本发明公开了一种羽绒洗涤除臭剂及其制备方法,包括:去离子水34‑55份、非离子表面活性剂30‑40份、柔软剂10‑15份、杀菌剂0.5‑1份、生物酶3‑6份、蛋白填充剂0.5‑2份、增弹剂1‑2份。将去离子水加热到40‑50℃,加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解5‑10min;依次加入柔软剂、杀菌剂、蛋白填充剂、增弹剂,搅拌溶解5‑10min;最后待液体冷却至室温,加入生物酶,搅拌均匀即得一种羽绒洗涤除臭剂。本发明利用表面活性剂、杀菌剂和生物酶的协同作用,有效祛除羽绒表面污渍,消除异味,并防止异味再生,同时辅以柔软剂、蛋白填充剂和增弹剂,对羽绒进行损伤修复,保证羽绒品质。该发明选材环保,制备工艺简单,洗涤、除臭高效,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

背景技术
羽绒服作为冬季保暖必备的产品受到广大消费者喜爱,但羽绒在收集整理过程中容易产生臭味,如果羽绒除臭不够彻底,制成的羽绒服散发出的异味会让消费者难以忍受。羽绒异味产生的原因是多方面的,首先,羽绒收集处理过程中容易沾染蜡质、脂肪酸、排泄物、血污、汗渍、砂土等污垢产生异味;其次,禽类汗腺分泌的油脂的腥臊味以及羽毛本身并不明显的腥味也是羽绒的异味来源之一;再者,羽绒表面细菌繁殖,也会造成羽绒发霉、发臭,因此从多方面祛除羽绒的异味很有必要。
现在的市面上多以吡啶类、APEO等配合其他表面活性剂对羽绒进行洗涤祛除异味,但吡啶具有中等毒性、致癌,APEO也已被研究和论证出对环境有潜在的巨大危害,并且,这两类物质除臭不够彻底,羽绒受潮后容易再次出现异味,因此急需一种新的羽绒除臭方式。
而对于羽绒产品而言,除了除臭以外,蓬松度和清洁度也是两个十分重要的指标,现有的羽绒清洗剂虽然大多数均能将羽绒洗涤干净,满足清洁度的要求,但可能会使羽绒受到损伤,造成板结,致使蓬松度不高,保暖效果降低,因此在对羽绒进行洗涤除臭的基础上,保证羽绒的蓬松度也是十分重要的。

本发明的目的在于提供一种羽绒洗涤除臭剂,能够有效洗去羽绒表面的污渍,并祛除异味,除臭效率高,洗涤效果好,原材料环保无毒,不会对人和环境造成伤害,有效抑制羽绒表面细菌滋生,防止异味再生,作用温和,不会对羽绒本身造成伤害,保证蓬松度,具有极高的使用价值。

非离子表面活性剂30-40份、杀菌剂0.5-1份、生物酶3-6份。

本发明还公开了一种制备如上述任一羽绒洗涤除臭剂的方法,包括:
S1:将去离子水加热到40-50℃,加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解5-10min;
S2:依次加入柔软剂、杀菌剂、蛋白填充剂、增弹剂,搅拌溶解5-10min;
S3:最后待液体冷却至室温,加入生物酶,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明还公开了一种根据上述制备方法制得的羽绒洗涤除臭剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明利用表面活性剂、杀菌剂和生物酶的协同作用,有效祛除羽绒表面污渍,提高羽绒清洁度,消除异味,抑制细菌滋生,并防止异味再生,除臭效果彻底。同时防止因洗涤而对羽绒品质带来的伤害,保证羽绒蓬松度,改善羽绒外观,使羽绒轻盈、有弹性。该发明选材环保,制备工艺简单,洗涤、除臭高效,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的描述:
实施例1:
一种羽绒洗涤除臭剂及其制备方法,包括:
S1:将去离子水加热到45℃,加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解8min;
S2:依次加入柔软剂、杀菌剂、蛋白填充剂、增弹剂,搅拌溶解8min;
S3:最后待液体冷却至室温,加入生物酶,搅拌均匀即可。
非离子表面活性剂40份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)20份、烷基糖苷(APG0814)20份;
柔软剂10份:二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵5份、二(氢化棕榈油酰乙基)羟乙基甲铵甲基硫酸盐5份;
杀菌剂1份:双十烷基二甲基氯化铵1份;
生物酶5份:木瓜蛋白酶3份、脂肪酶2份;
蛋白填充剂1份:水解小麦蛋白0.5份、蚕丝蛋白0.5份;
增弹剂1.5份:聚乙二醇2001份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5份;
去离子水41.5份。
实施例2:
一种羽绒洗涤除臭剂及其制备方法,包括:
S1:将去离子水加热到40℃,加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解5min;
S2:依次加入柔软剂、杀菌剂、蛋白填充剂、增弹剂,搅拌溶解5min;
S3:最后待液体冷却至室温,加入生物酶,搅拌均匀即可。
非离子表面活性剂30份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)30份;
柔软剂10份:二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵10份;
杀菌剂0.5份:苯扎氯铵0.2份、双十烷基二甲基氯化铵0.2份、聚六亚甲基胍0.1份;
生物酶3份:木瓜蛋白酶3份;
蛋白填充剂0.5份:水解小麦蛋白0.5份;
增弹剂1份:聚乙二醇2001份;
去离子水34份。
实施例3:
一种羽绒洗涤除臭剂及其制备方法,包括:
S1:将去离子水加热到50℃,加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解10min;
S2:依次加入柔软剂、杀菌剂、蛋白填充剂、增弹剂,搅拌溶解10min;
S3:最后待液体冷却至室温,加入生物酶,搅拌均匀即可。

一种羽绒洗涤除臭剂及其制备方法,包括:
S1:将去离子水加热到42℃,加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解7min;
S2:依次加入柔软剂、杀菌剂、蛋白填充剂、增弹剂,搅拌溶解7min;
S3:最后待液体冷却至室温,加入生物酶,搅拌均匀即可。
非离子表面活性剂32份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)12份、烷基糖苷(APG0814)20份;
柔软剂12份:二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵4份、二(氢化棕榈油酰乙基)羟乙基甲铵甲基硫酸盐4份、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵4份;
杀菌剂0.7份:双十烷基二甲基氯化铵0.3份、聚六亚甲基胍0.4份;
生物酶4份:木瓜蛋白酶2份、脂肪酶2份;
蛋白填充剂0.8份:水解小麦蛋白0.4份、蚕丝蛋白0.4份;
增弹剂1.2份:聚乙二醇2000.6份、明胶0.6份;
去离子水36份。
实施例5:
一种羽绒洗涤除臭剂及其制备方法,包括:
S1:将去离子水加热到46℃,加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解8min;
S2:依次加入柔软剂、杀菌剂、蛋白填充剂、增弹剂,搅拌溶解8min;
S3:最后待液体冷却至室温,加入生物酶,搅拌均匀即可。
非离子表面活性剂36份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)20份、烷基糖苷(APG0814)16份;
柔软剂13份:二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵5份、二(氢化棕榈油酰乙基)羟乙基甲铵甲基硫酸盐5份、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵3份;
杀菌剂0.8份:苯扎氯铵0.4份、双十烷基二甲基氯化铵0.4份;
生物酶4.5份:木瓜蛋白酶1.5份、脂肪酶3份;
蛋白填充剂1.5份:水解小麦蛋白0.5份、蚕丝蛋白1份;
增弹剂1.8份:聚乙二醇2000.8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份;
去离子水50份。
对比例1
与实施例1相比,取消非离子表面活性剂的使用,其余操作及配方均同实施例1。
对比例2
与实施例1相比,取消柔软剂的使用,其余操作及配方均同实施例1。
对比例3
与实施例1相比,取消生物酶的使用,其余操作及配方均同实施例1。
使用实施例
操作:以100公斤鸭绒计,加入5吨水,3公斤洗涤除臭剂,在45℃下搅拌清洗30分钟,漂洗15次,甩干,在105℃下烘干,然后冷却、包装。
试验例1
样品去污能力测定
羽绒洗涤方法按照上述使用实施例中的操作方式进行,再按GB/T10288规定的方法对洗涤后的羽绒进行清洁度、蓬松度、气味的评价。其中,清洁度即为GB/T10288中的浊度,按GB/T10288中的5.5.3.1中的A法(目测法)进行测定。
本发明羽绒洗涤除臭剂(40℃、30天):指本发明羽绒洗涤除臭剂样品做稳定性30天,条件为:恒定烘箱温度40℃;
对照组样品:市售某品牌羽绒洗涤剂。
本实施例制得的羽绒洗涤除臭剂的去污力测定,所用羽绒为含绒量为90%的白鸭绒,按GB/T10288规定的方法对洗涤后的羽绒进行清洁度、蓬松度、气味的评价,得到结果如表1所示:

根据表1的结果可知,①对于清洁度而言:实施例1所制得的羽绒洗涤除臭剂在室温情况下的清洁度为1000mm,相比对比例1提高150%,相比对比例3以及对照组样品提高11.11%,说明本申请制得的羽绒洗涤除臭剂的去污效果显著。将实施例1制得的羽绒洗涤除臭剂在40℃恒温箱中存放30天后的清洁度依旧为1000mm,进一步证明了产品在去污效果中的稳定性。②对于蓬松度而言:实施例1所制得的羽绒洗涤除臭剂在室温情况下的蓬松度为22.1cm,相比对比例1提高15.1%,相比对比例2提高15.7%,相比对比例3以及对照组样品提高1.37%,相比对照组样品提高13.3%,说明本申请制得的羽绒洗涤除臭剂的在清洁羽绒后不会对羽绒的蓬松度造成严重的影响,能更好的维持羽绒的蓬松度,保证后续衣物或床上用品的保暖效果。将实施例1制得的羽绒洗涤除臭剂在40℃恒温箱中存放30天后的蓬松度虽然下降了为2.8%,但整体效果依旧是优于对比例1、2和对照组样品的。③对于气味的消除方面,实施例1、对比例1的洗涤除臭剂在清除羽绒异味上效果明显,且实施例1经稳定性实验处理后还是具有良好的去异味特性。而对比例2、3以及对照组样品的去异味效果上略差。由此可见,本发明制得的羽绒洗涤除臭剂的各项综合性能均显著优于其余各组;在经过稳定性实验后,产品效果也强于对照样品,达到高效去污目的。且在蓬松度、气味等性能上表现俱佳,具有显著提升,可大大满足市场的需求。

Claims (10)
1.一种羽绒洗涤除臭剂,包括:
非离子表面活性剂30-40份、杀菌剂0.5-1份、生物酶3-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒洗涤除臭剂,还包括:
去离子水34-55份、柔软剂10-15份、蛋白填充剂0.5-2份、增弹剂1-2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒洗涤除臭剂,其中:
所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)、烷基糖苷(APG0814)中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒洗涤除臭剂,其中:
所述杀菌剂选自苯扎氯铵、双十烷基二甲基氯化铵、聚六亚甲基胍中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒洗涤除臭剂,其中:
所述生物酶选自木瓜蛋白酶、脂肪酶中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的羽绒洗涤除臭剂,其中:
所述柔软剂选自二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、二(氢化棕榈油酰乙基)羟乙基甲铵甲基硫酸盐、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的羽绒洗涤除臭剂,其中:
所述蛋白填充剂为水解小麦蛋白、蚕丝蛋白中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求2所述的羽绒洗涤除臭剂,其中:
所述增弹剂为聚乙二醇200、明胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或多种。
9.一种制备如权利要求1~8所述任一羽绒洗涤除臭剂的方法,包括:
S1:将去离子水加热到40-50℃,加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解5-10min;
S2:依次加入柔软剂、杀菌剂、蛋白填充剂、增弹剂,搅拌溶解5-10min;
S3:最后待液体冷却至室温,加入生物酶,搅拌均匀即可。
10.一种根据权利要求9所述制备方法制得的羽绒洗涤除臭剂。
