the delivery order of the user is associated to the appointed receiving party by improving the processing flow of the delivery order and setting the selection of the order receiving party and the inquiry information sending interactive interface in the order center function module of the first client, the order delivery information of the order delivery system is updated, and the delivery party of the order to be delivered is modified to the appointed receiving party, so that the delivery of the order to be delivered can be completed in time when the order to be delivered cannot be received on time.
Taking the delivery order processing method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application as an example, when a user submits a food order through a take-away application and finds that the user cannot take the food when the food order arrives, the user may enter a substitute receiving party selection page through a substitute receiving function entry set in a take-away client interface, and select a substitute receiving party recommended by the system, a WeChat friend, or a mobile phone address book contact through the page to substitute for receiving the food order. Therefore, the catering order can be timely delivered, the waiting caused by the fact that the catering order cannot be timely delivered by a delivery person is avoided, and on the other hand, the food deterioration risk existing when the catering order is placed in the food taking cabinet for a long time and the resource waste caused by the fact that the food taking cabinet resources occupy for a long time are avoided.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, a delivery order processing method disclosed in an embodiment of the present application includes: step 410 to step 430.
In step 410, the second client determines whether the recipient agrees to receive the target order to be delivered.
The second client is a service page pointed by a specified page link, the second client is started to operate in response to an access operation of the page link, the substitute receiver is a receiver of the specified page link, and the target order to be delivered is the order to be delivered identified by the order identification information for generating the page link.
For the specific generation manner in which the second client determines whether the substitute receiver agrees to receive the target to-be-delivered order, refer to the first embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
In some embodiments of the present application, the page link is configured to send, at the first client, solicitation information to the candidate receiving party of the target to-be-delivered order, where the solicitation information is used to indicate that the candidate receiving party of the target to-be-delivered order is requested, and the solicitation information is generated by: in response to the triggering of the substitute receiving function entrance of the target order to be delivered, the first client displays a substitute receiving party selection page of the target order to be delivered; determining a receiving agent of the target order to be delivered according to receiving agent selection operation executed in the receiving agent selection page by the user; and sending inquiry information to the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed.
The solicitation information is sent by any one or more of the following means: the mode of sending messages in the application, the mode of sending short messages of the telephone, and the mode of sending instant communication messages of the appointed third-party application.
The specific generation method and the sending method of the inquiry information refer to the first embodiment, and are not described in detail in this embodiment.
The specific generation manner of the specified page link refers to the generation manner of the page link in the first embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
The step of determining the substitute receiver of the target order to be delivered according to the substitute receiver selection operation executed by the user in the substitute receiver selection page includes any one or more of the following modes:
according to the mobile phone address book contact person selection operation executed by the user in the substitute receiver selection page, determining the mobile phone address book contact person selected by the user as a substitute receiver of the target order to be distributed;
determining the instant messaging application contact person selected by the user as the substitute receiver of the target order to be delivered according to instant messaging application contact person selection operation executed in the substitute receiver selection page by the user;

In some embodiments of the present application, the recommended agent recipient is determined by:
determining a related delivery order according to the predicted delivery time and the delivery address of the target order to be delivered in the order to be delivered of the common substitute receiver of the user, wherein the time difference between the predicted delivery time of the related delivery order and the predicted delivery time of the target order to be delivered is smaller than a preset time threshold value, and the delivery address of the related delivery order is an address in a preset area fence of the delivery address of the target order to be delivered;
and determining the order receiving party of the associated delivery order as a recommended substitute receiving party.
In step 420, the second client verifies the obtained order information receiving channel information in response to the substitute receiver agreeing to receive the target to-be-distributed order.

Step 430, in response to that the order information receiving channel information passes verification, the second client sends the order identification information of the target order to be distributed and the order information receiving channel information to a preset server for association storage, so as to establish a mapping relationship between the substitute receiver and the target order to be distributed, and synchronize information of the substitute receiver of the target order to be distributed with an order distribution system.
The mapping relation is used for indicating that the target order to be delivered is delivered to the substitute receiving party.
A specific implementation manner of the preset server for establishing the mapping relationship between the substitute receiver and the target order to be delivered is referred to as the establishment manner of the mapping relationship in the first embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
In some embodiments of the present application, after establishing the mapping relationship between the substitute receiver and the target order to be delivered, the method further includes: responding to a delivery status viewing operation of the user for the target order to be delivered, and displaying the delivery status of the target order to be delivered by the first client, wherein the delivery status comprises a substitute receiving status and/or substitute receiver information.
In some embodiments of the present application, after the establishing the mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target order to be delivered, the method further includes: the second client displays the order information of the target order to be distributed to the substitute receiving party, and/or the preset server synchronizes the information of the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed to the first client.
In some embodiments of the present application, after the establishing the mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target order to be delivered, the method further includes: the second client displays order information associated with the designated generation receiver; wherein the designated alternate receiver is an alternate receiver of the order identified by the generated order identification information of the page link pointing to the second client; the order information associated with the designated recipient includes: order information for at least one order to be delivered to the designated recipient.

The delivery order processing method disclosed by the embodiment of the application transmits a request for receiving inquiry information of an order instead in the form of a page link, and when a substitute receiving party clicks the page link, the substitute receiving party can interactively agree to receive the order and complete order information receiving channel information verification order through an interface, so that the mapping relation between the substitute receiving party and the target order to be delivered is established, and the information of the substitute receiving party of the target order to be delivered is synchronized to an order delivery system; the mapping relation is used for indicating that the target order to be delivered is delivered to the substitute receiver, and timely delivery of the delivery order is facilitated.
According to the delivery order processing method disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the delivery order of a user is associated to a specified receiving party by improving the processing flow of the delivery order, setting a selection and inquiry information sending interactive interface of an order receiving party and a service page of a target delivery order to be delivered in an order center function module of a first client, the receiving party acquires the order information of the target delivery order through the service page, updates the order delivery information of an order delivery system, and modifies the delivery party of the delivery order to be delivered to the specified receiving party, so that the delivery of the delivery order to be delivered can be completed in time when the delivery order cannot be received on time.

In some embodiments of the present application, the solicitation information is sent by any one or more of: the mode of sending messages in the application, the mode of sending short messages of the telephone, and the mode of sending instant communication messages of the appointed third-party application.
In some embodiments of the present application, the inquiry information is a page link generated at least according to the order identification information of the target order to be delivered; after the substitute receiver agrees to receive the target order to be delivered, the server establishes a mapping relationship between the substitute receiver and the target order to be delivered, including:
the second client responds to the generation-receiving agreement of the generation-receiving party to receive the target order to be distributed, and verifies the obtained order information receiving channel information; the second client is a service page pointed by the page link, and the order information receiving channel information includes: receiving channel information by order information carried in the page link, or receiving channel information by order information input by the substitute receiver in the second client;
and in response to the fact that the order information receiving channel information passes verification, the second client sends the order identification information of the target order to be distributed and the order information receiving channel information to the server for associated storage, so as to establish a mapping relation between the substitute receiver and the target order to be distributed.
In some embodiments of the present application, after the server establishes a mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target order to be delivered after the receiving agent agrees to receive the target order to be delivered, the method further includes:
the second client displays order information associated with the designated generation receiver; wherein the designated alternate receiver is an alternate receiver of the order identified by the generated order identification information of the page link pointing to the second client; the order information associated with the designated recipient includes: order information for at least one order to be delivered to the designated recipient.
The delivery order processing device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application is used to implement the delivery order processing method described in the first embodiment of the present application, and specific implementation manners of each module of the device are not described again, and reference may be made to specific implementation manners of corresponding steps in method embodiments.
According to the delivery order processing device disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the first client displays the substitute receiver selection page of the target order to be delivered by responding to the triggering of the substitute receiving function entrance of the target order to be delivered; determining a receiving agent of the target order to be delivered according to receiving agent selection operation executed in the receiving agent selection page by the user; sending inquiry information to the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed, so that the server side establishes a mapping relation between the substitute receiving party and the target order to be distributed after the substitute receiving party agrees to substitute for receiving the target order to be distributed, and synchronizes the information of the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed to an order distribution system; the inquiry information is used for indicating a request to receive the target order to be delivered, and the mapping relation is used for indicating the target order to be delivered to the receiving agent, so that timely delivery of the delivery order is facilitated.
According to the delivery order processing device disclosed by the embodiment of the application, the delivery order can be timely delivered when the order to be delivered cannot be received on time by improving the processing flow of the delivery order and setting the selection of the order substitute receiving party and the inquiry information sending interactive interface in the order center function module of the first client side, the order to be delivered of a user is associated to the appointed substitute receiving party, the order delivery information of the order delivery system is updated, and the delivery party of the order to be delivered is modified to the appointed substitute receiving party.
Example four
As shown in fig. 7, a delivery order processing apparatus disclosed in an embodiment of the present application includes:
a receiving agent confirmation module 710, configured to determine, by a second client, whether a receiving agent agrees to receive a target to-be-delivered order on behalf of the second client, where the second client is a service page pointed by a specified page link, and in response to an access operation to the page link, the second client is started to operate, the receiving agent is a receiving agent of the specified page link, and the target to-be-delivered order is a to-be-delivered order identified by order identification information for generating the page link;
the agent receiving party information verification module 720 is used for the second client to respond to the agent receiving party's agreement to receive the target order to be distributed, and verifying the obtained order information receiving channel information; wherein the order information receiving channel information comprises: receiving channel information by order information carried in the page link, or receiving channel information by order information input by the substitute receiver in the second client;
the order generation receiving relationship establishing module 730, configured to, in response to that the order information receiving channel information passes verification, send, by the second client, the order identification information of the target order to be distributed and the order information receiving channel information to a preset server for association storage, so as to establish a mapping relationship between the generation receiving party and the target order to be distributed, and synchronize, to the order distribution system, information of the generation receiving party of the target order to be distributed; the mapping relation is used for indicating that the target order to be delivered is delivered to the substitute receiving party.
In some embodiments of the present application, the apparatus further comprises:
an order information display module (not shown in the figure) for displaying the order information associated with the specified substitute receiver by the second client; wherein the designated alternate receiver is an alternate receiver of the order identified by the generated order identification information of the page link pointing to the second client; the order information associated with the designated recipient includes: order information for at least one order to be delivered to the designated recipient.
The delivery order processing apparatus disclosed in the embodiment of the present application is used to implement the delivery order processing method described in the second embodiment of the present application, and specific implementation manners of each module of the apparatus are not described again, and reference may be made to specific implementation manners of corresponding steps in method embodiments.
The delivery order processing device disclosed in the embodiment of the application transmits a request for receiving inquiry information of an order instead in the form of a page link, and when a receiving party clicks the page link, the receiving party can interactively agree to receive the order instead and complete order information receiving channel information verification order through an interface, so that a mapping relation between the receiving party and the target order to be delivered is established, and information of the receiving party of the target order to be delivered is synchronized to an order delivery system; the mapping relation is used for indicating that the target order to be delivered is delivered to the substitute receiver, and timely delivery of the delivery order is facilitated.
The delivery order processing device disclosed in the embodiment of the application realizes that the order to be delivered of a user is associated to a specified receiving party by improving the processing flow of the delivery order, setting a selection and inquiry information sending interactive interface of an order receiving party in an order center function module of a first client, and setting a service page of the target order to be delivered, and the receiving party acquires the order information of the target order to be delivered through the service page, updates the order delivery information of an order delivery system, and modifies the delivery party of the order to be delivered to the specified receiving party, so that the delivery of the order to be delivered can be completed in time when the order to be delivered cannot be received on time.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The delivery order processing method and device provided by the present application are introduced in detail, and a specific example is applied in the description to explain the principle and the implementation manner of the present application, and the description of the above embodiment is only used to help understanding the method and a core idea of the present application; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.

For example, fig. 8 illustrates an electronic device that may implement a method according to the present application. The electronic device can be a PC, a mobile terminal, a personal digital assistant, a tablet computer and the like. The electronic device conventionally comprises a processor 810 and a memory 820 and program code 830 stored on said memory 820 and executable on the processor 810, said processor 810 implementing the method described in the above embodiments when executing said program code 830. The memory 820 may be a computer program product or a computer readable medium. The memory 820 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. The memory 820 has a storage space 8201 for program code 830 of a computer program for performing any of the method steps in the above-described method. For example, the storage space 8201 for the program code 830 may include respective computer programs for implementing various steps in the above method, respectively. The program code 830 is computer readable code. The computer programs may be read from or written to one or more computer program products. These computer program products comprise a program code carrier such as a hard disk, a Compact Disc (CD), a memory card or a floppy disk. The computer program comprises computer readable code which, when run on an electronic device, causes the electronic device to perform the method according to the above embodiments.
The embodiment of the present application further discloses a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the delivery order processing method according to the first embodiment of the present application.
Such a computer program product may be a computer-readable storage medium that may have memory segments, memory spaces, etc. arranged similarly to memory 820 in the electronic device shown in fig. 8. The program code may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, for example, compressed in a suitable form. The computer readable storage medium is typically a portable or fixed storage unit as described with reference to fig. 9. Typically, the storage unit comprises computer readable code 830 ', said computer readable code 830' being code read by a processor, which when executed by the processor, performs the steps of the method described above.
Reference herein to "one embodiment," "an embodiment," or "one or more embodiments" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment is included in at least one embodiment of the present application. Moreover, it is noted that instances of the word "in one embodiment" are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment.
In the description provided herein, numerous specific details are set forth. However, it is understood that embodiments of the application may be practiced without these specific details. In some instances, well-known methods, structures and techniques have not been shown in detail in order not to obscure an understanding of this description.

Claims (15)

1. A delivery order processing method, comprising:
in response to the triggering of the substitute receiving function entrance of the target order to be delivered, the first client displays a substitute receiving party selection page of the target order to be delivered;
determining a receiving agent of the target order to be delivered according to receiving agent selection operation executed in the receiving agent selection page by the user;
sending inquiry information to the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed, so that the server side establishes a mapping relation between the substitute receiving party and the target order to be distributed after the substitute receiving party agrees to substitute for receiving the target order to be distributed, and synchronizes the information of the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed to an order distribution system; the inquiry information is used for indicating a request to receive the target order to be delivered, and the mapping relation is used for indicating the target order to be delivered to the receiving agent.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of sending a solicitation message to the receiving agent targeting the order to be delivered is further followed by:
in response to receiving the overtime instruction information fed back by the inquiry information, the first client displays prompt information about whether to urge to do or not to the user;
in response to detecting the confirmation handling operation executed for the prompt information, skipping to the step of sending inquiry information to the substitute receiving party of the target order to be delivered;
and in response to the detection of the operation of canceling the hasty operation executed aiming at the prompt information, jumping to a step of displaying a substitute receiver selection page of the target order to be delivered by the first client.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the inquiry information to the secondary receiver of the target order to be delivered, so that the server establishes the mapping relationship between the secondary receiver and the target order to be delivered after the secondary receiver agrees to receive the target order to be delivered, further comprises:
responding to a delivery status viewing operation of the user for the target order to be delivered, and displaying the delivery status of the target order to be delivered by the first client, wherein the delivery status comprises a receiving-by-agent status and/or receiving-by-agent information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after establishing the mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target order to be delivered, further comprising:
and displaying the order information of the target order to be distributed to the substitute receiving party, and/or synchronizing the information of the substitute receiving party of the target order to be distributed to the first client.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the step of determining the recipient of the target order to be delivered according to a recipient selection operation performed by a user in the recipient selection page comprises any one or more of:
according to the mobile phone address book contact person selection operation executed by the user in the substitute receiver selection page, determining the mobile phone address book contact person selected by the user as a substitute receiver of the target order to be distributed;
determining the instant messaging application contact person selected by the user as the substitute receiver of the target order to be delivered according to instant messaging application contact person selection operation executed in the substitute receiver selection page by the user;
determining the frequently-used alternative receiving party selected by the user as the alternative receiving party of the target order to be delivered according to the frequently-used alternative receiving party selection operation executed in the alternative receiving party selection page by the user;
and in response to the selection operation of the user on the recommended substitute receiver displayed in the substitute receiver selection page, determining the recommended substitute receiver selected by the user as a substitute receiver of the target order to be delivered.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the recommended agent recipient is determined by:
determining a related delivery order according to the predicted delivery time and the delivery address of the target order to be delivered in the order to be delivered of the common substitute receiver of the user, wherein the time difference between the predicted delivery time of the related delivery order and the predicted delivery time of the target order to be delivered is smaller than a preset time threshold value, and the delivery address of the related delivery order is an address in a preset area fence of the delivery address of the target order to be delivered;
and determining the order receiving party of the associated delivery order as a recommended substitute receiving party.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the solicitation message is sent by any one or more of: the mode of sending messages in the application, the mode of sending short messages of the telephone, and the mode of sending instant communication messages of the appointed third-party application.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the solicitation information is a page link generated at least according to order identification information of the target order to be delivered; after the substitute receiver agrees to receive the target order to be delivered, the server establishes a mapping relationship between the substitute receiver and the target order to be delivered, including:
the second client responds to the generation-receiving agreement of the generation-receiving party to receive the target order to be distributed, and verifies the obtained order information receiving channel information; the second client is a service page pointed by the page link, and the order information receiving channel information includes: receiving channel information by order information carried in the page link, or receiving channel information by order information input by the substitute receiver in the second client;
and in response to the fact that the order information receiving channel information passes verification, the second client sends the order identification information of the target order to be distributed and the order information receiving channel information to the server for associated storage, so as to establish a mapping relation between the substitute receiver and the target order to be distributed.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the server, after the receiving agent agrees to receive the target orders to be delivered, establishes a mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target orders to be delivered, further comprises:
the second client displays order information associated with the designated generation receiver; wherein the designated alternate receiver is an alternate receiver of the order identified by the generated order identification information of the page link pointing to the second client; the order information associated with the designated recipient includes: order information for at least one order to be delivered to the designated recipient.
10. A delivery order processing method, comprising:
the second client determines whether a substitute receiver agrees to receive the target to-be-distributed order, wherein the second client is a service page pointed by a specified page link, the second client is started to operate in response to an access operation of the page link, the substitute receiver is a receiver of the specified page link, and the target to-be-distributed order is the to-be-distributed order identified by the order identification information for generating the page link;
the second client responds to the generation of agreement of the generation receiving party to receive the target order to be distributed, and verifies the obtained order information receiving channel information; wherein the order information receiving channel information comprises: receiving channel information by order information carried in the page link, or receiving channel information by order information input by the substitute receiver in the second client;
in response to that the order information receiving channel information passes verification, the second client sends the order identification information of the target order to be distributed and the order information receiving channel information to a preset server for associated storage so as to establish a mapping relation between the substitute receiver and the target order to be distributed, and synchronizes the information of the substitute receiver of the target order to be distributed to an order distribution system; the mapping relation is used for indicating that the target order to be delivered is delivered to the substitute receiving party.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein after establishing the mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target order to be delivered, further comprising:
the second client displays order information associated with the designated generation receiver; wherein the designated alternate receiver is an alternate receiver of the order identified by the generated order identification information of the page link pointing to the second client; the order information associated with the designated recipient includes: order information for at least one order to be delivered to the designated recipient.
12. A delivery order processing apparatus, comprising:
the receiving-agent selection page display module is used for responding to the triggering of a receiving-agent function entrance of the target order to be distributed, and the first client displays a receiving-agent selection page of the target order to be distributed;
the receiving-side-substitute determining module is used for determining the receiving-side substitute of the target order to be delivered according to the receiving-side-substitute selecting operation executed by the user in the receiving-side-substitute selecting page;
a receiving-agent inquiry information sending module, configured to send inquiry information to the receiving agent of the target to-be-distributed order, so that a server establishes a mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target to-be-distributed order after the receiving agent agrees to receive the target to-be-distributed order, and synchronizes information of the receiving agent of the target to-be-distributed order with an order distribution system; the inquiry information is used for indicating a request to receive the target order to be delivered, and the mapping relation is used for indicating the target order to be delivered to the receiving agent.
13. A delivery order processing apparatus, comprising:
the second client is a service page pointed by a specified page link, the second client is started to operate in response to an access operation of the page link, the substitute receiver is a receiver of the specified page link, and the target order to be distributed is the order to be distributed identified by the order identification information for generating the page link;
the receiving-agent information verification module is used for responding to the agreement of the receiving agent for receiving the target order to be distributed by the second client and verifying the obtained order information receiving channel information; wherein the order information receiving channel information comprises: receiving channel information by order information carried in the page link, or receiving channel information by order information input by the substitute receiver in the second client;
the order receiving relationship establishing module is used for responding that the order information receiving channel information passes verification, and the second client sends the order identification information of the target order to be distributed and the order information receiving channel information to a preset server for associated storage so as to establish a mapping relationship between the receiving agent and the target order to be distributed and synchronize the information of the receiving agent of the target order to be distributed to the order distribution system; the mapping relation is used for indicating that the target order to be delivered is delivered to the substitute receiving party.
14. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and program code stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the delivery order processing method of any of claims 1 to 11 when executing the program code.
15. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon program code, characterized in that the program code realizes the steps of the delivery order processing method of any of claims 1 to 11 when executed by a processor.
