Abstract
本发明涉及一种摩托车车轮,其包括锻造的轮辋和中央的轮毂连接区域,一体构造在轮辋上的辐条从轮辋延伸至中央的轮毂连接区域,可固定在摩托车上的、构成摩托车车轮轮毂的轮毂元件可拆地固定在轮毂连接区域上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其是用于越野摩托车的多件式摩托车车轮。
背景技术
对于越野摩托车而言,基于其高弹性而优选使用辐条车轮。但辐条车轮与铸造或锻造车轮相比在制造及材料成本方面明显更为困难和更为昂贵。铸造车轮并不适合用于越野领域中,因为它们基于材料较低的延展性而几乎不提供越野能力。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于,提供一种摩托车车轮,其在重量较小以及材料使用和制造方面成本较低的同时兼有越野能力。
为此,本发明提出一种摩托车车轮,包括锻造的轮辋和中央的轮毂连接区域,其中,一体构造在轮辋上的辐条从轮辋延伸至中央的轮毂连接区域,能固定在摩托车上的、构成摩托车车轮轮毂的轮毂元件在该轮毂元件的辐条固定部位上可拆地固定在各辐条的轮毂连接区域上,其中,所述轮毂元件的辐条固定部位设置为沿该轮毂元件的旋转轴线在轴向上背离所述轮辋的中心至少部分地超出所述轮辋的轴向外围,各辐条的径向内端部相对于辐条的径向外端部而言在轴向上更靠近所述轮毂元件的辐条固定部位偏移地设置。
在此,根据本发明提出一种摩托车车轮,其包括锻造的轮辋和中央的轮毂连接区域,其中,一体构造在轮辋上的辐条从轮辋延伸至中央的轮毂连接区域,并且可固定在摩托车上的、构成摩托车车轮轮毂的轮毂元件可拆地固定在轮毂连接区域上。轮毂元件在此优选通过压铸或金属型铸造而制成。
通过将待固定在摩托车上的轮毂元件与其上设有辐条的轮辋分离成不同构件,可确保模块化系统,该模块化系统能实现轮辋的不同设计以用于不同使用目的或安装在不同车型上,且无须更换轮毂元件。即使在轮辋损坏时或在维修情况下也可简单地替换轮辋。
通过使用锻造车轮,相对于辐条车轮显著降低了制造成本和摩托车重量。此外,两件式解决方案的成本比例如在超级运动摩托车中使用的完全锻造车轮更加低廉。此外,改善了车轮在径向和侧向跳动方面的性能。通过一体构造轮辋和辐条,确保了大的设计自由度。
在本发明的一种实施方式中规定,轮毂连接区域构成有轴向开口,轮毂元件可轴向穿过该轴向开口并且可固定在轮毂连接区域上。因此,轮毂元件可延伸穿过轮辋的轴向宽度并且提供连接到摩托车和轮毂连接区域上的连接可能性。
在另一种有利的实施方式中规定,轮毂连接区域和轮毂元件在轴向俯视图中具有星形形状。该星形形状提供了在沿圆周方向相邻并且径向向外延伸的星形臂之间分别在轮毂件和轮毂容纳部之间设置固定位置的可能性,在这些固定位置上将这两个构件螺旋连接。
此外,在一种实施方式中规定,轮毂元件具有径向延伸的接片,所述接片在安装状态中与轮毂连接区域的凹口嵌接。这些接片提供面状贴靠并且增大了轮毂件和轮毂容纳部、即(间接地利用轮辋)和轮胎之间的扭矩传递能力。
在一种替代实施方式中,轮毂元件具有法兰,所述轮毂元件通过该法兰沿径向和轴向贴靠在轮毂连接区域上地固定在所述轮毂连接区域上。径向贴靠也可通过上面所描述的插入式解决方案简单地实现。
摩托车车轮的具有分离的轮毂元件的多件式实施方式此外在如下方面是有利的,即,可在轮毂元件上为设置在车轮区域中的构件或组件(如制动装置或驱动装置)设置有或一体成形有容纳部、成形部或类似物。在一种替代方案中,例如在轮毂元件上设有制动器容纳部或将制动器容纳部集成在该轮毂元件中。
轮毂连接区域可构造为环绕的环形或圈形件或者多件式地构造在所述辐条之中的每个辐条上。在后一种情况下,在轮毂件和各个辐条的设有轮毂连接区域的端部区段之间进行连接。在该方案中不需要将各个轮毂连接区域环绕地一体连接。
此外有利的是,轮毂元件构造为空心体。由此,对于铸件而言显著减轻了重量。
在一种实施方式中这样确定轮毂元件的轴向延伸,使得其大致等于轮辋的轴向宽度。

具体实施方式
在图1中以侧视图示出两件式的摩托车车轮1。该摩托车车轮1包括一个锻造的轮辋2和一个中央的轮毂连接区域3。在轮辋2和轮毂连接区域3之间延伸有多个一体构造在轮辋2上的辐条4。辐条4的形状和延伸能够可变化地设计。轮毂连接区域3构成有轴向开口5,轮毂元件6延伸穿过该轴向开口并且通过多个螺钉可拆地固定在轮毂连接区域3上。轮毂元件6又可固定在未示出的摩托车上。
在所示实施方式中,在其轴向延伸中大致构造为空心体的轮毂元件6在轴向端部区段中具有环绕的法兰7,所述轮毂元件通过该法兰沿径向和轴向贴靠固定在轮毂连接区域3上并且因此间接地固定在轮辋2上。轮毂元件6在其轴向长度上大致在轮辋2的轴向宽度上延伸并且在其侧边缘区段上具有用于其它组件的容纳部8。
本发明的实施方式不局限于上面所给出的优选实施例。更多地,可想到多种变型方案,它们即使在基本不同类型的实施方式中也利用所显示的解决方案。例如,轮毂连接区域可多件式地构造并且构造在辐条的每个处于径向内部的端部上,以致轮毂元件固定在轮毂连接区域的每个部分上并且因此确保与辐条或轮辋的连接。
Claims (9)
1.摩托车车轮,包括锻造的轮辋(2)和中央的轮毂连接区域(3),其中,一体构造在轮辋(2)上的辐条(4)从轮辋延伸至中央的轮毂连接区域(3),能固定在摩托车上的、构成摩托车车轮轮毂的轮毂元件(6)在该轮毂元件(6)的辐条固定部位上可拆地固定在各辐条(4)的轮毂连接区域(3)上,其中,所述轮毂元件(6)的辐条固定部位设置为沿该轮毂元件(6)的旋转轴线在轴向上背离所述轮辋(2)的中心至少部分地超出所述轮辋(2)的轴向外围,各辐条(4)的径向内端部相对于辐条(4)的径向外端部而言在轴向上更靠近所述轮毂元件(6)的辐条固定部位偏移地设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车车轮,其特征在于,所述轮毂连接区域(3)构成有轴向开口(5),轮毂元件(6)能轴向穿过该轴向开口并且能固定在轮毂连接区域(3)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩托车车轮,其特征在于,所述轮毂连接区域(3)和轮毂元件(6)在轴向俯视图中具有星形形状。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩托车车轮,其特征在于,所述轮毂元件(6)具有径向延伸的接片,所述接片在安装状态中与轮毂连接区域(3)的凹口嵌接。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩托车车轮,其特征在于,所述轮毂元件(6)具有法兰,所述轮毂元件通过该法兰沿径向和轴向贴靠在轮毂连接区域(3)上地固定在该轮毂连接区域上。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩托车车轮,其特征在于,在所述轮毂元件(6)上设有制动器容纳部。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩托车车轮,其特征在于,所述轮毂连接区域(3)多件式地构造并且构造在所述辐条(4)之中的每个辐条上。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩托车车轮,其特征在于,所述轮毂元件(6)构造为空心体。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩托车车轮,其特征在于,所述摩托车车轮是两件式的。
