本发明一种汗布翠绿色染色工艺,本工艺无需缝边序省去一道工序在染色工艺上先加元明粉使其均匀的分布在布面上,解决了色斑的问题,添加平滑剂可消除由外界的机械作用拉伸或摩擦造成的所以,织物的起毛或起球问题,通过风量与提布轮线速度的匹配关系,让织物离开导布管后有一个扩展过程,不断改变束装位置,使得折叠处迅速展开,使得织物不会产生折痕,从而避免在折痕处产生染料吸附有差异;且本工艺此工艺无论从织物的毛效、光洁度、手感、失重等方面均有更好的效果,省时、省助剂、低能耗、低排放;本工艺使得织物各项染色牢度的指标更好、保证匀染性;并通过染色时间的控制防止,已经发生键式反应的染料又断键,导致染色不匀等问题。

随着社会的环境保护和能源消耗的日益重视,在染色行业中,气流染色机 依其低浴比而实现低消耗被业内人士誉为环保节能染色机,任何新生事物的出 现都会带来与之相关联的问题,新的适合气流染色工艺的研究也就迫在眉睫了。
目前的染色多采用溢流染色,溢流染色工艺有程序复杂、耗能高、助剂使 用量大、排放量大、耗时长等问题;也有少数采用气流染色工艺的,但是多有 因活性翠兰是平面结构与高浓度电解质已发生聚集蒂合,在织物表面造成色斑; 由外界的机械作用拉伸或摩擦造成的织物的起毛或起球现象;针织物可能出现 的纵向折痕;染色时间过长将已经达到动平衡的时间误以为不够,结果造成了 已经发生键式反应的染料又断键,后处理又没充分的去除等问题。

在所述S3染色的步骤中包括加入60g/L的元明粉和1.3-1.7ml/L平滑剂的步 骤。
进一步地,所述S1预定型工艺为:
S101:将汗布入定型机,以每秒5-10℃/min的速度升温至160℃-210℃;
S102:设置预定型机车速为20码/分钟、上下风量为80%-95%、超喂为60%-80%、轧液率为85%-90%,所述预定型机的幅宽为光坯布的105%-115%, 静置30-60分钟。
进一步地,所述S2前处理工艺为:
S201:把汗布按照1:3.5的浴比放入染缸,染缸温度升至35℃静置1分钟, 加入0.8-1.2m/L去油剂、2.0-3.0ml/L煮练剂、消泡剂、1.0-2.0ml/L浴中润滑剂、 2-4g/L精练酶和2-4g/L 95%的纯碱后静置5分钟;
S202:匀速加入7-9ml/L的双氧水一分钟,以2℃/m分钟的速度匀速升温至 115℃保温20分钟,以2℃/m分钟的速度匀速降温至80℃,放去残留液体;
S203:按照浴比1:3.5进水,直接升温至90℃,水洗5分钟,放去残留液 体;
S204:按照浴比1:3.5进水,用1ml/L醋酸将PH值调至4.5-5.5加入0.8ml/L 除氧酶,温度调至40-50℃,直接升温至75-85℃,保温5分钟灭活除氧酶,加 热排水冲洗5分钟,将残留液体放入染色程序。

S301:按照浴比1:3.5匀速入水,静置3分钟,用2-5分钟时间循环加入 1.3-1.7ml/L浴中润滑剂、1.3-1.7ml/L匀染剂、1.3-1.7ml/L平滑剂、2-4m/L无泡 皂煮液和95%的纯碱的混合液,染色机35℃恒温5分钟;
S302:用8-12分钟时间循环加入60g/l元明粉,保持35℃恒温5分钟;
S303:用12-20分钟时间循环加入染料,静置10分钟;
S304:以1℃/min匀速升温至90℃,保温15分钟,以2℃/min匀速降温至 60℃,保温15分钟;
S305:用8-12分钟时间循环加入95%的纯碱,静置5分钟;
S306:用14-16分钟时间循环加入95%的纯碱,静置5分钟;
S307:以1℃/min匀速升至80℃,保温30分钟,放掉残留液体。

S203:按照浴比1:3.5进水,直接升温至90℃,水洗5分钟,放去残留液 体;
S204:按照浴比1:3.5进水,用1ml/L醋酸将PH值调至4.5-5.5加入0.8ml/L 除氧酶,温度调至40-50℃,直接升温至75-85℃,保温5分钟灭活除氧酶,加 热排水冲洗5分钟,将残留液体放入染色程序。
此工艺无论从织物的毛效、光洁度、手感、失重等方面均有更好的效果。

(80℃-25℃)×350=19250千卡
折合标煤:(31500+22750+19250)÷7000≈10.5kg
排放:350×4=1400L
通过数据显示,此种工艺省时、低能耗、低排放。

S301:按照浴比1:3.5匀速入水,静置3分钟,用2-5分钟时间循环加入 1.3-1.7ml/L浴中润滑剂、1.3-1.7ml/L匀染剂、1.3-1.7ml/L平滑剂、2-4m/L无泡 皂煮液和95%的纯碱的混合液,染色机35℃恒温5分钟;
S302:用8-12分钟时间循环加入60g/l元明粉,保持35℃恒温5分钟;
S303:用12-20分钟时间循环加入染料,静置10分钟;
S304:以1℃/min匀速升温至90℃,保温15分钟,以2℃/min匀速降温至 60℃,保温15分钟;
S305:用8-12分钟时间循环加入95%的纯碱,静置5分钟;
S306:用14-16分钟时间循环加入95%的纯碱,静置5分钟;
S307:以1℃/min匀速升至80℃,保温30分钟,放掉残留液体。
耗能:(90℃-25℃)×350=22750千卡
(80℃-60℃)×350=7000千卡
折合标煤:(22750+7000)÷7000≈4.25kg
排放:350×1=350L
通过上述数据显示,此工艺耗时短,低能耗、低排放。
且因是由于气流的强力作用染料分子缩短了渗透、扩散进入纤维内部的的 时间能够及时与纤维完成键式反应,使得织物各项染色牢度的指标更好;因染 色时布速快,提高织物与染液的交换频率,保证匀染性。
染色时间控制起到尤为重要的作用,采用上述时间,织物与染液的交换频 率高,完成相同交换次数所时间短,可防止,已经发生键式反应的染料又断键, 导致染色不匀等问题。
实施例五,在上述实施例的基础上,所述染料包括2.3%owf的活性翠兰、 0.14%owf的活性黄和0.75%owf活性嫩黄。
采用上述量的染料组合,使得染出色效果更好。

S101:将汗布入定型机,以每秒5-10℃/min的速度升温至160℃-210℃;
S102:设置预定型机车速为20码/分钟、上下风量为80%-95%、超喂为60%-80%、轧液率为85%-90%,所述预定型机的幅宽为光坯布的105%-115%,静置30-60分钟。
3.如权利要求1所述的汗布翠绿色气流染色工艺,其特征在于,所述S2前处理工艺为:
S201:把汗布按照1:3.5的浴比放入染缸,染缸温度升至35℃静置1分钟,加入0.8-1.2m/L去油剂、2.0-3.0ml/L煮练剂、消泡剂、1.0-2.0ml/L浴中润滑剂、2-4g/L精练酶和2-4g/L 95%的纯碱后静置5分钟;
S202:匀速加入7-9ml/L的双氧水一分钟,以2℃/m分钟的速度匀速升温至115℃保温20分钟,以2℃/m分钟的速度匀速降温至80℃,放去残留液体;
S203:按照浴比1:3.5进水,直接升温至90℃,水洗5分钟,放去残留液体;
S204:按照浴比1:3.5进水,用1ml/L醋酸将PH值调至4.5-5.5加入0.8ml/L除氧酶,温度调至40-50℃,直接升温至75-85℃,保温5分钟灭活除氧酶,加热排水冲洗5分钟,将残留液体放入染色程序。
4.如权利要求1所述的汗布翠绿色气流染色工艺,其特征在于,所述S3染色工艺为:
S301:按照浴比1:3.5匀速入水,静置3分钟,用2-5分钟时间循环加入1.3-1.7ml/L浴中润滑剂、1.3-1.7ml/L匀染剂、1.3-1.7ml/L平滑剂、2-4m/L无泡皂煮液和95%的纯碱的混合液,染色机35℃恒温5分钟;
S302:用8-12分钟时间循环加入60g/l元明粉,保持35℃恒温5分钟;
S303:用12-20分钟时间循环加入染料,静置10分钟;
S304:以1℃/min匀速升温至90℃,保温15分钟,以2℃/min匀速降温至60℃,保温15分钟;
S305:用8-12分钟时间循环加入95%的纯碱,静置5分钟;
S306:用14-16分钟时间循环加入95%的纯碱,静置5分钟;
S307:以1℃/min匀速升至80℃,保温30分钟,放掉残留液体。
5.如权利要求1所述的汗布翠绿色气流染色工艺,其特征在于,所述染料包括2.3%owf的活性翠兰、0.14%owf的活性黄和0.75%owf活性嫩黄。
6.如权利要求4所述的汗布翠绿色气流染色工艺,其特征在于,所述匀染剂为匀染剂C-450。
7.如权利要求3所述的汗布翠绿色气流染色工艺,其特征在于,所述前处理工艺中每100kg染织物使用:30%双氧水2.7-2.9L、精练酶1.0-1.1kg、95%纯碱1.0-1.1kg、煮练剂0.87-0.88L、醋酸0.34-0.36L、除氧酶0.27-0.29L、去油剂0.34-0.36L、浴中润滑剂0.524-0.526L。
8.如权利要求4所述的汗布翠绿色气流染色工艺,其特征在于,所述染色工艺中每100kg染织物使用:浴中润滑剂0.524-0.526L、匀染剂0.524-0.526L、元明粉20-22kg、95%纯碱5.24-5.26kg、醋酸0.34-0.36L、无泡皂煮液1.04-1.06L。
9.如权利要求4所述的汗布翠绿色气流染色工艺,其特征在于,所述染色工艺中每100kg染织物使用:2.3%owf的活性翠兰2.5kg、0.14%owf的活性黄0.14kg和0.75%owf活性嫩黄0.75kg。
