Abstract
本发明公开了一种辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法,本发明以天然纤维水刺无纺布为基材,将组方溶液经超临界二氧化碳流体萃取成高纯度的萃取精华液,通过微乳雾化“分子互渗”嫁接技术将稀释后的高纯度萃取精华液均匀渗入天然纤维水刺无纺布中。本发明所用组方配方由芳香燥湿的天然植物组成,可缓解局部紧张疼痛、清洁抑菌预防感染等保健作用,采用微乳雾化“分子互渗”嫁接技术使天然纤维水刺无纺布中的精华液微量且均匀,既有精华液的保护功效,又能保持棉纤维自然、舒坦、亲肤的天性,双重封闭箱操作,给经期提供一个舒适无菌、预防感染、降低妇科发病率的环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布的技术领域,尤其涉及一种辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法。
背景技术
卫生巾作为女性日常生活用品中不可缺少的一部分,与女性生活健康息息相关,经期间有三分之一的女性不同程度的遭受痛经,女性经血含有丰富的营养基,当经血排到卫生巾上后,一些细菌真菌在体温的作用下往往疯狂繁殖,进入体内攻击表层组织,产生妇科炎症,随着卫生巾的普及以及女性的需求,市面上出现了多功能卫生巾。
目前药物卫生巾相关的配方和制备工艺有很多,例如:
中国专利申请CN102697830A,一种防治经期疾病的药物组合物及其制备方法和应用,其活性成分由当归挥发油、川芎挥发油、紫草渗漉液、小檗碱制成。
中国专利申请CN103806269A,一种用于卫生巾的热感无纺布制备方法,包括热感整理液的配制、辊涂上浆以及烘干处理步骤。
以上相关配方制备的卫生巾生产工艺复杂,生产过程未隔绝细菌和真菌,易造成妇科炎症的发生。其药物的导入主要以辊涂的方式喷洒在卫生巾表层,往往不均匀,导致卫生巾表层质地较硬,与肌肤摩擦大,且药物主要集中在卫生巾表层,导致药物与肌肤接触量大,时效短,对皮肤有刺激,破坏人体自身清洁免疫系统,本发明主要提供一种利用微乳雾化“分子互渗”嫁接技术制备辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布生产工艺,其操作简单,制备的产品经期预防感染效果明显,舒适柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可用于制备护理型妇科专用棉巾的预防经期感染的天然纤维水刺无纺布,本发明将止痛抑菌药物通过独创的微乳雾化 “分子互渗”嫁接技术运用到天然纤维水刺无纺布中,赋予了产品预防感染、活血止痛、安全卫生的保健功能,弥补了目前同类产品缺陷,对提升女性健康、改善生活品质具有跨时代的意义。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.天然纤维水刺无纺布制备:高压微细水流喷射到纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,得到天然纤维水刺无纺布;
S2.组方配制:将组方中各组分混合后用水煎煮2~4小时,煎液过滤得到组方溶液;
S3.超临界萃取:将S2中的组方溶液进行超临界二氧化碳流体萃取,超临界二氧化碳流体萃取的压力为20~50MPa,温度为30~100℃,萃取1~4小时后得到高纯度的组方精华液;
S4.微乳雾化嫁接:以天然纤维水刺无纺布为载体,将组方精华液加入4~8倍有机溶剂稀释后通过高压喷嘴喷射雾化,雾化后的组方精华液在上下对流的高压气流作用下均匀分布在天然纤维水刺无纺布上;雾化温度15~20℃,雾化压力0.1~0.3MPa,气柱喷气气压0.3~0.65MPa;
S5.烘干处理:在无菌洁净密闭空间的旋转传送带上,传送带以50~70m/min转速,60~80℃温度下旋转烘干5~8秒。
所述天然纤维水刺无纺布强度高、低起毛性、高吸湿性、快速吸湿、透气性好、不含化学粘合剂。
S1中所述纤维为纯天然纤维,优选地棉纤维。
所述天然纤维水刺无纺布在双重封闭箱内进行超临界萃取与微乳雾化“分子互渗”嫁接技术操作,切断细菌源。
步骤S4所述高压气流为氮气或二氧化碳中的一种。
步骤S4所述有机溶剂为乙醇、甘油、丙二醇、苯甲醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或几种。
步骤S4所述有机溶剂与组方精华液按重量比4~8:1混合,优选地,所述有机溶剂与组方精华液按重量比4:1混合。
步骤S4所述天然纤维水刺无纺布每平方米平均分布组方精华液2.2~6.0g,优选地所述天然纤维水刺无纺布每平方米平均分布组方精华液2.27g。
优选地,所述超临界二氧化碳流体萃取的压力为30MPa,萃取温度为35℃,萃取时间为2小时。
优选地,所述烘干处理温度为65℃。
所述组方中各组分为丹参、益母草、黄芪、鸡血藤、首乌藤、仙鹤草苦参、防风、当归、川芎、紫草、黄柏、蛇床子、黄连、白矾、百部、冰片、艾叶中的一种或几种。
黄柏具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、减轻局部充血,起到收敛消炎的作用,并对痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌具有较强抑制作用。
当归具有补血行气、调经止痛、润燥通便;为妇科要药,气味芳香。
川芎具有活血行气,祛风,解经止痛;体外试验对多种致病菌与真菌有抑制作用;气味芳香。
紫草具有止血止痛,凉血活血,清热解毒,解毒透疹(抗过敏);临床常用于湿疹性皮炎,女阴炎。
益母草具有活血祛淤、活血调经,用于血滞经闭、痛经、经行不畅,瘀滞腹痛。
所述超临界二氧化碳流体萃取技术提取的高纯度组方精华液为100%纯天然性。
所述微乳雾化 “分子互渗”嫁接技术中的气柱上下两排一一对应排成一排,每隔1cm分布一个高压喷嘴,高压喷嘴横截面积20平方厘米。
所述天然纤维水刺无纺布制成巾体后整体经环氧乙烷消毒。
本发明还提供了一种辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法制备得到的天然纤维水刺无纺布。
本发明还提供了一种所述的天然纤维水刺无纺布在制备医药卫生用品中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本产品中的组方精华液是芳香燥湿的天然植物组方,具有缓解局部紧张疼痛、清洁抑菌、防止感染等保健作用;
(2)带有组方精华液的天然纤维水刺无纺布与人体摩擦接触后部分有效分子破裂,在人的体温作用下,通过毛线腺囊进入子宫,将经血和子宫内淤血及时排出体外,减少因淤血在体内滞留时间长产生病变,给经期提供了一个无菌的环境,遇到经血,细菌的滋生缓慢,抑制感染、降低妇科疾病发病率的效果;
(3)通过采用超临界二氧化碳流体萃取,有效防止了热敏性物质的氧化和挥散,保证了组方精华液100%的纯天然性,CO2气体价格便宜,纯度高,容易制取,且在生产中可以重复循环使用,从而有效地降低了成本;
(4)以天然纤维水刺无纺布为基材,采用微乳雾化“分子互渗”技术,实现了提取液的均匀高效渗附,既保护精华液的功效,又维护棉纤维自然、舒软、亲肤的天性,赋予了产品的保健功能;
(5)本发明操作在双重封闭箱内操作,杜绝细菌污染,安全卫生。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明,但不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.天然纤维水刺无纺布制备:高压微细水流喷射到纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,得到天然纤维水刺无纺布;
S2.组方配制:称取当归10份、艾叶10份、川芎30份、紫草15份、黄柏5份。将各组分混合后用蒸馏水煎煮4小时,煎液过滤得到组方溶液;
S3.超临界萃取:将S2中的组方溶液装入超临界二氧化碳流体萃取装置进行萃取,超临界萃取压力30MPa,超临界萃取温度35℃,超临界萃取2小时后得到高纯度的组方精华液;
S4.微乳雾化 “分子互渗”嫁接:以天然纤维水刺无纺布为载体,将高纯度的组方精华液加入4倍乙醇稀释后通过高压喷嘴喷射雾化,雾化后的组方精华液在上下对流的高压氮气气流作用下均匀分布在天然纤维水刺无纺布上,雾化温度15℃,雾化压力0.1MPa,气柱喷气气压0.3MPa;天然纤维水刺无纺布每平方米平均分布高纯度精华液2.27g;
S5.烘干处理:在无菌洁净密闭空间的旋转传送带上,传送带以50m/min转速, 80℃温度下旋转烘干5秒。
实施例2
一种辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1.天然纤维水刺无纺布制备:高压微细水流喷射到纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,得到天然纤维水刺无纺布;
S2.组方配制:称取当归10份、艾叶10份、川芎30份、紫草15份、黄柏5份。将各组分混合后用蒸馏水煎煮4小时,煎液过滤得到组方溶液;
S3.超临界萃取:将S2中的组方溶液装入超临界二氧化碳流体萃取装置进行萃取,超临界萃取压力30MPa,超临界萃取温度35℃,超临界萃取2小时后得到高纯度组方精华液;
S4.微乳雾化 “分子互渗”嫁接:以天然纤维水刺无纺布为载体,将高纯度组方精华液加入6倍苯甲醇稀释后通过高压喷嘴喷射雾化,雾化后的组方精华液在上下对流的高压二氧化碳气流作用下均匀分布在天然纤维水刺无纺布上,雾化温度15℃,雾化压力0.1MPa,气柱喷气气压0.65MPa;天然纤维水刺无纺布每平方米平均分布高纯度精华液6.0g;
S5.烘干处理:在无菌洁净密闭空间的旋转传送带上,传送带以50m/min转速,60℃温度下旋转烘干8秒。
实施例3
一种辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布的配制方法包括如下步骤:
S1.天然纤维水刺无纺布制备:高压微细水流喷射到纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,得到天然纤维水刺无纺布;
S2.组方配制:称取当归10份、艾叶10份、川芎30份、紫草15份、黄柏5份。将各组分混合后用蒸馏水煎煮2小时,煎液过滤得到组方溶液;
S3.超临界萃取:将S2中的组方溶液装入超临界二氧化碳流体萃取装置进行萃取,超临界萃取压力50MPa,超临界萃取温度50℃,超临界萃取3小时后得到高纯度组方精华液;
S4.微乳雾化 “分子互渗”嫁接:以天然纤维水刺无纺布为载体,将高纯度组方精华液加入8倍丙二醇稀释后通过高压喷嘴喷射雾化,雾化后的组方精华液在上下对流的高压氮气气流作用下均匀分布在天然纤维水刺无纺布上,雾化温度15℃,雾化压力0.1MPa,气柱喷气气压0.4MPa;天然纤维水刺无纺布每平方米平均分布高纯度精华液2.0g;
S5.烘干处理:在无菌洁净密闭空间的旋转传送带上,传送带以50m/min转速,65℃温度下旋转烘干8秒。

参考中国专利CN103806269A的实施例,其组成和制备方法同该实施例。
对比例2:参考实施例2制备步骤,S1为化学纤维制备的无纺布,后续制备步骤与实施例1相同。
实验例1:检测实验
对以上实例中的预防经期感染的天然纤维水刺无纺布主要性能指标进行检测,与普通经期无纺布检测结果对比,结果见表1,
表1经期用无纺布材料性能指标检测结果。
表1结果表明本发明制备的无纺布材料作为卫生巾材料各项检测指标均优于现有技术。
实验例2:药效使用实验
选择有痛经史的病人共240人,随机分成实施例1组,实施例2组,实施例3组,对比例1组,对比例2组五组,将实施例以及对比例的无纺布通过压合固定在高透气性底膜表面,制成卫生巾,然后使用卫生巾。实施例1组、实施例2组、实施例3组分别对应使用实施例1~3制备的预防经期感染的天然纤维水刺无纺布。对比例1组是将香兰基丁醚 1%、三氯生 0.3%、当归精油 0.2%、乙醇 25%、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚 7%、丙二醇 13.2%、聚乙二醇 400 20%、羧甲基纤维素 0.3%、水 33% 混合均匀、再向其中加入所述成膜剂溶液混合均匀,得到热感整理液,取无纺布基材,利用辊涂设备在辊涂速度为 110r/ 分钟的运行模式下将热感整理液附着到无纺布基材的两个表面,即得到热感无纺布半成品 ;将热感无纺布半成品在 60℃条件下烘干,直至其表面干燥,即得到一种用于卫生巾的热感无纺布。对比例2:参考实施例2制备步骤,S1为化学纤维制备的无纺布,后续制备步骤与实施例1相同。
经过三个月经周期使用,对其实验结果进行统计,其结果如下:
1、对痛经的影响:结果见表2

表2结果显示实施例1有38人痛经稍微减轻(占总人数的76%),实施例2有31人痛经稍微减轻(占总人数的73.8%),实施例3有41人痛经稍微减轻(占总人数的69.5%),对比例1有17人痛经稍微减轻(占总人数的34.7%),对比例2有26人痛经稍微减轻(占总人数的65%)。结果表明本发明可以缓解痛经症状,效果明显优于现有技术。
2、对经血颜色的影响:结果见表3

表3结果显示实施例1有42人经血颜色变鲜艳(代表淤血减轻,占总人数的84%),实施例2有35人经血颜色变鲜艳(占总人数的83.3%),实施例3有44人经血颜色变鲜艳(占总人数的74.6%),对比例1有24人经血颜色变鲜艳(占总人数的48.9%),对比例2有27人经血颜色变鲜艳(占总人数的67.5%),结果表明本发明可以活血化瘀,经血颜色变鲜艳,效果明显优于现有技术。
3、对外阴瘙痒症状的影响:结果见表4

表4结果显示实施例1有43人(86%)对外阴瘙痒症状有缓解,实施例2有33人(78.6%)对外阴瘙痒症状有缓解,实施例3有46人(78%)对外阴瘙痒症状有缓解,对比例1有24人(49%)对外阴瘙痒症状有缓解,对比例2有29人(72.5%)对外阴瘙痒症状有缓解,结果表明本发明对外阴瘙痒症状方面有较好的效果,效果明显优于现有技术。
4、使用后的整体感觉:结果见表5

表5结果显示实施例1有43人(86%)用后总体感觉舒适,实施例2有30人(71.4%)用后总体感觉舒适,实施例3有49人(83%)用后总体感觉舒适,对比例1有25人(51%)用后总体感觉舒适,对比例2有25人(62.5%)用后总体感觉舒适,结果表明本发明用后感觉舒适,舒适度明显优于现有技术。

1.一种辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.天然纤维水刺无纺布制备:高压微细水流喷射到纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,得到天然纤维水刺无纺布;
S2.组方配制:将组方中各组分混合后用水煎煮2~4小时,煎液过滤得到组方溶液;
S3.超临界萃取:将S2中的组方溶液进行超临界二氧化碳流体萃取,超临界二氧化碳流体萃取的压力为20~50MPa,温度为30~100℃,萃取1~4小时后得到高纯度的组方精华液;

S5.烘干处理:在无菌洁净密闭空间的旋转传送带上,传送带以50~70m/min转速,60~80℃温度下旋转烘干5~8秒。
2.根据权利要求1所述辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4所述高压气流为氮气或二氧化碳中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4所述有机溶剂为乙醇、甘油、丙二醇、苯甲醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4所述有机溶剂与组方精华液按重量比4~8:1混合,优选地,所述有机溶剂与组方精华液按重量比4:1混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4所述天然纤维水刺无纺布每平方米平均分布组方精华液2.0~6.0g,优选地天然纤维水刺无纺布每平方米平均分布组方精华液2.27g。
6.根据权利要求1所述辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述超临界二氧化碳流体萃取的压力为30MPa,萃取温度为35℃,萃取时间为2小时。
7.根据权利要求1所述辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述烘干处理的温度为65℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法,其特征在于,所述组方中各组分为丹参、益母草、黄芪、鸡血藤、首乌藤、仙鹤草苦参、防风、当归、川芎、紫草、黄柏、蛇床子、黄连、白矾、百部、冰片、艾叶中的一种或几种。
9.权利要求1~8所述辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布制备方法制备得到辅助调理经期的天然纤维水刺无纺布。
10.根据权利要求9所述的天然纤维水刺无纺布在制备医药卫生用品中的应用。
