刚收购过来的羽绒,一般都是未经任何处理,羽绒的上面存在有杂质、灰尘和细菌等,而且会有很重的腥臭味,不经处理的羽绒,是无法被使用的,因此需要对羽绒多次处理才能作为加工服饰、床上用品等的原料,蛋白质纤维在酸性或者碱性的环境中均会收到不可逆的破坏,从而影响羽绒的保温性能。羽绒最重要的处理工艺就是利用羽绒清洗剂对羽绒进行水洗,它能够去除灰尘,细菌病毒和异味等。
现有的羽绒清洗剂,虽然可以洗去脏物,但是清洗的不够彻底,杀菌除臭效果较差,且容易损伤羽绒,造成板结,不再具有原来的弹性和膨松感,保暖性能降低,对羽绒保温性能及外观造成不利影响。

一种高效羽绒除臭洗涤剂,所述的高效羽绒除臭洗涤剂由以下重量份的原料组成:无菌水28份、三乙醇胺4份、焦磷酸钾9份、柠檬酸钠10份、茶籽粉10份、珊瑚精8份、葡萄糖苷3份、草木灰15份、白炭黑8份、氢氧化钠6份、香草醛2份、薄荷脑5份、消泡剂6份、柔软剂5份、抗菌剂8份、固化剂3份、表面活化剂16份、酶制剂5份、除臭剂9份。
所述的固化剂由活性炭、氧化镁、泥炭按照重量份数比为5:2:4配制而成。
所述的表面活性剂由仲烷基磺酸盐、磷脂酰胆碱和十二烷基氨基丙酸按照重量份数比3:3:5配制而成。
所述的酶制剂由木瓜蛋白酶构成。
所述的抗菌剂由以下重量份的原料组成:异氰酸酯8份、尼泊金乙酯2份、高锰酸钾6份、纳米银2份。
所述的除臭剂由以下重量份的原料组成:无菌水35份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6份、玫瑰精油7份、薰衣草精油10份、柠檬精油8份。
本发明在使用时:一种高效羽绒除臭洗涤剂,通过复配大大提高了去污能力,能够快速高效的去除羽绒上的油渍和血渍,包含多种植物提取物,多酸碱度进行复配,有效降低洗涤剂的刺激性,具有良好的发泡力和乳化润湿效果,使洗涤后的羽毛更加的柔顺蓬松,提高羽绒的保暖效果,优异的杀菌效果有效保证杀菌彻底,提高羽绒的抗菌能力,精油在羽绒表面吸附形成油膜,大大提高羽绒的抗菌能力,有效隔离粉尘,具有一定的清香气味,清洗效率高,废水容易处理,有效降低企业生产成本。
总体上,本发明具有能够有效去除异味,除臭效果好,清洗效率高,原料廉价易得,生产成本低,去污能力强,能够有效抑制清洗后的羽绒滋生细菌,温和无刺激,不破坏蛋白质纤维,不会对羽绒造成伤害,无毒无残留,具有极高的使用价值的优点。

1.一种高效羽绒除臭洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的高效羽绒除臭洗涤剂由以下重量份的原料组成:无菌水25~70份、三乙醇胺2~10份、焦磷酸钾5~12份、柠檬酸钠5~12份、茶籽粉7~20份、珊瑚精8~20份、葡萄糖苷1~8份、草木灰15~30份、白炭黑2~16份、氢氧化钠3~15份、香草醛1~3份、薄荷脑3~10份、消泡剂5~15份、柔软剂3~15份、抗菌剂6~19份、固化剂2~10份、表面活化剂13~45份、酶制剂4~12份、除臭剂6~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效羽绒除臭清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的高效羽绒除臭洗涤剂由以下重量份的原料组成:无菌水28~45份、三乙醇胺4~8份、焦磷酸钾5~9份、柠檬酸钠6~10份、茶籽粉10~15份、珊瑚精8~14份、葡萄糖苷3~6份、草木灰15~20份、白炭黑8~12份、氢氧化钠6~13份、香草醛2~3份、薄荷脑5~8份、消泡剂6~9份、柔软剂5~12份、抗菌剂8~15份、固化剂3~7份、表面活化剂16~23份、酶制剂5~9份、除臭剂9~16份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高效羽绒除臭清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的固化剂由活性炭、氧化镁、泥炭按照重量份数比为5:2:4配制而成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高效羽绒除臭清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂由仲烷基磺酸盐、磷脂酰胆碱和十二烷基氨基丙酸按照重量份数比3:3:5配制而成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高效羽绒除臭清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的酶制剂由木瓜蛋白酶、淀粉酶、甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种构成。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高效羽绒除臭清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的抗菌剂由以下重量份的原料组成:异氰酸酯3~8份、尼泊金乙酯1~2份、高锰酸钾2~6份、纳米银2~5份。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高效羽绒除臭清洗剂,其特征在于:所述的除臭剂由以下重量份的原料组成:无菌水15~35份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2~6份、玫瑰精油2~7份、薰衣草精油3~10份、柠檬精油2~8份。
