Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂、制备方法及应用。将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入到经四氢呋喃溶解的聚丙二醇和单硬脂酸甘油酯中反应,再加入N‑甲基‑N‑苄基‑N,N‑二羟乙基氯化铵和羟乙基六氢均三嗪进行扩链交联反应,得到异氰酸酯基封闭的聚氨酯预聚体;再与双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷反应,经除溶剂、乳化后得到聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂,应用于对棉及涤/棉织物的整理。本发明工艺简单,单硬脂酸甘油酯分子中长碳链的引入,可有效提高整理后纺织品的拒水性能;同时,整理剂大分子中引入的具有抗菌性的季铵盐和三嗪基团,使整理后的纺织品具有长效的抗菌性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染助剂合成技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对日常使用纺织品的各种性能也提出了更高的要求,一些诸如抗菌、拒水、柔软、抗静电等多功能化的纺织品越来越受到人们的青睐。然而现阶段,市场上的纺织品功能性整理剂无论是拒水、柔软、抗菌大多为单一功能产品,多功能整理剂的研发将成为纺织印染助剂产业的一个重要发展方向。
有机硅具有独特的化学结构,作为拒水剂可在纤维表面形成具有低表面张力的疏水层,具有优良的拒水效果;并且其原料廉价,生物相容性好,不存在氟烃类拒水剂的PFOS、PFOA问题,具有广阔的应用前景。羟乙基六氢均三嗪和季铵盐均具有高效的抗菌性能,能有效抑制微生物的繁殖、推迟细菌作用产生的腐败时间,但目前将这两种物质用于对有机硅进行化学改性,并制备成助剂,使整理的纺织品获得优良的拒水、抗菌性能还未见报道。
发明内容
本发明针对现有产品在技术方面存在的不足,提供一种既能使纺织品获得优良拒水性能,又能使整理后纺织品具有抗菌性能的聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、以经脱水干燥处理后的聚丙二醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯为反应物,将反应物和占反应物总质量0.01%~0.02%的催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡的四氢呋喃溶液,加入到装有温度计和冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,在氮气氛围、搅拌条件下加热至55~60℃,在2~3小时内缓慢滴加异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,滴加完毕后升温至80~85℃,保温反应3~4小时,再降温至50~55℃,加入经四氢呋喃溶解的N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵和羟乙基六氢均三嗪溶液,进行扩链交联反应2~3小时,得到异氰酸酯基封闭的聚氨酯预聚体;
2、在反应容器中加入经四氢呋喃溶解的双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷,在氮气保护、搅拌条件下,按-NCO与-OH的物质的量之比为1:2~2.2,缓慢加入步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯预聚体,在温度为30~40℃的条件下反应2~3小时后,除去溶剂,再经乳化处理,得到聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂。
在本发明技术方案中,步骤1中所述的N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵,由如下反应制得:在反应容器中,加入质量分数为27%的N-甲基二乙醇胺的二甲基甲酰胺溶液,开启搅拌,缓慢滴加氯化苄,其与N-甲基二乙醇胺的物质的量之比为1~1.2:1,在温度为60℃的条件下反应8~10小时,用苯沉淀析出产物,再用无水乙醇洗涤重结晶得到N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵。
步骤1中,聚丙二醇、羟乙基六氢均三嗪、单硬脂酸甘油酯、N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵的摩尔比为3:1:(1.5~3):(6~7.5);步骤1的反应体系中,-NCO与-OH的物质的量之比为1:1.1~1.3。
步骤1中,用于溶解聚丙二醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡的四氢呋喃用量为反应物总质量的15%~20%;用于溶解N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵、羟乙基六氢均三嗪的四氢呋喃用量为反应物总质量的10%~15%;步骤2中,用于溶解双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷的四氢呋喃用量为反应物总质量的20%~30%。
本发明所述聚丙二醇的数均分子量为1500或2000中的一种;所述双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷的数均分子量为5000或6000中的一种。
本发明技术方案还包括按上述制备方法得到的一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂,以及所述聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂在棉、涤/棉纺织品整理中的应用。
本发明的原理是:异氰酸酯基具有较高的反应活性,易与羟基、氨基等带活泼氢的基团反应。季铵盐N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵具有优良的抗菌性能,其分子中带有两个羟基,可与异氰酸酯基反应;羟乙基六氢均三嗪分子中含有抑菌性的三嗪基团,其分子中带有三个羟基,易与异氰酸酯基反应;单硬脂酸甘油酯分子除带有两个羟基外,还具有疏水性的长碳链结构,以单硬脂酸甘油酯、N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵为扩链剂,羟乙基六氢均三嗪为交联剂,聚丙二醇为软单体,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为硬单体,合成得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体,再对双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷进行改性,得到具有拒水、抗菌性能的聚氨酯改性有机硅整理剂。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明具有如下优点:
1、在聚氨酯链段中选用单硬脂酸甘油酯作扩链剂,由于单硬脂酸甘油酯分子中含有疏水性长链脂肪烃结构,将其引入到聚氨酯改性有机硅整理剂分子中,可有效提高整理剂的拒水效果。
2、将N-甲基二乙醇胺季铵化,得到的N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵作为聚氨酯链段中的离子性扩链剂,一方面可增加聚氨酯改性有机硅整理剂的自乳化能力;另一方面,季铵盐的引入可赋予整理剂优良的长效抗菌性能。
3、以具有优异、高效抗菌效果的羟乙基六氢均三嗪作为聚氨酯链段的交联剂,可赋予聚氨酯改性有机硅整理剂长效的抗菌性能;同时,与分子中的季铵盐链段具有协同效应,使整理剂具有更为高效的抗菌性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的阐述。
实施例1
(1)将脱水干燥处理过的100g聚丙二醇2000、18g单硬脂酸甘油酯和含有0.043g二月桂酸二丁基锡的38g四氢呋喃溶液,加入到装有温度计和冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,开启搅拌,氮气氛围下加热至55℃,在2~3小时内缓慢滴加72g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,滴加完毕后升温至85℃保温反应3小时,然后降温至50℃,滴加用28g四氢呋喃溶解的24gN-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵和3.7g羟乙基六氢均三嗪溶液,扩链交联反应3小时,得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体,用二正丁胺法测得预聚体的-NCO含量为0.88%。
(2)在反应容器中,加入用64g四氢呋喃溶解的180g双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷6000,开启搅拌,氮气保护下,按-NCO与-OH物质的量比为1:2,缓慢加入140g步骤(1)中的聚氨酯预聚体,在35℃下保温反应2小时,除去溶剂,加入850g去离子水剧烈搅拌,乳化得到固含量为25.1%的聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂。
参见附图1,它是本实施例中聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的红外谱图。图中,3423cm-1为N-H伸缩振动与O-H伸缩振动的合频峰,2963cm-1、2927 cm-1、2860 cm-1和1461cm-1为CH3与CH2的C-H振动峰,1716cm-1为C=O的伸缩振动峰,1537cm-1为C-N吸收峰,1261cm-1为C-O伸缩振动与-Si-CH3中甲基变形振动的合频峰,1097cm-1为C-N振动与C-O-C伸缩振动的合频峰,1021cm-1为Si-O-Si的特征吸收峰,800cm-1为Si-C的伸缩振动峰,703cm-1为N-H的变形振动峰,同时在2270cm-1附近未出现NCO特征峰,表明制得了聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂。
实施例2
(1)将脱水干燥处理过的75g聚丙二醇1500、13.5g单硬脂酸甘油酯和含有0.019g二月桂酸二丁基锡的27g四氢呋喃溶液,加入到装有温度计和冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,开启搅拌,氮气氛围下加热至60℃,在2~3小时内缓慢滴加62g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,滴加完毕后升温至85℃保温反应3小时,然后降温至55℃,滴加用27g四氢呋喃溶解的27gN-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵和3.7g羟乙基六氢均三嗪溶液,扩链交联反应3小时,得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体,用二正丁胺法测得预聚体的-NCO含量为1.09%。
(2)在反应容器中,加入用70g四氢呋喃溶解的190g双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷6000,开启搅拌,氮气保护下,按-NCO与-OH物质的量比为1:2.1,缓慢加入118g步骤(1)中的聚氨酯预聚体,在40℃下保温反应2小时,除去溶剂,加入830g去离子水剧烈搅拌,乳化得到固含量为26.2%的聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水、抗菌多功能整理剂。
参见附图2,它是本实施例中聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的红外谱图。图中,3434cm-1为N-H伸缩振动与O-H伸缩振动的合频峰,2963cm-1、2927 cm-1、2857 cm-1和1457cm-1为CH3与CH2的C-H振动峰,1712cm-1为C=O的伸缩振动峰,1543cm-1为C-N吸收峰,1261cm-1为C-O伸缩振动与-Si-CH3中甲基变形振动的合频峰,1097cm-1为C-N振动与C-O-C伸缩振动的合频峰,1022cm-1为Si-O-Si的特征吸收峰,800cm-1为Si-C的伸缩振动峰,704cm-1为N-H的变形振动峰,同时在2270cm-1附近未出现NCO特征峰,表明制得了聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂。
实施例3
(1)将脱水干燥处理过的100g聚丙二醇2000、9g单硬脂酸甘油酯和含有0.032g二月桂酸二丁基锡的42g四氢呋喃溶液,加入到装有温度计和冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,开启搅拌,氮气氛围下加热至58℃,在2~3小时内缓慢滴加67g异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,滴加完毕后升温至80℃保温反应4小时,然后降温至55℃,滴加用21g四氢呋喃溶解的30gN-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵和3.7g羟乙基六氢均三嗪溶液,扩链交联反应2小时,得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体,用二正丁胺法测得预聚体的-NCO含量为0.97%。
(2)在反应容器中,加入用80g四氢呋喃溶解的173g双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷5000,开启搅拌,氮气保护下,按-NCO与-OH物质的量比为1:2.2,缓慢加入136g步骤(1)中的聚氨酯预聚体,在30℃下保温反应3小时,除去溶剂,加入820g去离子水剧烈搅拌,乳化得到固含量为25.6%的聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂。
参见附图3,它是本实施例中聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的红外谱图。图中,3421cm-1为N-H伸缩振动与O-H伸缩振动的合频峰,2963cm-1、2927 cm-1、2859 cm-1和1456cm-1为CH3与CH2的C-H振动峰,1715cm-1为C=O的伸缩振动峰,1541cm-1为C-N吸收峰,1261cm-1为C-O伸缩振动与-Si-CH3中甲基变形振动的合频峰,1096cm-1为C-N振动与C-O-C伸缩振动的合频峰,1022cm-1为Si-O-Si的特征吸收峰,799cm-1为Si-C的伸缩振动峰,702cm-1为N-H的变形振动峰,同时在2270cm-1附近未出现NCO特征峰,表明制得了聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂。
实施例4
将本发明实施例1、2和3制备的聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂,按下述工艺分别对棉、涤/棉织物进行整理,并对整理前后织物的拒水性能、抗菌性能和耐水洗性能进行测试。
整理液配方:整理液浓度为80g/L(整理剂固含量以25%计),浴比为1:30。
棉织物整理工艺:浸轧(二浸二轧,轧液率约为80%)→烘干(90℃,3min)→焙烘(150℃,2min)→水洗→晾干。
涤/棉织物整理工艺:浸轧(二浸二轧,轧液率约为80%)→烘干(100℃,3min)→焙烘(170℃,2min)→水洗→晾干。
拒水性能测试:参照AATCC 22-2005《纺织品拒水性能测试:喷淋法》测定织物的拒水性;抗菌性能测试:参照GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》测定织物的抗菌性能;耐水洗性能测试:参照GB/T 8629-2001《纺织品试验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序》测定织物的耐水洗性能。
本发明实施例1、2和3制备的聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂在棉、涤/棉织物的应用性能测试参见表1和表2所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)以经脱水干燥处理后的聚丙二醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯为反应物,将反应物和占反应物总质量0.01%~0.02%的催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡的四氢呋喃溶液,加入到装有温度计和冷凝回流装置的反应容器中,在氮气氛围、搅拌条件下加热至55~60℃,在2~3小时内缓慢滴加异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,滴加完毕后升温至80~85℃,保温反应3~4小时,再降温至50~55℃,加入经四氢呋喃溶解的N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵和羟乙基六氢均三嗪溶液,进行扩链交联反应2~3小时,得到异氰酸酯基封闭的聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)在反应容器中加入经四氢呋喃溶解的双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷,在氮气保护、搅拌条件下,按-NCO与-OH的物质的量之比为1:2~2.2,缓慢加入步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯预聚体,在温度为30~40℃的条件下反应2~3小时后,除去溶剂,再经乳化处理,得到聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵,由如下反应制得:在反应容器中,加入质量分数为27%的N-甲基二乙醇胺的二甲基甲酰胺溶液,开启搅拌,缓慢滴加氯化苄,其与N-甲基二乙醇胺的物质的量之比为1~1.2:1,在温度为60℃的条件下反应8~10小时,用苯沉淀析出产物,再用无水乙醇洗涤重结晶得到N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,聚丙二醇、羟乙基六氢均三嗪、单硬脂酸甘油酯、N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵的摩尔比为3:1:(1.5~3):(6~7.5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)的反应体系中,-NCO与-OH的物质的量之比为1:1.1~1.3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚丙二醇的数均分子量为1500或2000中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,用于溶解聚丙二醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡的四氢呋喃用量为反应物总质量的15%~20%;用于溶解N-甲基-N-苄基-N,N-二羟乙基氯化铵、羟乙基六氢均三嗪的四氢呋喃用量为反应物总质量的10%~15%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷的数均分子量为5000或6000中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,用于溶解双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷的四氢呋喃用量为反应物总质量的20%~30%。
9.按权利要求1制备方法得到的一种聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂。
10.如权利要求3所述的聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水与抗菌整理剂,在棉及涤/棉织物整理中的应用。
