Abstract
本发明提供了一种防油织物的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:S1.制备防油剂;S2.将胶粘剂与S1制得的防油剂按质量比例1:80的比例进行混合,并加热至200℃后保持,同时加入油酰氨基酸钠并持续搅拌;使织物浸入混合液中,并不停顿通过,通过速度为5~8米/分钟,制得防油坯料;S3.将S2制得的防油坯料放入烘箱内烘烤2~3h,烘箱内的温度保持220℃~250℃,然后将防油坯料取出进行拉宽;S4.将S3制得的产品进行循环水洗0.5h~1h,进行熨平,后移入通风环境中自然冷却。本发明不仅在纺织物表面形成一层防油层,还能改良织物本身的防油性能,全面提升防油效果,延长防油时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料领域,更具体的说涉及一种防油织物的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前传统的防油纺织面料采用的防油剂的防油效果较差,且防油持续时间较短,另外,防油纺织面料的制作工艺较为粗糙,不能有效发挥防油剂的作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防油织物的制备工艺,解决上述技术问题中的一个或多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种防油织物的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:S1.制备防油剂:按质量份数计包括以下组分,胍盐改性氨基有机硅5~10%、乙基三乙氧基硅烷8~12%、丙烯酸5~8%、二甲基羟基硅油3~5%、增稠剂1~3%、异丙醇胺4~6%,余量为去离子水;将以上原料按比例混合均匀,加热至140℃,边加热边搅拌直至粘稠,静置2h~2.5h,后加入5~8%的纤维素酶不间断搅拌并加热至170℃~200℃,持续0.5h,置于保温箱内保温备用,保温箱内温度为120℃~150℃;S2.将胶粘剂与S1制得的防油剂按质量比例1:80的比例进行混合,并加热至200℃后保持,同时加入油酰氨基酸钠并持续搅拌;使织物浸入混合液中,并不停顿通过,通过速度为5~8米/分钟,制得防油坯料;S3.将S2制得的防油坯料放入烘箱内烘烤2~3h,烘箱内的温度保持220℃~250℃,然后将防油坯料取出进行拉宽;S4.将S3制得的产品进行循环水洗0.5h~1h,进行熨平,后移入通风环境中自然冷却。
在一些实施方式中,步骤S1中的防油剂成分还包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6~8%、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2~4%。
在一些实施方式中,步骤S1防油剂成分还包括蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠3~5%、冰醋4~7%。
在一些实施方式中,步骤S1防油剂成分还包括PH中和剂1~2%、硅酮体柔软剂2~3%。
本发明不仅在纺织物表面形成一层防油层,还能改良织物本身的防油性能,全面提升防油效果,延长防油时间。

实施例1:

1.一种防油织物的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.制备防油剂:按质量份数计包括以下组分,胍盐改性氨基有机硅5~10%、乙基三乙氧基硅烷8~12%、丙烯酸5~8%、二甲基羟基硅油3~5%、增稠剂1~3%、异丙醇胺4~6%,余量为去离子水;将以上原料按比例混合均匀,加热至140℃,边加热边搅拌直至粘稠,静置2h~2.5h,后加入5~8%的纤维素酶不间断搅拌并加热至170℃~200℃,持续0.5h,置于保温箱内保温备用,保温箱内温度为120℃~150℃;
S2.将胶粘剂与S1制得的防油剂按质量比例1:80的比例进行混合,并加热至200℃后保持,同时加入油酰氨基酸钠并持续搅拌;使织物浸入混合液中,并不停顿通过,通过速度为5~8米/分钟,制得防油坯料;
S3.将S2制得的防油坯料放入烘箱内烘烤2~3h,烘箱内的温度保持220℃~250℃,然后将防油坯料取出进行拉宽;
S4.将S3制得的产品进行循环水洗0.5h~1h,进行熨平,后移入通风环境中自然冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油织物的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中的防油剂成分还包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6~8%、六羟甲基三聚氰胺2~4%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油织物的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1防油剂成分还包括蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠3~5%、冰醋4~7%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油织物的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1防油剂成分还包括PH中和剂1~2%、硅酮体柔软剂2~3%。
