Abstract
提供了一种多杀菌素异源表达菌株的构建方法,通过该方法获得的多杀菌素异源表达菌株及其在制备多杀菌素中的应用。方法利用多次同源重组,将红色糖多胞菌的红霉素合成基因簇替换为多杀菌素合成基因簇和鼠李糖合成基因簇,使红色糖多孢菌表达多杀菌素。
