技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物精华液及负载有植物精华液的护肤无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济技术的不断发展,人们对护肤无纺布的要求越来越高,相关功能性产品的市场规模也越来越大。目前市面上常用的护肤无纺布以无纺布为主,然而现有的无纺布采用的是全棉材料,虽然具有一定的柔软性但是不适宜用于婴儿使用;而且现有的护肤无纺布通常采用普通棉纤维,不具备保湿、抗菌等多种功效。
因此,如何有效将药液成分置于棉柔巾中,使其具备抗菌、滋养皮肤等多种功效,而不影响使用的舒适性,正是棉柔巾亟待解决的难题。
而且,棉纤维是制备棉柔巾的主要原料,虽然具有一定的柔软性但是不适宜用于婴儿使用。为了改善棉柔巾的柔软性,多采用棉纤维与其他纤维材料进行混纺,但现有混纺工艺制备的棉柔巾,为了使其具备抗菌、滋养皮肤的功效,现有技术通常将药效成分以辊涂的方式喷洒在棉柔巾表层。这种方法虽然能够在一定程度上起到抗菌和滋养皮肤的作用,但是辊涂往往不均匀,导致棉柔巾表层质地较硬,与肌肤摩擦大,且药效成分主要集中在棉柔巾表层,导致药物与肌肤接触量大,时效短,对皮肤有刺激,破坏人体自身清洁免疫系统。
发明内容
针对现有技术中护肤材料存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种植物精华液,所述植物精华液中含有芦荟等天然保湿成分,能够对皮肤起到滋润作用,同时还含有当归、鸡血藤等药物成分,能够起到杀菌抑菌的功效,将其应用于无纺布,将为无纺布带来更多功能性的应用前景。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供所述植物精华液的制备方法。
本发明还一要解决的技术问题是提供所述植物精华液的应用。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供一种植物精华液,所述植物精华液由如下重量份组分的活性成分提取物组成:冰片0.01~0.2份、芦荟0.01~0.3份、薄荷0.01~0.3份、当归0.01~0.1份、鸡血藤0.01~0.2份、丹参0.01~0.2份。
优选地,所述植物精华液由如下重量份组分的活性成分提取物组成:冰片0.15~0.2份、芦荟0.01~0.1份、薄荷0.01~0.2份、当归0.01~0.08份、鸡血藤0.15~0.2份、丹参0.08~0.2份。
进一步优选地,所述精华液由如下重量份组分的活性成分提取物组成:冰片0.15份、芦荟0.1份、薄荷0.2份、当归0.08份、鸡血藤0.15份、丹参0.08份。
所述植物精华液中以冰片、芦荟、薄荷、当归、鸡血藤、丹参等成分配伍,冰片为无色透明或白色半透明的片状松脆结晶,气清香,味辛、凉,芦荟含天然保湿成分,能够对皮肤起到滋润作用,薄荷是辛凉性发汗解热药,外用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等,当归、鸡血藤等药物成分,能够起到杀菌抑菌的功效,丹参里含有清脂因子和舒缓活血因子,一方面可以活血化瘀,改善血液循环,增加皮肤光泽,另一方面,还具有抗衰老、改善皮肤外观,保持皮肤柔软并增加弹性,消除和减少皮肤皱纹及老年斑等辅助作用。本发明经过长期试验,按照合理的用量将所述成分配伍形成植物精华液的原料,并将其应用于无纺布,将为无纺布带来更多功能性的应用前景。
所述植物精华液可以在本发明配伍的根本思想下,采用本领域现有可实现的技术手段制备得到。
本发明同时提供所述植物精华液的优选制备方法,所述芦荟采用乙醇提取后浓缩得浸膏;所述当归、鸡血藤、丹参分别经水煮提取过滤得提取液;将薄荷、冰片混合,加入芦荟提取物以及当归、丹参和鸡血藤的混合提取液,混合均匀,加入溶剂溶解即得。
本发明同时提供所述植物精华液的应用,其特征在于,将其作为涂覆液负载于护肤无纺布。
优选地,采用微乳雾化分子互渗技术将所述植物精华液喷洒在无纺布上,干燥后获得负载有植物精华液的护肤无纺布。
进一步优选地,是将植物精华液加入2~5倍有机溶剂稀释后通过高压喷嘴喷射雾化,雾化后的精华液在上下对流的高压气流作用下均匀分布在无纺布上,干燥后获得负载有植物精华液的护肤无纺布;所述雾化温度为18~24℃,雾化压力为0.4~0.8MPa,气柱喷气气压为0.2~0.4MPa。
更进一步地,所述雾化温度为20~24℃,雾化压力为0.4~0.6MPa,气柱喷气气压为0.2~0.3MPa;所述干燥温度为63~65℃,干燥时间为10~12s。
更进一步地,所述有机溶剂为乙醇、甘油、丙二醇、苯甲醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或几种。
本发明提供一种优选的护肤无纺布的制备方法,所述护肤无纺布包含原料成分向日葵纤维、粘胶纤维,经如下方法制备而成:
S1.预处理:将向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维分别进行预处理;
S2.原料混合:将预处理后的向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维按特定比例进行混合;
S3.将混合纤维依次经过梳理、铺网、水刺、干燥和卷取工序,即得向日葵纤维水刺无纺布。
本发明提供的向日葵纤维呈纺锤状,纤维表面纹孔较多,较硬,内壁边缘呈不规则锯齿状;纤维较短,平均长度0.67mm,但细胞壁较薄,壁腔比<1,且长度、宽度的分布频率较均一;而粘胶纤维较长,利用长短纤维混纺,可以减少“集束”现象,提高纤维间的抱合力。
本发明的向日葵纤维中富含亚油酸,它可以与皮肤的脂质结合保持皮肤水分,防止过分干燥;同时,向日葵纤维中还具有很好的抗氧化功能,长期使用可以延缓衰老,使肌肤润泽有弹性,达到由外到内的自然美容效果;而粘胶纤维本身吸湿性较好,具有光滑凉爽、透气等特点,本发明首次将向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维进行混纺,获得的护肤无纺布结合了两种纤维的优势,干爽透气、柔软性好。
进一步地,步骤S1中,所述向日葵纤维的预处理方法为:加入1~5g/L纯碱溶液,然后在50~60℃下浸泡50~60min,浴比为1:5~10;优选地,所述纯碱溶液加入量为1g/L,在60℃下浸泡50min,浴比为1:10。
更进一步地,所述纯碱溶液为氢氧化钠溶液、氢氧化钾溶液或氢氧化钙溶液中任一种。
为了有效除去粘胶纤维的油脂、污渍和杂质,需要对其进行预处理,进一步地,步骤S1中,所述粘胶纤维的预处理方法为:采用1~3wt.%的乳化剂在溢流染色机中进行热处理,温度为90~95℃,时间为20~40min;优选地,粘胶纤维用2wt.%的乳化剂在溢流染色机中进行热处理,温度为95℃,时间为30min,通过前处理除去坯布油脂、污渍和杂质。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为烷基苯磺酸钠或聚丙烯酰胺。
进一步地,步骤S2中,所述向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维的重量比为5~20:80~95;优选地,所述向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维的重量比为10~20:80~90;优选地,所述向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维的重量比为10~12:88~90。
进一步地,步骤S3中,所述梳理工序中,使用双锡林双道夫梳理机对纤维原料进行处理。
进一步地,步骤S3中,所述铺网工序中,采用交叉铺网形式。
进一步地,步骤S3中,所述干燥工序中,干燥温度为100~120℃。
进一步地,步骤S3中,所述水刺工序在转鼓式水刺机中进行,每个转鼓式水刺机包括4道水刺步骤。
水刺工艺将高压微细水流喷射到纤维网上,使纤维互相缠结在一起,从而使纤维网的以加固具备一定力学强度。通过对向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维的断裂强度、回潮率、含油率、纤度、长度等因素对水刺无纺布的性能影响,确定混纺水刺的水刺压力为10~28kg,水刺压力越大,水针能量越高,水刺出的无纺布强度也就越高,但是过高的水压会使纤维断裂及纤维流失,导致无纺布强度下降或直接使纤维网中的纤维产生位移二影响无纺布的质量;压力过低,纤维网的表面不能很好的固结。
本发明根据向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维的性能及含量,采用4道水刺工艺加固,并采用从低到高在降低的压力分布,其压力分别为:12~16kg、10~15kg、25~28kg和12~14kg,优选地,第1到第4道的水刺压力依次为:12~15kg、12~15kg、26~28kg和13~14kg。第一道水刺的压力过高会降低无纺布质量,使纤维断裂流失,家中水循环系统的负担,造成二、三道水刺工艺的漏针现象严重。二道水刺压力过小,纤维网加固不牢,结构松散,向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维不能紧密结合,使无纺布形成粗糙的表面,造成无纺布面的均匀度下降,起毛严重,影响产品的手感;二道水刺压力过大,使纤维排列杂乱、缠结度下降,从而使纵横强力比至加大,造成纤维损伤。三道水刺高压力对纤维网加固,使向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维达到良好的力学性能。四道水刺的主要作用是对无纺布面进行正、反面的修饰,对缠结度未达到饱和的纤维进一步穿刺,使其尽可能达到饱和,这就决定水刺压力不能过低;同时,四道水刺对无纺布的表面进行一定的修复,这就决定水刺压力不能过高。优选地,所述向日葵纤维与粘胶纤维通过四道水刺步骤,其水刺压力分别为15kg,14kg,27kg,13kg。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:

本发明采用的工艺将所述植物精华液负载于护肤无纺布,获得均匀、牢固的负载效果,精华液置于棉柔巾中,使其具备抗菌、滋养皮肤等多种功效,而不影响其使用的舒适性,解决了目前棉柔巾亟待解决的技术难题。
在此基础上,本发明进一步提供了一种无纺布的制备方法,创造性地使用向日葵纤维,根据向日葵纤维的特点,采用特定工艺对其进行预处理,使得向日葵纤维细腻、柔软度好,材料很合适用于将微乳雾化“分子互渗”嫁接技术运用到向日葵纤维水刺无纺布中,赋予了产品抗菌、滋养皮肤的功能,弥补了目前同类产品缺陷。
本发明独创性地将向日葵纤维作为原料,与粘胶纤维按特定比例混纺,充分结合了向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维制品各自的优点,面料具有柔软舒适、干爽透气的效果,同时还具有保湿、抗氧化、保持肌肤润泽等功能。本发明根据向日葵纤维本身的特点,采用特定工艺对向日葵纤维进行预处理,不但不会对纤维造成损伤,还能够使得向日葵纤维充分软化,提高向日葵纤维的保湿性,且向日葵纤维的品质及可纺性得到有效改善,使得向日葵纤维具有更好的柔软适肤性,提高了产品的制成率和质量。
本发明所述植物精华液与向日葵水刺无纺布有机结合,不仅负载效果好,而且无纺布与人体摩擦接触后部分有效分子破裂,在人的体温和植物精华液中配伍渗透作用因素的双重作用下,通过毛线腺囊进入皮肤,精华液中含有的芦荟等天然保湿成分,能够对皮肤起到滋润作用,同时还含有当归、鸡血藤等药物成分,还能够起到杀菌抑菌的功效。
本发明以向日葵纤维水刺无纺布为基材,采用微乳雾化“分子互渗”技术,实现了特定精华液的均匀高效渗附,既能保护精华液的功效,又不会对皮肤产生刺激,赋予了产品的抗菌、滋养皮肤等功能。

除非另有特别说明,本发明中用到的各种原材料、试剂、仪器和设备等均可通过市场购买得到或者可通过现有方法制备得到。
实施例1
(1)本实施例提供一种植物精华液,植物精华液由如下重量份组分的活性成分提取物组成:冰片0.01份、芦荟0.3份、薄荷0.01份、当归0.1份、鸡血藤0.2份、丹参0.2份;
(2)上述植物精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
首先,将芦荟粉碎后过30目筛,按照1:18的料液比(g:mL),用体积分数90%的乙醇超声提取85min,浓缩提取液成相对密度1.1~1.3的浸膏,即得,其中,超声提取的频率为40kHz,功率为500W;
其次,分别将当归、鸡血藤、丹参水煮,经提取、过滤脱渣取得相应滤液,将鸡血藤、丹参水煮后留下进行再提取;将该提取液与第一次提取液合并;
最后,将薄荷、冰片混合,加入芦荟提取物以及当归、丹参和鸡血藤的混合提取液,混合均匀,加入90%的乙醇,超声溶解,至粉色透明溶液,即得,其中超声溶解的频率为40kHz,功率为500W。
实施例2
(1)本实施例提供一种植物精华液,植物精华液由如下重量份组分的活性成分提取物组成:冰片0.2份、芦荟0.01份、薄荷0.3份、当归0.01份、鸡血藤0.01份、丹参0.01份;
(2)上述植物精华液的制备方法,参照实施例1的操作步骤。
实施例3
(1)本实施例提供一种植物精华液,植物精华液由如下重量份组分的活性成分提取物组成:冰片0.1份、芦荟0.2份、薄荷0.1份、当归0.05份、鸡血藤0.1份、丹参0.1份;
(2)上述植物精华液的制备方法,参照实施例1的操作步骤。
实施例4
(1)本实施例提供一种植物精华液,植物精华液由如下重量份组分的活性成分提取物组成:冰片0.15份、芦荟0.1份、薄荷0.2份、当归0.08份、鸡血藤0.15份、丹参0.08份;
(2)上述植物精华液的制备方法,参照实施例1的操作步骤。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种负载植物精华液的护肤无纺布,是将实施例1中的植物精华液加入2倍乙醇溶液稀释后通过高压喷嘴喷射雾化喷洒于无纺布上,然后在60℃下干燥15s后获得负载有植物精华液的护肤无纺布,无纺布每平方米平均分布高纯度植物精华液3.12g;其中,雾化温度为18℃,雾化压力为0.8MPa,气柱喷气气压为0.4MPa。
本实施例的护肤无纺布包含原料成分向日葵纤维、粘胶纤维,经如下方法制备而成:
S1.预处理:将向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维分别进行预处理;
向日葵纤维的预处理:加入5g/L氢氧化钠溶液,然后在50℃下浸泡60min,浴比为1:5;
粘胶纤维的预处理:采用1wt.%的聚丙烯酰胺在溢流染色机中进行热处理,温度为90℃,时间为40min;
S2.原料混合:将预处理后的向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维在抓包机上按照所纺要求进行箱混,混合比例为5:95;
S3.将混合纤维依次经过梳理、铺网、水刺、干燥和卷取工序,即得,其中:
S31.梳理工序:使用双锡林双道夫梳理机将纤维原料加工成由单纤维组成的薄网,经交叉铺网和牵伸,以制造一定定量的三维杂乱排列的纤网。
S32.铺网工序:采用交叉铺网的方式;设定纤网的定量为30g/m2,两层纤维的定量分别为15g/m2,纤网的实际定量为30g/m2。
S33.水刺工序:采用转鼓式水刺机,包括4个水刺头;采用4道水刺工艺,其中,第1到第4道的水刺压力依次为:12kg、15kg、25kg和12kg。
S34.干燥工序:控制干燥的温度为100℃。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种负载植物精华液的护肤无纺布,是将实施例2中的植物精华液加入5倍丙二醇溶液稀释后通过高压喷嘴喷射雾化喷洒于无纺布上,然后在65℃下干燥10s后获得负载植物精华液的护肤无纺布,无纺布每平方米平均分布高纯度植物精华液5.34g;其中,雾化温度为20℃,雾化压力为0.6MPa,气柱喷气气压为0.3MPa。
本实施例的护肤无纺布经如下方法制备而成:
S1.预处理:将向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维分别进行预处理;
向日葵纤维的预处理:加入2g/L氢氧化钾溶液,然后在53℃下浸泡55min,浴比为1:8;
粘胶纤维的预处理:采用3wt.%的烷基苯磺酸钠在溢流染色机中进行热处理,温度为92℃,时间为35min;
S2.原料混合:将预处理后的向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维在抓包机上按照所纺要求进行箱混,混合比例为10:90;
S3.将混合纤维依次经过梳理、铺网、水刺、干燥和卷取工序,即得向日葵纤维水刺无纺布,其中:
S31.梳理工序:使用双锡林双道夫梳理机将纤维原料加工成由单纤维组成的薄网,经交叉铺网和牵伸,以制造一定定量的三维杂乱排列的纤网。
S32.铺网工序:采用交叉铺网的方式;设定纤网的定量为32g/m2,两层纤维的定量分别为16g/m2,纤网的实际定量为32g/m2。
S33.水刺工序:采用转鼓式水刺机,包括4个水刺头;采用4道水刺工艺,其中,第1到第4道的水刺压力依次为:16kg、10kg、28kg和14kg。
S34.干燥工序:控制干燥的温度为120℃。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种负载植物精华液的护肤无纺布,是将实施例3中的植物精华液加入4倍甘油溶液稀释后通过高压喷嘴喷射雾化喷洒于无纺布上,然后在62℃下干燥12s后获得负载植物精华液的护肤无纺布,无纺布每平方米平均分布高纯度植物精华液6.67g;其中,雾化温度为22℃,雾化压力为0.4MPa,气柱喷气气压为0.25MPa。
本实施例的护肤无纺布经如下方法制备而成:
S1.预处理:将向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维分别进行预处理;
向日葵纤维的预处理:加入4g/L氢氧化钠溶液,然后在55℃下浸泡58min,浴比为1:6;
粘胶纤维的预处理:采用2wt.%的烷基苯磺酸钠在溢流染色机中进行热处理,温度为94℃,时间为40min;
S2.原料混合:将预处理后的向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维在抓包机上按照所纺要求进行箱混,混合比例为20:80;
S3.将混合纤维依次经过梳理、铺网、水刺、干燥和卷取工序,即得向日葵纤维水刺无纺布,其中:
S31.梳理工序:使用双锡林双道夫梳理机将纤维原料加工成由单纤维组成的薄网,经交叉铺网和牵伸,以制造一定定量的三维杂乱排列的纤网。
S32.铺网工序:采用交叉铺网的方式;设定纤网的定量为36g/m2,两层纤维的定量分别为18g/m2,纤网的实际定量为36g/m2。
S33.水刺工序:采用转鼓式水刺机,包括4个水刺头;采用4道水刺工艺,其中,第1到第4道的水刺压力依次为:15kg、12kg、26kg和13kg。
S34.干燥工序:控制干燥的温度为110℃。
实施例8
本实施例提供一种负载有植物精华液的护肤无纺布,是将实施例4中的植物精华液加入3倍乙醇溶液稀释后通过高压喷嘴喷射雾化于无纺布上,然后在63℃下干燥12s后获得负载植物精华液的护肤无纺布,无纺布每平方米平均分布高纯度植物精华液7.72g;其中,雾化温度为24℃,雾化压力为0.5MPa,气柱喷气气压为0.2MPa。
本实施例的护肤无纺布包含原料成分向日葵纤维、粘胶纤维,经如下方法制备而成:
S1.预处理:将向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维分别进行预处理;
向日葵纤维的预处理:加入1g/L氢氧化钙溶液,然后在60℃下浸泡50min,浴比为1:10;
粘胶纤维的预处理:采用2wt.%的烷基苯磺酸钠在溢流染色机中进行热处理,温度为95℃,时间为30min;
S2.原料混合:将预处理后的向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维在抓包机上按照所纺要求进行箱混,混合比例为12:88;
S3.将混合纤维依次经过梳理、铺网、水刺、干燥和卷取工序,即得向日葵纤维水刺无纺布,其中:
S31.梳理工序:使用双锡林双道夫梳理机将纤维原料加工成由单纤维组成的薄网,经交叉铺网和牵伸,以制造一定定量的三维杂乱排列的纤网。
S32.铺网工序:采用交叉铺网的方式;设定纤网的定量为38g/m2,两层纤维的定量分别为20g/m2,纤网的实际定量为38g/m2。
S33.水刺工序:采用转鼓式水刺机,包括4个水刺头;采用4道水刺工艺,其中,第1到第4道的水刺压力依次为:15kg、14kg、27kg和13kg。
S34.干燥工序:控制干燥的温度为110℃。
对比例1
本对比例参照实施例8的工艺条件,主要区别在于:植物精华液不含芦荟提取物。
对比例2
本对比例参照实施例8的工艺条件,主要区别在于:植物精华液不含当归提取物和鸡血藤提取物。
对比例3~6
对比例3~6参照实施例8的工艺条件,主要区别在于,植物精华液分别由如下重量份组分的活性成分提取物组成:

本对比例提供一种负载植物精华液的护肤无纺布,其工艺条件与实施例8相似,不同之处在于:植物精华液采用辊涂方法喷洒在无纺布的表层。
对比例8~10
对比例8~10提供一种负载植物精华液的护肤无纺布,其工艺条件与实施例8相似,不同之处在于分别采用以下微乳雾化工艺条件:
对本发明实施例5~8以及对比例1~10所述方法制得的样品进行抑菌率检测,对制得的样品进行大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌、乙型溶血链球菌的抑菌率试验,结果见表1。

本发明所述植物精华液与向日葵水刺无纺布有机结合,不仅负载效果好,而且无纺布与人体摩擦接触后部分有效分子破裂,在人的体温和植物精华液中配伍渗透作用因素的双重作用下,通过毛线腺囊进入皮肤,精华液中含有当归、鸡血藤等药物成分,还能够起到杀菌抑菌的功效。
按照标准FZ/T64012.1-64012.2-2013对本发明实施例5~8,对比例1~10所述方法制得样品进行质量检测,检测结果取平均值,结果见表2。

本发明采用微乳雾化分子互渗技术将植物精华液喷洒于无纺布表层,与现有的辊涂方法相比,使得植物精华液通过毛线腺囊进入皮肤,不但能够保证棉柔巾表层质地柔软,还能够起到抗菌和滋养皮肤的作用。
微生物指标检测
对实施例5~8的制备方法得到的负载有植物精华液的护肤无纺布进行微生物指标检测,微生物指标根据国家标准GB/T 15979进行测定。结果见表3。

临床实验
将实施例5和实施例8的护肤无纺布应用于棉柔巾,以市售普通棉柔巾作为对照组,选择年龄为2~5岁的儿童共120人,按年龄层随机分为3组,每组40人,使用2周后,检测本发明提供的棉柔巾对皮肤黏膜的刺激性情况,并对其实验结果进行统计。结果见表4。

结果显示:对照组中有12例儿童使用对照组的产品后出现刺激性反应(占总人数的30%),实施例5中有1例儿童使用实施例1的产品后出现刺激性反应,而后发现该儿童本身属于过敏性皮肤,而实施例8中未发生刺激性反应。可见,本发明提供的棉柔巾对皮肤黏膜基本无任何刺激性及副作用。
使用效果实验
将上述实施例5~8及对比例1~7制备得到的护肤无纺布成品进行效果性能测试,以男女各100人共200人作试验样本,受试样本在试验期间不使用其他药品或化妆品,以2周的体验评分均值来考察评价本发明所述护肤无纺布的性能,评价标准如表5所示。

试验进行4周(2次/d)后,采集实验结果如表6所示:
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明的技术方案所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种植物精华液,其特征在于,所述植物精华液由如下重量份组分的活性成分提取物组成:冰片0.01~0.2份、芦荟0.01~0.3份、薄荷0.01~0.3份、当归0.01~0.1份、鸡血藤0.01~0.2份、丹参0.01~0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述植物精华液,其特征在于,所述植物精华液由如下重量份组分的活性成分提取物组成:冰片0.15~0.2份、芦荟0.01~0.1份、薄荷0.01~0.2份、当归0.01~0.08份、鸡血藤0.15~0.2份、丹参0.08~0.2份。
3.权利要求1或2所述植物精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述芦荟采用乙醇提取后浓缩得浸膏;所述当归、鸡血藤、丹参分别经水煮提取过滤得提取液;将薄荷、冰片混合,加入芦荟提取物以及当归、丹参和鸡血藤的混合提取液,混合均匀,加入溶剂溶解即得。
4.权利要求1至3任一项所述植物精华液的应用,其特征在于,将其作为涂覆液负载于护肤无纺布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,采用微乳雾化分子互渗技术将所述植物精华液喷洒在无纺布上,干燥后获得负载有植物精华液的护肤无纺布。
6.根据权利要求4所述的应用,是将植物精华液加入2~5倍有机溶剂稀释后通过高压喷嘴喷射雾化,雾化后的精华液在上下对流的高压气流作用下均匀分布在无纺布上,干燥后获得负载有植物精华液的护肤无纺布;所述雾化温度为18~24℃,雾化压力为0.4~0.8 MPa,气柱喷气气压为0.2~0.4 MPa。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述雾化温度为20~24℃,雾化压力为0.4~0.6 MPa,气柱喷气气压为0.2~0.3MPa;所述干燥温度为63~65℃,干燥时间为10~12s。
8.根据权利要求4至6任一项所述的应用,其特征在于,所述无纺布的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.预处理:将向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维分别进行预处理;
S2.原料混合:将预处理后的向日葵纤维和粘胶纤维按特定比例进行混合;
S3.将混合纤维依次经过梳理、铺网、水刺、干燥和卷取工序,即得向日葵纤维水刺无纺布。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述向日葵纤维的预处理方法为:加入1~5 g/L纯碱溶液,然后在50~60℃下浸泡50~60 min,浴比为1:5~10;优选地,所述纯碱溶液加入量为1 g/L,在60℃下浸泡50 min,浴比为1:10。
10.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述粘胶纤维的预处理方法为:采用1~3wt.%的乳化剂在溢流染色机中进行热处理,温度为90~95℃,时间为20~40 min;优选地,粘胶纤维用2wt.%的乳化剂在溢流染色机中进行热处理,温度为95℃,时间为30min。
