Abstract

Description
本发明一般涉及耐热衬层材料,尤其是涉及一种具有一气密层的耐热衬层材料及其制造方法,这种衬层材料适用于制造印刷电路板的层叠片,建筑装饰用胶合板等类似物的热压机。
制作印刷电路的层叠片一般是先在浸渍了树脂的编织物或叫做半固化片上制作一层铜箔,然后再将它放在热板之间加压。树脂开始减小粘滞度变为液态,然后再逐渐变硬。由于均匀的温度和压力分布,能够在高温高压下持久地反复使用的衬层材料被安装在压板上。在所说的耐热衬层材料的表面,为了防止纤维材料在形成衬层材料时从中落出,或为了改进真空输送机的吸力的适用性,常常施行气密工艺。
为了在上述表面上形成气密层,在专利公开公报128544/1982号公开了将热塑纤维层叠在衬层材料表面上,并通过热辊使热塑层熔化而形成一薄膜,然后在薄膜上涂覆具有较好的脱模性的树脂的方法。另一方法也是公知的,即通过热固树脂粘结剂(环氧树脂等)将金属板,如铜箔粘结在衬层材料的表面。
然而,在第一种情况下,热塑纤维熔化形成一薄膜,因而其柔韧性变差,在弯曲应力作用下易产生裂缝,用作表面层是不合适的。形成一气密层是很费时间的,并且生产率也成问题。
另一方面,在第二种情况下,尽管没有上述缺陷,当进行粘结时,发生了热固性树脂所特有的硬化收缩,并且留下残余的应力。因此,在使用期间,当重复加热、施压、冷处理、脱模步骤时,作为一个整体的衬层材料的收缩性只有很小的改进,这会引起最终产品的不合格。此外,热固性树脂易老化,由于热拉伸系数的不同金属箔易脱落。另外,由于金属片不能焚烧致于经济地处理废的衬层材料不能使用焚烧工艺。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有气密层的衬层材料,该衬层材料即使被施加一个弯曲应力也不会产生裂缝,并且可以通过焚烧进行处理,而不象所述的铜箔金属板那样不可焚烧。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种不用粘结措施,例如:象较易老化的热固性树脂粘结,将气密层固定到基层上的方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种衬层材料,包括耐热纤维制成的基层,及形成于所说基层上的由耐热纤维制成的气密层。
进一步,本发明提供一种制造耐热衬层材料的方法,包括以下步骤:
通过缝合将粘结层集成在本体的至少一个表面上,来形成一基层,粘结层包括一具有非拉制间芳香族聚酰胺纤维作为主要成分的编织带,而本体大体上完全由间芳香族聚酰胺纤维组成。
叠加一个间芳香族聚酰胺纤维的无纺织物片到所说粘结层的表面,和
在玻璃转变温度以上,但在纤维的分解温度以下,对所说层加压,形成所说的粘结层。
本体可以选择纺织纤维或大体上完全由间芳香族聚酰胺单独缝合制成的编织带,或者是纺织纤维和经缝合而合为一整体的编织物。此外,在本体上的粘结层包括具有非拉制间芳香族聚酰胺纤维为主要构成组分的编织带。并且,为了在本体上提供一气密层,这两者之间带有所说的粘结层,利用一间芳香族聚酰胺纤维的无纺织物片。所说的无纺织物片最好是具有不平整或不规则的表面,或者在所说的粘结层的反面有大量的微孔。这种材料的一个例子是用造纸机利用芳族酰胺合成纸浆和短纤维的悬浮水溶液制作的纸片。
根据本发明的衬层材料,包括一基层和一气密层,它们都是由纤维材料制成,这样在一弯曲应力下不会发生裂缝。因为只包含有机纤维,所以这种产品当需要处理掉时,可以通过焚烧进行处理。
本发明的被缝合到本体上的粘结层包括非拉制间芳香族聚酰胺纤维,所说的纤维在玻璃转变温度以上,但在分解温度以下时软化,呈现出叫做“自动粘合”的性质。这种性质对非拉制的纤维来说是特有的,对拉制纤维来说不会观察到这种性质。
这样,如果把具有不平整表面或大量微孔的无纺织物片与所说的粘结层重叠,对所说的粘结层进行热压时,构成该层的纤维与不平整表面或小孔相结合,作为粘结层的自动粘合特性及在不平整表面或微孔与非拉制纤维之间的实际结合的结果,使两者可以坚固地结合为一体,这样所获得的结合不同于象热固性树脂那样的硬化粘结而获得整体化。
如上述,粘结层和气密层包括相似的纤维材料,对衬层材料在玻璃转变温度以上,即,使用衬层材料的温度以上,进行热处理,在使用期间其尺寸的改变较小,并且这两层的结合状态也是稳定的。因此,在使用时,即使衬层材料被弯曲,也不会有褶皱产生。进一步说,气密层不容易从粘结层上脱离下来,可以确信,这种衬层材料可稳定地使用较长的时间。
由于不平整表面或微孔充满非拉制纤维,在热处理前可透过空气的无纺织物片成为气密的。这样形成的气密层是不透气的和致密的。所以,产品可以通过利用吸盘的自动装载系统进行传送,并且表面的耐磨性能也得到了改善。还可以防止纤维废物的产生,因为气密层和基层都是由有机纤维组成,这有助于通过焚烧进行处理。

参考图1,一种耐热衬层材料包括,一本体1,其组分是如由Teijin公司出售的Conex这样的标准重量为1000g/m2的Metsuke的间芳香族聚酰胺纤维,还包括两个粘结层2,2,是由标准重量为150g/m2的Metsuke织物构成,该织物是100%的尺寸为3支×38mm的非拉制的间芳香族聚酰胺纤维织物,例如:Teijin公司出售的Conex wuD棉。分别在本体1的两个表面上叠加两个粘结层2,由针缝合为一体,这样就形成了基层3,基层3为标准重量是1300g/m2的Metsuke。
接下来,两片由间芳香族聚酰胺制成的无纺纤维片4,4如Dupout公司出售的Nomex纸,分别叠加在粘结层2的两表面上,然后由热压机进行热压,热压是在300℃下,以10kg/cm2的力作用15分钟,所得到的本发明的耐热衬层材料具有0.7g/cm3的比重。
上述发明的衬层材料,在基层3上放置的粘结层2软化,并且在玻璃转变温度以上,但在组分纤维的分解温度以下(例子中为300℃)变得具有自动粘合性,这些组分纤维填充到气密层4的不平整表面或微孔中,这样这两层就以不同于热固性树脂那样的结合方式紧密地结合在一起。
然后,比较一下如图3所示的常规产品A,该产品是把粘结层5,5和脱模层6,6放置在与上述发明产品相同的本体1的两边。粘结层5,5包括熔化过的热塑性纤维。常规的产品B是这样得到的,在180℃和50kg/cm2的条件下施行15分钟的热压,将厚为35μm的铜箔8,8,借助于热固性树脂(环氧树脂)粘合到与上述发明的本体1相同的本体1的表面。除铜箔外的金属片也可用于此。
接着,在180℃和50kg/cm2压力下,以2小时为一周期加热和冷却循环进行实验,确定本发明的产品,常规产品A和B的寿命(包括弯曲特性,纤维脱落和气密层分离性)。其结果表明,本发明的产品即使在300次加压操作后,稳定可用,几乎没有表面收缩。
通过对比发现,对于常规产品B逐步进行收缩,当施压到150次时,铜箔8从本体1上剥落,产品不再有用。对于常规产品A,粘结层5易于热劣化,当施压到100次时裂缝产生了,产品也不再有用。
在上述的例子中,粘结层2安置在本体1的两边,但也可以只设置在本体1的一个表面。尽管本体1包括一种如例子中所指出的织物,不需说,它们可以包括单独缝合的织物或缝合在一起的织物与纺织织物。
此外,尺寸或标准重量Metsuke等等,并不限于上述所指出的那样,还可以根据需要确定。另外,在上述例子中的粘结层2,2中,使用的是100%的非拉制纤维(间芳香族聚酰胺纤维),但是,只要主要使用所说的纤维,也可以与拉制纤维(间芳香族聚酰胺纤维)混合使用。
由于在本体表面上形成柔韧的、耐热的纤维制成的气密层,根据本发明的衬层材料,即使在弯曲应力作用下,也不会产生裂缝或褶皱。这种衬层材料还可以通过焚烧处理掉,因为这种材料全部是由纤维材料制成的。
此外,本发明的粘结层包括完全由或基本上完全由非拉制间芳香族聚酰胺纤维构成的纤维织物,并在一定压力下,在玻璃转变温度以上,但在粘结层纤维材料的分解温度以下,将具有不平整表面的无纺纤维叠加在其上,这样可以通过粘结层的组分纤维填充到无纺织物片的不平整表面,形成一紧密整体。
在所说的粘结方法中整体化不是因为组分纤维的熔化而获得的,而是由于组分纤维的软化和所施加的压力完成了实际的整体化,因而即使在弯曲应力作用下,气密层也不会起褶皱,即使在长时间使用后,气密层仍不会从基层上剥落。
最后,由于在热压过程中施加的热和压力使得气密层的表面既光滑又致密,这样基本上减小了透气性,所以使利用吸盘的自动装载系统的传输是可行的,同时,改善了耐磨性能,基本上防止了纤维废物的产生。
Claims (2)
1.一种衬层材料,包括一耐热纤维制成的基层,和一形成在所说基层上的气密层,所说基层包括一由间芳香族聚酰胺纤维制成的本体,一由具有非拉制间芳香族聚酰胺纤维的纤维织物作为主要组分的粘结层,其中所说的本体和粘结层被缝合为一整体,而所说的气密层包括一由间芳香族聚酰胺纤维制成的无纺织物片。
2.一种制造耐热衬层材料的方法,包括以下步骤:
通过将由具有作为主要组分的非拉制间芳香族聚酰胺纤维的纤维织物组成粘结层,缝合到由间芳香族聚酰胺纤维组成的本体的至少一个表面上,经整体化所形成的基层,
在所说的粘结层的表面叠加一由间芳香族聚酰胺纤维构成的无纺织物片,和
在玻璃转变温度以上,但在纤维分解温度以下,给所说层加压,形成所说粘结层。
