技术领域
本发明涉及表面处理,具体涉及一种硅橡胶表面处理材料和该硅橡胶表面处理材料的制备方法。
背景技术
硅橡胶是一种常用的化工制品,广泛应用于模具、印花硅橡胶、衬垫等领域。而硅橡胶由于自身特性较软,耐磨性并不好。
通常,在硅橡胶中加入补强填料或耐磨填料来改善其耐磨性,例如不同比表面积的气相法白炭黑、添加耐磨性较好的MQ树脂、添加固体粉末如PEEK;或者对基胶进行改性来改善其耐磨性,例如采用高乙烯基含量的聚硅氧烷、高分子量的聚硅氧烷等。这些研究,对硅橡胶橡胶的耐磨性有改善,但改善幅度通常很有限的,一般使用马丁代尔耐磨法测试,硅橡胶表面无磨损时,最多只能达到2万次。超过2万次后硅橡胶表面就会出现磨损。

一种硅橡胶表面处理材料,按质量份数算,其由以下原料组成:100份热塑性树脂浆料、0-30份聚硅氧烷、0-30份填料、0-0.6份抑制剂、0-1.2份催化剂和0-4.5份交联剂。
所述热塑性树脂浆料包括热塑性聚氨酯、热塑性聚酰胺、热塑性聚酯、热塑性SBS和热塑性SEBS中的至少一种。
所述聚硅氧烷包括乙烯基聚硅氧烷、甲基聚硅氧烷和改性聚硅氧烷中的至少一种。
所述填料包括白炭黑、三氧化二铝、二氧化钛、碳酸钙、硅藻土和氢氧化铝中的至少一种。
所述抑制剂为含N、P、S的有机化合物、含Sn、Pb、Hg、Bi、As的重金属离子化合物或含炔基及多乙烯基的化合物。
所述催化剂为Pt、Pd、Rh、Ru、Ni、Co金属化合物或配合物。
所述交联剂为含有3个Si-H键以上的有机硅氧烷低聚物,即低粘度的线型甲基氢硅油。

(1)将热塑性树脂浆料、聚硅氧烷、填料、抑制剂、交联剂按比例添加入分散机,3000转/分钟,分散30分钟;
(2)将分散制得的浆料使用三辊研磨机研磨3-5遍,至均匀;
(3)使用时,按比例加入催化剂,即得到硅橡胶表面处理材料,于操作时间内使用完毕即可。
所述热塑性树脂浆料包括热塑性聚氨酯、热塑性聚酰胺、热塑性聚酯、热塑性SBS和热塑性SEBS中的至少一种。
所述聚硅氧烷包括乙烯基聚硅氧烷、甲基聚硅氧烷和改性聚硅氧烷中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果为:乙烯基聚硅氧烷与热塑性树脂浆料混合均匀,获得一种硅橡胶表面处理材料,充分利用了树脂高耐磨的特性,以及不损害硅橡胶原有的物性,做到了耐磨超过20万次的产品。另外,单纯硅橡胶材料表面一般都是止滑效果,而本表面处理材料,还可做到爽滑、不粘尘。

实施例1,本实施例提供的一种硅橡胶表面处理材料,按质量份数算,其由以下原料组成:100份热塑性树脂浆料、0-30份聚硅氧烷、0-30份填料、0-0.6份抑制剂、0-1.2份催化剂和0-4.5份交联剂。

在模具硅橡胶成品表面,喷涂该处理材料,厚度控制在0.05mm-0.2mm,然后,放入烘箱,烘烤温度为120℃,烘烤15分钟,即可得到一种爽滑、耐磨、不粘尘的成品。产品耐磨,通过马丁代尔测试法进行测试,20万次,表面无磨损。

实施例4,本实施例4与实施例1大体相同,其不同之处在于,向分散机内投入100g树脂浆料、30g乙烯基聚硅氧烷、30g气相法白炭黑、0.6g乙炔基环己醇、4.5g甲基含氢硅油,设定分散速度3000转/分钟,分散30分钟。将分散后的浆料,取出,使用三辊研磨机,研磨5遍,直到浆料呈均匀状态,使用时添加1.2铂金催化剂,混合均匀,即可得到该硅橡胶表面处理材料。
在涂层硅橡胶的表面处理一层该材料,厚度控制在0.1mm-0.2mm,可得到一种手感丝滑、耐磨中等、不粘尘的涂层产品。通过马丁代尔测试法进行测试,6万次,表面无磨损。

4.根据权利要求1所述硅橡胶表面处理材料,其特征在于,所述填料包括白炭黑、三氧化二铝、二氧化钛、碳酸钙、硅藻土和氢氧化铝中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述硅橡胶表面处理材料,其特征在于,所述抑制剂为含N、P、S的有机化合物、含Sn、Pb、Hg、Bi、As的重金属离子化合物或含炔基及多乙烯基的化合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述硅橡胶表面处理材料,其特征在于,所述催化剂为Pt、Pd、Rh、Ru、Ni、Co金属化合物或配合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述硅橡胶表面处理材料,其特征在于,所述交联剂为含有3个Si-H键以上的有机硅氧烷低聚物,即低粘度的线型甲基氢硅油。
8.一种权利要求1所述硅橡胶表面处理材料的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将热塑性树脂浆料、聚硅氧烷、填料、抑制剂、交联剂按比例添加入分散机,3000转/分钟,分散30分钟;
(2)将分散制得的浆料使用三辊研磨机研磨3-5遍,至均匀;
(3)使用时,按比例加入催化剂,即得到硅橡胶表面处理材料,于操作时间内使用完毕即可。
9.根据权利要求8所述硅橡胶表面处理材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热塑性树脂浆料包括热塑性聚氨酯、热塑性聚酰胺、热塑性聚酯、热塑性SBS和热塑性SEBS中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求8所述硅橡胶表面处理材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚硅氧烷包括乙烯基聚硅氧烷、甲基聚硅氧烷和改性聚硅氧烷中的至少一种。
