Abstract

本发明公开了一种艾叶无纺布的生产工艺,加工步骤如下:S1、清花、梳理、交叉铺网;S2、艾叶清洗烘干灭菌;S3、艾叶浸泡;S4、过滤;S5、灭菌冷却;S6、高压水刺;S7、艾叶水浸泡;S8、烘干并绕卷。本发明将纯天然艾叶结合到水刺无纺布中,工艺简单,使该工艺生产的水刺无纺布具有抗菌功能。还公开了一种经期裤,采用艾草无纺布,抑菌、吸附固定细菌及毒素繁殖扩散,修复破损皮肤黏膜、提高粘膜屏障对攻击因子的防御功能、更能有效起到温经、消炎、抗过敏的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种艾叶无纺布的生产工艺及使用该无纺布的经期裤。
背景技术
水刺无纺布是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力,得到的织物即为水刺无纺布。其纤维原料来源比较广泛,可以是涤纶、粘胶纤维、蚕丝、竹木浆纤维、聚丙烯(pp材质)等为原材料,制成的水刺无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解等优点,用途广泛。
棉质水刺无纺布被广泛应用于卫生医疗行业,但传统制作的水刺无纺布不具有抗菌功能。而天然的中草药艾草具有抑菌、消炎、温经效果的效果,如何将艾草融合到水刺无纺布成为有待解决的问题。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种艾叶无纺布的生产工艺,该工艺简单、易于实现,完美结合了中草药艾叶和水刺无纺布;本发明还提供一种使用艾叶无纺布的经期裤,抑菌、消炎效果好。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的一种技术方案是:一种艾叶无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉花经清花、梳理、交叉铺网处理后形成棉纤维网;
S2、将新鲜艾叶用净水清洗干净,沥干水分后,烘干灭菌30~40分钟备用;
S3、将灭菌后的艾叶放入沸腾的净水中,搅拌10~30分钟,静置不低于二十四小时;
S4、将浸泡过艾叶的净水经过初次过滤装置进行过滤,再经过精度过滤装置进行二次过滤,过滤后的艾叶水中固体含量≤5%,颗粒尺寸≤10mm,PH值为6.5~7.5;
S5、将S4中过滤所得艾叶水隔水加热至100℃,灭菌30~40分钟后,冷却待用;
S6、用经过步骤S3~S5处理后的艾叶水采用高压水刺方式刺成水刺无纺布,水刺采用3~5个水刺头,压力为5~50Mpa;
S7、将所述水刺无纺布放入S5中得到的艾叶水中浸泡10~20分钟;
S8、将S5中的水刺无纺布烘干并绕卷。
通过上述方法,将纯天然中草药艾叶浸泡处理,得到含有艾叶汁的净水,高温灭菌,将含有艾叶汁的净水用于水刺工艺,并浸泡水刺无纺布,将艾叶完美融合到水刺无纺布中,从而使水刺无纺布具有较好的杀灭或抑制病原菌的能力,进而改良并优化了水刺无纺布原有的良好特性。本发明原材料易得、生产设备普通,制备工艺简单、成本较低、易产业化。
优选地,所述S3中的浸泡过艾叶的净水,艾叶汁的浓度为10%~40%。
优选地,所述S3中的艾叶放入沸腾的净水中前,可先进行粉碎,粉碎细度达20目,浸泡效率高。
优选地,所述S2中艾叶放入烘箱烘干,所述烘箱烘干温度为50℃,所述烘箱内设置有紫外线灯,对所述艾叶进行消毒。
优选地,所述S1中使用纺织技术将棉花清理干净,去掉杂质、短绒;所述梳理为将原棉梳理成单纤维状态;所述交叉铺网为将梳理好的单纤维棉花铺成网状。
优选地,所述S4中的初次过滤装置内设有过滤网和活性炭颗粒;所述精度过滤装置为单袋过滤机。
优选地,所述S6的高压水刺过程中,通过水刺机对棉纤维网进行正面和反面的双面水刺。
优选地,所述S8烘干处理后的水刺无纺布的水分率为6%~10%。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的另一种技术方案是:一种采用艾叶无纺布的经期裤,其特征在于:包括吸收单元,所述吸收单元自内而外依次包括边缘固结的艾草无纺布、传导层、高分子吸水芯层和底膜,所述艾草无纺布采用权利要求1工艺制得。
该经期裤与皮肤接触面采用艾草无纺布,抑菌、吸附固定细菌及毒素繁殖扩散,修复破损皮肤黏膜、提高粘膜屏障对攻击因子的防御功能、更能有效起到温经、消炎、抗过敏的作用。
优选地,所述艾草无纺布上设置有若干通孔。提高下渗速度,更加透气。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种艾叶无纺布的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将棉花经清花、梳理、交叉铺网处理后形成棉纤维网,使用纺织技术将棉花清理干净,去掉杂质、短绒;梳理为将原棉梳理成单纤维状态,采用称重帘称重喂入给棉方式向喂棉箱内进行喂棉,其中主锡林的转速为650~1200m/min、工作辊的转速为35~120m/min、剥取辊的转速为70~240m/min;;述交叉铺网为将梳理好的单纤维棉花铺成网状。;
步骤二、将新鲜艾叶用净水清洗干净,沥干水分后,烘干灭菌30~40分钟备用。
步骤三、将灭菌后的艾叶放入沸腾的净水中,搅拌10~30分钟,静置不低于二十四小时。
步骤四、将浸泡过艾叶的净水经过初次过滤装置进行过滤,再经过精度过滤装置进行二次过滤,过滤后的艾叶水中固体含量≤5%,颗粒尺寸≤10mm,PH值为6.5~7.5,氯化物含量小于等于100mg/L,碳酸钙含量小于40mg/L。
步骤五、将步骤四中过滤所得还有艾叶水隔水加热至100℃,灭菌30~40分钟后,自然冷却待用。
步骤六、将经过步骤三~步骤五处理后的艾叶水,采用高压水刺方式刺成水刺无纺布,高压水刺采用3~5个水刺头,压力为5~50Mpa,通过水刺机对棉纤维网进行正面和反面的双面水刺。
步骤七、将水刺无纺布放入步骤五中得到的艾叶水中浸泡10~20分钟;
步骤八、将步骤七中的水刺无纺布烘干并绕卷。
步骤三中的浸泡过艾叶的净水,艾叶汁的浓度为10%~40%。步骤3中的艾叶放入沸腾的净水中前,可先进行粉碎,粉碎细度达20目。
步骤二中艾叶放入烘箱烘干,所述烘箱烘干温度为50℃,所述烘箱内设置有紫外线灯,对所述艾叶进行消毒。
步骤四中的初次过滤装置内设有过滤网和活性炭颗粒;所述精度过滤装置为单袋过滤机。如果水质硬度(以碳酸钙计)过高,应安装水软化装置,可在进水口安装5~10pm精度的预过滤装置。
步骤八中烘干处理后的水刺无纺布的水分率为6%~10%。
还包括一种采用艾叶无纺布的经期裤,包括裤状本体和吸收单元,裤状本体主要由弹性腰围构成吸收单元主要有弹性腰围构成,弹性腰围包括弹性前腰围和弹性后腰围。吸收单元自内而外依次包括艾草无纺布、传导层、高分子吸水芯层和底膜,所有层结构均采用热熔胶进行粘合边缘结构,使得经期裤不易变形,牢靠可固。艾草无纺布采用权利要求1工艺制得,艾草无纺布上设置有若干通孔。使用状态下,艾草无纺布贴合皮肤,杀菌止痒,液体到达艾草无纺布表层,通过通孔渗漏到下层,更加干爽。

Claims (10)

1.一种艾叶无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉花经清花、梳理、交叉铺网处理后形成棉纤维网;
S2、将新鲜艾叶用净水清洗干净,沥干水分后,烘干灭菌30~40分钟备用;
S3、将灭菌后的艾叶放入沸腾的净水中,搅拌10~30分钟,静置不低于二十四小时;
S4、将浸泡过艾叶的净水经过初次过滤装置进行过滤,再经过精度过滤装置进行二次过滤,过滤后的艾叶水中固体含量≤5%,颗粒尺寸≤10mm,PH值为6.5~7.5;
S5、将S4中过滤所得艾叶水隔水加热至100℃,灭菌30~40分钟后,冷却待用;
S6、用经过步骤S3~S5处理后的艾叶水采用高压水刺方式刺成水刺无纺布,高压水刺采用3~5个水刺头,压力为5~50Mpa;
S7、将所述水刺无纺布放入S5中得到的艾叶水中浸泡10~20分钟;
S8、将S7中的水刺无纺布烘干并绕卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾叶无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S3中的浸泡过艾叶的艾叶水,艾叶水的浓度为10%~40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾叶无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S3中的艾叶放入沸腾的净水中前,可先进行粉碎,粉碎细度达20目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾叶无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S2中艾叶放入烘箱烘干,所述烘箱烘干温度为50℃,所述烘箱内设置有紫外线灯,对所述艾叶进行消毒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾叶无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S1中使用纺织技术将棉花清理干净,去掉杂质、短绒;所述梳理为将原棉梳理成单纤维状态;所述交叉铺网为将梳理好的单纤维棉花铺成网状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S4中的初次过滤装置内设有过滤网和活性炭颗粒;所述精度过滤装置为单袋过滤机。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S6的高压水刺过程中,通过水刺机对棉纤维网进行正面和反面的双面水刺。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S8烘干处理后的水刺无纺布的水分率为6%~10%。
9.一种采用艾叶无纺布的经期裤,其特征在于:包括吸收单元,所述吸收单元自内而外依次包括边缘固结的艾草无纺布、传导层、高分子吸水芯层和底膜,所述艾草无纺布采用权利要求1工艺制得。
