技术领域
本发明涉及羽毛制品辅助制品加工制作技术领域,具体涉及一种羽毛制品清洁剂的制备方法。
背景技术
羽毛(feather)禽类特有的表皮衍生物(某些恐龙也有),几覆盖禽体全身。中间为空隙,以减轻羽毛的质量。质轻坚韧,富有弹性和保暖性。加工精选的羽毛洁净而具光泽,有较高的经济价值。
鸟的羽毛轻而耐磨,是热的不良导体。飞羽与尾羽对飞翔有很大意义。鸟类对羽毛常加洗浴,抖掉羽毛间的尘埃,并用嘴梳整,啄尾脂腺分泌的油脂涂抹全身羽毛。
羽毛是禽类表皮细胞衍生的角质化产物。被覆在体表,质轻而韧,略有弹性,具防水性,有护体、保温、飞翔等功能。另外,羽毛经加工后可制作成羽毛球、羽毛笔、羽毛粉等物品,有较高的经济价值。
羽毛制品有很多种类,有体育用品,日常用品、床上用品等等,但是羽毛制品往往会因为各种原因而弄脏,常规的清洗的效果并不好,特别是白色的制品,这样就会非常影响外观,有的制品会影响使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、使用方便、清理效果良好、并且能够抑菌和护理的一种羽毛制品清洁剂的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种羽毛制品清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱7份、三聚磷酸钠1份、二甲基硅油1份、异氰酸酯交联剂0.5份、柠檬酸1.5份、理合助剂4份、调理剂7份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ使用材料总重量2-2.4倍的纯净水,放入铁锅中煮制沸腾2-3分钟,然后关火自然降温到20-25℃;
Ⅱ将上述的材料依次加入Ⅰ中的水中,并且搅拌混合,每隔2分钟加入一种材料,待全部加入后继续搅拌混合5分钟;
Ⅲ将Ⅱ中的混合材料放入砂锅中并且密闭,然后用文火加热到40-45℃,然后待冷却后即可;
所述理合助剂由以下重量份的材料制成,
黑米7份、小米2份、乳酸菌6份、根霉菌4份、黄豆5份、郁李仁2份、茯苓3份、木通4份、仙茅5份、何首乌4份、白术1份、三七2份;
制备方法:Ⅰ将上述的材料放入瓷盆中,加入清水,清水覆盖材料表面,然后密封,在干燥、阴暗的地方静置4-5天;
Ⅱ将密封的材料取出再加入材料总重量相同的纯净水,用武火熬制3-4个小时,去渣留汤剂;
所述调理剂由以下重量份的材料制成,
烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵3份、APG6份、天然竹炭1份、焦磷酸四钠2份、聚乙二醇-121份、甘油葡糖苷1份、月桂醇聚醚-42份;
制备方法:将上述的材料加入纯净水中,搅拌混合即可,纯净水的重量与材料总重量相同。
本发明的有益效果为:使用的混合料无毒无公害,对于各种杂质、油渍和其他的污染都有良好的清理效果,并且没有灼烧性,不会有残留物,对人体也没有伤害,使用浸泡、涂抹等方式均可,材料不会改色,并且无刺激性气味,对羽毛产品还起到了一定的修复作用。本发明方法合理、使用方便、清理效果良好、并且能够抑菌和护理。

实施例1
一种羽毛制品清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱7份、三聚磷酸钠1份、二甲基硅油1份、异氰酸酯交联剂0.5份、柠檬酸1.5份、理合助剂4份、调理剂7份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ使用材料总重量2-2.4倍的纯净水,放入铁锅中煮制沸腾2-3分钟,然后关火自然降温到20-25℃;

Ⅰ使用材料总重量2-2.4倍的纯净水,放入铁锅中煮制沸腾2-3分钟,然后关火自然降温到20-25℃;
Ⅱ将上述的材料依次加入Ⅰ中的水中,并且搅拌混合,每隔2分钟加入一种材料,待全部加入后继续搅拌混合5分钟;
Ⅲ将Ⅱ中的混合材料放入砂锅中并且密闭,然后用文火加热到40-45℃,然后待冷却后即可。

黑米7份、小米2份、乳酸菌6份、根霉菌4份、黄豆5份、郁李仁2份、茯苓3份、木通4份、仙茅5份、何首乌4份、白术1份、三七2份;
制备方法:Ⅰ将上述的材料放入瓷盆中,加入清水,清水覆盖材料表面,然后密封,在干燥、阴暗的地方静置4-5天;
Ⅱ将密封的材料取出再加入材料总重量相同的纯净水,用武火熬制3-4个小时,去渣留汤剂。
