Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main steps of a television-based item pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for pushing an article based on a television according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S101: the method comprises the steps of obtaining at least one user identity, and outputting the user identity to a server side so that the server side can match user information through the user identity. The user id is used to distinguish different users, and may be, for example, a bluetooth MAC (Media Access Control) address and an IP (Internet Protocol) address of a terminal (such as a mobile phone or a tablet) used by the user, or may be biometric information of the user. The bluetooth MAC address is also called a bluetooth physical address. The television can acquire the Bluetooth MAC address of the user terminal in a mode of scanning peripheral Bluetooth signals and output the Bluetooth MAC address to the server side. The user information may be a user Identification (ID). After receiving the user identity from the television, the server side inquires the binding information in the database according to the user identity so as to obtain the user information corresponding to the user identity. The binding information stores the association relationship between the user identity and the user information.
Step S102: receiving article recommendation information pushed by the server; and the item recommendation information is generated by the server according to the historical shopping behavior data corresponding to the matched user information. The server searches a database according to the matched user information to obtain historical shopping behavior data corresponding to the user information, generates item recommendation information corresponding to the user information according to the historical shopping behavior data, and then pushes the item recommendation information to a television.
Step S103: and displaying the item corresponding to the item recommendation information to the user. Wherein the item recommendation information includes an item ID. And after the television receives the item recommendation information pushed by the server, the television acquires a corresponding picture and/or video from the server according to the item ID, and displays the acquired picture and/or video on a display screen.
Fig. 2 is a schematic main flow chart of a television-based item pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the television in the embodiment of the method for pushing an article based on a television according to the embodiment of the present invention is an intelligent television, and mainly includes the following steps:
step S201: the user terminal obtains the Bluetooth MAC address of the user terminal, and when the user terminal receives a user login request, the Bluetooth MAC address, the user name and the password are sent to the server side. The user terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like; taking an android mobile phone as an example, the MAC address acquisition interface of the bluetooth module of the android mobile phone is open and broadcast to the outside, and can acquire the bluetooth MAC address of the local machine through the APP of the android mobile phone. When a user logs in an e-commerce APP through an android mobile phone, a user name and a password are obtained, and then the Bluetooth MAC address, the user name and the password are sent to a server side.
Step S202: the server searches for the user ID through the user name, binds the user ID with the Bluetooth MAC address, and stores the binding information in a database. Step S201 and step S202 are preparation processes, and start with step S203 as an article pushing process.
Step S203: the intelligent television scans peripheral Bluetooth signals to obtain a Bluetooth MAC address and a Bluetooth signal strength value of the user terminal, screens the user terminal according to a preset signal strength threshold value, and sends the screened Bluetooth MAC address of the user terminal, the corresponding Bluetooth signal strength value and the MAC address of the intelligent television to the server side. In the embodiment of the invention, the articles can be pushed only when the intelligent television and the user terminal both open the Bluetooth function of the intelligent television and the user terminal. The bluetooth Signal Strength value is an RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication) value, and the preset Signal Strength threshold is determined empirically. In a preferred embodiment, the user terminals with the bluetooth signal strength value greater than or equal to the preset signal strength threshold are left. In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent television can also acquire the IP address of the user terminal, but the intelligent television and the user terminal are required to carry out information interaction during acquisition (after the user terminal is connected with the intelligent television, the user terminal actively sends the IP address to the intelligent television), and compared with a mode that the Bluetooth MAC address can be acquired by direct scanning, the method is complex to realize and low in speed.
In the step, the smart television can scan peripheral Bluetooth signals regularly or irregularly until the Bluetooth MAC address is obtained. However, in this way, regardless of whether a user exists around the smart television, the smart television is always in an operating state and consumes electric energy. In a preferred embodiment, whether a user exists in a preset monitoring range can be monitored in real time through a camera connected with the smart television, and if the user exists, an instruction is sent to the television, so that the television pushes articles according to steps S203 to S211. The preset monitoring range is customized by a user, for example, the preset monitoring range can be a range radiating 5 meters forward by taking a television center as a center. The camera and the television can be integrated into a whole or can be separately arranged, and when the camera and the television are separately arranged, the camera and the television need to be connected in a wireless or wired mode. Through the mode, the object pushing process can be triggered only when a user exists around the smart television, and the pushing is accurate and the energy consumption is low.
Step S204: the server side inquires the binding information in the database according to the received Bluetooth MAC address so as to match the user ID, and if the user ID is matched, the step S206 is executed; if the user ID is not matched, step S205 is performed.
Step S205: and the server generates item recommendation information randomly or according to the historical browsing data of the smart television, and executes the step S210. Wherein, the historical browsing data can be browsing data of the last week or month.
Step S206: and the server generates a user list from all the matched user IDs, and generates item recommendation information corresponding to each user ID according to historical shopping behavior data of each user ID in the user list on a shopping platform. The platform comprises an e-commerce APP (application) and an e-commerce website of the smart phone. The historical shopping behavior data comprises historical order information, historical viewed item information and shopping cart information. The item recommendation information in the embodiment is an item recommendation list, and the specific implementation process of the step is as follows:
(1) inquiring the historical order information according to the user ID to screen out the first 5 items of item information which are purchased most in the historical order information, and taking the item information as first item information;
(2) inquiring the historical browsed article information according to the user ID, screening the first 5 pieces of article information with the latest browsing time according to the browsing time in the historical browsed article information, and taking the article information as second article information;
(3) inquiring the shopping cart information according to the user ID so as to screen out the first 5 items of information with the nearest purchase time according to the purchase time in the shopping cart information, and taking the items of information as third item information;
(4) finding out article information meeting preset conditions from the article information with the same type as the first article information as fourth article information; finding out the article information meeting the preset condition from the article information with the same type as the second article information as fifth article information; the product category can be determined according to the consumer demand and the product attribute, for example, electric cookers of different brands belong to the same product category; the preset conditions are set by a user in a self-defined way, for example, the preset conditions can be that the evaluation data and the purchase data are the most;
(5) and sequencing the third article information, the fourth article information and the fifth article information, and taking the sequenced article information as an article recommendation list corresponding to the user ID. In the embodiment, the third item information is stored at the forefront of the item recommendation list, and the fourth item information and the fifth item information are sequentially stored in the item recommendation list according to the height of the comprehensive evaluation data.
The number of the first, second and third item information screened in the above process is customized by the user, but the total number of the finally screened item information needs to be greater than or equal to the number of the pit positions of the smart television, and 5 items are screened in the embodiment. In the step (4), the first article information and the second article information are respectively replaced by the article information with the same type, and the article information added into the shopping cart is an article with higher possibility of being purchased by a user, so that the third article information does not need to be replaced.
In another preferred embodiment, the first item information in step (4) may also be replaced by the item information of other users that has been purchased and is of the same type as the first item information. The second item information can also be replaced by the item information which is browsed by other users and has the same type as the second item information.
Step S207: and the server calculates the recommended quantity of the articles corresponding to each user ID according to the matched Bluetooth signal strength value corresponding to the user ID, the quantity of the Bluetooth MAC addresses and the pit number of the smart television. The larger the Bluetooth signal intensity value is, the closer the user is to the television, so that the item recommendation list corresponding to each user ID can be weighted according to the Bluetooth signal intensity value to obtain the item recommendation quantity corresponding to each user ID. Assuming that 15 items of item information exist in the item recommendation list corresponding to each user ID, matching succeeds in 2 Bluetooth MAC addresses, the Bluetooth signal intensity value of the user ID1 is 4, the Bluetooth signal intensity value of the user ID2 is 1, and the number of pit bits of the smart television is 10; the final recommended number of items by the user ID1 is 10 (4/5) to 8, and the final recommended number of items by the user ID2 is 10 (1/5) to 2.
In step S207, when calculating the recommended quantity of articles, if the calculated quantity is not an integer, then rounding down is needed, and the number of pit bits of the smart tv is differentiated from the recommended quantity of articles corresponding to all the calculated user IDs, where the difference is equal to the recommended quantity of articles corresponding to the user ID with the calculated bluetooth signal strength value being largeAnd a final recommended quantity of items for the user ID. In the above embodiment, assuming that the bluetooth signal strength value of the user ID1 is 5 and the bluetooth signal strength value of the user ID2 is 2, the recommended quantity of the items calculated by the user ID1 is 5
Figure BDA0001550212920000091
The recommended quantity of items calculated by the user ID2 is
Figure BDA0001550212920000092
In the formula (I), the compound is shown in the specification,
Figure BDA0001550212920000093
indicating a rounding down. The final recommended quantity of items for the user ID1 is 7+ (10-7-2) ═ 8, and the final recommended quantity of items for the user ID2 is 2.
Step S208: and the server side obtains initial recommendation information according to the item recommendation quantity corresponding to each user ID and the item recommendation information. Assuming that the recommended quantity of the items of the user ID1 is 8 and the recommended quantity of the items of the user ID2 is 2, selecting the first 8 items from the item recommendation list corresponding to the user ID1 as the initial recommendation information of the user 1; the top 2 items are selected from the item recommendation list corresponding to the user ID2 as the initial recommendation information of the user 2.
Step S209: and the server sorts the initial recommendation information according to the intensity of the Bluetooth signal intensity value to obtain final article recommendation information. Since the bluetooth signal intensity value of the user 1 is greater than that of the user 2, the initial recommendation information of the user 1 is placed in front of the user 2 in the final item recommendation information.
Step S210: and the server side pushes the final item recommendation information to a corresponding smart television home page in a list form according to the received MAC address of the smart television. Wherein the item recommendation information includes an item ID. If the user ID is not matched in the step S204, the item recommendation information is generated according to historical browsing data of the smart television or randomly generated; if the user ID is matched in step S204, the item recommendation information here is the final item recommendation information obtained after sorting in step S209.
Step S211: after receiving the item recommendation information in the form of the list, the smart television acquires the picture and/or video of the corresponding item from the server according to the item ID so as to display the acquired picture and/or video to the user. The smart television sends a picture and/or video acquisition request of a corresponding article to the server according to the article ID; and the server returns the picture and/or video of the corresponding article according to the acquisition request.
In a preferred embodiment, if the smart television acquires a new bluetooth MAC address by scanning, the server needs to sequentially execute steps S204 to S206 with respect to the new bluetooth MAC address to acquire item recommendation information corresponding to a new user ID; then recalculating the recommended quantity and the initial recommended information of the articles corresponding to the current user IDs, and performing sequencing again according to the Bluetooth signal intensity value to obtain new recommended information of the articles; and pushing the new item recommendation information to the smart television.
According to the television-based article pushing method, each user is distinguished through the user identity identification, the historical shopping behavior data of the user is combined with television pushing, and accurate article pushing can be carried out without the user logging in an e-commerce APP on a television; calculating the recommended quantity of articles of each user based on the signal intensity value, and pushing favorite articles by multiple users when watching the television at the same time; according to historical shopping behavior data such as historical order information, historical browsed article information and shopping cart information, article recommendation information of each user is generated, and recommendation accuracy is high; different users are distinguished through the Bluetooth physical addresses of the user terminals, and as long as the user terminals are close to the intelligent television, the intelligent television can obtain the peripheral Bluetooth physical addresses, so that the users can accurately receive the article recommendation information under the condition of no perception.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the main modules of the television-based item push system according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, a television-based item pushing system 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes:
the output module 301 is configured to obtain at least one user identity, and output the user identity to a server, so that the server matches user information through the user identity. The user id is used to distinguish different users, and may be, for example, a bluetooth MAC address or an IP address of a terminal used by the user. The television can acquire the Bluetooth MAC address of the user terminal in a mode of scanning peripheral Bluetooth signals and output the Bluetooth MAC address to the server side. The user information may be a user identification. After receiving the user identity from the television, the server side inquires the binding information in the database according to the user identity so as to obtain the user information corresponding to the user identity. The binding information stores the association relationship between the user identity and the user information.
A receiving module 302, configured to receive item recommendation information pushed by the server; and the item recommendation information is generated by the server according to the historical shopping behavior data corresponding to the matched user information.
