本发明涉及一种机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:HVI‑150SN基础油30‑40份、降凝油2‑3份、T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐3‑5份、T321硫磺异丁烯3‑5份、氯化石蜡1‑3份、硬脂酸钙2‑4份、聚乙烯蜡1‑3份、硬脂酸酰胺3‑4份、硬脂酸酰胺3‑5份、硬脂酸酰胺2‑3份、硬脂酸酰胺1‑2份、硬脂酸酰胺2‑3份。本发明材料易得,方法简单,制作成本低,有效去除表面的张力,消除泡沫,具有良好的耐磨性,防腐防锈效果好,抗氧化能力强,保质时间长,油性好,粘度适中,不吸灰尘等杂物,润滑效果好,时间长久,减少机械间的摩擦,延长使用寿命,还具有一定的阻燃效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油领域,具体涉及一种机械专用润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
机械生产过程中多多少少都会具有摩擦力,长时间使用后,由于摩擦力增大,会引起机械的损伤,润滑油的出现很好的解决了这列问题,在现有的技术中,润滑油粘度过大,吸收一定的灰尘等,影响润滑油的发挥,不能起到很好的润滑效果,且较短时间内就干掉,要不断的添加润滑油,提高成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足而提供一种机械专用润滑油及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案包括:一种机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:HVI-150SN基础油30-40份、降凝油2-3份、T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐3-5份、T321硫磺异丁烯3-5份、氯化石蜡1-3份、硬脂酸钙2-4份、聚乙烯蜡1-3份、硬脂酸酰胺3-4份、硬脂酸酰胺3-5份、硬脂酸酰胺2-3份、硬脂酸酰胺1-2份、硬脂酸酰胺2-3份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:其制备方法如下:
A、将HVI-150SN基础油、降凝油、氯化石蜡、硬脂酸钙和聚乙烯蜡进行混合搅拌,搅拌转速为320-350r/min;
B、将步骤A中得混合物缓慢加入T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐和T321硫磺异丁烯,搅拌均匀,转速为150-200r/min,温度设为35-55℃;
C、将步骤B中的混合我加入硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺和硬脂酸酰胺进行混合,并放入离心机中处理,离心机转速为2000-2400r/min;
D、提取步骤C中的混合物,采用0.5-1mm过滤网进行过滤,留取油性液体,进行高温灭菌处理,温度设为100-130℃。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明材料易得,方法简单,制作成本低,有效去除表面的张力,消除泡沫,具有良好的耐磨性,防腐防锈效果好,抗氧化能力强,保质时间长,油性好,粘度适中,不吸灰尘等杂物,润滑效果好,时间长久,减少机械间的摩擦,延长使用寿命,还具有一定的阻燃效果。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
一种机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:HVI-150SN基础油32份、降凝油2份、T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐4份、T321硫磺异丁烯5份、氯化石蜡2份、硬脂酸钙3份、聚乙烯蜡2份、硬脂酸酰胺3份、硬脂酸酰胺4份、硬脂酸酰胺3份、硬脂酸酰胺2份、硬脂酸酰胺3份。
本实施例中,制备方法如下:
A、将HVI-150SN基础油、降凝油、氯化石蜡、硬脂酸钙和聚乙烯蜡进行混合搅拌,搅拌转速为330r/min;
B、将步骤A中得混合物缓慢加入T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐和T321硫磺异丁烯,搅拌均匀,转速为180r/min,温度设为40℃;
C、将步骤B中的混合我加入硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺和硬脂酸酰胺进行混合,并放入离心机中处理,离心机转速为2300r/min;
D、提取步骤C中的混合物,采用0.6mm过滤网进行过滤,留取油性液体,进行高温灭菌处理,温度设为120℃。
实施例2
一种机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:HVI-150SN基础油38份、降凝油3份、T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐4份、T321硫磺异丁烯5份、氯化石蜡3份、硬脂酸钙4份、聚乙烯蜡3份、硬脂酸酰胺4份、硬脂酸酰胺5份、硬脂酸酰胺3份、硬脂酸酰胺2份、硬脂酸酰胺3份。
本实施例中,制备方法如下:
A、将HVI-150SN基础油、降凝油、氯化石蜡、硬脂酸钙和聚乙烯蜡进行混合搅拌,搅拌转速为350r/min;
B、将步骤A中得混合物缓慢加入T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐和T321硫磺异丁烯,搅拌均匀,转速为200r/min,温度设为55℃;
C、将步骤B中的混合我加入硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺和硬脂酸酰胺进行混合,并放入离心机中处理,离心机转速为2400r/min;
D、提取步骤C中的混合物,采用0.5mm过滤网进行过滤,留取油性液体,进行高温灭菌处理,温度设为130℃。
实施例3
一种机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:HVI-150SN基础油40份、降凝油2份、T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐3份、T321硫磺异丁烯3份、氯化石蜡2份、硬脂酸钙2份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸酰胺3份、硬脂酸酰胺3份、硬脂酸酰胺2份、硬脂酸酰胺1份、硬脂酸酰胺2份。
本实施例中,制备方法如下:
A、将HVI-150SN基础油、降凝油、氯化石蜡、硬脂酸钙和聚乙烯蜡进行混合搅拌,搅拌转速为350r/min;
B、将步骤A中得混合物缓慢加入T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐和T321硫磺异丁烯,搅拌均匀,转速为150r/min,温度设为35℃;
C、将步骤B中的混合我加入硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺和硬脂酸酰胺进行混合,并放入离心机中处理,离心机转速为2000r/min;
D、提取步骤C中的混合物,采用0.5-1mm过滤网进行过滤,留取油性液体,进行高温灭菌处理,温度设为100℃。
实施例4
一种机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:HVI-150SN基础油36份、降凝油3份、T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐3份、T321硫磺异丁烯3份、氯化石蜡1份、硬脂酸钙3份、聚乙烯蜡2份、硬脂酸酰胺4份、硬脂酸酰胺4份、硬脂酸酰胺2份、硬脂酸酰胺2份、硬脂酸酰胺3份。
本实施例中,制备方法如下:
A、将HVI-150SN基础油、降凝油、氯化石蜡、硬脂酸钙和聚乙烯蜡进行混合搅拌,搅拌转速为330r/min;
B、将步骤A中得混合物缓慢加入T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐和T321硫磺异丁烯,搅拌均匀,转速为170r/min,温度设为45℃;
C、将步骤B中的混合我加入硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺和硬脂酸酰胺进行混合,并放入离心机中处理,离心机转速为2200r/min;
D、提取步骤C中的混合物,采用0.8mm过滤网进行过滤,留取油性液体,进行高温灭菌处理,温度设为110℃。

1.一种机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,其特征在于:原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:HVI-150SN基础油30-40份、降凝油2-3份、T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐3-5份、T321硫磺异丁烯3-5份、氯化石蜡1-3份、硬脂酸钙2-4份、聚乙烯蜡1-3份、硬脂酸酰胺3-4份、硬脂酸酰胺3-5份、硬脂酸酰胺2-3份、硬脂酸酰胺1-2份、硬脂酸酰胺2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法如下:
A、将HVI-150SN基础油、降凝油、氯化石蜡、硬脂酸钙和聚乙烯蜡进行混合搅拌,搅拌转速为320-350r/min;
B、将步骤A中得混合物缓慢加入T206硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐和T321硫磺异丁烯,搅拌均匀,转速为150-200r/min,温度设为35-55℃;
C、将步骤B中的混合我加入硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺、硬脂酸酰胺和硬脂酸酰胺进行混合,并放入离心机中处理,离心机转速为2000-2400r/min;
D、提取步骤C中的混合物,采用0.5-1mm过滤网进行过滤,留取油性液体,进行高温灭菌处理,温度设为100-130℃。
