在过去二十年,非织造布工业高速发展,技术日新月异,非织造布工业制品已经进入千家万户,特别是消费水平高的欧美发达国家。用非织造布制成的干、湿巾,女用卫生巾,儿童纸尿裤等,因价格低廉,方便实用,干净卫生已经进入人们的日常生活。然而,目前所使用的非织造布产品,特别是湿态状况下使用的湿巾,如果丢弃在抽水马桶,会堵塞抽水马桶底孔,家庭排水管以及城市污水管道系统,给城市管理带了不方便。
目前市场上存在的湿巾,仅能作为单一的湿巾使用,同时拆封之后,湿巾容易干燥,从而变成了普通的纸巾,本设计能够把纸巾与湿巾相结合,需要作为湿巾使用时,只需要用手进行搓揉处理,然后即可得到湿巾,同时根据搓揉力度不同,得到的湿巾的含水量也不同,突破的现有湿巾所存在的无法把湿巾与纸巾相结合,同时兼具易冲散不会堵塞管道的特点。

步骤1:准备粘胶纤维长4~10mm、ES纤维长6~13mm,准备扁平粘胶纤维15-30份、木浆12份65-75份、ES纤维3-8份;采用扁平黏胶纤维拥有绝佳的缠结性能,机械性能优越,可冲散较好。
步骤2:利用开松设备对木浆纤维进行开松,纤维经过开松后,喂入梳理结构,经过梳理后呈单纤维状态,在锡林或刺辊高速回转产生得离心力和气流的共同作用下,纤维从针簿锯齿上脱落,经由气流输送并凝聚在成网帘上,形成纤网;使用气流成网,能够提升产品质量,损耗低,同时兼具减少粉尘和环保的优点。

步骤2:利用开松设备对木浆纤维进行开松,纤维经过开松后,喂入梳理结构,经过梳理后呈单纤维状态,在锡林或刺辊高速回转产生得离心力和气流的共同作用下,纤维从针簿锯齿上脱落,经由气流输送并凝聚在成网帘上,形成纤网;使用气流成网,能够提升产品质量,损耗低,同时兼具减少粉尘和环保的优点。
步骤3:对步骤2制得的纤维网预湿之后通过水刺机加固,依次送至第二、第三、第四道水刺装置进行水刺,每道水刺水压力逐步增大,第一道水刺水压力为2.0MPa,第二道为4.0MPa,第三道为6.0MPa,第四道为8.0MPa;输网帘速度15m/min,水刺高度40mm;预湿使蓬松纤网压实,排出纤网中的空气,是的纤网能够更有效的吸收水针的能量,加强水刺过程中纤维的缠结效果,预湿使加工纤网的表面张力变大,即保持润湿角较小,能够保证湿巾的抗拉强度,测试过程中水刺道数增加,材料可冲散型变差,材料强度增加,综合考虑四道水刺保证冲散型的同时也保证材料的搓揉强度,随着网帘速度的增加,材料强度减小,达到15m/min后材料强度又会增加,实验结果显示:采用15m/min的网帘速度最佳。
步骤4:经水刺缠结的湿纸经初步真空脱水后输入挤水装置后再进入烘燥装置,经烘缸干燥;
步骤5:取得橄榄油精华8-14份、无味乙醇13-22份、布罗波尔6-11份、玻尿酸8-12份、水解胶原蛋白5-8份、氨基酸12-23份余量为RO纯净水,经过搅拌器充分混合得到混合液,对混合液进行加热灭菌,然后冷却至室温,输送至存储罐进行储存;对混合液进行加热紫外灭菌处理能够杀灭,加热温度控制在35℃,唤醒胶原蛋白粉的活性,同时经过紫外线进行杀菌处理,冷却至室温。
步骤6:把步骤5制得的混合液冲入橡胶密封囊,同时使用易碎不干胶进行密封;然后嵌入步骤4所制得的无纺布;
步骤7:把步骤6制得的布料浸入有软化剂的槽进行软化;
步骤8:然后经过卷取、复卷分切,完成冲散型湿巾纸原纸的生产。

Claims (6)

1.一种冲散型搓揉式吸附湿巾,其特征在于:包括上层的加湿层(1)和下层的擦拭层(2);所述加湿层(1)和擦拭层(2)之间通过黏胶粘结,所述加湿层(1)内部设置有密封囊(3);所述密封囊(3)内部设置有加湿液(4);所述密封囊(3)位于擦拭层(2)一侧设置有开口;所述开口位置设置有用于密封的密封片(5);所述擦拭层(2)与加湿层(1)连接位置设置有若干凹槽(6);所述凹槽(6)之间通过连通槽(7)相互连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲散型搓揉式吸附湿巾,其特征在于:所述密封片(5)为易碎不干胶材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲散型搓揉式吸附湿巾,其特征在于:所述加湿液(4)成分为水凝露,其组成成分为橄榄油精华、无味乙醇、布罗波尔、玻尿酸、水解胶原蛋白、氨基酸和RO纯净水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲散型搓揉式吸附湿巾,其特征在于:所述密封囊(3)为乳胶材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲散型搓揉式吸附湿巾,其特征在于:所述密封囊(3)直径为3~7mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲散型搓揉式吸附湿巾的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:准备粘胶纤维长4~10mm、ES纤维长6~13mm,准备扁平粘胶纤维15-30份、木浆12份65-75份、ES纤维3-8份;
步骤2:利用开松设备对木浆纤维进行开松,纤维经过开松后,喂入梳理结构,经过梳理后呈单纤维状态,在锡林或刺辊高速回转产生得离心力和气流的共同作用下,纤维从针簿锯齿上脱落,经由气流输送并凝聚在成网帘上,形成纤网;
步骤3:对步骤2制得的纤维网预湿之后通过水刺机加固,依次送至第二、第三、第四道水刺装置进行水刺,每道水刺水压力逐步增大,第一道水刺水压力为2.0MPa,第二道为4.0MPa,第三道为6.0MPa,第四道为8.0MPa;输网帘速度15m/min,水刺高度40mm;
步骤4:经水刺缠结的湿纸经初步真空脱水后输入挤水装置后再进入烘燥装置,经烘缸干燥;

步骤7:把步骤6制得的布料浸入有软化剂的槽进行软化;
步骤8:然后经过卷取、复卷分切,完成冲散型湿巾纸原纸的生产。
