背景技术
目前世界上聚酯布涂附磨具产品胶粘剂有很多种,例如酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂和环氧树脂,其中酚醛树脂是目前世界上应用最广泛的涂附磨具用聚酯布处理胶粘剂,但是也存在一些缺点,例如处理后布基粘结强度低和表面平整性差等。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种高强度聚酯砂布布基处理工艺。
本发明解决以上技术问题的技术方案是:一种高强度聚酯砂布布基处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
a:浸渍胶料配制:按质量份数计包括以下组分:苯丙乳液:80-90份、酚醛树脂:20-30份、纳米二氧化硅:8-10份、碳化硅粉:12-15份,防潮剂:0.5-1.5份,润湿分散剂:1-3份;
b:将a中浸渍胶料中的组分混合搅拌,温度控制在100-150℃,利用高温高速定型机将布基浸泡在混合好的溶液中,然后保温5-6min;
c:刮浆料配制:按质量份数计包括以下组分:酚醛树脂:15-20份、环氧树脂:10-15份、无机填料:3-5份、聚氨酯橡胶:30-40份;将酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、无机填料和聚氨酯橡胶混合一起,以800-900r/min高速搅拌15-20min使其充分混合均匀;
d:温度控制在150-200℃利用高温高速定型机把c配制好的刮浆料刮涂到经过b浸渍后的布基正面上,刮浆采用辊筒式涂刮,并且调节好刮刀与布基的距离,以及刮刀刮涂的角度,控制刮浆涂量为120-150g/㎡,并且保温5-6min;
e:底胶配制:按质量份数计包括以下组分:酚醛树脂:30-40份、纳米填料:2-3份、增塑剂:3-5份、固化剂:5-8份、促进剂:2-3份;将上述组分加入反应釜中,高速搅拌,温度升至80-105℃,保温2-4min,降至室温,备用;
f:温度控制在80-120℃利用高温高速定型机把e配制好的底胶涂覆到经过b浸渍后的布基反面上,刮浆涂量为60-80g/㎡,并且保温3-5min;
g:对上述经过处理的布基进行拉伸定型,采用高张力结合热定型工艺,通过大张力拉伸动力装置和高温烘烫滚筒进行,拉伸定型过后送至压光机进行轧光处理,轧压温度为60~70℃,时间为3-5min;
h:复合胶配制:按质量份数计包括以下组分:聚酯型聚氨酯胶粘剂:15-25份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:5-9份、填料:3-4份、纳米材料溶液:1-2份、催化剂:0.3-0.6份、甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯:1-5份,将上述异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯分两次加入,第一次与聚酯型聚氨酯胶粘剂、填料和甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯一起加入到反应釜中,高速搅拌,然后将剩下的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和催化剂一起加入,继续高速搅拌,温度升至80-93℃;
j:将上述复合胶通过涂胶机涂覆在底胶上,涂量为80-100g/㎡,通过高速定型机进行干燥定型,温度控制在100-120℃,然后在复合胶表面喷涂纳米材料溶液,然后进行烘干,烘干温度50-60℃。

h:复合胶配制:按质量份数计包括以下组分:聚酯型聚氨酯胶粘剂:22份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:8份、填料:4份、纳米材料溶液:2份、催化剂:0.5份、甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯:3份,其中填料为硫酸钡,催化剂为二醋酸二丁基锡;将上述异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯分两次加入,第一次与聚酯型聚氨酯胶粘剂、填料和甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯一起加入到反应釜中,高速搅拌,然后将剩下的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和催化剂一起加入,继续高速搅拌,温度升至90℃;
j:将上述复合胶通过涂胶机涂覆在底胶上,涂量为93g/㎡,通过高速定型机进行干燥定型,温度控制在113℃,然后在复合胶表面喷涂纳米材料溶液,然后进行烘干,烘干温度55℃。

h:复合胶配制:按质量份数计包括以下组分:聚酯型聚氨酯胶粘剂:15-25份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:5-9份、填料:3-4份、纳米材料溶液:1-2份、催化剂:0.3-0.6份、甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯:1-5份,将上述异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯分两次加入,第一次与聚酯型聚氨酯胶粘剂、填料和甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯一起加入到反应釜中,高速搅拌,然后将剩下的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和催化剂一起加入,继续高速搅拌,温度升至80-93℃;
j:将上述复合胶通过涂胶机涂覆在底胶上,涂量为80-100g/㎡,通过高速定型机进行干燥定型,温度控制在100-120℃,然后在复合胶表面喷涂纳米材料溶液,然后进行烘干,烘干温度50-60℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度聚酯砂布布基处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤a中,苯丙乳液:80份、酚醛树脂:24份、纳米二氧化硅:8份、碳化硅粉:12份,防潮剂:0.5份,润湿分散剂:1份,其中防潮剂为乳化的石蜡,溶液润湿分散剂为脂肪酸和聚乙烯醇类化合物,且纳米二氧化硅和碳化硅粉细度为 800-1000目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度聚酯砂布布基处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤e中,纳米填料为纳米二氧化硅、纳米氧化锌、纳米氧化钛和纳米氧化钴的混合物;增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯,促进剂为三乙烯二胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度聚酯砂布布基处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤h中,聚酯型聚氨酯胶粘剂:18份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯:6份、填料:3份、纳米材料溶液:1份、催化剂:0.3份、甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯:2份,其中填料为硫酸钡,催化剂为二醋酸二丁基锡。
