本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒去油脂试剂。该种羽绒去油脂试剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂35~50份,草木灰10~20份,贝壳粉8~18份,尿素12~25份,二乙二醇二甲基醚2~8份,洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐4~11份,苯氧乙醇2~7份,单宁酸3~9份,活性炭5~10份,无机硅铝氧化物5~12份和淘米水100~200份。该种羽绒去油脂试剂去油脂效果好,温和不破坏蛋白质纤维,对羽绒制品有良好的保护调理作用,安全性高,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒去油脂试剂。
背景技术
羽绒是长在鹅、鸭的腹部,成芦花朵状的绒毛,成片状的叫羽毛。由于羽绒是一种动物性蛋白质纤维,比棉花(植物性纤维素)保温性高,且羽绒球状纤维上密布千万个三角形的细小气孔,能随气温变化而收缩膨胀,产生调温功能,可吸收人体散发流动的热气,隔绝外界冷空气的入侵。羽绒现在已经在羽绒服制品中得到广泛的应用。目前世界上还没有任何保暖材料超过羽绒的保暖性能,因为天然牌羽绒是星朵状结构,每根绒丝在放大镜下均可以看出是呈鱼鳞状,有数不清的微小孔隙,含蓄着大量的静止空气,由于空气的传导系数最低,形成了羽绒良好的保暖性。此外羽绒表面有一层由甾醇和三磷酸酯组成的双分子膜,三磷酸酯具有很强的吸附性,在双分子膜外层会吸附一些颗粒状的蛋白质,这些蛋白质可以提升羽绒的保温性能。羽绒制品在清洗过程中不可避免的会使用到洗涤剂,现有的洗涤剂都为酸性或碱性的,然而无论是酸性或者碱性洗涤剂都会破坏羽绒蛋白质,对羽绒带来不可逆的破坏,影响其使用寿命。因此,需要提供一种羽绒去油脂试剂,在不影响羽绒保温性能和使用寿命的同时,快速、有效去除表面油脂和污渍。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景中提到的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种羽绒去油脂试剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种羽绒去油脂试剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂35~50份,草木灰10~20份,贝壳粉8~18份,尿素12~25份,二乙二醇二甲基醚2~8份,洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐4~11份,苯氧乙醇2~7份,单宁酸3~9份,活性炭5~10份,无机硅铝氧化物5~12份和淘米水100~200份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒去油脂试剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂38~43份,草木灰13~17份,贝壳粉10~15份,尿素16~20份,二乙二醇二甲基醚3~6份,洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐5~10份,苯氧乙醇3~6份,单宁酸4~7份,活性炭6~9份,无机硅铝氧化物7~10份和淘米水120~150份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒去油脂试剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂40份,草木灰15份,贝壳粉12份,尿素18份,二乙二醇二甲基醚5份,洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐7份,苯氧乙醇5份,单宁酸6份,活性炭8份,无机硅铝氧化物9份和淘米水140份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒去油脂试剂的表面活性剂由仲烷基磺酸盐、磷脂酰胆碱和十二烷基氨基丙酸按照重量分数比1:1:2配制而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、使用了仲烷基磺酸盐、磷脂酰胆碱和十二烷基氨基丙酸作为表面活性剂,提升了羽绒去油脂试剂的去油脂能力。此外,十二烷基氨基丙酸是两性离子表面活性剂,会随洗涤环境pH值的变化而发生相应的变化,在偏酸性环境中,表现为阳离子表面活性剂,起到去静电、变柔顺的效果,在中性或者偏碱性环境中,则配合仲烷基磺酸盐、磷脂酰胆碱,发挥优异的清洗功能。
2、使用了草木灰、尿素、单宁酸作为缓冲成分,减少对蛋白质纤维的破坏,起到保护调理作用。
3、使用了洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐和苯氧乙醇作为消毒剂,可有效抑制羽绒去油脂试剂中的细菌,防止细菌对羽绒的污染。
4、使用了活性炭和无机硅铝氧化物作为吸附剂,可吸附羽绒去油脂试剂中的油脂,延长羽绒去油脂试剂的使用寿命。

本发明实施例中,一种羽绒去油脂试剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂40份,草木灰15份,贝壳粉12份,尿素18份,二乙二醇二甲基醚5份,洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐7份,苯氧乙醇5份,单宁酸6份,活性炭8份,无机硅铝氧化物9份和淘米水140份。
羽绒去油脂试剂的表面活性剂由仲烷基磺酸盐、磷脂酰胆碱和十二烷基氨基丙酸按照重量分数比1:1:2配制而成。
实施例2

羽绒去油脂试剂的表面活性剂由仲烷基磺酸盐、磷脂酰胆碱和十二烷基氨基丙酸按照重量分数比1:1:2配制而成。
实施例4
本发明实施例中,一种羽绒去油脂试剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂43份,草木灰17份,贝壳粉15份,尿素20份,二乙二醇二甲基醚6份,洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐10份,苯氧乙醇6份,单宁酸7份,活性炭9份,无机硅铝氧化物10份和淘米水150份。
羽绒去油脂试剂的表面活性剂由仲烷基磺酸盐、磷脂酰胆碱和十二烷基氨基丙酸按照重量分数比1:1:2配制而成。
实施例5
本发明实施例中,一种羽绒去油脂试剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂38份,草木灰13份,贝壳粉10份,尿素16份,二乙二醇二甲基醚3份,洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐5份,苯氧乙醇3份,单宁酸4份,活性炭6份,无机硅铝氧化物7份和淘米水120份。
羽绒去油脂试剂的表面活性剂由仲烷基磺酸盐、磷脂酰胆碱和十二烷基氨基丙酸按照重量分数比1:1:2配制而成。

1.一种羽绒去油脂试剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂35~50份,草木灰10~20份,贝壳粉8~18份,尿素12~25份,二乙二醇二甲基醚2~8份,洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐4~11份,苯氧乙醇2~7份,单宁酸3~9份,活性炭5~10份,无机硅铝氧化物5~12份和淘米水100~200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒去油脂试剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂38~43份,草木灰13~17份,贝壳粉10~15份,尿素16~20份,二乙二醇二甲基醚3~6份,洗必泰葡萄糖酸盐5~10份,苯氧乙醇3~6份,单宁酸4~7份,活性炭6~9份,无机硅铝氧化物7~10份和淘米水120~150份。
