Description

导线固定器
本发明涉及一种以一定的间隔将由电缆扣束紧的导线束支承在一安装面板上的导线固定器,更具体地说,涉及这样一种导线固定器,它具有从其顶部延伸到底部的供束带通过的内通道,束带可从其外侧穿入顶部和底部之间的该通道,因而这种导线固定器便于使用。
在电气工业领域,大量的场合需要将成束的电线或电缆固定于安装面板或其它类似的安装表面。在许多场合下经常使用一种扣紧式电缆扣。这种抽紧式电缆扣具有一加大的头部,它允许其束带从安装面板的第一侧插入,穿过面板上的孔而穿到面板的第二侧,束带环绕导线束后再穿回第一侧,并在那里锁合。这样,导线束便束定于第二侧上了,而加大的头部能防止电缆扣穿过所述的孔而脱落。在这些应用场合中,最好能将导线束保持在与面板隔开一个距离的位置上,以避免面板上打出的孔的尖锐边缘划破导线。
已有技术的导线固定器是一个具有一单个孔的大致呈圆柱形的构件。使用时,电缆扣束带插入并穿过安装表面上的孔洞再穿过导线固定器上的孔后环绕线束,而后再返回穿过所述孔和孔洞,与锁合头锁定。在使用已有技术的导线固定器中存在着这样一个问题,即,必须将电缆扣束带在包绕着导线束的同时插入到安装孔内和导线固定器的孔内。因而这一方面需要改进。
因而,本发明的目的在于,提供一种和一个电缆扣一起用于将导线束与面板隔开一定距离地保持在面板上的导线固定器。
本发明的进一步的目的在于,提供一种便于使用电缆扣将导线束固定于一面板的改进型导线固定器。
本发明的再一个目的在于,提供一种先把导线束束定于面板,而后再和一电缆扣一起使用的改进型导线固定器。
为此,本发明提供了一种导线固定器,它和一个电缆扣一起用于将导线束与安装面板隔开一定距离地固定到面板上,该导线固定器包括:一本体,它具有一顶部、一底部以及在两者之间将所述本体分为内部和外部的外侧面;束带通道结构,它们在本体的内部从顶部向底部延伸;以及进出槽口结构,它们设置在顶部和底部之间,使束带通道与本体的外部相通。
还有,这种和一个电缆扣一起使用、通过把电缆扣束带穿过面板上的孔、进而包绕导线束、再返回穿过所述孔、随后固定于所述孔而将一束导线保持于与面板隔开一定距离的导线固定器通常包括:一本体,它具有一用于抵靠在安装表面之一侧上的顶端、一使导线束定位在与安装表面隔开一定距离的位置上的底端、以及在两者之间将本体分为内部和外部的外侧面;设置在本体内部以使电缆扣束带能从本体的顶部穿到底部的束带通道;以及设置在本体的至少一侧并且位于本体的所述顶端和底端之间的进出口结构,其乃是束带通道的进出口。
图1是本发明的导线固定器的立体图,示出了这种导线固定器将导线束固定于与面板隔开一定距离的情况;
图2是图1中的导线固定器的俯视立体图;
图3是图1中的导线固定器的仰视立体图;
图4是图1中的导线固定器的侧视图;
图5是图1中的导线固定器的俯视图;
图6示出了用一个扣头式电缆扣将导线束初步束定于安装面板的情形;

各附图中标号10总地表示一个能体现本发明的精神的、由塑料制成的导线固定器。
如图2和3清楚地所示,导线固定器10有一个大致呈圆柱形的本体12,该本体有一顶部14、一底部16、以及一对在本体12内从顶部14延伸到底部16的束带通道18。顶部14包括一也大致为圆柱形的中心凸肩部24,当底部14抵靠于安装面板30的下侧时,该凸肩部为导线固定器提供了一底座,并使导线固定器10对中地定位于安装面板30的孔洞40内。参见图3,导线固定器10的底部16有一个弧形表面,该凹形的弧面可使导线束40集中在导线固定器10的下端。
从图3-5清楚可见,导线固定器10的顶部14有彼此相对而且互相靠近的两个束带通道18,它们在导线固定器10的内部以一定的扩张角延伸,因而其在导线固定器10的底部16处就分开了一个较大的距离。导线固定器10还包括一在束带通道18的整个长度上延伸的进出槽口22,这样便可使束带从本体12的外边进入到束带通道18内。进出槽口22和束带通道18出口表面在底部16处是带圆角的。这种在底部16上带圆角的出口表面和具有一定扩张角的束带通道18一起可使束带36有一个较小的弯曲半径。
使用时,如图6-9所示,使用者可以用一个电缆扣,例如一扣紧式电缆扣,它包括一个尺寸大于孔32的加大的头部以及一根具有锁合头的束带。使用者将束带36的引入端穿过孔32后包绕一个导线束40,而后再将该引入端反过来经过孔32穿回,以与电缆扣34的锁合头部分地接合。如图7所示,当电缆扣36将导线束40暂时束定于安装面板30时,可以这样来施加导线固定器10,即,把导线束40两侧的束带36的一部分插入进出槽口22,进而抵达束带通道18。进出槽口22设置在本体12的相对两侧面上,以便于将围绕导线束的束带插入束带通道18。当导线束40两侧的束带36都被插入导线固定器10的束带通道18内之后,可以将电缆扣34完全收紧到如图11所示的那样。
应该注意,尽管图示和所述的导线固定器10具有一个大致呈圆柱形的本体,但也可以用其它形状的。类似地,还应注意,所示的导线固定器10包括了多个切口部分26。这些切口部分26在维持了所需强度的同时,可减少材料用量,降低成本。这些切口部分的数量、尺寸和形状都不是很重要的,其可以因不同的导线固定器构造而异。
尽管上面已经图示和描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但本技术领域的熟练人员在不偏离本发明实质的前提下还可以作出种种变化和改进。上文结合附图所作的描述仅仅是起说明作用,而对本发明没有任何限制。因而,仅将本发明的保护范围限制在所附权利要求中。

Claims (9)

1.一种导线固定器,它和一个电缆扣一起用于将导线束与安装面板隔开一定距离地固定到面板上,该导线固定器包括:
一本体,它具有一顶部、一底部以及在两者之间将所述本体分为内部和外部的外侧面;
束带通道结构,它们在本体的内部从顶部向底部延伸;以及
进出槽口结构,它们设置在顶部和底部之间,使束带通道与本体的外部相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的导线固定器,其特征在于,所述束带通道结构是一对相对的束带通道,它们在所述本体的内部从顶部向底部延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的导线固定器,其特征在于,两个束带通道在导线固定器的顶部处彼此靠近地设置,并有一定的扩张角,所以在导线固定器的底部处分开一个较大的距离。
4.如权利要求3所述的导线固定器,其特征在于,所述束带通道还包括一个在底部带有圆角形状的出口表面。
5.如权利要求1所述的导线固定器,其特征在于,所述进出槽口是一对进出槽口,它们设置在所述顶端和底端之间,使所述束带通道与本体的外部连通。
6.如权利要求5所述的导线固定器,其特征在于,所述成对的进出槽口设置在相对的侧面上。
7.如权利要求1所述的导线固定器,其特征在于,所述顶部包括一凸肩部分,用来将所述本体对中地定位在面板的孔内。
8.如权利要求7所述的导线固定器,其特征在于,所述凸肩部分是圆柱形的。
9.如权利要求1所述的导线固定器,其特征在于,所述底部有一定的弧度而形成一个内凹的形状。
