本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒洗涤剂组合物。该种羽绒洗涤剂组合物,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂30~50份,茶籽饼15~28份,草木灰10~16份,白炭黑5~15份,固化剂3~9份,酶制剂2~6份和淘米水100~150份。该种羽绒洗涤剂组合物使用硬脂酸乙二醇酯、磷脂酰胆碱、甘油三酸酯作为表面活性剂,提升了羽绒洗涤剂组合物的去污能力;添加了固化剂使得羽绒洗涤剂组合物更加稳定,延长了其使用寿命;添加了酶制剂,进一步提升了羽绒洗涤剂组合物的去污性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
羽绒是长在鹅、鸭的腹部,成芦花朵状的绒毛,成片状的叫羽毛。由于羽绒是一种动物性蛋白质纤维,比棉花(植物性纤维素)保温性高,且羽绒球状纤维上密布千万个三角形的细小气孔,能随气温变化而收缩膨胀,产生调温功能,可吸收人体散发流动的热气,隔绝外界冷空气的入侵。
羽绒中的蛋白质纤维使得羽绒具备优异的保温性能,然而,蛋白质纤维在酸性或者碱性的环境中均会收到不可逆的破坏,从而影响羽绒的保温性能。因此,需要提供一种羽绒洗涤剂,在不影响羽绒保温性能和使用寿命的同时,快速、有效去除表面污渍。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景中提到的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种羽绒洗涤剂组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种羽绒洗涤剂组合物,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂30~50份,茶籽饼15~28份,草木灰10~16份,白炭黑5~15份,固化剂3~9份,酶制剂2~6份和淘米水100~150份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒洗涤剂组合物,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂45份,茶籽饼21份,草木灰13份,白炭黑10份,固化剂6份,酶制剂4份和淘米水120份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒洗涤剂组合物的表面活性剂由硬脂酸乙二醇酯、磷脂酰胆碱、甘油三酸酯按照重量份数比为2:1:5配制而成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒洗涤剂组合物的固化剂由苯酚磺酸、氧化镁、水性聚氨酯按照重量份数比为1:3:6配制而成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述羽绒洗涤剂组合物的酶制剂由木瓜蛋白酶、淀粉酶、甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种构成。
本发明的羽绒洗涤剂组合物使用硬脂酸乙二醇酯、磷脂酰胆碱、甘油三酸酯作为表面活性剂,提升了羽绒洗涤剂组合物的去污能力;添加了固化剂使得羽绒洗涤剂组合物更加稳定,延长了其使用寿命;添加了酶制剂,进一步提升了羽绒洗涤剂组合物的去污性能。

羽绒洗涤剂组合物的表面活性剂由硬脂酸乙二醇酯、磷脂酰胆碱、甘油三酸酯按照重量份数比为2:1:5配制而成。
羽绒洗涤剂组合物的固化剂由苯酚磺酸、氧化镁、水性聚氨酯按照重量份数比为1:3:6配制而成。
羽绒洗涤剂组合物的酶制剂由木瓜蛋白酶和甘露聚糖酶中构成。

羽绒洗涤剂组合物的固化剂由苯酚磺酸、氧化镁、水性聚氨酯按照重量份数比为1:3:6配制而成。
羽绒洗涤剂组合物的酶制剂由木瓜蛋白酶和甘露聚糖酶中构成。

2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:表面活性剂45份,茶籽饼21份,草木灰13份,白炭黑10份,固化剂6份,酶制剂4份和淘米水120份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的羽绒洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:表面活性剂由硬脂酸乙二醇酯、磷脂酰胆碱、甘油三酸酯按照重量份数比为2:1:5配制而成。
4.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的羽绒洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:固化剂由苯酚磺酸、氧化镁、水性聚氨酯按照重量份数比为1:3:6配制而成。
5.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的羽绒洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于:酶制剂由木瓜蛋白酶、淀粉酶、甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种构成。
