Abstract

本发明公开了包装设备技术领域的贯流风叶包装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体的底部前后侧均固定有垫块,所述箱体的顶部铰接有箱盖,所述箱体的内腔设有若干个盛放单元,所述盛放单元包括盒体,所述盒体左右两侧的上部均焊接有吊耳,所述盒体的上端面通过转轴转动连接有挡杆,所述挡杆的底部左侧焊接有卡盘,所述盒体左右内壁的上部均通过转轴和扭力弹簧转动连接有气压支撑杆,利用剪式千斤顶可以控制支撑板的高度,在盒体内腔可以叠加放置多组贯流风叶,该装置对贯流风叶进行轴向和周向保护,防止碰撞,而且适用于多种贯流风叶的盛放。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装设备技术领域,具体为贯流风叶包装箱。
背景技术
贯流风叶是空调上的主要配件之一,贯流风叶整体呈圆柱形状,目前贯流风叶出厂时用瓦楞纸包装盒进行包装,瓦楞纸包装盒上设有矩阵排列的盒装腔单元,贯流风叶安装于盒装腔单元内部,贯流风叶的周向有四个端点分别与盒装腔单元的四条内侧壁面相抵接触,从而形成对于贯流风叶的定位。但是,现有的包装方式对贯流风叶进行四点支撑,无法对贯流风叶起到良好的保护作用,同时这种盒装腔单元只能满足一种贯流风叶的盛放,使用具有局限性,基于此,本发明设计了贯流风叶包装箱,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供贯流风叶包装箱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有包装箱无法对贯流风叶起到良好的保护作用,同时利用的盒装腔单元只能满足一种贯流风叶的盛放,使用具有局限性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:贯流风叶包装箱,包括箱体,所述箱体的底部前后侧均固定有垫块,所述箱体的顶部铰接有箱盖,所述箱体的内腔设有若干个盛放单元,所述盛放单元包括盒体,所述盒体左右两侧的上部均焊接有吊耳,所述盒体的上端面通过转轴转动连接有挡杆,所述挡杆的底部左侧焊接有卡盘,所述盒体左右内壁的上部均通过转轴和扭力弹簧转动连接有气压支撑杆,所述气压支撑杆的另一端焊接有L型挡块,所述盒体的内腔底部设有剪式千斤顶,且剪式千斤顶的丝杆通过通槽贯穿于盒体的侧壁,所述剪式千斤顶的顶部焊接有支撑板,所述支撑板的顶部焊接有滑轨,所述滑轨的内腔活动插接有两组夹块,所述滑轨的内壁通过弹簧与夹块的外壁连接。
优选的,所述箱体的内腔底部通过减震器与盛放单元的底部连接。
优选的,所述垫块的侧面间隔通过弹簧铰链转动连接有万向轮。
优选的,所述卡盘的内表面设有摩擦片。
优选的,所述L型挡块的表面胶粘有橡胶垫。
优选的,所述夹块的表面设有纵向纹路。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过夹块和卡盘的配合工作对多种型号的贯流风叶进行轴向定位,通过转轴和扭力弹簧转动连接的气压支撑杆带动L型挡块与贯流风叶的叶片连接,使贯流风叶的侧面受到一对相反方向的拉力,利用剪式千斤顶可以控制支撑板的高度,在盒体内腔可以叠加放置多组贯流风叶,该装置对贯流风叶进行轴向和周向保护,防止碰撞,而且适用于多种贯流风叶的盛放。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:贯流风叶包装箱,包括箱体1,箱体1的底部前后侧均固定有垫块2,箱体1的顶部铰接有箱盖3,箱体1的内腔设有若干个盛放单元4,盛放单元4包括盒体400,盒体400左右两侧的上部均焊接有吊耳401,盒体400的上端面通过转轴转动连接有挡杆402,挡杆402的底部左侧焊接有卡盘403,盒体400左右内壁的上部均通过转轴和扭力弹簧转动连接有气压支撑杆404,气压支撑杆404的另一端焊接有L型挡块405,盒体400的内腔底部设有剪式千斤顶406,且剪式千斤顶406的丝杆通过通槽贯穿于盒体400的侧壁,剪式千斤顶406的顶部焊接有支撑板407,支撑板407的顶部焊接有滑轨408,滑轨408的内腔活动插接有两组夹块409,滑轨408的内壁通过弹簧410与夹块409的外壁连接。
其中,箱体1的内腔底部通过减震器与盛放单元4的底部连接,减少箱体1搬运过程中的震动对盛放单元4的影响,垫块2的侧面间隔通过弹簧铰链转动连接有万向轮,使箱体1可以滑动,减少搬运车的使用,卡盘403的内表面设有摩擦片,增大与贯流风叶的转轴之间的摩擦力,减小横向移位,L型挡块405的表面胶粘有橡胶垫,减少L型挡块405与贯流风叶的叶片间的冲击力,避免损坏,夹块409的表面设有纵向纹路,避免尺寸与盒体400相当的贯流风叶绕夹块409转动,减少与盒体400内壁的摩擦。
本实施例的一个具体应用为:通过夹块409在滑轨408上运动,可以与不同贯流风叶的连接套管配合,利用夹块409和卡盘403的配合工作对多种高度型号的贯流风叶进行轴向定位,通过转轴和扭力弹簧转动连接的气压支撑杆404带动L型挡块405与贯流风叶的叶片连接,使贯流风叶的侧面受到一对相反方向的拉力,同时由于扭力弹簧的作用,可以减少贯流风叶的自转,利用剪式千斤顶406可以控制支撑板407的高度,在盒体400内腔可以叠加放置多组贯流风叶,通过两组间隔的垫块2,方便叉车搬运。

1.贯流风叶包装箱,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的底部前后侧均固定有垫块(2),所述箱体(1)的顶部铰接有箱盖(3),所述箱体(1)的内腔设有若干个盛放单元(4),所述盛放单元(4)包括盒体(400),所述盒体(400)左右两侧的上部均焊接有吊耳(401),所述盒体(400)的上端面通过转轴转动连接有挡杆(402),所述挡杆(402)的底部左侧焊接有卡盘(403),所述盒体(400)左右内壁的上部均通过转轴和扭力弹簧转动连接有气压支撑杆(404),所述气压支撑杆(404)的另一端焊接有L型挡块(405),所述盒体(400)的内腔底部设有剪式千斤顶(406),且剪式千斤顶(406)的丝杆通过通槽贯穿于盒体(400)的侧壁,所述剪式千斤顶(406)的顶部焊接有支撑板(407),所述支撑板(407)的顶部焊接有滑轨(408),所述滑轨(408)的内腔活动插接有两组夹块(409),所述滑轨(408)的内壁通过弹簧(410)与夹块(409)的外壁连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的贯流风叶包装箱,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的内腔底部通过减震器与盛放单元(4)的底部连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的贯流风叶包装箱,其特征在于:所述垫块(2)的侧面间隔通过弹簧铰链转动连接有万向轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的贯流风叶包装箱,其特征在于:所述卡盘(403)的内表面设有摩擦片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的贯流风叶包装箱,其特征在于:所述L型挡块(405)的表面胶粘有橡胶垫。
