本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒清洗剂。该种羽绒清洗剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇15~25份,甘油三酸酯10~20份,醋酸纤维素5~15份,炉甘石4~16份,茶皂素5~14份,皂角5~11份、柠檬酸钠4~9份、珠光浆9~18份、固化剂2~6份和硅藻土18~35份。该种羽绒清洗剂原料廉价易得,生产成本低,去油污能力强,温和无刺激,不破坏羽绒蛋白质纤维,兼具洗涤、护理与调理功能,抗菌抑菌效果好,无毒无残留。

技术领域
本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒清洗剂。
背景技术
羽绒是长在鹅、鸭的腹部,成芦花朵状的绒毛,成片状的叫羽毛。由于羽绒是一种动物性蛋白质纤维,比棉花(植物性纤维素)保温性高,且羽绒球状纤维上密布千万个三角形的细小气孔,能随气温变化而收缩膨胀,产生调温功能,可吸收人体散发流动的热气,隔绝外界冷空气的入侵。羽绒现在已经在羽绒服制品中得到广泛的应用。目前世界上还没有任何保暖材料超过羽绒的保暖性能,因为天然牌羽绒是星朵状结构,每根绒丝在放大镜下均可以看出是呈鱼鳞状,有数不清的微小孔隙,含蓄着大量的静止空气,由于空气的传导系数最低,形成了羽绒良好的保暖性。羽绒制品在清洗过程中使用的清洗剂,会破坏羽绒中的蛋白质纤维,影响羽绒的保温性能。因此,需要提供一种羽绒清洗剂,在不影响羽绒保温性能和使用寿命的同时,快速、有效去除表面油脂和污渍。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景中提到的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种羽绒清洗剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种羽绒清洗剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇15~25份,甘油三酸酯10~20份,醋酸纤维素5~15份,炉甘石4~16份,茶皂素5~14份,皂角5~11份、柠檬酸钠4~9份、珠光浆9~18份、固化剂2~6份和硅藻土18~35份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒清洗剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇18~22份,甘油三酸酯13~17份,醋酸纤维素8~14份,炉甘石7~13份,茶皂素8~12份,皂角7~10份、柠檬酸钠5~8份、珠光浆11~16份、固化剂3~5份和硅藻土24~31份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒清洗剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇20份,甘油三酸酯15份,醋酸纤维素12份,炉甘石10份,茶皂素10份,皂角8份、柠檬酸钠6份、珠光浆14份、固化剂4份和硅藻土27份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒清洗剂的固化剂由活性炭、氧化镁、泥炭按照重量份数比为3:1:2配制而成。
本发明的羽绒清洗剂原料廉价易得,生产成本低,去油污能力强,温和无刺激,不破坏羽绒蛋白质纤维,兼具洗涤、护理与调理功能,抗菌抑菌效果好,无毒无残留。

本发明实施例中,一种羽绒清洗剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇20份,甘油三酸酯15份,醋酸纤维素12份,炉甘石10份,茶皂素10份,皂角8份、柠檬酸钠6份、珠光浆14份、固化剂4份和硅藻土27份。
羽绒清洗剂的固化剂由活性炭、氧化镁、泥炭按照重量份数比为3:1:2配制而成。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种羽绒清洗剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇25份,甘油三酸酯20份,醋酸纤维素15份,炉甘石16份,茶皂素14份,皂角11份、柠檬酸钠9份、珠光浆18份、固化剂6份和硅藻土35份。
羽绒清洗剂的固化剂由活性炭、氧化镁、泥炭按照重量份数比为3:1:2配制而成。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种羽绒清洗剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇15份,甘油三酸酯10份,醋酸纤维素5份,炉甘石4份,茶皂素5份,皂角5份、柠檬酸钠4份、珠光浆9份、固化剂2份和硅藻土18份。
羽绒清洗剂的固化剂由活性炭、氧化镁、泥炭按照重量份数比为3:1:2配制而成。

本发明实施例中,一种羽绒清洗剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇18份,甘油三酸酯13份,醋酸纤维素8份,炉甘石7份,茶皂素8份,皂角7份、柠檬酸钠5份、珠光浆11份、固化剂3份和硅藻土24份。
羽绒清洗剂的固化剂由活性炭、氧化镁、泥炭按照重量份数比为3:1:2配制而成。
实施例5
本发明实施例中,一种羽绒清洗剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇22份,甘油三酸酯17份,醋酸纤维素14份,炉甘石13份,茶皂素12份,皂角10份、柠檬酸钠8份、珠光浆16份、固化剂5份和硅藻土31份。
羽绒清洗剂的固化剂由活性炭、氧化镁、泥炭按照重量份数比为3:1:2配制而成。

1.一种羽绒清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇15~25份,甘油三酸酯10~20份,醋酸纤维素5~15份,炉甘石4~16份,茶皂素5~14份,皂角5~11份、柠檬酸钠4~9份、珠光浆9~18份、固化剂2~6份和硅藻土18~35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇18~22份,甘油三酸酯13~17份,醋酸纤维素8~14份,炉甘石7~13份,茶皂素8~12份,皂角7~10份、柠檬酸钠5~8份、珠光浆11~16份、固化剂3~5份和硅藻土24~31份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:磷脂酰肌醇20份,甘油三酸酯15份,醋酸纤维素12份,炉甘石10份,茶皂素10份,皂角8份、柠檬酸钠6份、珠光浆14份、固化剂4份和硅藻土27份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的羽绒清洗剂,其特征在于:固化剂由活性炭、氧化镁、泥炭按照重量份数比为3:1:2配制而成。
