Abstract
本发明属于洗涤护理配置品技术领域,具体涉及到一种羽绒服清洗液及其制备方法,该羽绒服清洗液主要由以下质量分数的成分组成:醇醚羧酸盐9‑13%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8‑12%、氨基酸表面活性剂5‑7%、皂素1‑3%、硅酸钠0.1‑0.3%、pH缓冲剂1‑3%、羧甲基壳聚糖1‑3%、三乙醇胺2‑4%、电解质0.5‑1%和水55‑70%,该羽绒服清洗液性质温和,刺激性小,去污能力强,具有良好的抗静电、杀菌等功效,而且对羽绒蓬松度的影响小。

技术领域
本发明属于洗涤护理配置品技术领域,具体涉及到一种羽绒服清洗液及其制备方法。
背景技术
羽绒是长在鹅、鸭的腹部,成芦花朵状的绒毛,能随气温变化而收缩膨胀,产生调温功能,因此被广泛的应用在保暖产品中,例如:羽绒服、羽绒被等,但是由于羽绒来源于动物,本身含有大量的蛋白、脂肪或是其他成分,容易导致细菌滋生,而且羽绒服在穿着过程中会沾染灰尘或是油渍等,但是使用一般的洗涤剂会影响羽绒服中保暖性,尤其是碱性洗涤剂会直接破坏羽绒成分。
目前常用的羽绒洗涤剂主要是中性洗涤剂,对羽绒纤维的破坏性小,但是目前的洗涤剂使用后会使之易产生静电反应,而且使用后容易破坏羽绒的蓬松度,因此,羽绒洗涤剂需要进一步的改进。
公告号为103710184B的中国专利公开了一种本发明公开了一种羽绒清洗护理剂,由如下原料制成:1-2质量份聚乙二醇,2-3质量份三聚磷酸钠,1-2质量份玫瑰精油,3-4质量份柠檬酸三丁酯,2-3质量份次亚磷酸钠,1-2质量份聚甘油单硬脂酸酯,3-4质量份月桂酸钠,3-4质量份钨酸铵,6-7质量份十二烷基苯磺酸钠,3-4质量份月桂醇硫酸钠,6-7质量份二甲基硅油,5-6质量份丙二醇,3-4质量份二异丙基萘磺酸钠,5-6质量份柠檬酸,1-2质量份月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠,5-6质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,120质量份水,5-6质量份柔软剂,1-2质量份聚丙烯酸,该发明使用的三聚磷酸钠、亚磷酸钠会对环境造成危害,由于本身含磷,容易造成水体富营养化。
公告号为102051276B的中国专利公开了一种羽绒服清洗剂,其组分及其质量份数为:阴离子表面活性剂1-30份;非离子表面活性剂1-15份;DP-3000.1-10份;茶皂素0.1-10份;大豆乙基硫酸乙酯吗啉0.1-10份;ColtideHSi0.1-10份;香精0.1-1份;柠檬酸钠0.1-1份;去离子水13-97.4份。该发明中使用的大豆乙基硫酸乙酯吗啉是一种常见的除臭剂,主要作用是与臭味物结合、进行分解,但是在羽绒制品中,使用后会影响羽绒的品质。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,本发明公开了一种羽绒服清洗液及其制备方法,本发明公开的羽绒服清洗液性质温和,刺激性小,去物流能力强,具有良好的抗静电、杀菌等功效,而且对羽绒蓬松度的影响小。
本发明具体技术方案如下所示:
一种羽绒服清洗液,主要由以下质量分数的成分组成:醇醚羧酸盐9-13%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8-12%、氨基酸表面活性剂5-7%、皂素1-3%、硅酸钠0.1-0.3%、pH缓冲剂1-3%、羧甲基壳聚糖1-3%、三乙醇胺2-4%、电解质0.5-1%和水55-70%。
醇醚羧酸盐:属于多功能阴离子表面活性剂,具有良好的去污性、润湿性、乳化性、分散性和钙皂分散力,可以改善配方的温和性,耐硬水,耐酸碱,耐电解质,具有良好的配伍性能,能与任何离子型或表面活性剂配伍,对阳离子的调理性能没有干扰,进一步,易生物降解为CO2和水。
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:一种两性离子表面活性剂,在酸性及碱性条件下均具有优良的稳定性,其配伍性能良好,刺激性小,对酸碱稳定,泡沫多,去污力强,具有优良的增稠性、柔软性、杀菌性、抗静电性、抗硬水性和生物降解性,能显著提高洗涤类产品的柔软、调理和低温稳定性。
氨基酸表面活性剂:具有优良的发泡去污能力,弱酸性的氨基酸类表面活性剂,PH值与人体肌肤接近,加上氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本物质,所以温和亲肤,能降低配方整体的刺激性,而且具有优异的杀菌抑菌性能,具有修复化学损伤特性易降解,对环境无污染。
羧甲基壳聚糖:羧甲基壳聚糖具有抗感染作用,吸附和聚沉细菌,同时穿透细胞壁进入细胞内,扰乱细菌的新陈代谢及合成而具有抗菌作用。
电解质:将电解质应用在洗涤剂中可以来增加其抗静电能力,当存在静电时电解质离子可以瞬间将电荷传导散去。
三乙醇胺:可改进油性污垢,特别是非极性皮脂的去除。
进一步的,所述的羽绒服清洗液,由以下质量分数的成分组成:醇醚羧酸盐11%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%、氨基酸表面活性剂6%、皂素2%、硅酸钠0.2%、pH缓冲剂2%、羧甲基壳聚糖2%、三乙醇胺3%、电解质0.8%和水63%。
优选的,所述的氨基酸表面活性剂为N-酰基谷氨酸。N-酰基谷氨酸:阴离子表面活性剂,增加和保持羽绒的柔软、蓬松、光泽,性质柔和无刺激,还具有良好的抑菌效果。
进一步的,所述的电解质由醋酸钠和氯化钠按质量比1:2-3组成。
进一步的,所述的pH缓冲剂为柠檬酸。
进一步的,本发明还提供了所述的羽绒服清洗液的制备方法,步骤为,
S1:将醇醚羧酸盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、氨基酸表面活性剂、皂素、羧甲基壳聚糖、三乙醇胺加入乳化锅中,加热至55-65℃,搅拌均匀,得乳液A;
S2:将硅酸钠、电解质加入水中至完全溶解,加入到步骤S1得到的乳液A中,搅拌均匀,得混合液B;
S3:使用pH缓冲剂调节步骤S2得到的混合液B的pH至6.0-8.0,降至室温即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、抗静电性:本发明使用的表面活性剂具有良好的复配型,配合使用具有良好的抗静电性,而电解质的使用,可以促进清洗液的抗静电性能。
2、温和无刺激:本发明采用成分简单,有良好的亲肤效果,同时适合机洗与手洗。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例来介绍本发明技术方案,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明的制备方法而对本发明没有限制,本发明使用的成分均属于常规产品,其中,醇醚羧酸盐:上海发凯化工有限公司;椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAS.86438-79-1):金锦乐化学有限公司;皂素(CAS.8047-15-2)、羧甲基壳聚糖(CAS.83512-85-0):湖北巨胜科技有限公司。
实施例1
一种羽绒服清洗液,由以下质量分数的成分组成:醇醚羧酸盐11%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%、氨基酸表面活性剂N-酰基谷氨酸6%、皂素2%、硅酸钠0.2%、pH缓冲剂柠檬酸2%、羧甲基壳聚糖2%、三乙醇胺3%、电解质0.8%和水63%;
所述的电解质由醋酸钠和氯化钠按质量比1:2.5组成。
所述的羽绒服清洗液的制备方法为:
S1:将醇醚羧酸盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、氨基酸表面活性剂、皂素、羧甲基壳聚糖、三乙醇胺加入乳化锅中,加热至60℃,搅拌均匀,得乳液A;
S2:将硅酸钠、电解质加入水中至完全溶解,加入到步骤S1得到的乳液A中,搅拌均匀,得混合液B;
S3:使用pH缓冲剂调节步骤S2得到的混合液B的pH至7.0,降至室温即得。
实施例2
一种羽绒服清洗液,由以下质量分数的成分组成:醇醚羧酸盐13%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8%、氨基酸表面活性剂N-酰基谷氨酸7%、皂素1%、硅酸钠0.3%、pH缓冲剂柠檬酸1%、羧甲基壳聚糖3%、三乙醇胺2%、电解质1%和水63.7%;
所述的电解质由醋酸钠和氯化钠按质量比1:3组成。
所述的羽绒服清洗液的制备方法与实施例1类似。
实施例3
一种羽绒服清洗液,由以下质量分数的成分组成:醇醚羧酸盐9%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱12%、氨基酸表面活性剂N-酰基谷氨酸5%、皂素3%、硅酸钠0.1%、pH缓冲剂柠檬酸3%、羧甲基壳聚糖1%、三乙醇胺4%、电解质0.5%和水62.4%;
所述的电解质由醋酸钠和氯化钠按质量比1:2组成。
所述的羽绒服清洗液的制备方法与实施例1类似。
对比例1
一种羽绒服清洗液,由以下质量分数的成分组成:醇醚羧酸盐11%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%、氨基酸表面活性剂N-酰基谷氨酸6%、皂素2%、硅酸钠0.2%、pH缓冲剂柠檬酸2%、羧甲基壳聚糖2%、三乙醇胺3%和水63.8%。
与实施例1的区别是不添加电解质,增加水的含量。
所述的羽绒服清洗液的制备方法与实施例1类似。
对比例2
一种羽绒服清洗液,由以下质量分数的成分组成:醇醚羧酸盐11%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%、氨基酸表面活性剂N-酰基谷氨酸6%、皂素4%、硅酸钠0.2%、pH缓冲剂柠檬酸2%、三乙醇胺3%、电解质0.8%和水63%;
所述的电解质由醋酸钠和氯化钠按质量比1:2.5组成。
与实施例1的区别是不添加羧甲基壳聚糖,增加皂素的含量。
所述的羽绒服清洗液的制备方法与实施例1类似。
试验例1抗静电性
试验对象:实施例1-3与对比例1制得的羽绒服清洗液。
试验方法:使用厚0.5mm的涤纶面料,大小为10×10cm,将其浸渍在1ml清洗液与1L水的混合液中,浸渍10分钟,然后捞出使用清水水洗直至水中无泡沫产生,晾干,测试清洗前后布料的表面阻抗与表面电荷量,具体结果如表1所示。

从表1中可以看出,实施例1-3相比对比例1具有更好的抗静电性能。
试验例2抗菌性和抗螨试验
试验对象:实施例1-3与对比例1-2制得的羽绒服清洗液。
菌种和螨虫:金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、屋尘螨。
1、试验方法:将0.1ml的清洗液与100ml的水混合,搅拌均匀,然后与琼脂混合制成琼脂培养基,将金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌分别接种在两个培养基上,放入37℃,恒温温箱中进行培养10小时,观察菌落数量,计算杀菌率,设置对照组,不添加清洗液,杀菌率=菌落数量/对照组菌落数量×100%。
2、试验方法:将0.1ml的清洗液与100ml的水混合,搅拌均匀,将厚0.5mm、大小为10×10cm的涤纶面料浸泡15分钟,然后使用清水漂洗至无泡,晾干,面料上放置100只屋尘螨,计算使用前后螨虫数量变化,计算杀螨率。
具体结果如表2所示。

从表2中可以看出,本发明公开的羽绒服清洗液具有更好的抗菌和杀螨效果,使用后对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率达到了99%以上,对大肠杆菌杀菌率达到了100%,对屋尘螨杀螨率达到了95%以上,而对比例1-2在成分上发生变化,效果也发生变化。
试验例3洗涤体验试验
试验对象:实施例1-3与对比例1制得的羽绒服清洗液。
试验方法:量取300ml蓖麻油,然后浸入30g鸭绒,30分钟后拿出,并晾干,然后放入2ml清洗液+10L水中,搅拌20分钟,搅拌速度为45r/min,然后使用清水漂洗至无泡沫,观察清洗结果,具体结果如表3所示。

从表3中可以看出,实施例1-3清洗效果更好,洗后几乎不改变羽绒的蓬松度。
综上所述,本发明实施例1-3制得的羽绒服清洗液具有良好的防静电功效,具有良好的抗菌和杀螨效果,使用后不影响羽绒的蓬松度。
Claims (6)
1.一种羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于,主要由以下质量分数的成分组成:醇醚羧酸盐9-13%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8-12%、氨基酸表面活性剂5-7%、皂素1-3%、硅酸钠0.1-0.3%、pH缓冲剂1-3%、羧甲基壳聚糖1-3%、三乙醇胺2-4%、电解质0.5-1%和水55-70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于,由以下质量分数的成分组成:醇醚羧酸盐11%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%、氨基酸表面活性剂6%、皂素2%、硅酸钠0.2%、pH缓冲剂2%、羧甲基壳聚糖2%、三乙醇胺3%、电解质0.8%和水63%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于,所述的氨基酸表面活性剂为N-酰基谷氨酸。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于,所述的电解质由醋酸钠和氯化钠按质量比1:2-3组成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的羽绒服清洗液,其特征在于,所述的pH缓冲剂为柠檬酸。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的羽绒服清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤为,
S1:将醇醚羧酸盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、氨基酸表面活性剂、皂素、羧甲基壳聚糖、三乙醇胺加入乳化锅中,加热至55-65℃,搅拌均匀,得乳液A;
S2:将硅酸钠、电解质加入水中至完全溶解,加入到步骤S1得到的乳液A中,搅拌均匀,得混合液B;
S3:使用pH缓冲剂调节步骤S2得到的混合液B的pH至6.0-8.0,降至室温即得。
