Abstract

一种新型预制保温抗晒塑料复合管道的制作方法,首选将连接双螺杆的螺旋式模具加热至140℃~180℃;乙烯发泡挤出机加热至120℃~160℃内部通入0.6~1.0Mpa压缩液化石油气体进行发泡,发泡好后,通过其中一螺杆通入螺旋式模具;再在保护层挤出机加入EVA材料并加热至120℃~150℃,加热好后的EVA材料通过另一螺杆通入螺旋式模具;之后冷却模具温度至75℃~90℃,保温0.5~1h;最后将成品PERT、PEX、PB或PPR管材通过牵引机牵放入双螺杆的螺旋式模具,制得带有保温抗晒功能的塑料复合管道。本发明以EVA材料作为管道的外保护层,外保护层、保温层与工作内管高度一体化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型预制保温抗晒塑料复合管道的制作方法。
背景技术
传统塑料管材安装为手动安装聚氨酯保温层,在城市集中供热管网和给水管网领域中,手动安装保温层的塑料管道阶段有以下不足,一是手动安装保温层与塑料管道的一体性差,保温层与管道贴面空隙大,容易进水,致使保温效果大打折扣。;二是手动安装保温层,增加了施工环节,大大增加了施工难度和施工成本;三是手动安装保温层多选用单一的聚氨酯或聚乙烯发泡塑料,并无外保护层,长时间在空气和日晒的环境下易被腐蚀和风化。
发明内容
本发明就是为了解决提供一种具有以EVA材料为外保护层的新型预制保温抗晒塑料复合管道以及通过双螺杆的螺旋式模具来制作该复合管道的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种新型预制保温抗晒塑料复合管道的技术解决方案为:
包括工作内管、保温层和外保护层;所述保温层套设于工作内管外部;所述外保护层套设于保温层外部,所述工作内管为PERT或PEX管或PB管或PPR管;所述保温层为聚乙烯发泡层;所述外保护层为EVA层。
其制作方法为:
首选将连接双螺杆的螺旋式模具加热至140℃~180℃;乙烯发泡挤出机加热至120℃~160℃内部通入0.6~1.0Mpa压缩液化石油气体进行发泡,发泡好后,通过其中一螺杆通入螺旋式模具;再在保护层挤出机加入EVA材料并加热至120℃~150℃,加热好后的EVA材料通过另一螺杆通入螺旋式模具;之后冷却模具温度至75℃~90℃,保温0.5~1h;最后将成品PERT、PEX、PB或PPR管材通过牵引机牵放入双螺杆的螺旋式模具,制得带有保温抗晒功能的塑料复合管道。
所述EVA材料是以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为原料,添加阻燃剂、抗晒剂,通过专用设备混合,经螺杆加热在发泡保温层外形成抗晒防水的保护层。
所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料是低密度聚乙烯为主要原料,在发泡剂、催化剂、阻燃剂等多种助剂的作用下,通过专用设备混合,经螺杆加热现场发泡而在工作内管外形成保温层。
本发明可以达到的技术效果是:本发明以EVA材料作为管道的外保护层,外保护层、保温层与工作内管高度一体化。

一种新型预制保温抗晒塑料复合管道,包括工作内管1、保温层2和外保护层3;所述保温层2套设于工作内管1外部;所述外保护层3套设于保温层2外部,所述工作内管1为PERT或PEX管或PB管或PPR管;所述保温层2为聚乙烯发泡层;所述外保护层3为EVA层。
一种新型预制保温抗晒塑料复合管道的制作方法,包括如下步骤:首选将连接双螺杆的螺旋式模具加热至140℃~180℃;乙烯发泡挤出机加热至120℃~160℃内部通入0.6~1.0Mpa压缩液化石油气体进行发泡,发泡好后,通过其中一螺杆通入螺旋式模具;再在保护层挤出机加入EVA材料并加热至120℃~150℃,加热好后的EVA材料通过另一螺杆通入螺旋式模具;之后冷却模具温度至75℃~90℃,保温0.5~1h;最后将成品PERT、PEX、PB或PPR管材通过牵引机牵放入双螺杆的螺旋式模具,制得带有保温抗晒功能的塑料复合管道。
本发明的技术方案有效简化了城市集中供热管网、给水管网按照过程对管道保温需求而进行的二次套保温管的施工环节,大幅降低施工成本。采用的EVA保护层,具有显著的抗晒防水功能,相比较于有PVC或HDPE外管、聚氨酯发泡材料、PPR工作内管组成的预制保温管,本发明的材料成本优势明显,管材可以按卷打包,有效的提高了运输效率和施工效率。
目前现有能达到本发明目的代替方案是在以常见的PERT、PEX、PB和PPR四种材料的管材作为工作内管,聚氨酯硬性泡沫塑料作为保温层,PVC或HDPE管作为外部保护套管。相比较于代替方案,本方案在材料成本和施工效率上更具有优势。
优选地,所述保温层2为聚乙烯泡沫塑料。聚乙烯泡沫塑料是低密度聚乙烯为主要原料,在发泡剂、催化剂、阻燃剂等多种助剂的作用下,通过专用设备混合,经单螺杆加热现场发泡而成的高分子聚合物,其在工作内管1外形成保温层2。
优选地,所述EVA材料是以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为原料,添加阻燃剂、抗晒剂,通过专用设备混合,经螺杆加热在发泡保温层2外形成抗晒防水的保护层3。

Claims (3)

1.一种预制保温抗晒塑料复合管道的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:首选将连接双螺杆的螺旋式模具加热至140℃~180℃;乙烯发泡挤出机加入聚乙烯泡沫塑料并加热至120℃~160℃内部通入0.6~1.0Mpa压缩液化石油气体进行发泡,发泡好后制的聚乙烯泡沫塑料通过其中一螺杆通入螺旋式模具;再在保护层挤出机加入EVA材料并加热至120℃~150℃,加热好后的EVA材料通过另一螺杆通入螺旋式模具;之后冷却模具温度至75℃~90℃,保温0.5~1h;最后将成品PERT、PEX、PB或PPR管材通过牵引机牵放入双螺杆的螺旋式模具,制得带有保温抗晒功能的塑料复合管道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预制保温抗晒塑料复合管道的制作方法,其特征在于:所述EVA材料是以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为原料,添加阻燃剂、抗晒剂,通过专用设备混合,经螺杆加热在发泡保温层(2)外形成抗晒防水的保护层(3)。
