Fig. 1 schematically shows a block diagram of an exemplary system architecture to which the solution of the present application applies.
As shown in fig. 1, system architecture 100 may include a terminal device 110, a network 120, and a server 130. Terminal device 110 may include various electronic devices such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, an intelligent wearable device, and an intelligent vehicle-mounted device. The server 130 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud computing services. Network 120 may be a communication medium of various connection types capable of providing a communication link between terminal device 110 and server 130, such as a wired communication link or a wireless communication link.
The system architecture in the embodiments of the present application may have any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, according to implementation needs. For example, the server 130 may be a server group composed of a plurality of server devices. In addition, the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to the terminal device 110, or may be applied to the server 130, or may be implemented by both the terminal device 110 and the server 130, which is not particularly limited in this application.
In an application scenario of the embodiment of the present application, a user may utilize instant messaging software or social software installed on terminal device 110 to perform a network session with other users. Meanwhile, the user can establish an object group and join other users into the object group to realize multi-user conversation. When a user needs to invite other users to join an object group, a first graphic code corresponding to the object group may be generated, where the first graphic code may be a graphic code generated based on a preset coding standard, such as a barcode or a two-dimensional code. The user can store the generated first graphic code on the terminal device in the form of a picture, and can also directly send the first graphic code to other users in the form of session messages through the network session. After the user scans and identifies the received first graphic code, a second graphic code can be generated according to the coding content of the first graphic code, and the second graphic code is a graphic code with the same type as or different type from the first graphic code. And when the user continues to scan and identify the second graphic code, the user can join the session group corresponding to the first graphic code.
In the embodiment of the present application, the valid duration of the second graphic code is less than the valid duration of the first graphic code. For example, the second graphic code may be configured as a permanently valid two-dimensional code, and the first graphic code may be configured as a two-dimensional code with a validity duration of 7 days. The method initiates the group adding invitation by utilizing the first image code which is effective for a long time or permanently effective, and generates the second image code which is effective for a short time based on the first image code to respond to the group adding invitation, so that a user as an inviter can be prevented from frequently executing the generation operation of the image code, the invitee can generate a new effective image code at any time when the invitee needs to add the group, the convenience of the group adding invitation is improved, and the timeliness limit of the image code is got rid of.
The following describes in detail an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application with reference to specific embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating steps of an information processing method for performing an grouping operation in an embodiment of the present application. The information processing method may be executed by a terminal device or a server that responds to a group invitation, and the information processing method executed by the terminal device is taken as an example in the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, when the user acquires the first graphic code as the information of the group adding invitation, the following steps S210 to S220 may be performed on the terminal device to complete the group adding operation.
Step S210: and responding to the identification operation of the first graphic code, and displaying a second graphic code corresponding to the target object group.
Step S220: responding to the identification operation of the second graphic code, and adding the object of the identification operation into the target object group.
In an embodiment of the present application, the presenting the second graphic code corresponding to the target object group in step S210 may include steps S211 to S213 as follows.
Step S211: and acquiring record identification information carried in the first graphic code, wherein the record identification information is used for inquiring the selectable object group corresponding to the first graphic code.
Step S212: and determining a target object group according to the record identification information, wherein the target object group is an optional object group or a newly-built object group associated with the optional object group.
Step S213: and displaying a second graphic code according to the group identification information of the target object group, wherein the effective duration of the second graphic code is less than that of the first graphic code.
In the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the first graphic code is a long-term effective or permanently effective graphic code, the second graphic code generated based on the first graphic code is a short-term effective graphic code, and the two graphic codes with different effective durations are used for group adding control, so that on one hand, the problem of frequently generating group adding invitations can be avoided, on the other hand, the timeliness of the graphic codes can be compatible, and the convenience of group adding operation is improved.
In step S211, in response to the operation of identifying the first graphic code, record identification information carried in the first graphic code is obtained, where the record identification information is used to query an optional object group corresponding to the first graphic code.
The user initiating the group adding invitation can share and propagate the first graphic code to other users in modes of displaying pictures, sending session messages, sending network page links and the like. The user who acquires the first graphic code may perform an identification operation on the first graphic code, where the identification operation may be to scan and identify the first graphic code by using a graphic code identification function of social software or instant messaging software, so as to decode the first graphic code to obtain the encoded content carried therein. For example, when a user receives a picture showing a first graphic code, the user can long-press the picture to pop up a trigger control for identifying the graphic code in the picture on the picture, and after the user clicks the trigger control, the user can identify the first graphic code shown in the picture to obtain record identification information carried in the first graphic code. For example, when a user a initiates a group invitation to join a certain selectable object group, an information storage record may be generated according to the group identifier of the selectable object group and the identity identifier of the user a, and a record identifier for locating the information storage record may be obtained, and further, a first graphic code may be generated based on the record identifier. After receiving the first graphic code, the user B may query and obtain an optional object group corresponding to the first graphic code according to the record identification information obtained by the identification, thereby determining whether to join in a certain optional object group.
In an embodiment of the present application, a method for acquiring record identification information carried in a first graphic code may include: acquiring a network page address carried in a first graphic code; and analyzing the network page address to obtain the record identification information contained in the network page address. The recording identification information is carried by the network page address, so that the general applicability of the first graphic code identification operation can be improved, a user can acquire the carried recording identification information by accessing the network page by using application programs of various types, different versions and different operation modes, and a second graphic code generated according to the group identification information of the target object group can be further displayed in the network page.
Fig. 3 is a schematic interface diagram illustrating an example of identifying a first graphic code and displaying a second graphic code in an application scenario according to the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the user may scan and identify the first graphic code 301 through the graphic code scanning function of the terminal device, or may trigger the identification function of the first graphic code 301 by pressing the identification method.
Based on the recognition result of the first graphic code, the network page address carried in the first graphic code can be obtained, and the network page 302 corresponding to the network page address can be accessed. When the network page 302 is opened, the second graphic code 303 generated according to the group identification information of the target object group can be displayed in the network page according to the record identification information carried in the network page address. Meanwhile, the group name of the target object group, the effective duration of the second graphic code, and the communication platform prompt information for identifying the second graphic code may also be displayed in the web page 302 in the embodiment of the present application, where the communication platform prompt information is used to indicate a communication platform capable of identifying the second graphic code to join the target object group. As shown in fig. 3, the group name "customer communication group 1" of the target object group is shown above the second graphic code 303, and the effective duration of the second graphic code is shown below the second graphic code 303 is 7 days.
In an embodiment of the present application, the target object group may be an interworking group capable of implementing information interworking to different communication platforms, that is, platform users from different communication platforms may be added to the target object group, so that the platform users may perform cross-platform communication. As shown in fig. 3, a communication platform prompt message "scan code for X or Y to join" for identifying the second graphic code is also displayed above the second graphic code 303, which indicates that the target object group supports the user of the platform X or the user of the platform Y to join, and indicates that the user scans code to join the target object group by logging in an account of the communication platform X or by logging in an account of the communication platform Y.
For the second graphic code 303, the user may continue to scan and identify the second graphic code 303 through the graphic code scanning function of the terminal device, or may trigger the identification function of the second graphic code 303 through long-press identification. After successful identification, the group session interface 304 shown in FIG. 3 may be entered. In the group session interface 304, the member names of other group members in the joined target object group may be displayed, and the platform names of the communication platforms used by the respective group members may also be displayed.
In step S212, a target object group is determined according to the record identification information, and the target object group is an optional object group or a new object group associated with the optional object group.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for determining a target object group in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the step S220 of determining a target object group according to record identification information may include the following steps S410 to S430.
Step S410: and inquiring whether the optional object group meeting the object joining condition exists according to the record identification information.
In an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present application, an information storage record corresponding to the first graphic code may be obtained by querying according to the record identification information, then an identification information list including at least one group identification information is obtained from the information storage record, and then whether an optional object group corresponding to each group identification information in the identification information list meets an object join condition is detected.
When user a initiates a group invitation, one or more optional object groups may be specified, wherein the group identification information of each optional object group will constitute an identification information list. In addition, with the increasing number of people who add groups, new groups can be established continuously in addition to the original appointed optional object groups, so as to expand the number of the optional object groups. The list of identification information may be updated each time a new group is established. When the user B responds to the group adding invitation, an optional object group satisfying the object adding condition may be selected from the latest identification information list, or a new object group may be established.
In an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present application, a polling thread may be started according to an arrangement order of each group identification information in the identification information list, and whether an optional object group corresponding to each group identification information meets an object join condition is sequentially detected through the polling thread. The object join condition may be checked according to a predetermined rule, for example, some object groups have a member number limit, and when the number of group members reaches a predetermined number limit, no new object can be added.
In an optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present application, whether the number of group members of the optional object group corresponding to each group identification information reaches the upper limit of the number may be sequentially detected through a polling thread; if the number of the group members of the selectable object group reaches the upper limit of the number, determining that the selectable object group does not meet the object joining condition; and if the number of the group members of the selectable object group does not reach the upper limit of the number, determining that the selectable object group meets the object joining condition.
Step S420: and if the optional object group meeting the object joining condition is inquired, determining the optional object group as a target object group.
Step S430: if the optional object group meeting the object joining condition is not inquired, establishing a new object group associated with the optional object group according to the record identification information, and determining the new object group as a target object group.
According to the query result of the selectable object group, whether a plurality of selectable object groups corresponding to the identification information list meet the object joining condition can be detected. In an optional embodiment, when it is found that at least one optional object group satisfies the object join condition, the detection of other optional object groups may be stopped, and the group satisfying the object join condition is directly determined as the target object group. In another optional embodiment, after the condition detection of all the selectable object groups is completed, when it is found that a plurality of selectable object groups all satisfy the object join condition, the selectable object group located in front may be preferentially determined as the target object group according to the ranking order of the selectable object groups, or one group may be randomly selected from the selectable object groups satisfying the object join condition as the target object group.
According to the query result of the selectable object group, if it is detected that all the selectable object groups corresponding to the identification information list do not meet the object adding condition, a new object group associated with the selectable object group can be established according to the recorded identification information, and the newly established new object group is determined as the target object group.
Continuing to refer to fig. 4, when all existing groups corresponding to the identification information list do not satisfy the object join condition, the method for establishing a new object group may include steps S431 to S433 as follows.
Step S431: and inquiring to obtain the information storage record corresponding to the first graphic code according to the record identification information.
Step S432: and acquiring the identity information of the clustering object from the information storage record, wherein the identity information of the clustering object is used for initiating the establishment of a new group.
Step S433: and establishing a new object group taking the clustering object as a group administrator according to the identity information of the clustering object.
The information storage record corresponding to the record identification information may include an identification information list and the identity information of the clustering object, and the identity information of the clustering object may be, for example, an account identification of the clustering object on the communication platform.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for creating a new group of objects in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, on the basis of the above embodiment, the creating of the new object group with the clustering object as the group administrator in step S433 according to the identity information of the clustering object may include the following steps S510 to S540.
Step S510: and acquiring clustering naming information from the information storage records, wherein the clustering naming information comprises a preset group name and a suffix generation rule for generating a name suffix.
Step S520: and adding a name suffix to the preset group name according to a suffix generation rule to obtain a new group name comprising the preset group name and the name suffix.
Step S530: and establishing a blank object group according to the new group name, and adding the group identification information of the blank object group into the information storage record.
Step S540: and adding the clustering object into the blank object group according to the identity information of the clustering object to obtain a new object group taking the clustering object as a group administrator.
When a new object group is established, a name suffix can be added on the basis of the preset group name according to a suffix generation rule to obtain a new group name including the preset group name and the name suffix. The suffix generation rule may be, for example, generating corresponding distinctive suffix identifications according to the established order of the groups, which may be arbitrary identifications such as numbers, letters, figures, and the like.
For example, the preset group name may be "customer communication group", and each of the selectable object group and the new object group may be named as "customer communication group (1)", "customer communication group (2)", "customer communication group (3)", and the like in sequence.
The information storage record corresponding to the record identification information may include an identification information list having an association relationship, clustering naming information, and clustering object identity information, and the newly established blank object group may be named based on the clustering naming information, and a preset clustering object may be added to the blank object group to obtain a newly established object group based on the clustering object identity information, and the clustering object may be configured as a group administrator of the newly established object group. After the group identification information of the newly created object group is added to the information storage record, the identification information list in the information storage record can be updated.
In step S213, a second graphic code is displayed according to the group identification information of the target object group, and the effective duration of the second graphic code is shorter than the effective duration of the first graphic code.
In some alternative embodiments, the first graphical code may be set to be valid for a long period of time or permanently, while the second graphical code may be set to be valid for a short period of time. For example, the validity period of the second graphic code may be set to 7 days, the validity period of the first graphic code may be set to 1 year, or the first graphic code may be set to be permanently valid.
In step S220, in response to the recognition operation on the second graphic code, adding the object of the recognition operation to the target object group is performed.
When detecting that the user object scans and identifies the second graphic code, firstly, whether the current second graphic code is within the effective duration of the second graphic code can be judged, and if the current second graphic code is within the effective duration, the user object executing the identification operation can be added into the target object group. If the second graphic code exceeds the effective duration, reminding information can be sent to the user object to enable the user object to obtain a new second graphic code again, and the user object is subjected to operation of joining the target object group based on the newly generated second graphic code within the effective duration.
The process of adding the object for executing the identification operation into the target object group is equivalent to the process of establishing the association relationship between the object and the target object group on the communication platform. The method and the device for identifying the target object group can acquire the group identification information of the target object group and the identity information of the object executing the identification operation, and then associate the identity information of the object with the group identification information so as to add the object executing the identification operation into the target object group.
When the object performing the identification operation and the target object group are in the same communication platform, the information association relationship between the two can be directly recorded on the server of the communication platform. When the object performing the identification operation and the target object group are on two different communication platforms, information intercommunication between the two different communication platforms is required to achieve the effect of adding the user of the platform X to the group of the platform Y.
In an embodiment of the present application, when associating the identity information of the object with the group identification information of the target object group, a first communication platform where the object performing the identification operation is located may be determined according to the identity information of the object, and a second communication platform where the target object group is located may be determined according to the group identification information. It is then detected whether the first communication platform and the second communication platform are the same communication platform. If the first communication platform and the second communication platform are detected to be different communication platforms, establishing associated identity information corresponding to the identity information on the second communication platform, and associating the associated identity information with the group identification information; and if the first communication platform and the second communication platform are detected to be the same, associating the identity information with the group identification information.
For example, the object performing the recognition operation is a user of platform Y, and the target object group is a group established on platform X. The identity information of the object is identity information B on the platform Y, and when the operation of adding the user object to the target object group is executed, associated identity information B 'corresponding to the identity information B may be established on the platform X according to the identity information B, and the identity information B' have a one-to-one mapping relationship. When the user object receives and transmits messages in the target object group, identity conversion can be performed by using the identity information B and the associated identity information B', so that message intercommunication and forwarding are performed between the platform X and the platform Y.
When a user initiates a group adding invitation, a first graphic code can be generated according to an existing group or a newly-built group, and then the first graphic code is sent to an invited object, so that the group adding process can be completed after the information processing method provided in the above embodiments is executed.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for generating a first graphical code to initiate a group invitation in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the user initiating the group invitation may generate the first graphic code through steps S610 to S640 as follows.
Step S610: and responding to the first graphic code generation indication, and acquiring at least one appointed object group used for generating the first graphic code, wherein the appointed object group is a new object group or an existing object group.
The first graphic code generation instruction is an operation instruction sent by a user through an input device of the terminal device, for example, the user may input a voice instruction through a microphone, or may input the operation instruction by clicking a trigger control through an interactive interface of a device such as a smart phone. FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating an interface for initiating a group invitation in an application scenario according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, an operation control 702 for initiating a group chat invitation is displayed in an interactive interface 701, when a user clicks and triggers the control, a floating window page 703 is popped up at the bottom of the interactive interface 701, and an operation control for creating a new group chat, an operation control for selecting an existing group chat, and an operation control for canceling a current operation are displayed in the floating window page 703. When a user clicks and triggers an operation control for establishing a group chat, an object group for initiating the group chat can be established; when the user clicks and triggers the operation control for selecting the existing group chat, the existing object group established or joined by the current user can be displayed on the interactive interface.
Step S620: the method comprises the steps of obtaining group identification information of an appointed object group, and obtaining a preset group name for naming a newly-built object group.
When the number of the designated object groups is one, determining a preset group name for naming the newly-built object group according to the group name of the designated object group; and when the number of the designated object groups is multiple, acquiring the designated sequence of the designated object groups, and determining a preset group name for naming the newly-built object group according to the group name of the designated object group positioned in the first order. For example, when the user selects and designates an existing object group or newly creates an object group, the group name of the group can be directly used as the preset group name; when the user designates a plurality of existing object groups at the same time, the existing object groups may be arranged in the order designated by the user, and the group name of the designated object group located in the first order may be used as the preset group name.
Step S630: and generating an information storage record according to the group identification information and the preset group name, and generating record identification information for inquiring the information storage record.
And storing the group identification information and the preset group name as an information storage record together, and generating record identification information which forms mapping with the information storage record. Based on the record identification information, the corresponding information storage record can be queried.
Step S640: and generating a first graphic code carrying record identification information.
In order to adapt to different communication platforms and application scenarios, the embodiment of the application can firstly generate a network page address containing recording identification information; and then coding the network page address to obtain a first graphic code carrying the network page address.
With continued reference to fig. 7, after completing the selection and naming of the group and storing the information to obtain the record identification information, a preset group name 704 may be displayed on the interactive interface 701, and the user may edit and modify the name to input a customized name. The generated first graphic code may be stored locally in the terminal device through an operation control at the bottom of the interactive interface 701, or may be sent to other users through the communication platform. When other users receive the first graphic code by scanning the picture of the first graphic code or through the session message, the first graphic code can be identified and processed, the network page address carried in the first graphic code is accessed, and then a new short-term effective second graphic code is displayed in the opened network page. The user can continuously identify the second graphic code by long pressing the graphic code in the identification picture or other triggering modes, and finally the second graphic code is added into the corresponding object group. The specific grouping method has been described in detail in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
FIG. 8 is an interaction flow diagram of initiating and responding to a group invitation in an application scenario according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 8, the specific interaction flow of the scheme is as follows.
Step S801: the user a selects a new group or an existing group on the first terminal to obtain an identification information list (group ID list for short) composed of group identification information (group ID for short), and simultaneously obtains an automatic group establishment name. The automatic group name is a preset group name automatically generated or customized by a user for naming the automatically newly created group.
Step S802: and the user A sends a graphic code generation request carrying the group ID list and the automatic group establishment name to the server.
Step S803: the server stores the identity information of the user A, the group ID list and the automatic group establishment name as a first information storage record together, obtains first record identification information (first record ID for short) used for inquiring the first information storage record, and generates a permanent and effective first graphic code according to the first record ID.
Step S804: the server returns a network page address containing the first record ID and a picture containing the first graphic code to the first terminal. The web page address may be an H5 page address generated based on the Html5 standard. User a may initiate a group invitation to user B by sending a communication message or by presenting a picture.
Step S805: and the user B scans and identifies the first graphic code through the second terminal to obtain the H5 page address.
Step S806: and the user B sends a page access request to the server according to the H5 page address, and requests to access the H5 page.
Step S807: the server queries the corresponding server storage record according to the record ID contained in the H5 page address, and obtains the identity information, the group ID list, the automatic group establishment name and other information of the user A.
Step S808: the number of members of the existing group corresponding to each group ID is inquired in the group ID list to determine whether the existing group with the number of people not being full exists. If yes, obtaining a target group ID of the target object group according to the existing group; if not, a group is created, and the target group ID of the target object group is determined according to the created group. The specific query method and clustering method can refer to the related methods in fig. 4 and fig. 5, and are not described herein again.
Step S809: and jointly saving the target group ID, the current server time and the graphic code validity period as a second information storage record, and acquiring a second record ID for inquiring the second information storage record.
Step S810: generating a second graphic code with appointed effective duration by taking the second record ID and a preset characteristic prefix as coding contents; wherein, the characteristic prefix is preset information for indicating the graphic code plus the group function.
Step S811: the server returns the H5 page content containing the second graphic code to the second terminal.
Step S812: the second terminal displays the second graphic code in the page H5, and identifies the second graphic code by scanning or long-pressing the picture.
Step S813: and after the characteristic prefix in the second graphic code is identified, sending the analyzed second record ID and the identity information of the user B to a server.
Step S814: and the server inquires and obtains a second information storage record according to the second record ID, so that the target group ID, the time for generating the second graphic code and the validity period of the graphic code are obtained.
Step S815: and the server judges whether the second graphic code is expired or not according to the time for generating the second graphic code and the validity period of the graphic code. And if the user B is not expired, determining a target object group by the target group ID, and adding the user B into the target object group.
If user B and the target object group belong to two different communication platforms, for example, the target object group is a group established by user a on platform X, and user B responds to the invitation to add group on platform Y, then when performing the operation of adding user B to the target object group, an associated identity B' corresponding to user B may be established on platform X. And the user B performs information transceiving operation in the target object group by using the identity of B', and the server forwards information according to the identity mapping relation of the two communication platforms.
