Fig. 1A is a schematic application environment of a social group joining method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, which includes a user terminal 10 and a server 20, where the user terminal 10 may be any intelligent terminal with internet access function, for example, a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), an e-book reader, a multimedia player, and the like, and the server 20 may be a computer or a dedicated server. Wherein the user terminal 10 can access a router through a wireless local area network and access a server 20 on a public network through the router. The user terminal 10 may operate a user client of the social software, a non-group member searches for and applies for joining the social group of the social software through a group identifier at the user client of the social software, when a preset condition is met, the server 20 automatically allows the non-group member to join the social group, when the preset condition is not met, the server 20 automatically rejects a group joining request of the non-group member, the preset condition may be, for example, that the number of group members exceeds a set number, and since the non-group member cannot know the member composition of the social group, the non-group member cannot join the group by means of group member invitation, so that the non-group member is inconvenient to join the social group.
In order to solve the problem of inconvenience of non-group members in joining a social group in the related art, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for joining a social group, and fig. 1B is a flowchart illustrating a method for joining a social group according to an exemplary embodiment, where the method for joining a social group is applied to a server 20 of a social application.
As shown in fig. 1B, the joining method of the social group includes the following steps 101-102:
in step 101, result information of a non-group member applying for joining a social group is obtained, wherein the result information indicates success of joining the social group and failure of joining the social group.
In step 102, if the result information indicates that joining the social group fails, determining a designated group member in the social group, where the designated group member includes at least one of: the system comprises a group administrator, group members which are in friend relationship with the non-group members and group members which have historical communication records with the non-group members.
In step 103, controlling the first terminal corresponding to the designated group member to output a first prompt message, where the first prompt message indicates that the non-group member applies for joining the social group.
The non-group member may apply for joining the social group through the group identifier, the group identifier may be an identifier representing the group identity, such as a group ID, a group name, a group two-dimensional code, and the like, and the non-group member may apply for joining the social group by locating the social group in the user terminal by searching the group ID, the group name, and the like, and applying for joining, or may directly apply for joining by identifying the group identifier, such as the group two-dimensional code, and the like, through the scanning terminal of the user terminal.
After a non-group member applies for joining the social group, the result may be that the non-group member is successfully joined in the social group automatically, or the non-group member is successfully joined in the social group after passing through an administrator, or the result may also be that the non-group member fails to join in the social group automatically, or the result may be that the non-group member fails to join in the social group automatically after overtime, or the like.
The designated group member may be one or more of a group administrator, a group member having a friend relationship with the non-group member, and a group member having a historical communication record with the non-group member, depending on the usage environment.
The group administrator may be a group owner and other group administrators with group administration rights.
Group members that are in a friend relationship with non-group members are typically contacts of the non-group members in the social software. In some scenarios, a friend relationship is also described as a "friend" or other designation. The server can acquire the group member information of the social group, which has a friend relationship with the non-group member, by comparing the friend list of the non-group member with the group member list of the social group.
The historical communication record may be the historical communication content between the non-group member and a certain group member, may be obtained from a server, may be obtained from a user client, and may be the whole or part of the historical communication record between the non-group member and a certain group member. In some scenarios, the historical communication record may also be a record of historical communication behavior maintained by the server as to whether the non-group member has communicated with a group member.
As shown in fig. 1C, the prompting of the designated group member that the non-group member applies for joining the social group may be that first prompting information is output at a first terminal corresponding to the designated group member, where the first prompting information may be a system message sent to the designated group member, and the system message includes an identity of the non-group member. The ID may be an ID or a nickname of the non-group member in the social software, or in some scenarios, may be a phone number or a mailbox, etc. The first terminal may be a client to which the specified group member is logged in at the user terminal.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1C, the identification sent to the non-group member carries a link through which detailed information of the non-group member can be viewed, and when the specified group member clicks the identification, the detailed information of the non-group member can be displayed in a pop-up window manner, so that the specified group member can view the detailed information of the non-group member more conveniently. In fig. 1C, the specified group member clicks the id of Lisi, which is a non-group member, so that the detailed information of Lisi can be viewed.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, if the result information of applying for joining the social group by the non-group member indicates that the applying for joining the social group by the non-group member fails, the designated group member is determined by determining at least any one of a group administrator, a group member having a friend relationship with the non-group member, and a group member having a historical communication record with the non-group member, and outputting the prompt information at a terminal corresponding to the designated group member, so that the designated group member knows that the non-group member applies for joining the social group, and thus the designated group member can take other measures to join the non-group member in the social group, and the non-group member is more convenient to join the social group.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2A, the designated group member may also join the non-group member to the social group, and the method further comprises the following steps 201 and 202:
in step 201, authentication passing information sent by the first terminal is received.
In step 202, the non-group member is added to the social group according to the authentication passing information.
After the designated group member checks the first prompt message, authentication passing information can be sent to a server, so that the non-group member can join the social group. The authentication passing information may be information that the designated group member actively invites a non-group member to join the social group, which is sent to the server according to the first prompt information, or may be inquiry information whether to invite the non-group member to join the social group, which is added to the first prompt information, and after the designated group member confirms the inquiry information, the first terminal sends the authentication passing information to the server.
As shown in fig. 2B, fig. 2B is a schematic diagram of adding query information on whether to invite the non-group member to join the social group to the first prompt information, where the first prompt information in fig. 2B is an invitation-to-group confirmation link, and the invitation-to-group confirmation link may be sent to the designated group member as the same message as the identity of the non-group member, or may be a manner of separating two messages in some scenarios. In fig. 2B, the text "yes" links the query message indicating whether to invite the non-group member to join the social group, the designated group member clicks "yes", and the first terminal sends the authentication passing message to the server.
The invitation-to-group confirmation link may also be implemented as shown in fig. 2C, where the invitation-to-group confirmation link may also be sent to the designated group member in a link manner, after the designated group member clicks the link, a popup window including an invitation confirmation button may pop up, and the server sends authentication passing information to the server according to a trigger signal of the designated group member clicking the invitation confirmation button.
After receiving the authentication passing information sent by the first terminal, the server may directly join the non-group member in the social group. In some examples, as shown in fig. 3, the non-group member may be added to the social group after being confirmed by the non-group member by:
in step 301, according to the authentication passing information, second prompt information is sent to a second terminal corresponding to the non-group member, where the second prompt information indicates to join the social group.
In step 302, confirmation information of joining the social group sent by the second terminal is received.
In step 303, the non-group member is added to the social group according to the confirmation information.
The second terminal may be a client to which the non-group member logs in at the user terminal.
The second prompt message may be a system message sent to the non-group member, the second prompt message may include query information on whether to join the social group, after the non-group member confirms the query information, the second client sends confirmation information to the server, and the server joins the non-group member to the social group according to the confirmation information.
In some examples, the second reminder information may be a confirmation link as the first reminder information in fig. 2B and 2C.
In an exemplary embodiment, in order to avoid resource waste and inconvenience caused by outputting the first prompt information at the first terminals corresponding to a plurality of designated group members at the same time, the designated group members satisfy any one of the following:
the historical communication record comprises target historical communication messages, and the communication time of the target historical communication messages is within a preset time period;
communicating with the non-group members most frequently.
The preset time period may be a time period closest to the current time, that is, when there are a plurality of group members having a history with the non-group member, the group member having the latest communication record in the history is preferentially notified.
The group member with the highest communication frequency may be the group member with the largest number of pieces of communication information with the non-group member in the historical communication record, or the group member with the largest number of times of communication with the non-group member.
In another example, when there are a plurality of group members having a history with respect to the non-group member, the group member having a communication record with respect to the non-group member may be preferentially notified or a group member having the highest communication frequency with respect to the non-group member in the history.
The group member of the most recent communication record may be the group member in the social group having the last contact time with the non-group member closest to the current time, i.e., the group member having the last communication record with the non-group member closest to the existing time.
The group member of the latest communication record and the group member with the highest communication frequency may be determined from the historical communication content of the non-group member and a certain group member acquired from the server or the user client, or may be determined from a record of historical communication behavior stored in the server, whether the non-group member and the certain group member have occurred.
In an exemplary embodiment, the relationship between the non-group member and the group member as a friend with each other may not be limited to the social software application where the current social group is located, but may also be in other applications associated with the id of the non-group member, if the account number registered in another application in association with the id of the non-group member and the account number registered in another application in association with the id of a certain group member are a friend relationship, even if the non-group member and the group member do not have a friend relationship in the current social software application, the non-group member and the group member also have a friend relationship in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4A, user a1 and user B1 have accounts with a1 and B1, respectively, in current social software application C, but a1 and B1 do not have a friend relationship in application C, and at the same time, user a1 and user B1 also have registered accounts with identities a1 and B1, respectively, in association with application D, and a1 and B1 have a friend relationship in application D.
The application C may query whether the accounts a1 and B1 in the application D have a friend relationship, where the query may be performed in a manner that after receiving a query request of the application C, the application D returns information to the application C whether the accounts registered by the user a1 and the user B1 in association with the application D have a friend relationship. When the method for joining a social group according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is implemented in the application C, even if the user a1 and the user B1 do not have a friend relationship in the application C, the application C may determine whether the user a1 and the user B1 have a friend relationship in the embodiment of the present disclosure by querying whether the accounts registered in association with the user a1 and the user B1 in the application D have a friend relationship.
As shown in fig. 4B, corresponding to the previous embodiment, in an exemplary embodiment, the historical communication record in step 101 may be a historical communication record in an application in which the social group is located, and may also be a historical communication record in other applications associated with the identity of the non-group member, and the application C may determine whether the user a1 and the user B1 have the historical communication record in the embodiment of the present disclosure by querying whether accounts registered in association with each other in the application D by the user a1 and the user B1 have the historical communication record, where the querying may be performed in a manner that after receiving a query request of the application C, the application D returns information whether the accounts registered in association with each other in the application D by the user a1 and the user B1 have the historical communication record.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, notifying the specified group member of the identity of the non-group member may be sending the identity of the non-group member to a session window of the social group, and reminding the specified group member, where the reminding manner may be, for example, that the specified group member is @ in a message that sends the identity. In other scenarios, in order to avoid the notification affecting other group members in the social group, the identity of the non-group member may be sent to the specified group member in the form of a separate message window, for example, in the form of a system window.
In an exemplary embodiment, the sending the invitation-to-group confirmation link to the specified group member in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be sending the invitation-to-group confirmation link to a session window of the social group, and reminding the specified group member, where the reminding manner may be, for example, in a message that the identity is sent @ the specified group member. In other scenarios, in order to avoid the invitation-to-group confirmation link affecting other group members in the social group, the invitation-to-group confirmation link may be sent to the specified group member in the form of a separate message window, for example, in the form of a system message window.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the method for joining the social group, the disclosure further provides a device for joining the social group, the device can be applied to a server, if the result information of the non-group member applying to join the social group indicates that the non-group member fails to apply to join the social group, at least any one of a group administrator, a group member in friend relationship with the non-group member, and a group member having a historical communication record with the non-group member is determined to be an appointed group member, and a prompt message is output at a terminal corresponding to the appointed group member, so that the appointed group member knows that the non-group member applies to join the social group, and the appointed group member can take other measures to join the non-group member in the social group, and the non-group member is more convenient to join the social group.
