Abstract
本发明提供一种隔音断热砖及其制备工艺,隔音断热砖采用草木纤维和改性石膏混合材质,草木纤维可取材农作物秸秆,成本低廉且环保无污染,草木纤维和改性石膏混合材质既具有较好的强度,又具有良好的隔音断热性能,而且草木纤维和改性石膏混合材质制成的隔音断热砖在房屋拆除后还可进行回收再利用,制备工艺中混合浆料和发泡浆料均匀混合,混合浆料在发泡浆料的作用下迅速膨胀并挤出至成型模具内成型,成型效率和成型质量较高,另外,隔音断热砖在脱模阶段由于改性石膏的快速凝固特性可迅速脱模。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种隔音断热砖及其制备工艺。
背景技术
砖是建筑领域内常用建材,作为房屋墙体的主体单元,砖体的隔音隔热性能决定着房屋的居住舒适度,为实现房屋的隔音隔热,常用方法是在墙体的内侧加设消音防火材料,而消音防火材料的隔音和防火能力有限,未能从房屋墙体上实现隔音和防火,而且消音防火材料加设在墙体内侧也影响室内的美观性,另外,加设消音防火材料也增加了房屋的装修成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔音防火性能较好的隔音断热砖的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种隔音断热砖制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水、抗凝剂、改性石膏和草木纤维加入搅拌设备搅拌均匀;
S2、将搅拌设备的仓底阀门打开,使混合浆料利用自重输送至储料仓;
S3、将储料仓内的混合浆料输送至混料装置;
S4、发泡设备制备发泡浆料,将发泡浆料输送至混料装置;
S5、混合浆料和发泡浆料在混料装置内均匀混合,混合浆料在发泡浆料的作用下迅速膨胀并经由混料装置的排出管道挤出至隔音断热砖成型模具内进行灌注;
S6、用传动设备将成型模具输送至脱模装置;
S7、隔音断热砖在脱模装置进行脱模,完成制备。
水、抗凝剂、改性石膏和草木纤维的添加量按重量份计,水20-50份,抗凝剂5-10份,改性石膏100-200份,草木纤维200-400份。
混料装置为三通管。
混料装置为混料釜。
S5中设置检测控制单元,混合浆料将成型模具灌注满后,检测控制单元控制传动设备将当前模具输送至脱模装置,并将新的模具输送至灌注工位。
S3中混合浆料和S4中发泡浆料均由输送泵输送至混料装置。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种隔音防火性能较好的隔音断热砖。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:采用如上述方法制备所得的隔音断热砖。
本发明的隔音断热砖及其制备工艺,隔音断热砖采用草木纤维和改性石膏混合材质,草木纤维可取材农作物秸秆,成本低廉且环保无污染,草木纤维和改性石膏混合材质既具有较好的强度,又具有良好的隔音断热性能,而且草木纤维和改性石膏混合材质制成的隔音断热砖在房屋拆除后还可进行回收再利用,制备工艺中混合浆料和发泡浆料均匀混合,混合浆料在发泡浆料的作用下迅速膨胀并挤出至成型模具内成型,成型效率和成型质量较高,另外,隔音断热砖在脱模阶段由于改性石膏的快速凝固特性可迅速脱模。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明隔音断热砖制备工艺的具体实施例一,如图1中所示,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水、抗凝剂、改性石膏和草木纤维加入搅拌设备1搅拌均匀;
S2、将搅拌设备1的仓底阀门11打开,使混合浆料利用自重输送至储料仓2;
S3、将储料仓2内的混合浆料输送至混料装置4;
S4、发泡设备3制备发泡浆料,将发泡浆料输送至混料装置4;
S5、混合浆料和发泡浆料在混料装置4内均匀混合,混合浆料在发泡浆料的作用下迅速膨胀并经由混料装置4的排出管道挤出至隔音断热砖成型模具5内进行灌注;
S6、用传动设备6将成型模具输送至脱模装置7;
S7、隔音断热砖在脱模装置7进行脱模,完成制备。
采用上述制备工艺制得的隔音断热砖,采用草木纤维和改性石膏混合材质,草木纤维可取材农作物秸秆,成本低廉且环保无污染,草木纤维和改性石膏混合材质既具有较好的强度,又具有良好的隔音断热性能,而且草木纤维和改性石膏混合材质制成的隔音断热砖在房屋拆除后还可进行回收再利用,制备工艺中混合浆料和发泡浆料均匀混合,混合浆料在发泡浆料的作用下迅速膨胀并挤出至成型模具内成型,成型效率和成型质量较高,另外,隔音断热砖在脱模阶段由于改性石膏的快速凝固特性可迅速脱模。
优选地,水、抗凝剂、改性石膏和草木纤维的添加量按重量份计,水20-50份,抗凝剂5-10份,改性石膏100-200份,草木纤维200-400份,采用上述重量配比,制得的隔音断热砖的强度以及隔音隔热性能较好,当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,水、抗凝剂、改性石膏和草木纤维可以采用其他配比进行混合。
优选地,混料装置4为三通管,三通管结构简单,易于进行设置,当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,混料装置4可采用混料釜等其他设备。
优选地,S5中设置检测控制单元,混合浆料将成型模具灌注满后,检测控制单元控制传动设备将当前模具输送至脱模装置,并将新的模具输送至灌注工位,设备检测控制单元,无需人工紧盯制备过程,可实现隔音断热砖的连续、自动化生产。
优选地,S3中混合浆料和S4中发泡浆料均由输送泵输送至混料装置,相比紧靠自重将混合浆料和发泡浆料输送至混料装置,可避免输送过程中发生的管道堆积或阻塞,影响生产效率。
本发明的隔音断热砖的具体实施例一,采用上述制备方法制得隔音断热砖,此处不再赘述。
Claims (7)
1.一种隔音断热砖制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将水、抗凝剂、改性石膏和草木纤维加入搅拌设备搅拌均匀;
S2、将搅拌设备的仓底阀门打开,使混合浆料利用自重输送至储料仓;
S3、将储料仓内的混合浆料输送至混料装置;
S4、发泡设备制备发泡浆料,将发泡浆料输送至混料装置;
S5、混合浆料和发泡浆料在混料装置内均匀混合,混合浆料在发泡浆料的作用下迅速膨胀并经由混料装置的排出管道挤出至隔音断热砖成型模具内进行灌注;
S6、用传动设备将成型模具输送至脱模装置;
S7、隔音断热砖在脱模装置进行脱模,完成制备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔音断热砖制备工艺,其特征在于,水、抗凝剂、改性石膏和草木纤维的添加量按重量份计,水20-50份,抗凝剂5-10份,改性石膏100-200份,草木纤维200-400份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔音断热砖制备工艺,其特征在于,混料装置为三通管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔音断热砖制备工艺,其特征在于,混料装置为混料釜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隔音断热砖制备工艺,其特征在于,S5中设置检测控制单元,混合浆料将成型模具灌注满后,检测控制单元控制传动设备将当前模具输送至脱模装置,并将新的模具输送至灌注工位。
6.根据权利要求1所述的隔音断热砖制备工艺,其特征在于,S3中混合浆料和S4中发泡浆料均由输送泵输送至混料装置。
7.一种隔音断热砖,其特征在于,由权利要求1至6中任一项的隔音断热砖制备工艺制得。
