发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种提高羽绒被内部羽绒的蓬松度的方法,通过与羽绒进行氧化烘干处理,羽绒纤维的弹力增强,羽绒的蓬松度提高。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种提高羽绒被内部羽绒的蓬松度的方法,包括如下步骤:
a、选毛:将羽绒被内部的羽绒取出并称取100g的羽绒;
b、首次漂洗:取容器a并将步骤a中的羽绒放在容器a中,向容器a中加入2%洗涤剂和4Kg纯净水,使用木棍对容器a中的羽绒进行匀速地搅动漂洗;
c、首次烘干:将步骤b中漂洗后的羽毛捞出分别进行甩干、烘干和冷却;
d、二次漂洗:取容器b将步骤c中冷却后的羽绒放在容器b中,向容器b中加入4Kg纯净水和氧化剂,使用木棍对容器b中的羽绒进行匀速地搅动漂洗;
e、二次烘干:将步骤d中漂洗后的羽毛捞出分别进行甩干、烘干和冷却;
f、三次漂洗:取容器c将步骤e中冷却后的羽绒放在容器c中,想容器c中加入4Kg纯净水和交联剂,使用木棍对容器b中的羽绒进行匀速地搅动漂洗;
g、三次烘干:将步骤f中漂洗后的羽毛捞出分别进行甩干、烘干和冷却;
h、检测:将步骤g中冷却后的羽毛放入处理箱中,处理箱的温度设置为20±2℃,相对湿度为65%±2%,静置24小时。
所述步骤b中的洗涤剂由以下成分构成:表面活性剂30~50份,茶籽饼15~28份,草木灰10~16份,白炭黑5~15份,固化剂3~9份,酶制剂2~6份和淘米水100~150份。
所述表面活性剂包括硬脂酸乙二醇酯、磷脂酰胆碱和甘油三酸酯。
所述步骤c、步骤e和步骤g中烘干的温度为40℃-50℃。
所述步骤d中的氧化剂为双氧水、次氯酸钠和高锰酸钾中的一种。
所述步骤b中每千克纯净水加入洗涤剂的质量为0.5-1.5克;所述步骤d中每千克纯净水加入氧化剂的质量为0.5-2克;所述步骤f中每千克纯净水加入交联剂的质量为1.5-2.5克。

所述步骤b开始之前还需要对羽绒进行除臭处理,除臭处理的具体操作为:将羽绒放入洗衣机中,向羽绒加入水和除臭剂,在20~60℃下,转动10~30min,其中每升水中加入除臭剂的质量为1~3g。

2、本发明所述的采用氧化剂和交联剂提高羽绒被内部羽绒的蓬松度的方法及其制作方法,通过将冷却后的羽毛放入处理箱中,处理箱的温度设置为20±2℃,相对湿度为65%±2%,静置24小时,进一步提高羽绒内部成分的稳定,便于后续蓬松度的检查。

8.根据权利要求7所述的一种提高羽绒被内部羽绒的蓬松度的方法,其特征在于,所述醛类交联剂为改性戊二醛交联剂、糠醛交联剂或双醛淀粉交联剂中的一种或多种;所述环氧树脂交联剂为对苯二酚二缩水甘油醚或丙三醇三缩水甘油醚中的一种或多种;所述氨基树脂类交联剂包为脲醛树脂交联剂、三聚氰胺树脂交联剂或双氰胺树脂交联剂中的一种或多种;所述聚氨酯交联剂为聚氨酯交联剂TJ-R360。
9.根据权利要求1或7所述的一种提高羽绒被内部羽绒的蓬松度的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b开始之前还需要对羽绒进行除臭处理,除臭处理的具体操作为:将羽绒放入洗衣机中,向羽绒加入水和除臭剂,在20~60℃下,转动10~30min,其中每升水中加入除臭剂的质量为1~3g。
