Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the technical field of processing communication messages in a data object information page, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing communication messages in a data object information page.
Background
In an e-commerce transaction platform, a communication module is also generally provided, through which a buyer user and a seller user can communicate with each other, before a specific purchase operation is performed, the buyer can know the detailed information about the performance, model, etc. of a product to the seller, and after the purchase operation, some after-sale related problems can be fed back to the seller, etc. In addition, the platform can also push some notification messages and the like for the user through the communication module. In short, the communication module can build a bridge for communication between the buyer user and the seller user, and between the platform and the user, which is beneficial to promoting the achievement of the transaction, and thus, the communication module becomes an important component of the electronic commerce transaction platform.
Of course, since the trading platform itself is not a platform dedicated to inter-user communication but is mainly used for providing data object information (including goods, services, etc.), when a user enters a client of the trading platform, a message interface is not directly displayed for the user, but the data object information interface is displayed first, but prompt information about unread messages can be provided in the data object interface in order to remind the user of paying attention to new messages which are not processed yet. For example, as shown in the interface in the leftmost side of fig. 1, on the top page of a certain trading platform client, a prompt identifier regarding the number of unread message entries, for example, "1" shown in the figure, may be displayed at the top right corner 101 of the interface, representing that there is an unread new message at the present time. After the user clicks the prompt identifier, the user may jump to a message list interface, as shown in the interface in the middle of fig. 1, where messages from multiple senders, which have been received by the user currently, are displayed in a list according to the receiving time sequence, and the messages include read messages and unread messages, where the unread messages may be prompted to the user in some special display manners. If the user needs to view the specific message content of a certain sender, the sender needs to be selected from the message list, and then, the user can jump to a dialogue interface for dialogue with the sender and display the specific message content sent by the sender in the interface.
Therefore, in the prior art, from the time when a user enters a certain data object information page, if the prompt information of unread messages is found at the upper right corner, a relatively long operation path is needed from the time when the prompt information is seen to the time when the user finally sees the specific message content, and the efficiency is relatively low. In addition, the user can only check the number information of the unprocessed messages in the data object information page, and if the user jumps to a subsequent message list page or a conversation window interface to find that no message content really interested in the user exists, waste of system resources may be caused.
Therefore, how to shorten the operation path for the user to obtain the message content information, improve the efficiency, and save the system resources becomes a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to shorten the operation path for the user to acquire the content of the communication message, the following improvements are made to the prior art: first, when providing the number of pieces of prompt information of unprocessed communication messages in the data object information page, the sender identification information of the notification message can be exposed in advance, so that a user can judge whether the detailed message content of the unprocessed communication messages needs to be checked according to the sender identification of the communication messages, if so, the detailed message content needs to be checked, otherwise, the detailed message content does not need to be checked, and the prompt can be cleared through some modes (for example, in some applications, if the user performs operations such as "pan-pan" and the like under the condition that some prompt information exists in the interface, the prompt information can be cleared) so as to avoid wasting system resources. If the specific message content of the communication message needs to be viewed, the corresponding sender identification can be directly operated, so that the conversation window interface for conversation with the sender can be directly entered, and the specific message content of the communication message sent by the sender is displayed in the conversation window interface. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, on one hand, the identification information of the communication message sender can be exposed in the data object information page in advance, so that the resource waste can be avoided, and on the other hand, when the user needs to check the specific message content of the communication message, the user can directly jump to a conversation window interface for conversation with the corresponding sender without jumping through a communication message list interface of a 'message center', so that the operation path of the user can be shortened.
Specific implementations are described in detail below.
Example one
First, referring to fig. 2, the first embodiment provides a method for processing a communication message in a data object information page from the perspective of a first user client, where the method may include the following steps:
s201: a first user client obtains page data of a target data object information page through a request server, wherein the interface data comprises the number of unprocessed communication messages related to a first user and sender identification information corresponding to the unprocessed communication messages;
in the embodiment of the present application, the first user may generally refer to all users having access requirements for the data object information page, for example, the user may include both buyer users and seller users, since these users may receive related communication messages from other users or platforms.
When a specific data object information page (for example, a client top page, or a channel page, an activity meeting place page, or other non-top page) is provided to a user, a client may first request the server for related page data, and then the client performs operations such as parsing and rendering on the page data locally, and finally displays the page to a first user. In the embodiment of the present application, after receiving a request for accessing a data object information page from a client, a server may first determine first user information associated with the client, and then determine the number of unprocessed communication messages associated with the first user according to information stored in a message center, and at the same time, may also determine sender identification information corresponding to the unprocessed communication messages. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, in addition to the number information of the unprocessed communication messages associated with the first user, the page data of the data object information page may further include corresponding sender identification information, for example, an avatar of the sender, and the like.
S202: providing, in the data object information page, hints about the number of outstanding communication messages, and hints about the sender identification;
the first user client, upon receiving the page data, may provide a data object information page and provide, in the page, a prompt regarding the number of unprocessed communication messages and a prompt regarding the sender identification.
In a specific implementation, when providing the prompt information about the number of the unprocessed communication messages and the prompt information about the sender identification, the number of senders corresponding to all the unprocessed communication messages may be determined first, and then a specific manner for providing the prompt information may be determined according to the number of senders.
Before specifically describing the manner of providing the prompt information, it should be noted that, in order to merge with the original page function, the original function is not affected as much as possible on the basis of implementing the function provided by the embodiment of the present application, and therefore, the improvement of the optimization property may be performed in combination with the existing page frame, which is described in detail below.
First, in a first page such as a client top page, a first functional area (belonging to a dedicated functional area) dedicated to providing notification information of communication messages is usually included, for example, as shown in 301 in fig. 3-1, the first functional area is a first functional area, that is, the first functional area is dedicated to providing notification information related to unprocessed communication messages, and in the prior art, the number of communication messages that are currently unprocessed by the first user can be displayed in the area. In the embodiment of the present application, in addition to the number of unprocessed communication messages, a sender of a communication message may be prompted. Specifically, different processing may be performed according to the number of senders corresponding to all unprocessed communication messages.
If all the unprocessed communication messages (which may be one or more) correspond to the same sender, then the prompt information about the number of the unprocessed communication messages and the prompt information about the sender identification may be provided directly in the first functional area. For example, as shown in fig. 3-1, in the first functional area shown in 301, the number of unprocessed communication messages is shown to be 1, and the corresponding identifier of the same sender, such as an avatar of the word "GXG", etc., is also shown. In this way, the first user can know not only how many communication messages are not processed but also determine which sender the communication messages were sent from through the first functional area.
If the unprocessed communication message is multiple and corresponds to multiple different senders, in this case, since the area of the first functional area in the first page is limited in the default state, if the identification information of multiple different senders is displayed in the area at the same time, the identification degree is reduced, and the meaning of the sender is lost. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the page data provided by the server may further include sending time information of each unprocessed communication message, and the unprocessed communication messages are sorted according to the time information, so that senders can be sorted, and the sender who has recently sent the communication message to the current first user is determined. In this way, the prompt for the number of unprocessed communication messages and the prompt for the identification of the sender that most recently sent a communication message to the first user may be provided within the first functional area. That is, in the initial state, the first user may view the total number of unprocessed communication messages, as well as the identification of the avatar of the sender to whom the message was most recently sent. Subsequently, when receiving an operation of a second preset type (for example, long-press and leftward sliding, etc.) performed on the prompt information of the sender identifier, the first functional area may be expanded, and the prompt information of other sender identifiers may be provided in the expanded first functional area.
For example, assuming that there are 7 communication messages currently associated with the first user, involving 5 senders, wherein the sender who most recently sent a message to the first user is "GXG," then, as shown at 302 in FIG. 3-2, within the first functional area in the page, the number of unprocessed communication messages "7" may be presented, along with an identification of the sender 'GXG's avatar, or the like. In addition, in specific implementation, a stacked display effect can be displayed at the prompt message of the sender identifier, so that the first user can know that the sender is not only GXG. Furthermore, when the user performs a long press or the like on the reminder information of the sender identifier, the first functional region may be expanded to the left, as shown by 303 in fig. 3-3, which is the expanded first functional region, so that the area of the region becomes larger due to the expansion of the region, and therefore, the reminder information about other sender identifiers may be displayed in the expanded functional region. In fig. 3-2, the head portraits and the like of other senders are not shown, but in practical application, they can be shown accordingly. In addition, the number of unprocessed communication messages corresponding to each sender can be displayed while the prompt information of each sender identifier is displayed.
Of course, in practical applications the following may exist: at present, each unprocessed communication message associated with the first user may involve a plurality of senders, and at this time, even if the first functional area is expanded, the identifiers of all the senders cannot be displayed in the expanded area, otherwise, the problem of low information identification degree also exists. For this reason, in the embodiment of the present application, the number of sender identifiers displayed in the expanded functional area may also be limited, for example, 5 at most, and when actually performing the display, if the designed number of senders is greater than 5, identifiers of the first 4 senders which have most recently sent the message may be displayed in the expanded functional area, and at the same time, an operation option for entering into the message list interface may be provided, so as to jump to the message list interface through the operation option and provide an identifier of each sender in the interface, and an operation option for entering into a conversation window for performing a conversation with each sender. For example, referring to "all" as shown at 304 in fig. 3-3, when the user clicks on this option, the message list interface shown on the right in fig. 3-3 may be entered, and the user may then select a particular sender from this interface and view the particular message content that he or she sent.
While the manner of presenting the prompt message in the first page is described above, in practical applications, there may be a second page, in which a dedicated function area is not provided for the communication message, but a second function area (belonging to a composite function area) for providing a plurality of functions including the communication message prompt function is provided. For example, a certain second function area is usually displayed as "…" or the like in a default state, and when the function area is operated, the function area is expanded to show operation selections of a plurality of functions, for example, a "share" function, a "feedback" function, a "help" function, a "return to home" function, and the like may be included, and in addition, a "message" function, that is, a function of providing notification information of unprocessed communication messages in the embodiment of the present application may also be included. In the prior art, the number of unprocessed communication messages is usually displayed at the second function area in a default state, and after the area is expanded, the number of unprocessed communication messages is also displayed in the sub-area where the "message" function is located.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second page may also be optimized. Specifically, the specific optimization mode may also be different according to the difference of the number of senders corresponding to all unprocessed information. For example, in a default state, the second functional area may be provided with prompt information about the number of unprocessed communication messages, and when the second functional area is executed with preset types of operations, the second functional area may be expanded, and the number of senders corresponding to all the unprocessed communication messages is determined, and then, according to the number of senders, the prompt information about the number of unprocessed communication messages and the prompt information about the sender identification are provided in the expanded second functional area.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, if all the unprocessed communication messages correspond to the same sender, the sub-area where the communication message prompt function is located in the expanded second functional area may provide prompt information about the number of the unprocessed communication messages and prompt information about the identity of the same sender. As shown at 305 in fig. 3-4, assuming that the number of unprocessed communication messages associated with the current first user is only one, and the corresponding sender is "GXG", after the second function area is expanded, a prompt message with the number of unprocessed communication messages of 1 and the sender user of GXG may be presented at the sub-area 306 where the "message" function is located.
If the unprocessed communication message is multiple and corresponds to multiple different senders, the senders can be ranked according to the time of the sender sending the communication message to the first user recently, and the sender sending the communication message to the first user recently is determined. Then, in the expanded second function area, the sub-area where the communication message alert function is located may provide alert information about the number of unprocessed communication messages and the alert information of the sender identification that has recently sent a communication message to the first user. And when receiving a second preset type of operation executed on the prompt message of the sender identifier, providing the prompt messages of other sender identifiers for other sub-areas in the expanded second functional area. As shown in fig. 3-5, assuming that the number of unprocessed communication messages currently associated with the first user is 6, involving 4 senders, then by default, as shown in the left one of 3-5, a number of unprocessed communication messages of 6 may be provided at the second functional area 307. When the user performs operations such as clicking on the area, the second function area may be expanded to a state shown in 308 in the left-second area in fig. 3-5, where the second function area includes a plurality of sub-areas, and each sub-area is used to show operation options of each function, for example, a "share" function, a "feedback" function, a "help" function, a "return to home" function, and a "message" function. Where at the sub-area 309 where the "message" function is located, an unprocessed communication message number of 6, and an identification of the sender who sent the message most recently, e.g., the sender's avatar, may be revealed. When the user further operates the sub-area where the "message" function is located, the identities of other senders may be exhibited at other sub-areas within the expanded second function area, as shown in the left three of fig. 3-5. That is, when the user operates the "message" function, it is described that the information related to the "message" that the user currently needs to care about is not temporarily required for the functions such as "share", "feedback", and "help", and therefore, the display of the identification information of each sender may be changed to the display of the expanded function area.
Of course, in the case shown in fig. 3 to 5, there may also be a case where more than a certain number (e.g., 5) of senders are involved, and in this case, an operation option for entering into the message list interface may also be provided in a certain sub-area in the expanded function area, so that a jump is made to the message list interface by the operation option, and an identification of each sender and an operation option for entering into a conversation window for a conversation with each sender are provided in the interface. Such as the "all" operation option shown in the left three of fig. 3-5, and so on.
S203: when receiving a first preset type of operation executed on prompt information of a target sender identifier, requesting a server to acquire message content of a communication message corresponding to the target sender;
through the foregoing step S202, sender identification information of the unprocessed communication message can be exposed in the data object information page in advance, and further, the first user can further perform an operation on such sender identification, and the client can request the server to acquire the message content of the communication message corresponding to the target sender. For example, in the case of 3-1, the user may directly click on the functional area shown in 301, i.e., the sender may be determined as the target sender. In the case of fig. 3-2, it is possible to slide within the area indicated by 303 and, by the time the identification of a certain sender stops, the sender can be determined as the target sender. If no sender notification message is desired to be viewed, it is immediately released and can be rolled back to the state shown at 302. Similar processing can be performed for the cases shown in fig. 3-4 and 3-5, respectively, for example, when the user operates the area shown by 306 in fig. 3-4, since only one sender is corresponded, the sender can be determined as the target sender. With respect to fig. 3-5, when the user performs a long press operation on 309, etc., the state shown in the left third of fig. 3-5 may be first shown, and then the user may slide to the left without releasing, and when the user stops sliding to the identifier of a certain sender, the sender may be determined as the target sender, and so on. Similarly, if no sender notification message is desired to be viewed, the display may be released directly, and the display may be returned to the state shown in 309, and then to the state shown in 307 by performing operations on other areas of the interface, and so on.
After the target sender is determined, the client may request the server for the message content of the communication message sent by the target sender to the current first user, and specifically, the server may take out the corresponding message content from the message center and return the message content to the client.
S204: providing a conversation window interface for conversation with the target sender, and providing the message content in the conversation window interface.
After receiving the message content returned by the server, the client can provide a conversation window interface for conversation with the target sender, and provide the message content in the conversation window interface. For example, in fig. 3-1, 3-2, 3-4, and 3-5, the rightmost interfaces of the respective interfaces correspond to a conversation window interface for conversation with the target sender, wherein specific message content of a communication message sent by the target sender to the current first user can be presented, and the first user can also reply directly in the window, etc., to realize a conversation with the sender.
Therefore, through the embodiment of the application, the sender identification information of the unprocessed communication message can be directly disclosed in the data object information page, and after the target sender concerned by the user is determined, the user can directly jump to a conversation window interface for conversation with the target sender, and the specific message content of the communication message sent by the target sender to the current first user is displayed in the conversation window interface. By the method, the specific message content can be checked without transferring the message list page, so that the operation path for obtaining the message content by the user can be shortened. In addition, because the sender identification can be revealed in advance, the first user can be helped to determine whether to check specific message content or not, and the checking operation is executed under the condition of need, so that system resources are saved, and resource waste is avoided.
Example two
The second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, and is introduced from the perspective of a server, referring to fig. 4, and provides a method for processing a communication message in a data object information interface, where the method may include the following steps:
