This embodiment differs from the previous embodiment in that, in this implementation, the candidate is determined directly from the operation frequency information corresponding to the historical operation object in the historical operation information, without resorting to the historical operation object attribution information. In this implementation manner, the historical operation objects may be ranked based on the operation frequency information corresponding to the historical operation objects in the historical operation information, and the historical operation object with the highest operation frequency is considered as the most likely object to be favored by the service recipient, that is, the step of obtaining the candidate object according to the operation frequency information corresponding to the historical operation object may be implemented as: and acquiring a preset number of historical operation objects with the highest operation frequency corresponding to the historical operation objects as the candidate objects.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes a step of, in response to detecting a target object modification request for one or more target objects in the target object group, modifying a target object requested to be modified according to the target object modification request, and sending the modified target object to the multi-party information processing requester, that is, as shown in fig. 3, the information processing method includes the following steps S301 to S304:
in step S301, in response to detecting a multi-party information processing request, acquiring a plurality of unique identification information input by a multi-party information processing requester, where the multi-party information processing request at least includes information processing task content and information processing task number;
in step S302, determining a target object combination corresponding to the plurality of unique identification information according to the plurality of unique identification information;
in step S303, sending the target object combination information to the multi-party information processing requester;
in step S304, in response to detecting a target object modification request for one or more target objects in the target object group, wherein the target object modification request includes target object information for modification, modifying the target object for modification according to the target object modification request, and sending the modified target object to the multi-party information processing requester.
In order to further improve the service quality of the internet platform, in this implementation, one or more target objects in the target object combination that have been provided can also be modified at the request of the service recipient. The modified target object may be a part of target objects in the target object combination or may be all target objects, that is, if a certain service recipient or certain service recipients are not satisfied with some or all target objects in the target object combination, a request may be made to modify or replace the corresponding target object. Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 4, the information processing apparatus includes:
an obtaining module 401, configured to, in response to detecting a multi-party information processing request, obtain a plurality of unique identification information input by a multi-party information processing requester, where the multi-party information processing request at least includes information processing task content and information processing task number;
a determining module 402 configured to determine a target object combination corresponding to the plurality of unique identification information according to the plurality of unique identification information;
a sending module 403 configured to send the target object combination information to the multi-party information processing requester.
As mentioned above, with the development of internet technology, more and more service providers provide information through the internet platform, and in order to further improve the service quality of the internet platform, the internet platform can also provide the information of the product or the commodity matched with the service requester for the service requester according to the request of the service requester. With the popularization of the above services, a certain service requester has a requirement for requesting information of a plurality of products or goods for a plurality of service receivers, and in the prior art, when handling such a requirement, the service requester can only provide information of a plurality of products or goods matched with the service requester for the plurality of service receivers according to the information of the service requester, and can only receive update of all the provided information of the products or goods, and cannot support update of part of the information of the products or goods, which brings inconvenience to the service requester and is not beneficial to improving the service quality of the internet platform.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, in this embodiment, an information processing apparatus is provided, which, for a multi-party information processing request, respectively obtains target objects corresponding to the obtained plurality of unique identification information, and finally obtains a target object combination capable of completely handling the multi-party information processing request. According to the technical scheme, the most matched product or commodity information can be provided for each service receiver according to the information of the service receiver, so that the requirements of all service receivers are met to the maximum extent, meanwhile, partial objects in the target object combination can be updated, convenience is improved for the service requester, and the service quality of an internet platform is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the multi-party information processing request refers to a request for performing information processing for multiple service recipients, and after the request is responded, each of the multiple service recipients can obtain corresponding feedback information. For example, if a plurality of users request recommendations for a certain type of product, each user will obtain corresponding product recommendation information after the requests are responded.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the multiparty information processing requester refers to a principal that initiates the multiparty information processing request, which may be one of the service recipients, or another principal besides the service recipients, and which may be a person, an operation resource such as a robot or a mechanical device, or an operating system.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the unique identification information refers to information for uniquely identifying identities of a plurality of service recipients. Wherein, the unique identification information is associated with the relevant information of the service receiver, and the relevant information of the service receiver may be, for example: attribute information of the service recipient and historical operation information of the service recipient, and the like. Wherein, the attribute information of the service receiver may further include one or more of the following information: a name of the service recipient, a sex of the service recipient, an age of the service recipient, a work property of the service recipient, a work area of the service recipient, a residential area of the service recipient, and the like.
The multi-party information processing request at least comprises information such as information processing task content and information processing task quantity, wherein the information processing task quantity refers to the quantity of information processing operations required to be carried out. In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the number of the information processing tasks may be equal to or different from the number of the unique id information input by the multi-party information processing requesting party, that is, the number of the service recipients. In the above example, assuming that 3 users request 3 product recommendations for a certain type of product, the information processing task content is a recommendation for a certain type of product, the number of the unique identification information is 3, and the number of the information processing tasks is also 3. However, in practical applications, there may be a case where 3 users request 5 product recommendations for a certain product, and in this case, the information processing task content is still a recommendation for a certain product, the number of the unique identification information is 3, and the number of the information processing tasks is 5, that is, the number of the unique identification information input by the multi-party information processing requesting party is less than the number of the information processing tasks.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the target object refers to an object that meets the requirement of the multi-party information processing request and is to be fed back to the multi-party information processing requesting party as a feedback result of the multi-party information processing request. In the above example, the target object is a recommended product fed back to the user.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the determining module 402 includes:
a determining submodule 501 configured to determine, according to the unique identity information, a target object corresponding to the unique identity information;
a combining sub-module 502 configured to combine the target objects corresponding to the plurality of unique identification information to obtain the target object combination.
As mentioned above, the unique id information is associated with the service receiver related information such as the attribute information of the service receiver, the historical operation information of the service receiver, and the like, so that the determining submodule 501 may determine, according to each unique id information of the plurality of unique id information, a target object corresponding to the unique id information and meeting the requirement of the multiparty information processing request, and the combining submodule 502 may combine the unique id information and the target object to obtain a target object combination corresponding to the plurality of unique id information, and may subsequently send the target object combination information as request feedback information to the multiparty information processing requester.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the multi-party information processing requesting party may also provide one or more target object combinations for selection, that is, the number of the target object combinations is one or more, and each target object combination includes a target object corresponding to each unique identification information in the plurality of unique identification information and meeting the requirements of the multi-party information processing request. The target object attributions in the same target object combination may be the same or different, that is, the target object in the same target object combination may be from the same target object attribution or different target object attributions.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the determining submodule 501 may be configured to:
determining historical operation information corresponding to the unique identity information according to the unique identity information, wherein the historical operation information comprises one or more of the following information: historical operation object information, operation frequency information corresponding to a historical operation object, historical operation object attribution party information, historical operation object attribution party appearance frequency information and historical operation object evaluation information;
and determining a target object corresponding to the unique identity identification information according to the historical operation information.
As mentioned above, the unique id information is associated with the service-recipient related information such as attribute information of the service recipient, historical operation information of the service recipient, and the like, and therefore, in this embodiment, the historical operation information corresponding to the unique id information may be determined according to the unique id information, wherein the historical operation information may include one or more of the following information: historical operation object information, operation frequency information corresponding to historical operation objects, historical operation object attribution party information, historical operation object attribution party occurrence frequency information and historical operation object evaluation information, preference and preference information of a service receiving party corresponding to the unique identification information can be determined according to the historical operation information, and a target object corresponding to the unique identification information can be determined based on the preference and preference information.

Based on the operation frequency information corresponding to the historical operation object, the preference and preference degree of the service receiver for the historical operation object can be determined, and the higher the operation frequency corresponding to the historical operation object is, the more preference and preference of the service receiver for the historical operation object are indicated; similarly, the preference and preference degree of the service receiver for the historical operation object attribution can be determined based on the historical operation object attribution frequency information, and the higher the occurrence frequency of the historical operation object attribution, the more preference and preference of the service receiver for the historical operation object attribution are shown.

In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the candidate object may be selected according to object history operation information, where the object history operation information may include one or more of the following information: the number of times the history of the objects is operated within a preset history time period, evaluation information of the history of the objects within a preset history time period, and the like, and the degree of likeness of each object can be determined based on the operation information of the history of the objects. Specifically, the above-mentioned contents of the object history operation information, that is, the operated times of the object history in the preset history time period and the evaluation information of the object history in the preset history time period, may be used as an evaluation element for selecting the candidate object, and then the evaluation score of each object is calculated based on the evaluation element, so as to determine the candidate object corresponding to the candidate operation object owner, that is, in this implementation, the portion for acquiring the candidate object corresponding to the candidate operation object owner may be configured to:
determining evaluation elements of the candidate object, and setting weight values for the evaluation elements;
calculating an evaluation sub-score corresponding to each evaluation element according to the historical operation data of the object;
carrying out weighted average on the evaluation sub-scores based on the weight values of the evaluation elements, and calculating to obtain object evaluation scores;
and determining candidate objects corresponding to the candidate operation object attribution parties according to the object evaluation scores, for example, selecting a preset number of objects with the highest object evaluation scores as the candidate objects.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, when the matching degree between the candidate object and the historical operation information is calculated, the matching degree between the candidate object and the historical operation information may be determined according to the similarity between the candidate object information and the historical operation information, and a candidate object with a higher similarity to the historical operation information is an object that is more matched with the historical operation information.
In another optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the candidate object may be directly determined according to the historical operation information, and then the target object is determined, that is, the portion of the target object corresponding to the unique identification information is determined according to the historical operation information, and may be configured to:
acquiring a candidate object according to the operation frequency information corresponding to the historical operation object;
calculating the matching degree between the candidate object and the historical operation information;
and determining the candidate objects with the highest matching degree in the preset number as the target objects corresponding to the unique identity information.
This embodiment differs from the previous embodiment in that, in this implementation, the candidate is determined directly from the operation frequency information corresponding to the historical operation object in the historical operation information, without resorting to the historical operation object attribution information. In this implementation manner, the historical operation objects may be ranked based on the operation frequency information corresponding to the historical operation objects in the historical operation information, and the historical operation object with the highest operation frequency is considered as the most likely object to be favored by the service recipient, that is, the step of obtaining the candidate object according to the operation frequency information corresponding to the historical operation object may be implemented as: and acquiring a preset number of historical operation objects with the highest operation frequency corresponding to the historical operation objects as the candidate objects.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the apparatus further includes a part, in response to detecting a target object modification request for one or more target objects in the target object group, for modifying a target object requested to be modified according to the target object modification request, and sending the modified target object to the multi-party information processing requester, that is, as shown in fig. 6, the information processing apparatus includes:
an obtaining module 601, configured to obtain a plurality of unique identification information input by a multi-party information processing requester in response to detecting a multi-party information processing request, where the multi-party information processing request at least includes information processing task content and information processing task number;
a determining module 602 configured to determine a target object combination corresponding to the plurality of unique identification information according to the plurality of unique identification information;
a sending module 603 configured to send the target object combination information to the multi-party information processing requester;
a modification module 604 configured to respond to detecting a target object modification request for one or more target objects in the target object group, wherein the target object modification request includes target object information requesting modification, modify the target object requesting modification according to the target object modification request, and send the modified target object to the multi-party information processing requester.
In order to further improve the service quality of the internet platform, in this implementation, one or more target objects in the target object combination that have been provided can also be modified at the request of the service recipient. The modified target object may be a part of target objects in the target object combination or may be all target objects, that is, if a certain service recipient or certain service recipients are not satisfied with some or all target objects in the target object combination, a request may be made to modify or replace the corresponding target object. In modifying or replacing the target object, a newly modified or newly replaced target object may be determined by referring to the above method of determining a target object, except that at this time, the target object which has been used as the target object and is requested to be modified or replaced by the service recipient should be removed from the acquired candidate objects, and then a new target object is selected from the candidate objects.
The present disclosure also discloses an electronic device, fig. 7 shows a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 7, the electronic device 700 includes a memory 701 and a processor 702; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory 701 is used to store one or more computer instructions, which are executed by the processor 702 to implement the above-described method steps.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a computer system suitable for implementing an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8, the computer system 800 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)801 which can execute various processes in the above-described embodiments according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)802 or a program loaded from a storage section 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM803, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 800 are also stored. The CPU801, ROM802, and RAM803 are connected to each other via a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to bus 804.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 805: an input portion 806 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 807 including a signal such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 808 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 809 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 809 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 810 is also connected to the I/O interface 805 as necessary. A removable medium 811 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 810 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted on the storage section 808 as necessary.
In particular, the above described methods may be implemented as computer software programs, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program comprising program code for performing the above-described information processing method. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication section 809 and/or installed from the removable medium 811.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowcharts or block diagrams may represent a module, a program segment, or a portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. The computer readable storage medium stores one or more programs for use by one or more processors in performing the methods described in the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
in response to the detection of a multi-party information processing request, acquiring a plurality of unique identification information input by a multi-party information processing requester, wherein the multi-party information processing request at least comprises information processing task content and information processing task quantity;
determining a target object combination corresponding to the plurality of unique identification information according to the plurality of unique identification information;
and sending the target object combination information to the multi-party information processing requester.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the number of unique identification information entered by the multi-party information processing requestor is less than or equal to the number of information processing tasks.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining a target object combination corresponding to the plurality of unique identification information according to the plurality of unique identification information comprises:
determining a target object corresponding to the unique identity information according to the unique identity information;
and combining the target objects corresponding to the plurality of unique identification information to obtain the target object combination.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining of the target object corresponding to the unique identification information from the unique identification information is implemented as:
determining historical operation information corresponding to the unique identity information according to the unique identity information, wherein the historical operation information comprises one or more of the following information: historical operation object information, operation frequency information corresponding to a historical operation object, historical operation object attribution party information, historical operation object attribution party appearance frequency information and historical operation object evaluation information;
and determining a target object corresponding to the unique identity identification information according to the historical operation information.
5. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the information processing system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is configured to respond to the detection of a multi-party information processing request and acquire a plurality of pieces of unique identification information input by a multi-party information processing requester, and the multi-party information processing request at least comprises information processing task content and information processing task quantity;
a determination module configured to determine a target object combination corresponding to the plurality of unique identification information according to the plurality of unique identification information;
a sending module configured to send the target object combination information to the multi-party information processing requester.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the number of unique ID information inputted by the multi-party information processing requester is less than or equal to the number of information processing tasks.
7. The apparatus of claim 5 or 6, wherein the determining module comprises:
a determining submodule configured to determine, according to the unique identification information, a target object corresponding to the unique identification information;
and the combining submodule is configured to combine the target objects corresponding to the plurality of unique identification information to obtain the target object combination.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the determination submodule is configured to:
determining historical operation information corresponding to the unique identity information according to the unique identity information, wherein the historical operation information comprises one or more of the following information: historical operation object information, operation frequency information corresponding to a historical operation object, historical operation object attribution party information, historical operation object attribution party appearance frequency information and historical operation object evaluation information;
and determining a target object corresponding to the unique identity identification information according to the historical operation information.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor; wherein the memory is configured to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are executed by the processor to implement the method steps of any of claims 1-4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, characterized in that the computer instructions, when executed by a processor, carry out the method steps of any of claims 1-4.
