Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂,该织物整理剂按质量分数计,包括1‑5%胍盐改性氨基有机硅、2‑5%氨基硅烷、1‑5%纳米二氧化硅、20‑40%乙酸乙酯、30‑40%乙酸丁酯、20‑30%乙醇。制备方法包括:一、将氨基硅烷和纳米二氧化硅进行混合,得到硅烷改性的纳米二氧化硅;二、将硅烷改性纳米二氧化硅与上述各物质按照配比混合得到具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂。该整理剂可以直接涂覆、喷涂、浸渍在鞋子、衣物及其他布料表面,干燥后即可具有防水防油防污性能,不需要二次整理,因此本发明对织物后处理工艺简单、适合大规模生产,可以带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

一种具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂
技术领域
本发明涉及织物整理剂改进,尤其涉及一种具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂。
背景技术
近年来随着生活水平的提高,人们对织物的时尚健康的追求越来越高。越来越多的消费者对织物的功能性表现出了强烈的追求,比如:在强调织物舒适性的同时,还有防水防油防污、防静电、阻燃、抗菌防臭等特殊功能。现有的织物防水防油防污(简称三防)整理效果差,需要两次后处理工艺,比较复杂,而且洗涤之后效果更差。如果选用三防整理加工助剂不当,将PFOA(全氟辛酸及其盐)、PFOS(全氟辛烷磺酰基化合物)等有害物质与人体接触或排入环境,将会影响人们的身体健康和生态环境。从长远角度考虑,人们应该选择更加有利于环境和健康的整理剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂。
所述的织物整理剂包括质量分数分别为1-5%胍盐改性氨基有机硅、2-5%氨基硅烷、1-5%纳米二氧化硅、20-40%乙酸乙酯、30-40%乙酸丁酯、20-30%乙醇。所述的胍盐改性氨基有机硅的制备方法可参见CN106084231A。
所述的织物整理剂的制备方法包括:一、按上述配比将氨基硅烷和纳米二氧化硅进行混合,得到硅烷改性的纳米二氧化硅;二、将硅烷改性纳米二氧化硅与上述其余物质按照配比混合得到具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂。
所述的氨基硅烷为:γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、苯氨基甲基三甲氧基硅烷等,优选γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
所述的纳米二氧化硅尺寸为10-20纳米。
本发明的有益效果:
该整理剂可以直接涂覆、喷涂、浸渍在鞋子、衣物及其他布料表面,干燥后即可具有防水防油防污性能,不需要二次整理,因此本发明对织物后处理工艺简单、适合大规模生产,可以带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例进一步说明本发明内容:
实施例1:
整理剂包括:50g胍盐改性氨基有机硅、20g氨基硅烷、10g纳米二氧化硅、300g乙酸乙酯、350g乙酸丁酯、270g乙醇。
先将10g 10-20纳米的二氧化硅与20gγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷在搅拌下混合均匀后,再与50g胍盐改性氨基有机硅、300g乙酸乙酯、350g乙酸丁酯、270g乙醇混合,然后涂覆、喷涂、浸渍于织物上,所选织物为鞋面织物。测得鞋面织物表面防水防油防污性能优异。
实施例2:
整理剂包括:20g胍盐改性氨基有机硅、80g氨基硅烷、100g纳米二氧化硅、800g乙酸乙酯、600g乙酸丁酯、400g乙醇。
将100g 10-20纳米的二氧化硅与80gγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷在搅拌下混合均匀后,再与20g胍盐改性氨基有机硅、800g乙酸乙酯、600g乙酸丁酯、400g乙醇混合,然后涂覆、喷涂、浸渍于织物上,所选织物为衣物。测得衣物表面防水防油防污性能优异。
实施例3:
整理剂包括:15g胍盐改性氨基有机硅、25g氨基硅烷、10g纳米二氧化硅、100g乙酸乙酯、200g乙酸丁酯、150g乙醇。
将10g 10-20纳米的二氧化硅与25gγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷在搅拌下混合均匀后,再与15g胍盐改性氨基有机硅、100g乙酸乙酯、200g乙酸丁酯、150g乙醇混合,然后涂覆、喷涂、浸渍于织物上,所选织物为毛巾。测得毛巾防水防油防污性能优异。
实施例4:
整理剂包括:10g胍盐改性氨基有机硅、15g氨基硅烷、25g纳米二氧化硅、125g乙酸乙酯、175g乙酸丁酯、150g乙醇。
将25g 10-20纳米的二氧化硅与15gγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷在搅拌下混合均匀后,再与10g胍盐改性氨基有机硅、125g乙酸乙酯、175g乙酸丁酯、150g乙醇混合,然后涂覆、喷涂、浸渍于织物上,所选织物为鞋面织物。测得鞋面织物防水防油防污性能优异。
上述实施例用来解释说明本发明,而不是对本发明进行限制,在本发明的精神和权利要求的保护范围内,对本发明做出的任何修改和改变,都落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂,其特征在于:按质量分数计,所述的织物整理剂包括1-5%胍盐改性氨基有机硅、2-5%氨基硅烷、1-5%纳米二氧化硅、20-40%乙酸乙酯、30-40%乙酸丁酯、20-30%乙醇,其中,氨基硅烷和纳米二氧化硅需先进行混合,得到硅烷改性的纳米二氧化硅,再与其余组分按上述配比混合得到具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂,其特征在于:所述的氨基硅烷为:γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷或苯氨基甲基三甲氧基硅烷。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂,其特征在于:所述的氨基硅烷为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有防水防油防污性能的织物整理剂,其特征在于:所述的纳米二氧化硅尺寸为10-20纳米。
