本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒洗涤剂。该种羽绒洗涤剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂40~55份,草木灰10~18份,皂角3~9份,消毒剂1.2~5.6份,白炭黑4~11份,蛋白酶0.3~1.7份和淘米水150~200份。该种羽绒洗涤剂原料廉价易得,生产成本较低,去污能力强,温和不伤手、不损坏羽绒的保温性能,稳定性好,杀菌抗菌效果好,无毒无残留。

技术领域
本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒洗涤剂。
背景技术
羽绒是长在鹅、鸭的腹部,成芦花朵状的绒毛,成片状的叫羽毛。由于羽绒是一种动物性蛋白质纤维,比棉花(植物性纤维素)保温性高,且羽绒球状纤维上密布千万个三角形的细小气孔,能随气温变化而收缩膨胀,产生调温功能,可吸收人体散发流动的热气,隔绝外界冷空气的入侵。羽绒现在已经在羽绒服制品中得到广泛的应用。目前世界上还没有任何保暖材料超过羽绒的保暖性能,因为天然牌羽绒是星朵状结构,每根绒丝在放大镜下均可以看出是呈鱼鳞状,有数不清的微小孔隙,含蓄着大量的静止空气,由于空气的传导系数最低,形成了羽绒良好的保暖性,加之羽绒又充满弹性,以含绒率为50%的羽绒测试,它的轻盈蓬松度相当于棉花的2.5倍,羊毛的2.2倍,所以羽绒被不但轻柔保暖,而且触肤感也很好。
羽绒之所以具有优异的保温性能是因为羽绒表面有一层由甾醇和三磷酸酯组成的双分子膜,三磷酸酯具有很强的吸附性,在双分子膜外层会吸附一些颗粒状的蛋白质,这些蛋白质可以提升鸭毛的保温性能。羽绒制品在清洗过程中不可避免的会使用到洗涤剂,现有的洗涤剂都为酸性或碱性的,然而无论是酸性或者碱性洗涤剂都会破坏羽绒蛋白质,对羽绒带来不可逆的破坏,影响其使用寿命。因此,需要提供一种羽绒洗涤剂,在不影响羽绒保温性能和使用寿命的同时,快速、有效去除表面油脂和污渍。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景中提到的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种羽绒洗涤剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种羽绒洗涤剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂40~55份,草木灰10~18份,皂角3~9份,消毒剂1.2~5.6份,白炭黑4~11份,蛋白酶0.3~1.7份和淘米水150~200份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒洗涤剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂43~51份,草木灰12~16份,皂角4~7份,消毒剂2.6~4.1份,白炭黑5~10份,蛋白酶0.5~1.1份和淘米水160~190份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒洗涤剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂48份,草木灰15份,皂角5份,消毒剂3.5份,白炭黑8份,蛋白酶0.9份和淘米水180份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒洗涤剂的表面活性剂由椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基苯磺酸盐、硫酸酯型两性表面活性剂按照重量份数比为1:2:1配制而成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒洗涤剂的消毒剂由茶皂素、炉甘石、苯氧乙醇按照重量份数比为3:5:2配制而成。
本发明的羽绒洗涤剂使用的表面活性剂由椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺(非离子表面活性剂)、烷基苯磺酸盐(阴离子表面活性剂)和硫酸酯型两性表面活性剂(两性离子表面活性剂)构成。在洗涤时,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和烷基苯磺酸盐能快速渗透乳化,快速高效去除多种污垢;硫酸酯型两性表面活性剂作为两性离子表面活性剂,会随洗涤环境pH值的变化而发生相应的变化,在偏酸性环境中,表现为阳离子表面活性剂,起到去静电、变柔顺的效果,在中性或者偏碱性环境中,则能配合椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和烷基苯磺酸盐,发挥优异的清洗功能。消毒剂使用茶皂素、炉甘石、苯氧乙醇制成,温和无刺激,杀菌抗菌效果好,无毒无残留。该种羽绒洗涤剂原料廉价易得,生产成本较低,去污能力强,温和不伤手、不损坏羽绒的保温性能,稳定性好。

羽绒洗涤剂的表面活性剂由椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基苯磺酸盐、硫酸酯型两性表面活性剂按照重量份数比为1:2:1配制而成。
羽绒洗涤剂的消毒剂由茶皂素、炉甘石、苯氧乙醇按照重量份数比为3:5:2配制而成。

羽绒洗涤剂的消毒剂由茶皂素、炉甘石、苯氧乙醇按照重量份数比为3:5:2配制而成。

本发明实施例中,一种羽绒洗涤剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂51份,草木灰16份,皂角7份,消毒剂4.1份,白炭黑10份,蛋白酶1.1份和淘米水190份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒洗涤剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂43~51份,草木灰12~16份,皂角4~7份,消毒剂2.6~4.1份,白炭黑5~10份,蛋白酶0.5~1.1份和淘米水160~190份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒洗涤剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂48份,草木灰15份,皂角5份,消毒剂3.5份,白炭黑8份,蛋白酶0.9份和淘米水180份。
